Aubrey O’Day is one of many celebrities who held no silence when it came to the Diddy scandal, which we’ve been in full swing of for over a year now. Moreover, his federal case for alleged sex trafficking continues to develop alongside the mountains of civil lawsuits against him. O’Day is one of the most vocal famous figures when it comes to the aversion to Sean Combs and his alleged behavior, so it’s no surprise that she revels in his downfall from time to time. For example, she recently took to Twitter to share her brief thoughts on a key legal development.

“take that take that,” she tweeted in reference to both Diddy’s iconic ad-lib and to the court denying him bail yet again. He and his legal team fought incessantly to present their case to the judge, arguing that the prosecution meddled with the trial and argued faulty narratives to keep him behind bars. But at the end of the day, the court maintained its position, although we wouldn’t exactly express shock at the idea of yet another bond attempt before trial begins next May. “With Diddy, I saw multiple real things, sides of him,” Aubrey O’Day recently claimed on a podcast, referring to his alleged physical grooming of her. “[…] Grooming is a process, they don’t just abuse you on day one. They make you feel like you get little bits of things that make you attracted and excited and then once they’ve got your attention, they let you know about yourself in different ways. It’s like the military. They break you down and build you back up into the soldier they need you to be for the country they need you to be fighting for.”

As for other updates on Diddy, an attorney for the State recently announced his resignation, which could delay the trial or impact the case in other significant ways. Without more details in the future and a more set timeline, though, it’s impossible to tell what this will really imply. All we know is that Puff will stay behind bars for the time being, and Aubrey O’Day feels vindicated.

Diddy To Spend Thanksgiving In Jail After Third Bail Request Denied

Christmas did not come early for Diddy. The disgraced mogul was denied bail on Wednesday, which means he will remain in jail during the Thanksgiving holiday. People confirmed that Diddy was denied a third time by Judge Arun Subramanian. He cited a number of different reasons as to why the court feels the mogul should stay locked up. “The Court finds,” Subramanian explained. “That the government has shown by clear and convincing evidence that no condition or combination of conditions will reasonably assure the safety of the community.”

Diddy’s dubious track record was not, in Subramian’s opinion, something that could be excused when considering bail. The Judge pointed to allegations in which the mogul used firearms and various threats of violence to coerce victims into keeping quiet. He also pointed to instances in which Diddy’s alleged criminal actions were supported by text messages. There were also seized firearms with defaced serial numbers. The prosecution also claimed that Diddy attempted to influence witnesses from behind bars. They felt the Bad Boy founder had made “recent efforts to influence the jury pool.” They cited a social media campaign organized by members of his family as proof.

Judge Subramanian took these different allegations into account. He pointed out that Diddy has been using the phone access codes of other inmates to make calls from MDC in Brooklyn. It doesn’t look good for the Bad Boy mastermind, given that he’s been denied twice before. His criminal trial is tentatively set for May 2025. Diddy may not have the chance to go home for the holidays, but his family continues to support him. The mogul’s family issued a joint statement to Instagram. Diddy’s children, in particular, made it clear that they will be behind him no matter what.

“We stand united, supporting you every step of the way,” the children wrote. “We hold onto the truth, knowing it will prevail, and nothing will break the strength of our family. Quincy, Justin, Christian, Chance, Jessie & D’Lila.” The family also dismissed the charges against Diddy as being inaccurate. “Many have judged both him and us,” they added. “Based on accusations, conspiracy theories, and false narratives that have spiraled into absurdity.”

TD Jakes Attributes Medical Emergency To Alleged Stress From Diddy Accusers’ Lawyer

Over the weekend (November 24), Bishop TD Jakes appeared to suffer a medical emergency onstage during a sermon. He’s now in stable condition, per a statement from the church. “During today’s service, Bishop T.D. Jakes experienced a slight health incident and received immediate medical attention following his powerful hour-long message,” the statement read. “Bishop Jakes is stable and under the care of medical professionals. the entire Potter’s House family is grateful for the outpouring of love, prayers, and support from the community. Thank you for your understanding and continued prayers.”

Now, according to AllHipHop, he’s alleging that the incident was a result of stress caused by some accusations made against him by fellow pastor Duane Youngblood. Youngblood is being represented by Tyrone Blackburn, the same attorney representing Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones. Earlier this year, Lil Rod sued Diddy for alleged sex trafficking and more. On the Larry Reid Live podcast, Youngblood alleged that Jakes attempted to sexually abuse him when he was 18 or 19.

Jakes denies these allegations and has since fired back with a lawsuit accusing Youngblood of defamation. “These accusations are patently false,” it alleges. “Bishop Jakes never kissed or tried to kiss Youngblood, never cornered him or forced him into any situation (sexual or otherwise), and certainly never told him that he wanted to sleep with him or had any conversation of a sexual nature at all with him. The interactions described by Youngblood during his LRL interviews on October 28 and November 3 never happened—period.”

“This lawsuit is intended to bring that scheme to a halt,” it also alleges. “To end the extreme emotional, physical, and spiritual toll Defendants’ conduct has caused Bishop Jakes, to set the record straight so the world understands the patent falsity of the accusations, and to restore Bishop Jakes’s reputation.”

Prosecutors Fire Back Against Diddy’s Bail Request By Alleging He Threatened To Kill Staff Members

Last Friday, November 22, Diddy’s third bail attempt was presented at a court hearing. He’s offering a $50 million dollar bond, 24/7 security, and visitors restricted to family and his team. However, the judge presiding over this decision, Arun Subramanian, came out of it wanting more time to decide. As it stands, Diddy’s trial will not begin until May 2025, so he’s going to be at the Metropolitan Detention Center for quite a while longer. Since the judge came to this conclusion, prosecutors are making moves to try and keep the mogul behind bars. Overall, they just feel he’s too big of a flight risk.

So, it’s no surprise that they are dishing out some more disturbing claims. According to theJasmineBrand and PEOPLE, this latest letter to Judge Arun Subramanian claims that Diddy “physically abused his personal staff.” Things intensify quickly though, as it also reads, “Former staff members have described the defendant threatening to kill them, throwing objects at them, and being struck, punched, and shoved by the defendant, and seeing him do the same to others.”

Furthermore, prosecutors included similar harrowing alleged accounts of Diddy doing things to women. In this section, it says, “Often behind closed doors, the defendant engaged in acts of violence against women, including throwing them to the ground, dragging them by their hair, kicking, shoving, punching, and slapping them.”

He manipulated, coerced, and extorted women, including by plying them with drugs, threatening to withhold financial support, and threatening to disseminate sex tapes that the defendant had made of their sexual encounters. He [intimidated] women, including by displaying firearms, threatening them.” In fact, one of the examples mentions a time where he allegedly went to a woman’s house and began trying to break it down with a hammer. Overall, this should certainly give the judge a lot to think about. Judge Arun Subramanian is expected to make a final decision on the bail package this week.

Diddy Case At Standstill After U.S. Attorney Announces Resignation

Damian Williams announced his resignation on November 25. The U.S. Attorney represented the Southern District of New York, and worked several high profile cases throughout his career. The most recent, and perhaps most notable example, is Sean “Diddy” Combs. Williams was aggressive when it came to prosecuting Diddy, and the charges levied against the disgraced mogul on his watch. Damian Williams’ decision to retire on December 13, however, some insiders are concerned as to what the repercussions could be on the Diddy case.

Williams issued a statement following his resignation announcement. “Today is a bittersweet day for me,” he noted. “It is bitter in the sense that I am leaving my dream job, leading an institution I love that is filled with the finest public servants in the world. It is sweet in that I am confident I am leaving at a time when the Office is functioning at an incredibly high level.” Damian Williams served three years as U.S. Attorney, and also played a role in the recent charges made against New York Mayor Eric Adams. Diddy, however, represents an especially sensitive situation.

According to AllHipHop, legal experts have voiced concern over Williams’ sudden departure. There is a sense that the District Attorney’s absence could slow down the momentum of the Diddy case. A case that has already been sidelined by bail requests and dozens of lawsuits. The Diddy case is scheduled to begin in May 2025, but it’s unclear how Williams’ absence will impact this date, if at all. The Bad Boy founder has also been tireless in his attempt to make bond until the trial begins. Newsweek noted that the legal team for Diddy submitted various pieces of evidence to the court on Monday.

Diddy’s legal team also pointed to Donald Trump’s recent legal troubles as a precedent for the kind of outside communication their client should be allowed. They argued that the disgraced mogul actually has a “greater constitutional claim” that Trump when it comes to making bond. “Accordingly, the Court should apply Trump’s heightened standard when considering Mr. Combs’ speech here,” they went on to note. A decision regarding Diddy’s bond request is set to be made this week.

Diddy Witness Defends Kim Porter Memoir In Nasty Response To Cease-And-Desist

A man selling a Kim Porter memoir allegedly based on her diary entries has fired back at her sons, Christian and Quincy. Earlier this week, the duo sent him a cease-and-desist. According to TMZ, Courtney Burgess has now hit the brothers with an unpleasant legal response with the help of his attorney, Ariel Mitchell. In it, they shut down Christian and Quincy’s allegations that Burgess is trying to profit off Porter’s success by selling the book and diss the late actress and model in the process.

They argue that Porter’s fame was a result of being Diddy’s “long time paramour,” and not her own hard work. Moreover, Burgess alleges that he has the copyright to the book. He alleges that Porter gave him the rights before she passed away in 2018.

Previously, it was reported that the Combs brothers claimed to have become the owners of Porter’s intellectual property rights following her death. This means her diary entries would allegedly belong to them. According to Mitchell, however, Burgess and Porter met through a mutual friend. During a phone call, Porter allegedly told Burgess that she’d send him a copy of her diary before sending it his way, which is how he alleges that he got the rights. Reportedly, Burgess’ phone contained the flash drive data used for the book and was seized by feds in NYC.

Diddy’s sons asked for an accounting of any and all money Burgess has made off of the Kim Porter memoir. Burgess called their cease-and-desist a “desperate ploy” allegedly crafted by Diddy in an attempt to extort money. He also alleges that this “pathetic attempt illustrates just how dire the financial situation is” for Diddy and his family.

Diddy Blows Kisses To His Family At Bail Hearing Amid Prosecution & Defense’s Allegations

Diddy’s children – Quincy Jones, Justin, Christian “King,” Chance, and twins D’Lila and Jessie Combs – accompanied their grandmother Janice Combs to his bail hearing on Friday (November 22) in Manhattan federal court. He reportedly entered the courtroom at around 2PM local time, and blew kisses in the direction of his family in addition to smiles and waves. This is for Sean Combs’ third official attempt at securing bail in his federal case for alleged sex trafficking and racketeering. The proposed package totals $50 million, the same amount that the court already denied during the defense’s second attempt. However, this new bail package is reportedly more robust and also adds more regulations and requirements.

Still, the breadth of that bail package doesn’t take away from how Diddy’s prosecutors and his defense team have launched damning allegations at one another. Basically, both sides allege that the other seeks to derail the case, manipulate it for their own gain, and take advantage of public spectacle and pressure to do so. In the prosecution’s case, they claim that the Bad Boy mogul sought to tamper with witnesses and illegally exploit other resources at his disposal. In the defense’s case, they allege that prosecutors tampered with evidence and also provided misleading “proof” to build their case.

Both sides’ stories are all just allegations, though, and this bail hearing will probably result in a more direct and final answer for Diddy that hopefully errs on the side of caution and corrects or condemns any mistakes that both sides of the court might have made. Interestingly enough, though, his case continues to draw up more media attention from folks who hadn’t spoken on it already. Kendrick Lamar seemed to reference this scandal on his surprise new album, GNX.

Meanwhile, the lawyer representing many alleged Diddy victims recently faced some assault allegations of his own, so Tony Buzbee has a lot more on his plate now. This case will continue to complicate itself in the search for justice, and it’s important to remain patient, focus on the facts, and ensure that everyone maintains their rights and doesn’t fall victim to careless legal scrutiny.

Kendrick Lamar Appears To Make Vague Diddy Reference On “wacced out murals”

Kendrick Lamar has a lot of blunt, direct, intense, and hard bars all over his surprise new album GNX, but some lyrical mentions are a bit more vague. For example, a lot of fans raised their eyebrows at this particular line off of the project’s opening track, “wacced out murals.” “N***as cackling about [silence] while all of y’all is on trial,” he raps on the cut. K.Dot’s omission of the name in the song, plus the mention of the trial, got many folks thinking that he’s talking about the Diddy scandal. Sadly, though, it could also refer to other criminal proceedings in hip-hop, such as Lil Durk and Young Thug’s predicaments.

At the end of the day, this is just a theory, and one that Kendrick Lamar clearly wanted to leave open to interpretation. But most of the other verses on here don’t offer listeners that luxury, instead opting for declarative statements that would be hard to misinterpret. For example, he also addressed the Super Bowl halftime show controversy involving Lil Wayne, making it clear that his Weezy fandom doesn’t make him feel any less indignant.

However, there are also some other moments on GNX where Kendrick Lamar gets more personally revealing, such as his remarks on his Black Hippy supergroup with Ab-Soul, Jay Rock, and ScHoolboy Q on TDE. These land on the track “heart pt. 6.” “I jog my memory, knowing Black Hippy didn’t work because of me / Creatively, I moved on with new concepts in reach,” he raps on the song. Of course, that track is also notable for its title, one that Drake already used in his battle with Kendrick earlier this year.

All that’s to say that Kendrick Lamar doesn’t pull many punches on GNX, but it’s understandable why he would want to treat the Diddy situation with caution – if that was really his intention, that is. Either way, he probably knows exactly what he’s doing with lines like that, and the impact is sometimes far more important than the intent. We’ll see what other curious bars, possible theories, and lyrical interpretations emerge as we continue to dive into this LP.

Diddy’s Prosecutors Explain Why His Lawyers Are Wrong About His Bail Package

Diddy and his legal team have admitted to breaking some rules in their trial preparations and quest for bail, but they still stand by the latter as an absolute necessity. For those unaware, a hearing on his new bail motion (one of many) will take place today (Friday, November 22) in New York federal court. Ahead of this hearing, prosecutors issued a letter to Judge Arun Subramanian explaining why they think Sean Combs does not deserve bail and why the defense’s arguments in favor of bond are faulty. Specifically, they targeted defense attorneys’ claims that he should get bail because other powerful people with similar charges have gotten bail.

Diddy’s defense team’s arguments relate to the 2024 sex trafficking case of Michael Jeffries, who secured a $10 million bond with electronic home monitoring and other conditions. However, prosecutors argue that this case is different for a few different reasons. The first is that Jeffries only faced charges of violence and obstruction in relation to sex trafficking, whereas Combs faces similar charges in other areas plus an additional racketeering charge and the use of firearms.

The second reason that prosecutors offered as to why the defense’s arguments for Diddy’s bail are flawed is that Jeffries’ alleged conduct ended by 2015 at the very least. On the other hand, federal authorities allege that Combs’ alleged behavior persisted all the way through 2024, and that this allegedly present activity changes his circumstances. Finally, prosecutors argued that since the Bad Boy mogul is much younger with a criminal history, and since Jeffries is 80 years old with no criminal history, their cases can’t compare as closely as the defense team believes.

All in all, it will be interesting to see what the judge concludes concerning Diddy’s bail motion, and whether this latest attempt is any different from those prior. Defense lawyers also bashed the prosecution, though, so this isn’t just a one-sided allegation of bad behavior. Combs’ lawyers alleged that prosecutors altered the footage of him assaulting Cassie in a hotel and used misleading evidence to taint the narrative. A judge will have to find a balance between these dangerous and damning accusations from one side to another.

Tony Buzbee Sued For Assault While Representing Diddy Accusers

Tony Buzbee has become one of the key players in the Diddy saga. The attorney has taken on a staggering 120 plus clients who allege they were assaulted by Diddy at various points. Buzbee even launched a hotline so that other alleged victims could come forward with their stories of the Bad Boy founder. According to TMZ, though, Buzbee, has found himself in legal hot water. The attorney was sued for assault by an unnamed woman on November 21. The woman, going by Jane Doe, claims the assault took place several years ago.

Jane Doe claimed that she was in a public place with Tony Buzbee when the attorney flew into a rage. She alleges Buzbee pushed a flute of champagne into her face, which chipped her tooth. She also says she has hospital and dental records to support her alleged injury. The allegations don’t stop there. Doe accused Tony Buzbee of malpractice, and royally botching the divorce case that she initially hired him to handle. She went as far as to say that the attorney cost her millions of dollars in the long run. “Buzbee is a hypocrite,” says Doe’s lawyer, Jeremy Bohrer. “Nothing worse than when a black hat masquerades as a white hat.”

Unsurprisingly, Tony Buzbee is denying the allegations. The attorney claims that Jane Doe’s suit has no basis in truth. “I would ask if the lawyer bringing this silly case is friends with a lawyer from the firm that brought the other [extortion] case,” he told TMZ. “All this will be exposed soon.” Buzbee dispensed with the niceties while he was at it. “That’s crazy fiction,” he added. “Like really crazy. Like ridiculously crazy.” This is not the first time Tony Buzbee’s character has been called into question. Diddy’s legal team has attempted to present the attorney as using the Diddy case to boost his own celebrity.

After Buzbee set up the aforementioned “Diddy hotline,” the mogul’s team issued a statement criticizing it. “The press conference and 1-800 number that preceded today’s barrage of filings were clear attempts to garner publicity,” they claimed. “Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts, their legal defences, and the integrity of the judicial process.” Tony Buzbee, meanwhile, intends to close the book on this new lawsuit. He told TMZ that he will not tolerate defamation or bullying through external forces.
