Kodak Black Slams Plies Over Donald Trump Slander In Wake Of Assassination Attempt

Kodak Black called out Plies on Instagram Live, earlier this week, after Donald Trump survived an assassination attempt at a rally in Butler, Pennsylvania. Kodak, who has backed the former President ever since he pardoned him for gun charges back in 2021, warned Plies to stop speaking out about Trump. “We ain’t going for no Trump slander,” Kodak remarked after bringing up Plies. “Trump ain’t done nothing to you. You feel me? You rich. We rich.” Plies has been highly critical of the Republican candidate for years at this point.

When No Jumper posted the clip on Instagram, hip-hop fans had mixed responses to Kodak’s take. One defended him for staying loyal to Trump. “Ngl if a n***a free me from prison u my dawg for life,” they wrote. Another praised Plies for speaking up: “Plies get so much respect from me he’s not voting for the guy that’ll feed his interest since he’s a millionaire he’s voting for the best interests of his people who don’t got it and who’s policies aren’t aligned with the republican agenda.”

Kodak’s livestream comes after a bullet grazed Trump’s head while speaking in Pennsylvania on Saturday. “I’m not supposed to be here, I’m supposed to be dead,” Trump told the New York Post afterward. “I’m supposed to be dead. The doctor at the hospital said he never saw anything like this, he called it a miracle.” He happened to turn his face slightly to the right just before a gun was fired in his direction. In turn, the bullet only nicked his ear.

50 Cent Swaps His Face With Donald Trump’s For Post-Shooting “Many Men” Performance

Yesterday, Donald Trump was grazed by a bullet at a Pennsylvania rally in an apparent assassination attempt. The shooting suspect has since been identified as 20-year-old Thomas Matthew Crooks who was killed on the scene. Reportedly, he was a registered Republican, and an explosive device was later found in his vehicle not far away from where the rally was held. Officials are still working to determine a motive.

Trump was taken to a nearby hospital right away and appears to be okay despite a wound to his right ear. Tragically, one other man died as a result of his injuries, and two others were seriously wounded. As reactions to the incident continue to roll in, 50 Cent’s has gone particularly viral. The rapper took the stage in Boston last night and performed his 2003 Get Rich or Die Tryin’ hit, “Many Men.” Behind him was the album cover, though his face had been replaced with Trump’s.

As clips from the show began to make their rounds online, he took to X to comment. “Trump gets shot and now I’m trending [shrug emoji],” he captioned the face-swapped cover art. 50 Cent also shared a photo of the former president holding his fist in the air, bloody ear and all. “I know the vibes,” he wrote. “We are all in trouble now !”

Donald Trump Shooting Suspect’s Photos Go Viral After He’s Identified As Registered Republican

Yesterday, Donald Trump was targeted by a gunman at a Pennsylvania rally in an apparent assassination attempt, leaving social media users shocked. The former president was speaking to supporters when a bullet grazed his right ear. He was then promptly ushered away whilst raising a fist in the air and taken to a nearby hospital. Trump was later released and appears to be on track to a full recovery. Sadly, the shooting claimed the life of one man in attendance and seriously wounded two others.

At around midnight, Trump was spotted getting off of a jet at Newark Liberty International Airport, the first the public has seen of him since the shooting. His expression was neutral, though he did wave to nearby photographers. As reactions to the shocking incident continued to roll in this morning, the FBI confirmed the identity of the individual responsible, 20-year-old Thomas Matthew Crooks.

Shooting Suspect Identified As Thomas Matthew Crooks

Crooks was killed by the Secret Service on the scene, and his home was later raided by the FBI. Reportedly, he was a registered Republican, and officials are still trying to determine a motive. Photos and clips of Crooks are now making their rounds online as the public waits to hear more. One clip shows him at a Bethel High School graduation ceremony in 2022, smiling as he holds up a diploma. An undated yearbook photo shows him wearing a grey t-shirt featuring an American flag.

According to The Wall Street Journal, Crooks’ car was located not far from where the rally was held. Reportedly, authorities also found explosive devices inside. Trump shared a message with his supporters on Truth Social earlier today, thanking them for their thoughts and prayers. The assassination attempt on former U.S. President Donald Trump’s life yesterday (Saturday, July 13) in Butler, Pennsylvania shocked the world. Many folks reacted wildly to it online, whether with their funniest memes or with their most sobering statements on the matter, including the world of hip-hop. There were a lot of rappers who commented on the Trump shooting via their social media accounts, and the reactions were just as varied as the level of support that rap has voiced for the convicted politician. Some of them issued more comical takes, whereas others expressed how disturbed they are by this incident, which left at least one other person dead in addition to the suspected shooter and two more injured.

Some of the numerous MCs that came out in support of Donald Trump recently (or, to be fair, a while ago) wished the former president well, such as Lil Pump and Sleepy Hallow. Others have yet to post about it publicly online, although we’re sure that they have their thoughts on the subject as well, as it was another “shot heard around the world” moment. Either way, they feel glad that the New York business tycoon made it out of this attempt alive. It was a close and terrifying situation.

Plies Reacts To Donald Trump Shooting

Of course, there were other figures in the hip-hop community whose jokes were less sympathetic, but not every Trump critic is like that. Some folks like Kid Cudi made it clear that they don’t support him at all, but still expressed their best wishes that everything turn out okay for him. It’s important to recognize that just because this attempt might’ve been birthed by extremism, it doesn’t mean that future attempts will be prevented by extremism. As such, President Joe Biden and many others condemned this violence and wished Trump well despite their disagreements with him.

Meanwhile, we’re sure this will further spur the MAGA fervor and elicit a whole lot of chaotic discourse between supporters and detractors. Since that time, Biden has made numerous mistakes which seemingly point towards cognitive decline. Although Biden has maintained that he will not drop out of the Presidential race, Democrats are practically begging for him to step aside. In fact, Kamala Harris is currently being tested in internal polling against Donald Trump.

Yesterday, Biden had a chance to prove himself at a news conference following a NATO meeting. Unfortunately, Biden made a plethora of mistakes yet again, and it was not a good look. Perhaps his worst error was when he called Kamala Harris, “Vice President Trump.” While it was a slip of the tongue, the President has been having a lot of those lately. Earlier in the day, he called Ukraine’s Zelensky “President Putin.” Again, not a good look.

Joe Biden Flubs Again

Following his speech, the reporters in attendance mostly asked him about his competence. Biden grew visibly frustrated while answering the questions. However, he did not that he believes Kamala Harris has what it takes to be President. While he is committed to running in November, perhaps this is all foreshadowing for what is to come. Either way, the President is experience horrible approval ratings, and the Democrats are internally freaking out. Only time will tell whether or not Biden steps down, or stubbornly stays in the race.

They also added that some of the president’s top aides are skeptical of her ability to outperform Biden and are wary of putting any faith in hypothetical polling. It’s unclear at the time of writing what the campaign plans to do with its purported findings, whether it be to prove that Biden is still the strongest option or the opposite.

White House Spokesperson Denies Secret Survey Reports

Andrew Bates, a White House spokesperson, denies reports of a secret survey. “Unequivocally, this is not true,” he told PEOPLE. “President Biden’s team is strongly behind him.” The reports arrive shortly after NBC News chatted with three individuals “directly involved” in his campaign efforts, who claimed that the debate fallout has shaken their confidence. “He needs to drop out,” one of them explained, “He will never recover from this.” Another said, “No one involved in the effort thinks he has a path.”

“The question for me, and a lot of us, is: Who is the best person to beat Donald Trump?” someone else asked at the time. “There are a lot of us that are true blue that are questioning our initial thoughts on that.” Again, Biden campaign spokesman TJ Ducklo shut down these reports, insisting that the president’s team stands behind him. According to CNN, Democrats like Nancy Pelosi have been critical of Biden and his choice to stay in the fight. Moreover, even George Clooney has made some strong comments about the President. This is significant considering how Clooney is a major donor to Biden. Despite all of this, the President is not dropping out of the race, at least for now. The Democratic National Convention is in August, which means there is still time for Biden to come out and drop out before it’s too late.
