Megan Thee Stallion’s been having a great time while on tour, but sometimes, overly excited fans can get in the way of that for a brief moment. Moreover, new footage recently surfaced online of a fan throwing a phone at her on stage, which security was very quick to respond to. Amid screams from fans, employee scrambles, and a pause to the show, the Houston MC tried to explain to the guards that the fan probably didn’t mean to hurt her, but they seemingly took action regardless. While this seemed like a momentarily cumbersome incident that she quickly moved on from, one can never be too safe with fans throwing things at artists these days.

Furthermore, it’s been a big problem that has notoriously affected the likes of Kid Cudi and, most recently, Flo Milli while being a supporting tour act for Gunna. A very select few fans threw items at her and hecked her during her performance, something that the Drip Season rapper was very quick to condemn online. In Cudi’s case, he walked off stage at Rolling Loud 2022 after fans threw water bottles at him, so we’ve seen firsthand how instances like these can really affect and impact artists like Megan Thee Stallion’s focus, demeanor, and mental health. Hopefully instances like these, however innocent or innocuous, trickle away with time.

Lloyd sung to Ashanti and Nelly’s unborn child while performing on stage at the Met Philadelphia. Afterward, he posted a tribute to the couple’s future child in a beautiful post on Instagram while sharing a photo from the performance. “Dear Baby Haynes, you are surrounded by love, by good energy, and by ppl who have prayed for your piece [sic] of mind way before you were born,” he wrote in the caption. “One day I will tell you of the times I got to sing to you while still in your mothers belly, of how your mommy changed my life, and of how your dad was there for me when I needed a little love and guidance. Can’t wait to meet you and make you laugh. Inshallah, Your Uncle Ladi [infinity emoji, heart emoji, baby emoji].”

In the comments section, Ashanti thanked him for his performance and kind words. “Omggggg I’m cryinggggg and u know I don’t cry… Thanku Ladi love u soooooooooo much!!!!!” she wrote. “Such beautiful and meaningful words… I truly appreciate you so much. Ashanti and Nelly first rekindled their romance in 2023 after spending a decade apart. Nas To Perform With Live Orchestra In Las Vegas To Celebrate “Illmatic” 30th Anniversary

Nas will be performing three shows in Las Vegas with a live orchestra to celebrate the 30th anniversary of his iconic album, Illmatic. He and the Las Vegas Philharmonic announced the concerts on Monday, revealing that they’ll perform at the Encore Theater at Wynn Las Vegas on August 29, August 31, and September 1. Tickets will go on sale this weekend.

“Las Vegas has always served as a creative outlet for my music, and these performances will take that to the next level,” Nas told Billboard while discussing the shows. “I am excited to partner with the Las Vegas Philharmonic to bring this first-of-its-kind performance to Encore Theater and to showcase my music to my fans in Las Vegas in a whole new way.”

Tyrese Dips From Concert To Avoid A $10 Million Lawsuit: Watch

It is safe to say that Tyrese cannot breathe for more than five seconds without getting hit with legal documents. The 45-year-old was performing for Mother’s Day at the Stockbridge Amphitheater in Georgia and was close to wrapping things up. According to TMZ, he was only three songs away from being done but then a security guard appears to whisper something in his ear. After being informed, he hopped off the stage, sang to the crowd for a bit while walking, and then dipped. The reason for Tyrese cutting out of his concert early is because he was going to handed down a hefty lawsuit.

The person looking for $10 million is a music video and movie producer named Bryan Barber. According to The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, this lawsuit was put in motion back in October of last year. Barber is suing for defamation and libel for some comments that Tyrese made on The Breakfast Club. In that interview the actor and singer claims that Barber shot footage of him speaking to Charlamagne Da God at Gibson’s Atlanta home, and then refused to hand over the evidence. Tyrese also says that he paid $35,000 for the footage and he snatched it from him.

Bone Thugs-n-Harmony Tease Reunion For 30th Anniversary

The pride and joy of Cleveland hip-hop is back. Bone Thugs-n-Harmony, the iconic 1990s group, is celebrating three decades of music. While the specific circumstances under which the celebration will happen is still unclear, Lazyie Bown took to Instagram on May 10 to assure fans that something is going to happen. This is a huge deal, considering the five-man group haven’t put out new music since 2017 or toured since 2022. Apparently, all it took was an anniversary to bring them back together.

Layzie Bone posted a video on his Instagram to confirm that June 23 is a day that Bone Thugs-n-Harmony fans need to clear on their calendars. “We celebrating 30 years now,” he explained. “June 23, 1994, is the day that ‘Thuggish Ruggish Bone’ came out. The celebration of 30 years.” Layzie went on the mention some of the artists that the group has worked with over the years, it’s basically a who’s who of 90s icons. “Now you know you got your Bone and Biggies,” he added. “You got your 2Pacs and your Mariah Careys. And JDs, and Bow Wow. We done mixed and mingled with a lot of people.”

Bone Thugs-n-Harmony Haven’t Toured Since 2022

Then, the bombshell. “Now, on the 30th year anniversary,” the Bone Thugs-n-Harmony rapper stated. “We’re gonna do it again.” It’s about as exciting as an announcement can be while still being vague. Layzie doesn’t clarify whether the group is getting back together to record a new song, new album, or perform a show together. It’s worth noting that the last time Bone Thugs were doing shows, they were pitching it as their “farewell tour.” The group has been through turmoil and inner-conflict over the years, with members coming and going.

Part of the appeal of the so-called “farewell tour” was that all five members agreed to come back and dazzle fans with their flows. Layzie, Krayzie, Wish, Flesh and Bizzy Bone set their differences aside to go out on a high note. It’ll be interesting to see whether this 30th anniversary celebration will follow suit, or if it will see key members sitting out.

Metro Boomin Performs For Thousands At The Egyptian Pyramids

It’s been an undoubtedly busy few weeks for Metro Boomin, and fortunately for him, it hasn’t all been beef-related. According to TMZ, the award-winning producer performed for thousands of fans at The Egyptian Great Pyramids complex at the end of last month. The stage he performed on was right next to the Great Pyramid, The Great Sphinx, and the Pyramids of Khafre.

He first announced the performance in early April, telling fans, “In other news I’m doing a show at the Pyramids in Giza [head exploding emojis].” He also shared a poster for the event featuring him, the Sphinx, and the pyramids. Aside from performing, Metro also got the opportunity to visit with officials at the royal Abdeen Palace in Cairo.

Metro Boomin’s Egyptian Pyramids Show

Based on his social media activity, he was also able to do a bit of exploring during his visit to the Middle East. He posted a few photos of himself earlier this week posing alongside a camel. “From St. Louis to the pyramids,” he captioned one of the fun shots. It looks like Metro Boomin had a relaxing trip, but got right back to business when the show was over. Days after the performance, Metro Boomin unleashed on Drake in a heated Twitter rant, calling him out for some questionable past behavior. He later started a contest with his diss beat dubbed “BBL Drizzy,” offering up a cash reward for the best submission.

Shortly after that, some of Metro Boomin’s disturbing old Tweets resurfaced, reading “She might be young but she ready” and “Got your lil sister on them mollies she done ran thru the whole squad.” Since then, the nickname “Metro Groomin” has been thrown around, though he denies any wrongdoing. A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie Concert In England Canceled At The Last Minute

Artists canceling their concerts the day of has become a menace for some fans. Though last minute changes of plan are sometimes unavoidable, certain acts have a reputation for late cancelations. That isn’t the case for A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie, nor is the overnight last-minute cancelation of his show in Manchester his fault. The venue waited until the absolute last minute to cancel the show with fans having already started lining up outside. In fact, it wasn’t until 10 minutes after doors were scheduled to open that the cancelation of the show was announced.

The show was set to take place at Manchester’s new Co-Op Live. The freshly opened venue is off to a very rough start. This isn’t the first concert they’ve had to cancel, rock band The Black Keys had their event called off last week. The venue also went ahead and delayed Olivia Rodrigo’s scheduled shows which were supposed to take place later this week. “We kindly ask fans to leave the area. Ticket holders will receive further information in due course. We deeply apologise for the significant inconvenience this will cause for many,” the venue said in a statement to social media. One topic that has dominated discourse as of late, involves none other than Quavo and Chris Brown. For those of you who may not know, Chris Brown and Quavo have been going back and forth with diss tracks. However, an update from this weekend has fans theorizing that Brown might be on some truly diabolical work right now.

At a recent Quavo concert, it appeared as though the crowd might as well have been empty. This subsequently led to people believing that Chris Brown had bought out the tickets so that no one could actually attend. From there, people would see the images of Quavo’s concert, and assume that he had fallen off. It is a pretty interesting move, that does nothing but put money in Quavo’s pockets. Consequently, not everyone is convinced that this is what is happening. However, Fif couldn’t help but give his take on all of this.

“Oh this shit getting different,” 50 said. Overall, the legendary artist seems to be very amused by all of this, and it is easy to see why.
