Earlier this week, Diddy was arrested amid several lawsuits and shocking allegations surrounding him. He was charged with “racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion, and transportation to engage in prostitution,” according to TMZ. His first request for release on bail was denied, and today, he’s asking the judge to reconsider. If convicted, he could face a maximum sentence of life in prison.

Diddy’s not the only one with a lot on his plate at the moment, however, as Meek Mill also recently took to Twitter/X with a fun revelation. “In other news…. I bought a farm the other day,” he wrote simply. The rapper didn’t share much more than that about his latest endeavor, though he did follow up with a message about how God is responsible for his success.

Of course, Meek Mill’s farm announcement comes after fans speculated that he was named in Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones’ lawsuit against Diddy. In it, Lil Rod alleged that the mogul had a sexual relationship with “a Philadelphia rapper who dated Nicki Minaj.” He’s since been the victim of relentless online trolling, which has only increased since details of Diddy’s indictment went public. Before the security footage of Diddy allegedly assaulting Cassie surfaced earlier this year, Meek made it clear that he wasn’t believing every damning allegation made against the Bad Boy Records founder.

Diddy Promises To Have No Female Visitors In Latest Bail Proposal

Earlier this week, Diddy was arrested following months of disturbing allegations and lawsuits. According to TMZ, he was charged with “racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion, and transportation to engage in prostitution.” If convicted, the Bad Boy Records founder could face a minimum of 15 years behind bars or a maximum sentence of life.

Despite offering home detention with GPS monitoring and “all other standard conditions of pretrial supervision,” Diddy’s request for bail was denied earlier this week. Today, he appeared in court again to appeal the judge’s decision and make another proposal. His legal team claimed that if he were released, the security company that overlooks his Miami home would hand over visitor logs nightly.

They also added that Diddy would only receive visits from family, property caretakers, and friends who are not co-conspirators. His team added that his only female visitors would be family members or the mothers of his children. On top of this, Diddy promised to have no contact with witnesses and to take weekly drug tests. It’s to be seen whether or not the appeal will be successful. Previously, Judge Robyn Tarnofsky argued that Diddy could theoretically and allegedly re-offend if released. “This is a crime that happens behind closed doors, even when pretrial services is monitoring,” she explained earlier this week.

Diddy’s Lawyer Names Cassie As An Alleged Witness In Federal Case

Diddy’s federal case is taking shape. The hip hop mogul was formally charged with sex trafficking and racketeering on Tuesday, and was subsequently denied bail. He will be held until his trial gets underway. In the meantime, his lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, will speak on his behalf. Agnifilo voiced his frustration with the court’s decision to deny Diddy bail. He also alleged that Cassie, Diddy’s former girlfriend, will serve as a witness in the upcoming trial, according to The Jasmine Brand.

Cassie will allegedly be among the women who will testify against Diddy, according to Agnifilo. There is a possibility that the singer will take the stand during the case, but nothing has been confirmed. It’s telling that Diddy’s lawyer confirmed Cassie’s involvement in the case. At the same time, he attempted to tear down her character. Marc Agnifilo alleged that Cassie was actually the one who incited violence leading up to the incident in which Diddy assaulted her in a hotel hallway. The lawyer alleged that the singer hit Diddy in the head with a cell phone. He also claimed that Cassie’s infidelity lead to the confrontation in the first place.

Cassie’s involvement in the Diddy case has been alluded to for several months. TMZ reported that the singer was in contact with federal officers prior to the mogul’s arrest. She also reportedly worked with investigators as far back as April. A source close to Cassie told People Magazine that she feared for her life in the lead up to Diddy’s arrest. “It was terrifying in a very real way,” the source explained. “There have been so many people protecting Diddy for so long. It’s not an exaggeration to say her life was in danger through all this.”

The same source told People that Diddy’s arrest has helped Cassie at ease. Especially considering the fact that the mogul was denied bail. “It’s been really, really hard for her,” they asserted. “She was very hopeful that justice would come.” Cassie herself has thanked the fans and the music world for their support in light of her Diddy claims. “This healing journey is never ending,” she noted in a written statement. “But this support means everything to me. According to a breaking news report from TMZ, Diddy is pleading not guilty to all of the charges put upon him. Obviously, this is something that no one should be taken aback by. The multi-media figure and rapper was hit with three charges earlier today, including “racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion, and transportation to engage in prostitution”. All of this has been transpiring within Manhattan, New York, with his arrest occurring late yesterday.

He has yet to be convicted, but the potential outcomes are extreme. As it stands, he is currently facing a minimum of 15 years, with a statutory maximum of life behind bars. Of course, Diddy is not wanting anything to do with that, which is why he offered a $50,000,000 bail package. It includes selling his $48,000,000 Miami home, in addition his mother’s house in the same city. Furthermore, he’s even willing to limit where he can travel, which is trimmed down to just certain districts of Florida and New York.

Bombshell reports yesterday revealed that Sean “Diddy” Combs had been arrested by federal agents with Homeland Security Investigations. Obviously, this is all in connection with a broad spectrum of allegations, as well as the multiple home raids earlier this year. The rap mogul and entrepreneur was taken to an FBI office in Manhattan and this morning his indictment should be unsealed when he arrives in court.
