In the latest Diddy lawsuit, Stevie J was mentioned. The former Love and Hip-Hop star was allegedly in a sex tape with a white man.

After the images of said sex tape leaked to the Internet, an adult star, D’Angelo “Knockout” Marquis, hit X, formerly Twitter, to say he was the one in the video. “That’s me smh,” he wrote.

In a separate tweet, Knockout wrote: “They will not bring him down off my name try again.”

Stevie J Responds To Claims From Newest Diddy Lawsuit

In recent weeks, things have gone from bad to worse for Diddy. He was already facing a myriad of allegations from numerous lawsuits filed last year that caused him to lay pretty low in recent months. Earlier this month, he returned to social media since the first time since the initial burst of allegations. He claimed that the allegations level against him came from “cancel culture.” But he was dragged back into the news recently when even more lawsuits emerged with even more damning claims.

Earlier this week, Diddy was hit with another lawsuit that accused him of groping a male producer. That lawsuit also named record producer Stevie J and claimed that the man filing the lawsuit was forced to watch Stevie have sex with another man. Stevie responded quickly via a lawyer, declining all allegations made against him in the lawsuit. But now he’s returned with another statement coming from his own mouth. It’s once again a denial of the allegations but he gives an even more specific reason why the accusations are false. Check out his new statement below.

Stevie J Claims To Be One Of Gods Favorite

Stevie J claimed that he couldn’t have been included in the lawsuit because he “wasn’t that guy.” He expanded on that point later in the caption. “I ain’t never gonna be that guy… I’m one of gods favorite,” he concluded. That sparked plenty of fan debate in the comments over whether his denial was homophobic.

In the wake of the new lawsuit Stevie J isn’t the only one coming to his defense. A porn star made the claim publicly that he was actually the one in a screenshot mentioned in the lawsuit and not Stevie. What do you think of Stevie J’s new denial of his involvement in the newest Diddy lawsuit? Do you believe his claims that the allegations made against him are false? Let us know in the comment section below.

Pornstar Claims He’s Pictured In Explicit Screenshot In Diddy Lawsuit, Not Stevie J

Diddy’s legal saga appears far from over as the mogul faced another lawsuit this week by producer Lil Rod. In the lawsuit, Rod claimed that he lived with Diddy for over a year between September 2022 and November 2023. He said he witnessed the mogul and his team engage in seriously illegal activities. In one section of the lawsuit, Rod alleges that Diddy showed him a video of producer Stevie J engaging in sex acts with another man, attaching the photographic evidence to the lawsuit he filed to court.

However, it might not actually be Stevie J, after all. A pornstar known as D’Angelo “Knockout” Marquis came to Stevie J’s defense after the news broke out about the lawsuit. Marquis said that the photos from the lawsuit that have circulated are actually of him engaging in sex acts with another man. “That’s me smh,” he said on X. “They will not bring him down off my name, try again… This is not him [Stevie J] it’s me yall really be trying it.” Per Daily Mail, Stevie J later responded to the allegations on social media, writing, “This lawsuit is bogus!’ along with three clown emojis.

Knockout Claims Identity In Leaked Photo

Lil Rod claimed that Diddy was aware that he “looked up to and idolized” Stevie J, who produced several hits for Biggie and other artists as part of the Bad Boy Production team. Rod alleged that Diddy used the video in an attempt to solicit him into also engaging in sexual acts, claiming the videos were a way to “ease his anxiety concerning homosexuality.” Moreover, Rod said Diddy told him, “This is a normal practice in the music industry, look even Stevie J is doing it.”

Diddy’s attorney, Shawn Holley, fired back at the suit, referring to Rod as a “liar” who is “shamelessly looking for an undeserved pay day.” “His reckless name-dropping about events that are pure fiction and simply did not happen is nothing more than a transparent attempt to garner headlines,” Holley said. “We have overwhelming, indisputable proof that his claims are complete lies. Our attempts to share this proof with Mr Jones’ attorney, Tyrone Blackburn, have been ignored, as Mr Blackburn refuses to return our calls.

Lil Rod Also Trying To Sue Diddy For Publishing On Top Of His Sexual Assault Claims

The lawsuits and accusations continue to pile up for Diddy as Lil Rod is one the more recent to speak up. Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones worked on The Love Album: Off The Grid which dropped back in September of 2023. It is one that Rod said he “took a year off” to work tirelessly on. However, even with all of the long nights and “not going to sleep until it’s done,” he was being paid “pennies.” Furthermore, he said that the contract he signed was “disgusting,” according to AllHipHop. So, with all of that, Lil Rod is also suing Diddy over publishing, on top of the wild sexual assault and harassment allegations.

However, for this to happen Lil Rod created a GoFundMe page to raise $50,000 to help with paying an attorney. In the post below from The Neighborhood Talk, they found a video of him and Diddy going back and forth about his publishing details. Lil Rod posted that video on his Instagram and Stevie J, who was a part of the Bad Boy’s production collective responded essentially calling him a liar.

Diddy’s legal team has the same opinion as Stevie J, saying, “We have overwhelming, indisputable proof that his claims are complete lies.” They also called him out for looking for an “undeserved payday” especially after the previous lawsuit is around $30 million. Additionally, spectators of these crazy claims are also a bit skeptical that Lil Rod is telling the truth. “Yea it’s giving money grab. It’s getting hard to believe ppl with such a serious accusation.” So much more is to come of this so stick with us for all of the latest updates.

Diddy Accused Of Groping Male Producer’s Genitals In New Sexual Assault Lawsuit

Sean “Diddy” Combs finds himself in more legal turmoil after producer Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones filed a federal lawsuit against him on allegations of egregious offenses, per TMZ. In the suit, filed to the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, Rod accuses Diddy of sexual harassment, drugging, and threats. Furthermore, he said that Diddy created a toxic work environment that subjected him to sexual advances from other men. He alleged that he lived and traveled with Diddy from September 2022 to November 2023. During that time, he alleged to have compiled hours of video and audio of Diddy, as well as his staff and associates, “engaging in serious illegal activity.” He’s seeking $30M.

A focal point of this particular lawsuit surrounds the allegations of sexual assault. Rod claimed that Combs tried to force him to engage in sexual acts after hiring sex workers. Moreover, he alleged that Diddy groped his genitals and anus in an attempt to groom him. The bombshell claims also include one where Jones claimed Diddy would not only walk around naked but coerce him into watching videos of another man, whom he identified as Stevie J, engaging in sexual acts with other men. TMZ reports that there is video and photographic evidence that was included in the lawsuit. However, it should be noted, that a pornstar named D’Angelo Marquis has claimed to be the individual portrayed in the images.

In response, Diddy’s attorney said they have “indisputable proof” that will clear the mogul of any wrongdoing. “Lil Rod is nothing more than a liar who filed a $30 million lawsuit shamelessly looking for an undeserved payday. His reckless name-dropping about events that are pure fiction and simply did not happen is nothing more than a transparent attempt to garner headlines,” Shawn Holley said. “We have overwhelming, indisputable proof that his claims are complete lies. Our attempts to share this proof with Mr. Jones’ attorney, Tyrone Blackburn, have been ignored, as Mr. Blackburn refuses to return our calls. We will address these outlandish allegations in court and take all appropriate action against those who make them.”

Justin Combs’ rep similarly shut down these allegations. “Justin Combs categorically denies these absurd allegations. They are all lies! This is a a clear example of a desperate person taking desperate measures in hopes of a pay day. There will be legal consequences for ALL defamatory statements made about the Combs family,” they said.

According to TMZ, a man named G was shot in the stomach. Jones states Diddy told the man to lie about the incident and say he was injured in a drive-by.

An LAPD investigation happened, resulting in the belief the victim was shot outside the studio and ran inside with his injuries.

Diddy Sued by ‘The Love Album’ Producer for Sexual Harassment and Assault

Sean 'Diddy' Combs Rebrands Combs Enterprises to Combs Global as Business Portfolio Expands

Diddy is once again the subject of a lawsuit. The legal documents obtained named Stevie J, Yung Miami, Cuba Gooding Jr., and has a lengthy list of defendants.

According to NBC News, Diddy is being sued by producer Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones, who claims to have lived and traveled with the Bad Boy Records mogul from Sept. 2022 to Nov. 2023. Jones claimed he has hours of video and audio of Diddy and his staff participating in “serious illegal activity.” He is seeking $30 million in damages.

Jones was hired to produce songs on Diddy’s latest Grammy-nominated album, The Love Album: Off the Grid.

Jones states in addition to working as a producer, Diddy forced him to find sex workers and also pressured him into sex acts for his pleasure. Jones also states Diddy would hand out laced alcoholic beverages at his house parties.

For recruitment of sex workers, Diddy allegedly gave Jones a Bad Boy baseball cap, which was known to be a signal in the area that Diddy was seeking sex workers.

Jones stated he was assaulted and harassed in Florida, Los Angeles, New York, and while traveling on a yacht in the U.S. Virgin Islands. Jones says he was subjected to “constant unsolicited and unauthorized groping and touching of his anus.”

Diddy is accused of forcing Jones to work in a bathroom while he showed in a glass enclosure and attempting to “groom him into accepting a homosexual relationship.”

Jones also states Diddy would often brandish guns and bragged about being the cause of the 1999 New York City nightclub shooting, which jailed Shyne.

According to TMZ, the legal docs state Jones was forced to watch a video showing Hitmen producer Stevie J having sex with another man. He also states a cousin of Yung Miami, Diddy’s girlfriend, sexually assaulted him and tried to initiate sex in front of Diddy and his staff.

Jones also states Justin Combs recruited prostitutes and underage girls while actor Cuba Gooding Jr. was at one of Diddy’s yacht parties. Gooding Jr. allegedly was “touching, groping, and fondling Mr. Jones’s legs, his upper inner thighs near his groin, the small of his back near his buttocks and his shoulders.” Gooding Jr. settled a separate lawsuit for rape in June 2003.

Included in the lawsuit filed in the U.S. District Court of the Southern District of New York are images of Diddy with alleged underage girls and sex workers. The suit also lists Diddy’s son, Justin Combs, Diddy’s chief of staff, Kristina Khorram, and a run of music executives, including Universal Music Group CEO Sir Lucian Grainge and former Motown Records CEO Ethiopia Habtemariam, as defendants.

Jones categorizes the record labels and their representing executives as a “RICO enterprise” that “failed to adequately monitor, warn, or supervise” Diddy’s actions.

Diddy’s legal representation, Shawn Holley, released a statement.

“We have overwhelming, indisputable proof that his claims are complete lies. Our attempts to share this proof with Mr. Jones’ attorney, Tyrone Blackburn, have been ignored, as Mr. Blackburn refuses to return our calls,” Holley said in a statement. “We will address these outlandish allegations in court and take all appropriate action against those who make them.”

A rep for Justin Combs reached out to TMZ, stating, “Justin Combs categorically denies these absurd allegations. They are all lies! This is a a clear example of a desperate person taking desperate measures in hopes of a pay day. There will be legal consequences for ALL defamatory statements made about the Combs family.”

Diddy Has Been Named In A Sexual Harassment And Assault Lawsuit Filed By ‘Off The Grid’ Producer

In November 2023, Sean “Diddy” Combs’ former girlfriend and Bad Boy Records singer Cassie accused the executive of several egregious acts. Although Diddy and his attorneys have vehemently denied Cassie’s claims, that hasn’t stopped others from making similar allegations. On Monday, February 26, another person has come forward.

According to paperwork secured by NBC News, Rodney “Lil Rod Madeit” Jones, Diddy’s former producer on The Love Album: Off The Grid, has named him in a new lawsuit. In the suit filed in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, Jones accuses Diddy of sexually harassing, drugging, and threatening him with physical harm between September 2022 and November 2023.

Diddy’s son, Justin Combs; chief of staff Kristina Khorram; Universal Music Group CEO Sir Lucian Grainge; and former Motown Records CEO Ethiopia Habtemariam are also listed as defendants in the case. According to Jones, several of the entities allegedly conspired together to aid Diddy in these alleged acts or, per the filing, “failed to adequately monitor, warn, or supervise.”

NBC News reports that as part of the suit, Jones is seeking punitive damages of upwards to $30 million, with him alleging that his personal and professional life have been “detrimentally impacted ever since.”

Jones is credited on the album tracks “Deliver Me,” “Homecoming,” “Need Somebody,” “Reachin,” and “Stay Part 1.”

Diddy’s attorney, Shawn Holley, released a statement denying Jones’ claims. “[Jones is] reckless[ly] name-dropping about events that are pure fiction and simply did not happen is nothing more than a transparent attempt to garner headlines,” said the rep.

Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs Fights Back Against Assault Allegations, Claims Violation of Constitutional Rights and Cancel Culture

diddy

Last week, Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs found himself at the center of a legal battle as he faced a lawsuit filed by a Jane Doe accusing him of a 20-year-old assault. However, Combs is not backing down without a fight. In a recent development, he has claimed that the lawsuit violates his constitutional rights and portrays him as a victim of cancel culture.

According to reports from All Hip Hop, an addendum filed on behalf of Sean Combs on February 23 by Daddy’s House Recordings, Inc., and Bad Boy Entertainment Holdings, Inc., reiterated their argument for the dismissal of the civil action brought against them by Jane Doe. The lawsuit alleges a single cause of action under New York City’s Victims of Gender-Motivated Violence (VGM) Protection Law.

In the memorandum submitted to the court, Combs’ lawyer, Jonathan Davis, expressed concern over the irreparable harm caused to the defendants’ reputations due to the lawsuit. Davis pointed out that the legal action has subjected Combs and his associated entities to the detrimental effects of ‘cancel culture’ long before any evidence has been presented. He highlighted that the allegations made against Combs are uncorroborated and lack substantial evidence.

The term ‘cancel culture’ refers to the act where individuals or entities face public ostracism, often on social media platforms, due to their alleged misconduct or controversial statements. Critics argue that cancel culture can lead to unfair and disproportionate consequences for those accused, without proper investigation or due process.

Combs’ legal team’s assertion that the lawsuit has turned them into victims of cancel culture frenzy underscores the challenges faced by individuals and organizations when dealing with allegations in the public eye. The case brings to light broader discussions surrounding accountability, due process, and the impact of social media on legal proceedings.

As the legal battle unfolds, Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs continues to maintain his innocence and defend his reputation against the decades-old assault allegations. The outcome of this case will likely have implications not only for Combs but also for the broader discourse surrounding cancel culture and the pursuit of justice in the digital age.

Jimmy Iovine’s Accuser Has Reportedly Dropped Their Sexual Assault Lawsuit To Find An ‘Out-Of-Court Resolution’

Following Cassie’s shocking legal filing against Diddy in November 2023, in which he was accused of sexual misconduct, the music industry underwent a reckoning. Several high-profile music executives, including Jimmy Iovine, were accused of similar allegations, including the co-founder of Interscope Records in the Supreme Court of the State of New York County. Nearly three months later, there has been an update on the case.

According to Rolling Stone, on February 15, the plaintiff’s attorney, Doug Wigdor, filed a discontinuance with prejudice to close the case for good. In a statement shared with the publisher, Wigdor expressed his client’s (referred to as Jane Doe) decision to drop the suit, opting instead for an out-of-court resolution.

“The matter was resolved to the satisfaction of the parties,” he said. No further information has been provided outlining the terms of the parties’ agreement.

In the initial filing, Doe alleged that in August 2007 Iovine “sexually abused, forcibly touched, and subjected to sexual harassment and retaliation.” As part of the case, he faced assault and battery claims in addition to violations of the New York City Victims of Gender-Motivated Violence Protection Act and the New York City Human Rights Law.

Iovine nor his legal representative have issued a statement regarding the case.
