Wu-Tang Clan Come Together For “Claudine” With Nicole Bus And Mathematics

Legendary rap posse Wu-Tang Clan is back with a brand-new single for the first time in a long time. In fact, it has technically been three years since their last single, “Hi.” It did receive a remix in 2021 with UNKLE. Other than that though, the New York group has stood silent. Sadly, it does not feature a ton of the members, but Method Man and Ghostface Killah do make appearances.

On the Wu-Tang Clan’s Instagram account, they began teasing a comeback of sorts. It began a little over a day ago with them sharing the cover art of the track. “Claudine coming Friday.. the saga continues..” This message confused some fans. One person said, “Is this a song, a whole album, or a movie?” Another shared the same sentiment, “Is this a f*****g record?” The cover was uploaded in black and white.

Shortly after, it donned a yellow and black color palette. Finally, on the day of its release, Wu-Tang shared the official artwork. “Claudine” also features some nice guest singing from Nicole Bus. Additionally, Mathematics brings soulful production into the mix. It is more of an emotionally charged track that talks about wishing you could spend more time with the people you care about. Those lyrics are very prevalent in Ghostface and Nicole’s sections.

What are your initial thoughts on this brand-new Method Man and Ghostface Killah track, “Claudine,” featuring Nicole Bus and Mathematics? Who had the best performance on this song? Do you think we will get more singles from Wu-Tang Clan soon? We would like to hear what you have to say about all of this. Jay Rock And Ab-Soul Collab For The First Time In Eight Years On “Blowfly”

If we told you that two collaborators who are part of a rap group together hardly ever put out music, would you believe us? Well, hopefully, you did because that is the case with Jay Rock and Ab-Soul. The posse they are in is Black Hippy and it includes Kendrick Lamar and ScHoolboy Q as well. Jay and Ab have not hit the studio since Rock’s 2015 record, 90059.

Ironically, it was the track that Jay got his other three members together for “Vice City.” Since then, he and Ab-Soul have not made a song. Now, the drought finally ends with another single from Eastside Johnny*, “Blowfly.” Jay announced this on his Instagram a couple of days ago. “Me and my brotha @souloho3 coming with some heat this Friday 😤 Y’all better get ready for this!! 💯💯 #ESJ#TDE#Blowfly.”

Listen To “Blowfly” From Jay Rock And Ab-Soul

We did propose that this could be one of the best singles of the year. The reason is, that both of them can rap and bring unique flows. However, at least on first listen, it does not totally live up to expectations. One of the biggest downsides to the track is that Ab-Soul performs the hook and that is it. Jay handling the verses is fine, but it would have been great to hear both have verses. Let us know what you think by giving it a spin.

What are your initial thoughts on this brand-new single from Jay Rock and Ab-Soul, “Blowfly?” Is this the best single from Rock’s upcoming album, Eastside Johnny*? Are you happy or disappointed with how Rock and Ab-Soul made this song, especially after a long gap of no collaborations? We would like to hear what you have to say about all of this. With that in mind, be sure to leave all of your thoughts and opinions in the comments section below. Hotboii Teams Up With Producer ATL Jacob For New Track “NASA”

One of Florida’s many up-and-coming rap talents has just put out a brand-new single. Orlando, Flordia MC Hotboii is back with his first real solo single of 2023. We say real because back on April 14 he put out a remix to one of his most popular songs. That track, “WTF,” was released last year and it got a Polo G feature added to it. Other than that, Hotboii’s solo output was nowhere to be heard.

However, that mostly has to do with the fact that he was charged with two things: Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organization – Racketeering and Conspiracy to Commit Racketeering connection to a larger RICO investigation. This is according to XXL and is now able to be freed on a $750,000 bond as of July 13, 2021. Additionally, as of now, there is no word on a projected date of release. In the music video below there is even a message that says, “Free Hotboii.”

This video accompanies his new single, “NASA.” It features production from one of the best in the game right now, ATL Jacob. This song is about shooting for the stars and going for your goals and dreams. Hotboii has some heavy influence from other Florida legends like Kodak Black. He possesses a similar nasally and warbly voice to him. From what fans say this track was leaked quite awhile ago, but it is now available on DSPs. Give it a spin above.

What are your initial thoughts on this brand new song from Hotboii and ATL Jacob, “NASA?” Is this one of Hotboii’s best songs in recent memory? Mike WiLL Made-It, Swae Lee, And Latto Are A “Different Breed” On Their New Single

Marietta, Georgia trap producer Mike WiLL Made-It is back with some more heat. He has been crafting hits for years now, that is no secret. He really became popular making beats for the rap duo Rae Sremmurd in the mid-2010s. Since then, Mike has continued to etch himself amongst the greatest of this generation.

Over the past few months, he has hit the studio to team up with some big-time talent. Mike WiLL Made-It got the ball rolling, linking with J. Cole to craft a beat for Lil Uzi Vert. All three made an absolute banger with “Blood Moon.” Uzi spits and rides the instrumental perfectly. Following that, Cole went back to rapping on the next single with Gucci Mane. “There I Go,” the name of that song, will appear on Guwop’s album Breath of Fresh Air due on October 17.

There is no word on a new Mike project, but these two solo tracks could be on one. He has not dropped an LP since 2018’s Edgewood (41E Edition).

What are your initial thoughts on this brand new single from Mike WiLL Made-It, Swae Lee, and Latto, “Different Breed?” Is this the best single that the producer has put out this year? Chrisean Rock Disses Blueface While Lil Mabu Takes Shots At Wack 100 On “MR. TAKE YA B*TCH”

Man oh man do we have a bombshell from Chrisean Rock and Lil Mabu. The supposed “duo we didn’t know we needed” has officially come out with a brand-new single. Rumblings around these two began a few days ago when Blueface’s baby mama shared some photos on Instagram. She and Mabu were photographed in the studio cooking up something. Additionally, Rock revealed that she recently had an “emotional” and “beautiful” experience with a mystery man. We are not sure who that could be.

Let us just say it is interesting to see these two collab. However, Mabu and Chrisean know how to capitalize on their popularity and this is another example of that. Both are not holding back one bit. Rock kicks things off by straight-up going at Blueface. You can see some of her bars below. Mabu is also taking shots, but not Rock’s ex. Instead, he goes after Wack 100.

Listen To “Mr. Take Ya B*tch” From Chrisean Rock And Lil Mabu

There are a couple of reasons why the New York rapper is dissing him. Wack 100 is ready to expose some stuff about Chrisean if she speaks negatively about him again. This could be Mabu backing his new friend on the track. On top of that, the Genius annotation says that Wack hangs around 6ix9ine. He is constantly been called a snitch after all of his trouble with the law. Apparently, Mabu is against that as he raps, “But I know Wack 100 ain’t gon’ like this (This) / ‘Cause he f*** with snitches and I don’t like kids (Kids).” This track is already heading towards viral status with over 155,000 views on YouTube.

What are your initial thoughts on this brand new diss track from Chrisean Rock and Lil Mabu, “MR. TAKE YA B*TCH?” Are you surprised that both came together for this song? Do you think Wack 100 and Blueface will respond with diss songs of their own? We would like to hear what you have to say about all of this. Valee And MVW Tease Their Forthcoming LP With “Créme De La Créme” Featuring Pink Siifu

Chicago rapper Valee and producer MVW are gearing up for the release of their collaboration project next week. They are doing so by giving their fans and hungry listeners a sweet treat, “Créme de la Créme.” It is one of a few singles that will land on their album VALEEDATION, according to Fader. Valee and MVW got the ball rolling on this tape back on March 31 with “Yo Yo” featuring Tony Shhnow.” After that, we got a handful of other teasers. “Could Be,” “Pistachio,” featuring Zelooperz, “Tailor Swift” (hilarious title), and now “Créme de la Créme.”

It has been a busy year for Valee as just a few months ago he teamed with another great producer, Harry Fraud. Virtuoso (not really appropriately titled) did feature a lot of talent. Action Bronson, Saba, MAVI, and more landed on it. However, Valee got a little too repetitive and it soured the listen fairly quickly.

So, hopefully, with this new listen, there will be improvements. VALEEDATION is expected to be out on October 20. In the meantime, we have this one last single. It features the effervescent artist Pink Siifu. It is a dark, moody, and spacious beat that each rapper performs well on.

What are your initial thoughts on this brand new single from Valee and MVW, “Créme de la Créme,” featuring Pink Siifu? Is this best teaser track from Valee and MVW’s upcoming album? Jamila Woods Links Up With Saba For Incredible Single, “Practice”

One of the most underrated singers and songwriters from Chicago, Illinois is back with one more taster from her upcoming album. The artist we are referring to is the 34-year-old Jamila Woods. It will be her third album in her roughly six-year career. It is a follow-up to her sophomore record from 2019, LEGACY! LEGACY! That is quite a long gap between releases, but Jamila is clearly being very meticulous with Water Made Us. It is slated to be out this Friday, October 13.

It is shaping up to be one of the busiest Fridays for new music this year. While there is a chance that it does not rack up a ton of streams, we know the quality will be exquisite. So far, Jamila has proved that to be the case with the singles leading up to the 13th. Our first taste of the direction she seems to be going in was with “Tiny Garden” back in July. Following that, we got “Boomerang,” which was a sad and gorgeous track at the same time. Then, on September 13, Woods released “Good News.”

All of this leads us up to the final offering, “Practice.” We know now there will be at least two features. “Tiny Garden” had a guest appearance from duendita, and this new song has Saba. One of the better lyricists of this generation, he is also a Chicago kid. That connection shines through as both bring cute and witty performances about a relationship just getting started. Jamila’s project is shaping up to be something special.

What are your initial thoughts on this brand new track from Jamila Woods and Saba, “Practice?” Is this the best single for her upcoming album Water Made Us? Tee Grizzley Teams Up With Finesse2tymes For The First Time On “Grizzley 2Tymes”

Detroit rapper Tee Grizzley gains a lot of respect from his fans for a number of reasons. One of them is because he knows how to make music based on personal experiences that have helped him grow over time. The most well-known example of this is his first hit song “First Day Out.” It was a track that progressively got more popular. It started to win a lot of listeners over for a couple of reasons. For starters, it begins with the iconic spoken word bit in the first verse.

Then, the beat drop came in and Grizzley absolutely murdered the second half. His lyrics about his three years behind bars resonated with many and it has helped propel Grizzley to where he is now. Another track that could become another major success is “Grizzley 2Tymes.” This cut features one of the newest faces to rap, Finesse2tymes.

This brand-new track showcases that there could be a chance for more collaborations in the future. Hitmaka and Helluva Beats provide a familiar but catchy tune to it as well.

Fredo Bang And NLE Choppa Bring An Undeniable Groove On “Sideways”

Fredo Bang has been one of the most consistent rappers of 2023. What we mean by consistent in this situation is the amount of material that has been dropped. The quality of the material is up for debate, but there is no denying that the Louisiana product is always ready to please his fans. Prior to the release of this latest single, “Sideways,” Fredo has put out 11 other singles. Those include releases under his name or as a feature.

On top of that, Fredo dropped a six-track EP titled Ape Talk. There were a couple of features on it from Kevin Gates and B.O.G. Vonnie. One of his most interesting singles this year has to be “Bang Man.” The rapper is oozing all sorts of confidence on it. He continues to thirst over GloRilla saying, “I love my b*****s, still wan’ f*** GloRilla cause I’m toxic.” Now, he is back with a sexually charged track, “Sideways.”
