YNW Melly YNW BSlime, Jit4 Stan, & Ynw4L Collab For Posse Love Cut “Save Me”

YNW Melly is still awaiting a result from the judges as to what his punishment is or is not. Of course, the the Florida rapper and singer was brought into custody for the murder of his YNW crewmates, Juvy and Sakchaser. That went down in February of 2019. In the meantime, YNW Melly has been semi-active lately in terms of music, as he returns with “Save Me.”

This a love song with features from YNW BSlime, Jit4 Stan, and Ynw4L. Melly and Jit4 Stan are staying on topic about begging for a woman to be in their life. However, BSlime goes in a little bit different direction. With a title like “Save Me,” YNW Melly was assuredly going to be the one referring to his case. But, BSlime is the one to do so instead.

In the lyrics below, he pours out his emotions for his bandmate as he hopes he makes his way back into society soon. “Save Me” follows up YNW Melly’s February single “772 Love Pt. 3 (Your Love).” That featured BSlime and 4L and had a similar focus about relationships. The last update we had about Melly’s new trial date came back in January. People reporting about it and those involved were hoping for March 5 or soon after that. Maybe soon we will have an update on his situation.

What are your thoughts on this brand-new single, “Save Me,” by YNW Melly, YNW BSlime, Jit4 Stan, and Ynw4L? Is this the better track than “772 Love Pt. 3 (Your Love),” why or why not? Do you see him dropping an album sometime soon? Who had the best performance on the song and why? We would like to hear what you have to say, so be sure to leave your takes in the comments section. Zack Bia & Teezo Touchdown Team Up For Trippy Dance Cut “DAMN!”

Drake co-signee Zack Bia has been tearing it up over the past year or so, finally releasing his own material. The multi-hyphenate DJ can be heard working with some of the top-notch artists in hip-hop right now. He impressed fans at the beginning of 2023 with his Don Toliver collaboration “Hardcore.” That would be his first solo release of his career, even though he has been in music business for years. Now, Zack Bia is teaming up with Teezo Touchdown for another club banger “DAMN!”

This marks these two artists first time hitting the recording both together and we are loving the oddness of the song. It is extremely trippy, especially if you watch the accompanying music video. The randomness of it all elevates the song’s weirdness factor by a factor of five. Additionally, this further cements the growing aura around Teezo Touchdown.

Listen To “DAMN!” By Zack Bia & Teezo Touchdown

He is really separating himself from a lot of the competition on the hip-hop adjacent lane. The Texan artist has marketed himself brilliantly to where you can never pigeonhole him to one genre. As for Zack, his reputation is only going to skyrocket from here. Hopefully, we get an LP from the New York-based producer.

What are your thoughts on this brand-new single, “DAMN!,” by Zack Bia and Teezo Touchdown? Is this one of his strongest tracks so far, why or why not? What is your favorite element of the song and why? Has Teezo given him the best feature so far? We would like to hear what you have to say, so be sure to leave your takes in the comments section. Lil Crix & BLP KOSHER Are Giving Haters The “Kold Shoulder” On New Single

It is unfortunate that Lil Crix is still dealing with some legal issues. “Kold Shoulder” continues to flash his talent, so hopefully, he will be a free man soon. The Lauderhill, Florida MC you might notice shares a lot in common with another rapper from the area. If you guessed Kodak Black, then you would be correct.

He shares a fairly similar mumbly flow, albeit a little more low-key then Black’s. The reason we make that comparison is because Lil Crix is signed to the trap veteran’s label. As we said though, Crix is locked up so its harder for them to bond and learn from his label head. He was raided by the feds moments after a charity event that saw him donate $30,000 and there has not been much on that since August.

But, Lil Crix is still trying to keep the buzz up with this new single “Kold Shoulder.” it features the eccentric Broward County star BLP KOSHER and it is an aggressive and enjoyable track. Fans are messing with it, and they hope Black will sign BLP to his label. “If crix keeps droppin he gonna be huge. And yak needs to sign BLP kosher,” on person comments. If that happens, we have some potential heat on the way.

What are your thoughts on this brand-new single, “Kold Shoulder,” by Lil Crix and BLP KOSHER? Is this one of Crix’s better tracks, why or why not? Who had the best performance on the track? Quavo & Rich The Kid Don’t Totally Hit The Mark On “Real One”

Quavo and Rich The Kid are two of the bigger names we have going in modern hip-hop. Both have their fair share of solid hit songs in their solo discography and have done quite a bit for the genre. 2024 has already been a productive year for the frequent collaborators. Of course, their biggest moments so far are their features on VULTURES 1.

Fans were pretty upset about how Quavo was treated on the eventual release of “FUK SUMN.” He was replaced by Travis Scott, but he did still make it onto “PAPERWORK.” For Rich The Kid, he has been enjoying staying at the top of the charts with “CARNIVAL,” easily the biggest banger from the record. Additionally, he has exciting stuff coming down the line. One third of the Rich Forever group is going to be dropping his first solo album in four years with Life’s a Gamble.

He will also be rejoining Jay Critch and Famous Dex possibly this year for the fifth Rich Forever tape. For now, he and Quavo are teaming up once more for a lackluster cut, “Real One.” It is unfortunate to say, but there is not anything to memorable about it. It is certainly passable, but not much more. This single follows up “Himothy” from the last week of February.

What are your thoughts on this brand-new single, “Real One,” by Quavo and Rich The Kid? Is this the better of the two tracks from the former Migos rapper, why or why not? Where does this rank amongst the rest of their collaborations? What is your favorite element of the song and why? Mick Jenkins Teams Up With Thelonious For Dark, Jazzy Cut “Yuck Freestyle”

One of the reasons Mick Jenkins is so versatile as an artist is that he fit on top of any production and kill it. While some might think that having a gritty and loud delivery could put you in a box, he makes it work. But that is not to say that the Alabama native cannot dial it back either. It was one of the main reasons why The Patience was such a success. His 2023 album contains some of the strongest rap records of the year such as “Show & Tell,” “Farm to Table,” “Smoke Break-Dance,” and more. In 2024, Mick Jenkins has been prolific with the features lately and he continues that hot streak with “Yuck Freestyle.”

Here, the veteran MC brings his wild trademark cadence to a dark and jazzy beat. The lead artist on this cut is Thelonious. He is making his debut on the HNHH site and unfortunately, there is not too much information on him. However, after doing some digging it appears he hails from Canada. Additionally, Thelonious has been releasing material since 2020.

What are your thoughts on this brand-new single, “Yuck Freestyle,” by Mick Jenkins and Thelonious? Is this one of Mick’s best guest performances lately, why or why not? Russ Helps Preview DJ Premier’s Upcoming Record With “Work This Out”

Russ and DJ Premier are legends in their own right. While people might be a bit more hesitant to give that title up to Russ, he has certainly worked his tail off, independently we might add. The New Jersey rapper has released so many singles and projects without too much extra help, making his resume all that more impressive. Today he is back with a new single with the legendary Houston, Texas producer.

Over the last couple of years this duo has put out a small handful of tracks together. That may be a little bit stunning to some, but they really do complement each other’s respective styles. Their works include 2020’s “Inside Job” and 2022’s “Free.” Russ and Premier are building out their synergy further with “Work This Out.”

It is a relationship cut that we have seen Russ do before, about wanting to fix things. This is an exciting time for Premier because this track is teasing his next album. There is not much information on it, but this could be the second taster from the record. We did get “In Moe (Speculation)” with Common in November, so we could have a compilation-like LP with guest rappers.

What are your thoughts on this brand-new single, “Work This Out,” by Russ and DJ Premier? Is the duo’s strongest track together so far, why or why not? What is your favorite element of the song and why? Does this get you excited for the producer’s upcoming album? Marv Won, Fatt Father, & Elzhi Rap With Conviction On “Measuring Stick”

The thing about rappers who come from areas of steel mills and industrial factories is that you know you are going to get music that embodies that lifestyle. Aggressive and gritty hip-hop gives listeners a sense of power to conquer anything life throws at them. Which makes sense, considering how tough being a blue-collar worker can be on a day-to-day basis. One artist in this hardcore hip-hop lane that comes across as authentic is Marv Won. The Detroit native is tough as nails anytime he hops on a beat. Today, we are covering Marv Won’s collaboration with Fatt Father and Elzhi called “Measuring Stick.”

This is a braggadocious track about being at the top of the rap game and being the example of greatness everyone else needs to meet. Marv Won and Fatt Father work together quite often and do so with ease. The reason for that is because both are in a rap posse called Fat Killahz. It consists of them and Bang Belushi, as well as King Gordy.

Stove God Cooks Is Stirring Up Some Heat On “Carbone” With Stoupe

A few weeks ago we were thoroughly impressed with Stove God Cooks’ single, “Melo Chip and a Brick.” The Babygrande affiliate rapped with conviction over a killer Conductor Williams with blaring horns. Our opinions on the track have been validated since then, as the track has crawled its way into the Syrcause spitter’s top five most popular songs on Spotify. Now, Stove God Cooks is back to feed us once again with a record called “Carbone.”

The producer tag teaming this effort with him this time is Stoupe. He too is from the Midwest, being a resident of Pennsylvania. The underground beat maker brings an instrumental that is a little more easy-going than “Melo Chip and a Brick.” However, it still sounds great in its simplicity.

“Carbone” sees Stove God Cooks absolutely cheffing up a hot dish of confidence with a side of swagger. They say they gettin’ money but they don’t look like I do (Don’t look like I do) / Ooh, I do (Woo), have ’em wrappin’ your head like Badu (Brr).” His flows on this track are excellent drawing out his “o’s” on the chorus while annunciating every word on the verse. You cannot ask for much more than for him to drop a new album!

What are your thoughts on this brand-new single, “Carbone,” by Stove God Cooks and Stoupe? Is this the better of the two tracks that he has released this year, why or why not? GORDO Lays Down A House Beat For Young Dolph On “Kill For This S***”

Young Dolph’s legacy in hip-hop was assuredly never fade. The Memphis rapper has heavily influenced the new sound of the city. It has helped make it one of the hottest spots for hip-hop stars, making it an established hub for the genre. It will be three years on November 17 since his untimely passing and the fans miss him more and more every day. Today, we have another posthumous track as Young Dolph and GORDO are teaming up for “Kill For This S***.”

GORDO may not sound familiar to many, but maybe referring to him as Carnage or DJ Carnage will help. The multi-genre producer has worked with some of the topflight rappers in the game from Migos, Young Thug, and more. This now GORDO’s first collaboration with Dolph and it is not your typical Memphis trap track. The Guatemalan-American DJ works in the EDM and house lanes too and that is the direction for “Kill For This S***.”

Listen To “Kill For This S***” By GORDO & Young Dolph

Unfortunately, while it is unique to hear Dolph over a house instrumental, the song does not go anywhere. It repeats the chorus twice, which is repetitive itself. It has the typical fast drums and synths and a beat drop or two. While we can respect the effort, it just does not land all that much.

What are your thoughts on this brand-new single, “Kill For This S***,” By GORDO and Young Dolph? Do you like hearing him over a house beat, why or why not?
