Fat Joe Secures His Own Pair Of The Donald Trump Shoes

Last week, Donald Trump attempted to announce the launch of a new pair of shoes. The design features hallmarks of Trump’s visual style like a shimmering gold color and an American flag. Unfortunately for him, the shoes were roundly rejected by both sneakerheads, fashion diehards, and rap fans alike. But there was one figure in the rap world who wanted a pair of his own, Fat Joe. Despite the backlash he just had to get himself some of Trump’s shoes and took to social media to show them off when he did.

He shared a series of videos to social media where he gave a lengthy explanation of why he bought the shoes. He wanted to assure fans that he isn’t a Trump supporter despite wanting the politician’s new shoes. He also clarified that he’s not planning on voting for the candidate in the upcoming election later this year. Despite that, he seems to enjoy the style of the shoes he ended up with. He said he “had to get his hands on them” despite most sneakerheads hating on the design. Check out the series of videos he posted below.

Fat Joe Shows Off His Trump Shoes

In the comments, fans debated whether Fat Joe was telling the truth about why he bought the shoes. Some suspected that he was actually lying and is a Trump supporter after all. “Another closet trump fan” and “Well either way u supporting him” two of the top comments on the post read. Others suspect that the purchase has less to do with liking the shoes and was more of an investment. “Investment. He knows them shoes price bout to go crazy” another top comment reads.

He isn’t the only figure in rap to skirt close to the former president. Earlier this week Benny The Butcher revealed that he turned down a meeting with the former president. What do you think of Fat Joe buying a pair of the widely maligned Donald Trump shoes? Do you think he’s secretly a supporter of the former president? Let us know in the comment section below.

Benny The Butcher Claims To Have Turned Down A Meeting With Donald Trump

Last year, Benny The Butcher found himself in some hot water with hip-hop fans. He made some unprompted pro Donald Trump comments online that didn’t sit well with his fanbase. Rather than trying to make his case Benny seemed content to ignore the situation and try to move on from it as quickly as possible. In an interview that came a few weeks later he refused to open up on the motivation for his comments or if he’s changed his mind. Instead, he merely said that he learned there are certain political beliefs that aren’t for sharing.

But now we may be getting an update on Benny’s feelings. For the first time since an interview last month he appears to be making a comment about the former president. “Turned down a meeting with 45 last week” a tweet he made recently reads. While he doesn’t mention Trump by name many are confident that’s exactly who he’s talking about. The former president is currently leading the race to once again become the republican nominee for this year’s presidential election. He’s simultaneously facing numerous legal proceedings both civil and criminal in multiple states, adding complications to the campaign. Check out Benny’s tweet and the reactions to it below.

Benny The Butcher Declined Meeting With Trump

Last month, Benny The Butcher released his new album Everybody Can’t Go. The record was originally due out last year but faced delays and was pushed back until 2024. The album delivered collaborations with Lil Wayne, Snoop Dogg, Stove God Cooks, Jadakiss, Conway The Machine, Westside Gunn, and more.

Earlier this month, Benny announced he was taking the album on tour. He and Boldy James will be hitting the road for a series of shows later this year on the “Everybody Can’t Go Tour.” The 18-date tour kicks off in mid-April and runs until May. What do you think of Benny The Butcher reportedly declining the chance to have a meeting with Donald Trump? Let us know in the comment section below.

WATCH: Rev. Al Sharpton Blasts Trump for Saying Black People Identify with Being Indicted and Will Vote for Him

Al Sharpton Plans to Help Meek Meek the Same Way he Helped Tupac in Jail

Rev. Al Sharpton heard Donald Trump state Black people identify with him due to his indictments and is offended.

In case you missed it, Trump got really comfortable during his speech at a South Carolina primary rally. As he took the stage, Trump stated the lights were bright, allowing him only to see Black people.

“These lights are so bright in my eyes that I can’t see too many people out there,” Trump said. “I can only see the Black ones; I can’t see the white ones. That’s how far I’ve come. That’s a long way isn’t it? We’ve come a long way together.”

Also, during his time, Trump revealed he believed he has turned the Black population in his favor by his indictment and being discriminated against.

“When I did the mug shot in Atlanta, that mug shot is number one,” Trump said, highlighting Black people “embraced it more than anyone else,” saying he saw it on t-shirts.

His key statement on stage was: “I’m being indicted for you, the Black population.”

Speaking on MSNBC’s The Morning Joe, Sharpton said questioned everything Trump had to say.

“I’ve never seen him stand up for Blacks that were treated wrong by the criminal justice system,” Sharpton said. “But now he’s a symbol of being prosecuted?”

According to The Washington Post, the remarks happened at the Black Conservative Federation’s annual awards gala, where he stood with Black leaders, including former Housing and Urban Development secretary Ben Carson.

Plies Reacts To Donald Trump Saying Black People Like Him For His Crimes

Plies is once again voicing his distaste for Donald Trump online… although this time, he seems a little bit more forgiving. By now, you’ve probably already heard of the ridiculous statement that the indicted former president gave the crowd at the Black Conservative Foundation Gala in South Carolina on Friday (February 23). Basically, he suggested that voters in the Black community like him because authorities indicted him on various charges involving hush money, classified documents, election interference, and more. This, in the 77-year-old’s mind, means that Black people can relate to his struggles in the justice system because of the legitimate injustices they face -– which don’t compare to his crimes.

“Then I got indicted a second time, and a third time, and a fourth time!” Donald Trump expressed. “And a lot of people said that that’s why the Black people like me. Because they have been hurt so badly and discriminated against. And they actually viewed me as I’m being discriminated against,” he concluded with a laugh, as if to suggest he knows how ridiculous and untrue this statement is for the most part. Amid many laughing, clown, and clapping emojis, this is what Plies had to say: “(They Criminals Just Like Me). I’m Not Even Gone Lie I’m Starting To Like The Casual Racism He Gives U. Keep Treating Them Like ‘Tim Scott’ Trump!!! They’ll Jump Even Higher For U!!! I Know I Know Trump 2024 #Plies.”

Meanwhile, this is a similar argument to what Fox News anchor Raymond Arroyo had to say about Trump’s new shoes recently. “This is connecting with Black America, because they love sneakers,” he posited. “This a big deal, certainly in the inner city. So when you have Trump roll out his sneaker line, they’re like, ‘wait a minute, this is cool.’ He’s reaching them on a level that defies and is above politics. The culture always trumps politics. And Trump understands culture like no politician I’ve ever seen.”

Still, there are also some rappers like Peezy who actually like No. 45 -– and his sneakers, too. As such, there’s a lot of debate here, but it’s easy to see what the real intentions are behind this grifting. Here’s to another chaotic election year… For more news on Trump and the latest on Plies, stay posted on HNHH.

Peezy Cosigns Trump Sneakers, Disses Joe Biden In The Process

Peezy is the latest rapper to endorse Donald Trump after seeing his new, gold, U.S flag-donning, $400 sneakers. Moreover, he took to social media to share his desire to cop a pair and his support of No. 45, while dissing current president Joe Biden and his VP Kamala Harris. “I’m tying to find my n***a Donald Trump’s gym shoes, man,” the Detroit rapper shared in a new clip. “The Trump 1s, man. If anybody got them b***hes in 13, call me. F**k Joe Biden, I’m rocking with Trump. F**k Kamala Harris, I rock with Trump. Free Trump! Free Big Slime! If you got the motherf***ing gold 1s, call me! I want them right now!”

Furthermore, this is what Fox News’ Raymond Arroyo said about the shoes and about how he thinks folks will react. “This is connecting with Black America because they love sneakers. This is a big deal, certainly in the inner city. So when you have Trump roll out his sneaker line, they’re like, ‘Wait a minute, this is cool.’ He’s reaching them on a level that defies and is above politics.” Needless to say, Peezy is the exception and not the rule, because Arroyo got absolutely cooked for this take.

Peezy Endorses Trump & Slams Biden

In fact, you may recall another curious rap crossover that happened concerning these new Trump sneakers. Kanye West apparently shared a clip of the shoes’ reveal on Instagram with the caption along the lines of “This made me smile.” That’s because the clip in question made it seem like the indicted former president played Ye’s song “CARNIVAL” over the reveal. It’s unclear whether he edited this himself or he fell for someone else’s trolling, but it definitely wasn’t the song that the 77-year-old played.

Meanwhile, another recent endorsement of the Republican candidate came from none other than Snoop Dogg, who had dissed him before. Actually, this comment almost prevented Snoop’s Death Row affiliate Harry-O from receiving his presidential pardon. We’ll see what other rappers decide to give in and wear their ugliest red hat for this surely chaotic upcoming election. On that note, stick around on HNHH for more news on Trump and the latest updates on Peezy.

Snoop Dogg Dissing Donald Trump Almost Prevented Harry-O From Being Pardoned

Former president Donald Trump has had a strange relationship with rappers. He’s received criticism from countless rappers for his conservative policies but there are a few prominent voices who seem to have his back. Kanye West famously wore one of Trump’s MAGA hats and even met with him in the White House. Lil Pump has appeared alongside Trump at numerous events though the former president notoriously mis-identified him as “Lil Pimp.” Most recently Benny The Butcher expressed admiration for Trump and after a sea of backlash decided not to address political matters publicly anymore.

One particularly interesting case is that of Kodak Black. The rapper had a long history of legal troubles and actually found his relief in Donald Trump. During his presidency he granted Kodak a pardon leading to his release from prison. Subsequent legal troubles may lead to Kodak serving that sentence after all, but he was thankful for Trump’s support. Another rap-adjacent figure who received a pardon is Death Row co-founder Harry-O who spent decades behind bars. But his pardon was almost not granted in the first place because of Snoop Dogg’s past comments about Donald Trump.

Snoop Dogg’s Trump Criticism Almost Ended Harry-O’s Pardon Bid

A new story from Rolling Stone shed some light on how the situation unfolded. Snoop was reportedly working behind the scenes in late 2021 in an effort to get Harry-O freed. Trump aides pointed out multiple times that Snoop had criticized the former president during his administration and suggested removing Harry’s name from consideration as a sort of punishment.

Allegedly, the only reason Trump ultimately went through with the pardon was a different more recent comment from Snoop. They reportedly were sent a video of Snoop praising the president’s efforts at social justice reform that ultimately changed his mind on the pardon. Harry was ultimately released right at the end of Trump’s presidency in January of 2021. What do you think of Snoop Dogg’s criticisms of Trump nearly ending Harry-O’s chances to get pardoned? Let us know in the comment section below.

Fox News Commentator Ripped Apart For Saying Black People Will Vote For Donald Trump Because “They Love Sneakers”

Fox News has been known for its biased political commentary over the years. Overall, Fox is a network that has a conservative angle. While it may not be as far right as Newsmax or OAN, it still has a very clear bias. They usually side with the likes of Donald Trump, and they don’t have particularly progressive views when it comes to black people or members of the LGBTQ+ community. Today, Fox News is actually under scrutiny for a bizarre rant from Raymond Arroyo that takes aim at black voters.

Speaking on Donald Trump’s new sneakers, Arroyo made the claim that Trump’s new shoes will lead to votes in the black community. His hypothesis is that black people love shoes and therefore, they will connect with Trump more than they would with Joe Biden. “This a big deal, certainly in the inner city,” Arroyo said. “So when you have Trump roll out his sneaker line, they’re like, ‘wait a minute, this is cool.’ He’s reaching them on a level that defies and is above politics. The culture always trumps politics. And Trump understands culture like no politician I’ve ever seen.”

Raymond Arroyo Puts Fox News Under Scrutiny

This clip is now going viral and for all of the wrong reasons. As you can imagine, many find this clip absolutely offensive. In the comments over at The Shade Room, many commenters felt like the commentary from Arroyo was belittling and downright racist. “Sir go to the nearest hell ain’t no body in the hood rocking no January 6s,” one commenter wrote. “Y’all letting the white people play right in our faces,” said another. Clearly, Arroyo should know better. However, this is Fox News, so the bar is going to be below the earth to begin with.

Big Baby Trump Spent The Final Days Of His Presidency In A Rage About Comments Made By Snoop Dogg

Snoop Dogg recently claimed that he has “nothing but love and respect” for Donald Trump, but the feeling is not mutual.

Rolling Stone reports that Trump spent the final days of his presidency worrying about what would happen to his beloved Diet Coke button, probably, but also fuming about the rapper. “Well, f*ck him,” Trump said about Snoop, according to a former administration official.

The negativity stemmed from previous comments made by Snoop before he started working with the White House to secure a pardon for Death Row Records co-founder Michael “Harry-O” Harris. “I don’t give a f*ck, I tell ’em straight up, motherfucker: If you like that n*gga, you motherf*ckin’ racist,” he said about Trump and his followers in 2018.

At least one Trump aide quickly started googling for other derogatory, profanity-laden Snoop Dogg quotes that were directed at the 45th U.S. president. The examples were compiled, and some of these officials personally saw to it that Trump was shown how the rapper had felt about him in recent years. This immediately enraged the Republican president, who had apparently forgotten about the depths of Snoop Dogg’s past hatred.

This turned Trump into Anger from Inside Out. He threatened to pull Harris’ name off the pardon list — until he was presented with footage showing Snoop saying nice things about him. “The president said he appreciated what he saw as Snoop Dogg’s sincerity and plaudits, the source with direct knowledge and a former Trump official say. About 24 hours before he was to step down from power, Trump instructed his advisers to re-add Harris’ name to the pardon and commutations list,” according to Rolling Stone.

Snoop has yet to endorse the pettiest man alive for the 2024 election.
