While hip-hop has a lot of power couples, few can match the business acumen shared by Keyshia Ka’oir and her husband Gucci Mane. Moreover, the two tied the knot around 2017 and have been going strong ever since, as they continue to show the world. For example, in the model, actress, and entrepreneur’s latest photo dump, she featured a few pictures of the two and of herself. “I love my man huni,” Ka’oir included as her post’s caption, with Gucci putting on his iconic million-dollar smile. It’s been a great year for the couple already, and hopefully the good times keep on coming for the Atlanta-raised MC and his wife.

Furthermore, the couple welcomed their second child into the world when Keyshia Ka’oir gave birth to daughter Iceland Davis in February of this year. “Im so thankful that my baby girl is here and she so pretty and healthy 2/8/23 7lbs 2oz ICELAND DAVIS,” Gucci Mane wrote in his celebratory post. On Feb. 8, Keyshia Ka’oir and Gucci Mane welcomed a new addition to the family, a beautiful baby girl named Iceland. Ka’oir initially announced the news of their second arrival on social media in an emotional reveal to Gucci himself. Now, the three-week-old has been catapulted into the spotlight as the couple share moments from their newborn‘s first photoshoot. Iceland’s post is climbing to over half a million likes as she receives compliments from Trina, Lala Anthony, and more.

In Ka’oir’s photos, we see baby Iceland dozing away as she poses with flower crowns and dust pink furniture. “I got the prettiest girl in the world Dada love you so much the So Icy Princess,” Gucci writes in a similar post. The birth of their daughter has been a moment of great celebration for the couple, who shared the first photos of her the day following her birth. “Our little princess is here!” Mrs. Davis announced on February 9th. “Beautiful and healthy! Keyshia Ka’oir and Gucci Mane first met in 2010 when she appeared in one of his music videos. GuWop was dealing with legal issues at the time and was eventually sentenced to prison in 2014. The beauty entrepreneur stood by his side through it all, and they continued to build their relationship despite the distance. After Gucci Mane was released from prison in 2016, the couple took their relationship to the next level. The proposal was a grand affair, with Gucci Mane getting down on one knee during an Atlanta Hawks basketball game.

Gucci Mane and Keyshia Ka’oir’s family is expanding. The couple tied the knot in 2017 with an extravagant wedding that aired on BET. Over time, they became hip-hop’s power couple and then, welcomed their first child together, Ice, in 2020, right before Christmas. They haven’t shied away from showing off their baby boy. Ice posed for the cover of GuWop’s album, Ice Daddy, and Keyshia Ka’oir frequently shares flicks of her son stuntin’ like his daddy on the ‘Gram.

However, in September 2022, the couple announced they were welcoming another child together. Keyshia shared a video of herself holding a positive pregnancy test while revealing the news to Gucci Mane. “Let’s Have Another Baby ICE Needs Somebody To Play With,” the caption read. Wop, apparently fresh out of a good night’s sleep, rolled over with a massive grin on his face after Keyshia handed over the pregnancy test. Gucci Mane and Keyshia Ka’oir are gearing up to welcome their second child together.

Today, Ka’oir revealed that she and Gucci Mane will be having a girl. She shared a photo of herself and Wop, along with their firstborn son, Ice Davis. In the photo, Gucci and Keyshia are certainly looking fresh in matching pink attire. The rapper dons a baby pink trench coat with black pants, boots, and a turtleneck, while Keyshia’s rocking dress in the same color.

The couple’s family continues to grow after welcoming Ice in December 2020. The two announced that they were expecting a second child together in September. Though these are the only two children they share together, the two have other children from previous relationships.

Keyshia faced criticism for solely publicizing her child with Gucci Mane. Following Ice’s birth, she faced accusations of having a secret family. Though she said they have a healthy mixed family, she explained that she wants them to have a sense of normalcy in their lives.

“It’s a situation where I’m proud to be a mother, but … I don’t need the kids in the limelight, I don’t want them on social media,” she said during an interview on The Breakfast Club in 2017. “I need them to go to school and just be children. They all live with us. And we have a blended family and we have fun and they are spoiled and they are happy.”

When it rains, it pours. Rapper Gucci Mane knows this, unfortunately, all too well. After his label’s 1017 Records, rising act Pooh Shiesty was sent to prison in April 2022, Bigg Scarr, another artist on his roster, unexpectedly passed away days before Christmas. As the Atlanta musician attempts to pick up the remaining pieces of his label, he has announced his upcoming So Icy Boyz: The Finale album. Unfortunately, his attention has been shifted elsewhere instead of focusing on the project.

The “So Icy” rapper has found himself amid a feud with his late artist’s siblings. Initially, Quezz Ruthless, Scarr’s younger brother, took to Instagram to share that despite Gucci’s promise to pay for the funeral arrangement, the family hasn’t received any assistance. In an Instagram live broadcast, Quezz said, “You said to [the family] you was finna pay for the funeral, then you lied,” later adding, “You didn’t have to lie! You ain’t have to go ghost, either. It was gonna get paid for either way. You could’ve just said you ain’t have the money. You don’t get no type of respect for that.”

Quezz alleged Gucci requested that Scarr’s 1017 chains be returned, to which he replied, “You not getting them chains. You ain’t even text and check on the family, but you text about some chains. I can’t believe you.”

Alexandra Woods, Big Scarr’s sister, seconded her brother’s claims on social media, saying, “Yes [Gucci] asked for the chains back, and no, he not getting them back!”

Gucci Mane’s wife, Keyshia Ka’oir, took to her Instagram stories to upload a picture of a receipt for a payment to N.J. Ford & Sons Funeral in Memphis, Tennessee. In the post’s caption, Ka’oir wrote, “Payment directly to funeral home. Leave my husband alone.”

Woods later confirmed Ka’oir was telling the truth. Still, their contributions did not cover the entire funeral service. Stating in an Instagram live, “Yeah, Gucci sent $10,000, and somebody else had another $10,000. So it was $20,000 in all. We ain’t get the flowers. I don’t give a f*ck what nobody says. Like I said, Gucci ain’t help with sh*t.”

Now, almost a month following Scarr’s death, Scarr’s family and his longtime collaborator, Quezz Ruthless, allege that Gucci refuses to pay for his artist’s funeral. Gucci’s wife, Keyshia Ka’Oir, responded to the family with receipts to back up her story that Gucci actually paid the funeral home and even sent flowers, but received no thanks or appreciation from the family.

In a video, Quezz stated, “You say to them you finna pay for the funeral, then you lie. You didn’t have to lie! You ain’t have to go ghost either, cuh. It was gonna get paid for either way. You could’ve just said you ain’t have the money. You don’t get no type of respect for that, cuh. When they texted you and asked you about Scarr’s funeral, cuh, you told them folks that Keyshia’s birthday coming up. Man, y’all rich! Y’all can celebrate her birthday any day. Come on now, cuh.”

Big Scarr’s Sister Claps Back At Keyshia Ka’oir: “F*ck Them Receipts That Annabelle Uploaded”

In the weeks since Big Scarr’s untimely passing, his friends, family, and fans have been in mourning. However, drama is now emerging after the late rapper’s friend called out Gucci Mane for allegedly failing to follow through on his promise to pay for his signee’s funeral.

The gossip came over the weekend after Quezz Ruthless began venting about the situation on Instagram Live. “You didn’t have to lie! You ain’t have to go ghost either, cuh. It was gonna get paid for either way. You could’ve just said you ain’t have the money. You don’t get no type of respect for that, cuh,” the XXL Freshman’s friend told the 1017 head during his stream.

Word of the accusations clearly got back to Gucci – or at least to his wife. In their defence, Keyshia Ka’oir posted a photo of a receipt to her Instagram Story. In the image, it shows that $10,000 went to a Memphis funeral home, seemingly for Big Scarr’s celebration of life.

Additionally, the Jamaica-born starlet says she and her husband sent flowers to the mourning family. In response, they didn’t receive so much as a thank you, according to her recent Instagram Story.

Of course, those receipts weren’t enough for Big Scarr’s family to quiet down. His sister, Alexandra Woods, has been actively speaking out on social media. “Baby, my brother worth more than $10K,” she assured her followers in a video.

“Yeah, Gucci sent $10,000 and somebody else had another $10,000. So it was $20,000 in all. We ain’t get the flowers. I don’t give a f*ck what nobody say. Like I said, Gucci ain’t help with shit,” she went on.

In another video, she seemingly comes for Ka’oir’s appearance. “F*ck them receipts that Annabelle uploaded,” Woods tells viewers. “F*ck Annabelle.”

At the same time, she made it clear that Big Scarr’s family has no intentions of returning his 1017 chains. In the aforementioned IG Live from the late artist’s friend, he also says Gucci Mane allegedly inquired about getting the jewelry back.

Keyshia Ka’oir Posts Receipts After Big Scarr’s Family Says Gucci Mane Didn’t Pay For His Funeral

The death of Big Scarr is just one of the many headlines that shocked the hip-hop community in the last weeks of 2022. On December 22, the XXL Freshman passed away after overdosing on prescription pills at his girlfriend’s house.

In the wake of the tragedy, Gucci Mane offered to pay for his late 1017 signee’s funeral. However, over the weekend, a close friend of Scarr’s alleged that his promise was untrue during an Instagram Live session. “You say to them you finna pay for the funeral, then you lie,” Quezz Ruthless publicly called out the 42-year-old.

“You didn’t have to lie! You ain’t have to go ghost either, cuh. It was gonna get paid for either way. You could’ve just said you ain’t have the money. You don’t get no type of respect for that, cuh,” he went on.

Later, Quezz added, “The minute that them folks called yo phone to see if you gon’ pay for the funeral, you blocked them. That’s not real, cuh. You ain’t straight, you only trying to act all real. You posted Scarr talking ’bout some long live — bruh, you ain’t do nothing, cuh. When they texted you and asked you about Scarr’s funeral, cuh, you told them folks that Keyshia’s birthday coming up. Man, y’all rich! Y’all can celebrate her birthday any day. Come on now, cuh.”

Additionally, Gucci allegedly wants Scarr’s 1017 chains back following his death. According to Ruthless, though, that won’t be happening.

“You not getting them chains, bruh,” he said during his Live. “You ain’t even text and check on the family, but you text about some chains. I can’t believe you, cuh! You betta not come trying to get these chains. We gon’ have a real problem.”

As HipHopDX notes, Big Scarr’s sister, Alexandra Woods eventually backed up these claims on her own social media page. “YES He asked for the chains back & NO he not getting them hos back!!” she said. “He said he couldn’t pay for the funeral because his wife birthday coming up n*gga you a millionaire Gucci a B I T C H!!! Gotta get in back in blood!!!!”

The allegations from those closest to the late artist tell one story, but Gucci’s own partner, Keyshia Kay’oir, has receipts that reveal another. After her man was publicly called out, she didn’t hesitate to share them with the world.

“PAYMENT DIRECTLY TO FUNERAL HOME! Leave my husband alone” she wrote over a snapshot of a physical receipt from N.J. Ford & Sons Funeral in Memphis, Tennessee. The amount spent is listed as $10,000, and she mentioned that flowers were also sent but no thank you came from Scarr’s family and friends.
