Diddy’s Lawyer Issues Statement Following New Sexual Assault Lawsuit

Diddy has spent the last few months warding off sexual assault lawsuits from alleged victims. He has denied all of the allegations that have been leveled at him, and continued to do so on December 20. The Bad Boy mogul was sued over an alleged assault that took place in 2006. Diddy’s legal team has made it very clear that his client is innocent. Lawyer Marc Agnifilo issued a statement within hours of the lawsuit being made public. He believes Diddy is being unfairly targeted by the accuser.

The accuser in question, LaTroya Grayson, claims she won a radio contest to spend the day with Diddy. She claims that she was drugged and raped by the mogul during said day. Grayson added that she was 23 years old at the time the alleged assault took place. Diddy’s legal team does not believe Grayson’s account for a second, however. Agnifilo issued a collective statement asserting his client’s innocence. “Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone or engaged in sex trafficking,” he stated. “Grayson admits she has no memory of the events alleged in her complaint, does not know who was supposedly involved, and has never spoken to Mr. Combs.”

Diddy’s Legal Team Dubbed The Lawsuit “Pure Fiction”

Diddy’s legal team went on to posit that LaTroya Grayson’s allegations are “fiction,” much in the way that they have posed his other allegations. “Her allegations against him are pure fiction,” they explained. “As we’ve said before, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every baseless lawsuit and lawyer-driven money grab.” Agnifilo then included an assertion they have tacked on to several of Diddy’s denial statements. “He has faith in the judicial process,” he added. “In which fact will be separated from opportunistic fabrications like these.”

Diddy has continued to make headlines for all the wrong reasons in 2024. The Bad Boy founder’s thin appearance became a talking point on December 18. Law & Crime Network claimed that he appeared significantly thinner in court. It was later determined to be a result of Diddy refusing prison meals on a regular basis. “Maybe being locked up in detention is starting to wear on him,” the outlet reported. “He appeared grayer a little bit, too.” Diddy’s trial is due to begin on May 5, 2025.

Diddy Sued Yet Again For Alleged Sexual Assault By Radio Contest Winner’s Sister

Diddy now faces yet another sexual assault lawsuit, this time from an Oklahoma woman named LaToya Grayson who sued him, Bad Boy, and other companies for an alleged drugging and sexual assault in 2006. However, it’s important to note first that the alleged victim does not have a recollection of the alleged assault in question. Still, Grayson also included pictures in her filing that lend credence to her narrative. Per the lawsuit, in 2006, the alleged victim’s sibling won a KJAMZ radio contest (a local Oklahoma station) that covered flights to New York City and hotel accommodations for them and a guest. Most importantly, they won two tickets to Sean Combs’ White Party.

Furthermore, the woman suing Diddy included pictures of the alleged White Party invite and her and her sibling’s Delta airline tickets for New York City in her lawsuit. The tickets were for an October 16 flight to NYC and an October 17 flight back to Tulsa. Also, Grayson included a picture of a Roger Smith Hotel bill, which is in Manhattan, allegedly paid for by Atlantic Records.

Grayson alleges that she and her sibling went to Diddy’s party but were separated, with Grayson going in and her sibling staying out. During the shindig, the plaintiff claims that she took pictures with many celebrities, which she allegedly included in the lawsuit as well. But when Grayson began to feel sick after two drinks, she headed to the restroom. Then, she claims that she cannot remember the rest of the night at all and woke up in Saint Vincent’s Medical Center with no underwear, a ripped shirt, and almost none of the money she had.

With this in mind, Grayson cannot say for sure who allegedly sexually assaulted her, but she seeks to hold Diddy and other companies accountable for her experience nonetheless. Also, it’s important to point out that the lawsuit never indicates that she claimed to have spoken to or seen Sean Combs at the 2006 party. After flying back to Oklahoma, the plaintiff allegedly received a phone call from an anonymous woman who told her not to “waste her time” by legally going at a “celebrity.” Ariel Mitchell, Grayson’s attorney, indicated in the suit that she chose not to report anything at the time.

Earlier this week, Diddy appeared in court for a discovery hearing, which was attended by Elizabeth Millner of Law & Crime Network. She made some interesting observations about the Bad Boy founder’s appearance, claiming that he’s undergone drastic physical changes. According to her, it looks like he’s lost weight since his September arrest, and gone grayer.

“From that video that was obtained by DailyMail back in September of Diddy playing hacky sack in Central Park ’til now, he appeared astonishingly thinner, which you can expect to be inside a federal detention center for a couple months now,” she reported. “A lot different from the luxury lifestyle he was living before. In a new episode of DailyMail.com‘s “The Trial of Diddy” podcast, prison expert Larry Levine provided listeners with another possible explanation for the mogul’s apparent weight loss. He speculates that Diddy could allegedly be refusing meals out of fear of being poisoned. “People want to kill him,” Levine alleged. “What if someone on the outside has a connection inside the prison? They could contaminate his food, poisoning him over time.” This is unconfirmed, though this is not the first time Levine has shared this theory.

Just weeks after Diddy’s arrest, he told News Nation something similar. “If somebody got to one of the correctional officers,” he said of the possibility of someone allegedly tampering with Diddy’s food, “This could happen. They don’t make a lot of money and there’s people out there that he’s got stuff on that do have a lot of money.” Diddy’s behind bars for charges related to alleged sex trafficking and racketeering. TD Jakes’ Lawyer Fires Back After AI YouTube Videos Allege He Was In Bed With Diddy

Amid Diddy’s ongoing legal battle, countless wild rumors about him and his associates have popped up online. Recently, some YouTube accounts even allegedly used artificial intelligence to create fake thumbnails and stories accusing the Bad Boy founder and Bishop TD Jakes of being in bed together. Jakes isn’t standing for this, however, firing back by taking legal action. In a new motion filed by his attorney Dustin Pusch, he seeks to subpoena YouTube’s parent company Google to share information about four channels in particular.

These accounts are purportedly run out of Pakistan, South Africa, the Philippines, and Kenya. This latest update comes just a few weeks after Jakes had a health scare onstage, which he addressed in a video earlier this month. He revealed that he had to undergo emergency surgery, but is now on the road to recovery. “I faced a life-threatening calamity, was rushed to the ICU unit, I had emergency surgery, survived the surgery. Yeah, I’m back. And the doctor wants me to go slow coming back,” he shared.

Almost immediately after this health scare, Jakes hit fellow pastor Duane Youngblood with a lawsuit for alleged defamation. During an appearance on the Larry Reid Live podcast, Youngblood alleged that Jakes tried to sexually abuse him when he was 18 or 19. “These accusations are patently false,” Jakes’ lawsuit reads. “Bishop Jakes never kissed or tried to kiss Youngblood, never cornered him or forced him into any situation (sexual or otherwise), and certainly never told him that he wanted to sleep with him or had any conversation of a sexual nature at all with him. The interactions described by Youngblood during his LRL interviews on October 28 and November 3 never happened—period.”

Everyone’s indulging in conspiracy theories around the Diddy and Jay-Z lawsuit, whether from a more sympathetic or critical perspective. However, there are also some alleged rumors and rumblings online that the relationship between both moguls is not one of respect or arms-length camaraderie, but rather a more sinister one. Moreover, during his most recent VladTV interview with DJ Vlad, Tony Yayo claimed that “the streets” are saying that Sean Combs snitched on Shawn Carter in order to “take the heat off himself.” The G-Unit rapper’s assessment of the situation compared their superstar business acumen, their historic link-ups at Roc Nation brunches and other events, and their career-long relationship.

As such, Tony Yayo thinks that there are definitely many links between Diddy and Jay-Z that could suggest more direct communication these days. However, it’s still just a speculative allegation, especially considering that the Bad Boy executive’s team has also denied any criminal connection to his Roc Nation counterpart. But this is actually not the first time that Tony made these claims, as he and Uncle Murda made similar comments to TMZ at an airport.

50 Cet will produce an upcoming documentary on Diddy, and although it will center around his legal scandal, it will apparently provide alleged answers to other questions. For example, during a recent performance, Al B Sure claimed that the doc will answer what happened to him in 2022 that placed him in a coma for two months. “This time, a little while ago, I was deep in a coma… I guess we’re going to have to watch 50’s movie to find out what happened. It’s going to be beautiful,” he remarked. While this is quite ominous, the singer also has some personal reasons that could inform this claim.

For one, Al B. Sure expressed back when he recovered from his coma that it stemmed from surgery for a new liver. However, earlier this year, he hinted that Diddy had something to do with this medical situation. “Finally, we’re going to produce the Al B. Sure life story, so hold on to your britches and you’ll really understand how I ended up in a coma. You’re really gonna need to call Homeland Security,” Al alleged at the Equal Justice Now Awards in Los Angeles.

Diddy Compared To Harvey Weinstein Amid New Sexual Assault Allegations

Diddy’s legal battle rages on, and recently, an attorney representing some of his accusers hit him with a telling comparison. The Bad Boy founder is currently behind bars facing various charges related to alleged sex trafficking and racketeering. He’s also been sued various times over the past year or so by individuals accusing him of sexual assault, abuse, and more. Most recently, three men came forward alleging that they were drugged and sodomized by the mogul.

The attorney representing the men, Thomas Giuffra, sat down with CNN today to discuss the case. According to him, the similarities between their stories caught his attention right away. He also noted how alleged abusers tend to have patterns, including disgraced former Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein. Weinstein’s own attorney, Arthur Aidala, promptly fired back, claiming that he and Diddy’s allegations are nothing alike.

“It is an outright lie to say that Harvey Weinstein had a pattern of drugging women and sexual abusing them,” he told TMZ. “Not one accuser of Mr. Weinsteins ever alleged that. To make such a claim is reckless and irresponsible. The difference in the allegations between Mr. Weinstein and Mr. Combs could not be any more different. In New York Mr. Weinstein is an innocent man anxiously awaiting his trial to finally clear his name here.”

As for Diddy, his team denied the three men’s allegations on his behalf last week. “These complaints are full of lies,” they said. “We will prove them false and seek sanctions against every unethical lawyer who filed fictional claims against him.” Weinstein isn’t the first person to try to distance himself from Diddy amid his legal battle, however. Recently, Jay-Z’s team also shut down rumors that the two of them are close. “There is no friendship or longtime bond here,” his attorney Alex Spiro told NBC News on Monday. “Just because they knew each other, know each other, that doesn’t mean anything.”

Diddy’s Alleged Drug Mule Brendan Paul Cleared Of Felony Charges

Brendan Paul was cleared of felony charges on Tuesday. The former Syracuse basketball player was dismissed following the completion of a pretrial diversion program. Paul had previously been brought up on charges involved disgraced mogul Diddy. Paul was allegedly Diddy’s drug mule. Fortunately for Paul, prosecutors offered him a plea deal that included the aforementioned diversion program.

Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones accused Paul of being Diddy’s primary mule. The producer claimed that the former college star “procured, transported and distributed ecstasy, cocaine, GHB, ketamine, marijuana, mushrooms and tuci.” Jones even went as far as to detail the method that Paul allegedly used to sneak past law enforcement. “[They packed] these substances in their carry-on luggage,” he claimed. “and going through TSA.” The allegations against Paul did not stop there. Jones claimed that the “mule” also carried Diddy’s firearms “whenever they went out.” The producer also alleged that he was in charge of procuring and negotiating rates for Diddy’s sex workers.

Fortunately, Paul is a first time offender. Paul’s attorney, Brian Bieber, confirmed that he was a free man as of December 17. “Mr. Paul’s case was formally dismissed today,” Bieber told The Hollywood Reporter. “Brendan accepted the prosecutor’s offer to permit his entry into the diversion program.” The attorney went on to confirm that his client completed the program. Diddy, however, has not been so lucky. The mogul has had his bond requests denied three separate times. He will seemingly spend the months leading up to his 2025 trial behind bars.

A source told Us Weekly that Diddy is trying to stay positive while behind bars. “He’s trying to stay positive,” they explained. They also noted that the Combs family is struggling to maintain a positive outlook, given that their father will spend Christmas locked up. “The holidays will be especially hard for the family without their father,” the source added. The outlet also detailed Diddy’s latest visit with his family. “He smiled, waved, blew them kisses and mouthed ‘I love you’ to them,” the source reported. “[Diddy’s face] lit up.” Diddy maintains his innocence despite contending with several charges of sex trafficking and racketeering. “He looks forward to proving his innocence,” a public statement from his attorney’s read. “And vindicating himself in court if and when claims are filed and served.”

Diddy Accuser’s Lawyer Secures Major Win Against UMG In Court

It’s no secret that Diddy’s currently wrapped up in a great deal of legal drama. In September, the Bad Boy founder was arrested and hit with charges related to alleged sex trafficking and racketeering. He’s also been sued by several individuals in recent months for alleged sexual assault, abuse, and more. One of these individuals is Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones, a producer who most recently worked with Diddy on The Love Album: Off the Grid.

In addition to Diddy, the lawsuit also named UMG, its CEO Sir Lucian Grainge, and Motown Records’ former president Ethiopia Habtemariam due to purported business links. Lil Rod’s lawyer Tyrone Blackburn eventually voluntarily retracted these claims, however, citing a lack of evidence. Regardless, UMG sought sanctions against Blackburn, accusing him of trying to weaponize the allegations.

Now, according to AllHipHop, U.S. District Judge J. Paul Oetken has sided with Blackburn. Oetken made his ruling in Manhattan recently, ruling that there was no basis to conclude Blackburn acted in bad faith. The judge noted how Blackburn withdrew the claims against Grainge and Habtemariam, arguing that this actually shows he made an effort to correct the situation. “The lack of legal merit in the withdrawn claims does not establish malice or an intent to misuse the judicial process,” Oetken wrote. “To impose sanctions in this context would risk discouraging attorneys from taking on sensitive cases involving serious allegations.”

The ruling comes just days after Diddy was hit with three new lawsuits from alleged victims accusing him of drugging and sexually assaulting them.
