South African starlet Tyla’s 2023 hit “Water” was recently given the NLE Choppa treatment, and it’s as raunchy as one would expect. The rapper appeared on Kai Cenat’s stream earlier this week, where he freestyled over the famous track while the internet icon danced behind him. It doesn’t appear as though the 21-year-old was taking his remix too seriously. Either way, some commenters think he nailed it, and are sounding off on Twitter/X.

“I mean it could have been worse,” one fan writes. “This good tunes,” another claims. Some critics weren’t impressed, however, and are calling for the Memphis-born performer to leave the song alone. “I think we need to take a step back with music,” one Twitter/X user says. Most viewers are focused on NLE Choppa’s raunchy bars, but plenty are also concerned with how Tyla will feel about the remix, and how Kai was dancing during it. “Tyla never coming back on Kai Cenat stream after this NLE Choppa freestyle,” one user writes. “Kai turning up to it like it’s the next best hit,” another says. This is far from the first time NLE Choppa’s explicit lyrics left fans in awe, however. Last month, he performed a new song for his audience at Rolling Loud, which garnered quite a few reactions for its NSFW rhymes and his suggestive dance moves. The track, “Slut Me Out 2,” is scheduled for release at midnight (April 12).

His increasingly scandalous social media activity even recently caught the attention of Adam22, who complimented the MC for one of his thirst traps. K. Michelle has never shied away from proclaiming her faith as a Christian, but evidently, the Memphis-born performer doesn’t agree with everything the Bible preaches. Earlier this week, she was chatting with her followers on Instagram Live when she began to discuss homosexuality, and what the religious text says about it. According to her, she’s not buying the notion that loving someone of the same sex is a one-way ticket to hell while murderers can get off scot-free.

“You’re not supposed to be this in the Bible, you’re not supposed to be gay and this and that, I don’t believe that,” she begins in a clip from the stream. “I don’t believe that you’re not supposed to be gay in the Bible… I just don’t believe that.“

The country icon then went on to stress that people are supposed to be themselves. “People are supposed to be what they are on the inside,” she explained. “No sin sends you to hell! Okay, it’s okay for you to kill a person but it ain’t okay for you to be gay? Like, I don’t believe that. You can be gay and you can be who you are.” While K. Michelle’s hot take has sparked a bit of a debate among social media users, she stands by it, taking to The Neighborhood Talk‘s comments section to defend her stance.

“You’re free to believe what you want that’s the beauty of life,” she wrote in part earlier today. “I love the lord and that’s who I worship. Nicki didn’t make any promises right away, but she did hint that another major artist could also appear on the track.

Of course, the idea left fans in shambles, as they’ve yet to hear the two femcees on a song together since “Pound Town 2.” While the remix isn’t confirmed to be in the works, listeners have remained hopeful. During a recent Instagram Live, Sexyy even channeled her inner Roman with a few bars from “St*pid H*e,” seemingly indicating that she’s been revisiting some of the Queen of Rap’s earlier material. Only time will tell whether or not the remix ever really happens, but until it does, it’s safe to say she won’t be able to escape demands for her verse.

The trio effortlessly delivered top-tier bars inspired by the upcoming debut Red Bull Showrun in Washington D.C. The event aims to bring F1 fans together for “adrenaline-packed fun” with David Coulthard and the team behind Oracle Red Bull Racing. It’ll take place on April 20 of this year.

Pusha T’s freestyle features various references to the event and even a nod to the 20th anniversary of Oracle Red Bull Racing. He boasts some of the team’s accomplishments, as well as a few of his own, before passing the mic to Khi Infinite.

The “Pound Town” performer took to social media recently to reveal that she was turned away from a high school in her hometown of St. Louis. According to her, she was planning to speak to some lucky students but wasn’t allowed in because she smelled like weed.

Yesterday (April 3), Sexyy Red was active on her Instagram Story, sharing fun clips of herself outside of the school. Sadly, the fun ended there, as she later ranted about being denied entry. “So look so this school I came up here, got cute. I looked in the crowd and was like damn baby what you doing? Then threw my jacket at these little sex workers. LOL.”
