Last week, Kodak Black took to his Instagram Story to announce his new streaming deal with Kick. His first-ever stream was last night, and there was no shortage of interesting moments. Just seconds into the stream, for example, viewers could see that the rapper’s car was engulfed in flames. He watched as firefighters worked to put out the fire, holding a sword and looking surprised.

“We was on the highway and the b*tch started jumping,” someone explained from behind the camera. “It smelled like gas and we pulled it over. Waited a lil bit because we was trying to take it to go get looked at because the gas line was leaking.” Fortunately, everybody was able to get out of the vehicle safely before the fire started.

Kodak Black’s First Kick Stream Takes A Wild Turn

“Thank God we got out that h*e,” the cameraman added. Fans are relieved that nobody involved got injured and are shocked that the unexpected moment was caught on stream. While it’s unclear exactly what else they can expect from his future streams, the first has certainly set the bar high, at least when it comes to action.

Aside from Kodak Black’s new streaming venture, he also joined Sexyy Red on her “Sexyy Red 4 President” tour this summer. In August, it was also revealed that he’s expecting a baby boy named Kapri, though it remains unclear who the child’s mother is. Some speculate, however, that it’s the mother of his first child Jammiah “Maya” Broomfield. They shared the news with a firework display just a few months after he welcomed his fourth child with his now-ex, Maranda Johnson. In a clip from the stream, she’s seen reading aloud while holding her son, surrounded by friends. She even got emotional towards the end of the clip as one friend thanked god for bringing them together. For the most part, fans are glad to see her commitment to being the best she can be for her child. Unfortunately, however, she hasn’t been totally free from criticism in the past few weeks.

Recently, Blueface’s mom Karlissa Saffold called her out for posting about her son on Jaidyn Alexis’ birthday. Saffold suspected that this was an attempt at stealing Jaidyn’s moment, but later had a change of heart. Shortly after her rant, she posted a follow-up, claiming that Chrisean should be able to celebrate her son whenever she wants. “I really don’t know what got into me. The dancehall icon has quickly gotten back to spending time with loved ones, dropping music, and even scheduling performances. Of course, fans are glad to see him making the most of his newfound freedom, though they have had some concerns.

Kartel suffers from Graves’ disease, an autoimmune disorder, as well as a heart condition. While he was behind bars, his lawyer Isat Buchanan told Fox 5 News that he was in bad shape and required medical attention immediately. At the time, he described the artist as “fighting for his life.” Now that he’s out, his supporters have been encouraging him to make his health his top priority.

According to him, he’s working with some of the top doctors in Cuba, Jamaica, and St. Vincent. He added that he’s doing better than he was in prison, and is currently trying to get a Visa so he can receive treatment in the U.S.

While fans are certainly happy to hear that Vybz Kartel is getting help from some of the best doctors available, this isn’t the first they’ve heard about his health journey in recent months. “I wanna thank Drake for writing this chorus for me,” Ye said onstage. The shoutout took place just a couple of months after the Toronto hitmaker’s 100-gigabyte data dump. The drop included music, behind-the-scenes footage, and more. It even included a clip of Drake working on “Yikes,” which proved just how involved he was in its creation.

The Chicago rapper hopped on a remix of “Like That” not long before that, however, seemingly indicating whose side he was on in the lyrical battle.

While some viewers believe that Ye was genuinely thanking Drake for his contribution to the song, others have their doubts.
