Casanova made a quick visit to Instagram to ask for support from his fans as he is facing sentencing. “June 27 I get sentence keep me in your prayers,” Cas wrote on his story.

Casanova is among the 18 individuals charged as members of the Untouchable Gorilla Stone gang in a comprehensive RICO case that emerged in December 2020.

The gang is accused of various crimes, including drug trafficking, violent assaults, and the murder of a 15-year-old boy in Upstate New York.

Initially, Casanova faced charges of racketeering conspiracy, conspiracy to knowingly and intentionally manufacture, distribute, or dispense, or possess with intent to manufacture, distribute, or dispense, a controlled substance (crack cocaine, cocaine, and marijuana), and possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime.

He initially pleaded not guilty, and the rapper asserted his innocence, arguing that his high-profile status and connections to specific individuals made him a target for the authorities.

In November of 2021, Cas was hit with another indictment that claimed Casanova and another Gorilla Stone member named Jarrett “Jayecee” Crisler shot a member of the Crips in front of the King of Diamonds strip club during a dispute over gang signs.

The rapper also admitted to being the shooter in a July 5, 2020, incident at a Florida party involving other gang members. During the altercation, Casanova fired at a rival over a gambling disagreement.

Additionally, the rapper acknowledged his involvement in a 2018 robbery in Manhattan that left a woman named Niya Rucker severely injured.

Rucker claimed that Gorilla Stone members attacked her, breaking her jaw, as she was restrained for recording the rapper during a meal.

Casanova also confessed to conspiring to traffic a minimum of 100 kilograms of marijuana and being a key figure in the Untouchable Gorilla Stone Nation.

He has now pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to conduct and participate in the affairs of a criminal enterprise through a pattern of racketeering activity and one count of conspiracy to distribute over 100 kilograms of marijuana.

Casanova faces up to 60 years in prison.

Casanova Calls For Prayers Prior To Sentencing

Casanova has been in hot water these past few years. The rapper is currently fighting a massive drug trafficking and RICO case. As he awaits sentencing, Casanova has asked his supporters for prayers. Big Cas took to Instagram while still in prison and left a message on his story. In the post he asked fans and supporters alike for spiritual support ahead of his sentencing next month. “June 27 I get sentence keep me in your prayers,” Casanova wrote.

Furthermore, Casanova’s sentencing stems from his alleged involvement in a round-up RICO case against the Untouchable Gorilla Stone Nation gang. Despite a multitude of delays in the sentencing for unknown reasons, the time for sentencing has finally started to approach. Casanova faces up to a whopping 60 years in prison for his array of alleged gang-related crimes. Moreover, the rapper has been behind bars since December 2020 when he was named as one of the 18 alleged members of the Untouchable Gorilla Stone Nation indicted in an extensive drug conspiracy case. Despite maintaining his innocence, Cas plead guilty to two counts of racketeering and narcotics conspiracy in May 2022.

Casanova Reaches Out From Prison

According to Rolling Stone at the time the Roc Nation signee moved to accept the prosecutors’ offer after somebody snitched on him. However, in his guilty plea Casanova admitted to trafficking around 100 kilograms of cannabis and acted as a signal caller for the gang. Not only that, the rapper admitted to his involvement in a 2018 robbery in New York. The robbery left the victim badly injured. Moreover, he also plead guilty to a shooting in Florida in July 2020 that happened due to a gambling dispute. Fans can buy “Free Casanova” merch from hoodies to tees for $45 to $60.

Furthermore, a couple of weeks a go Casanova posted a message speaking on the friends who betrayed him during his tough times. “Never re-friend an MF who tried to destroy ya character, ya money, or ya relationship,” he wrote. Cas finished his message by saying, “A snake only sheds its skin to become a bigger snake!….Hope that don’t go over y’all heads.” What are your thoughts on Casanova’s case? Incarcerated Brooklyn emcee Caswell “Casanova” Senior is sitting in a federal detention facility after pleading guilty to racketeering and drug distribution charges earlier this year. Now, a new photo of Casanova behind bars has surfaced online.

Cas seems to be in good spirits from the look of the image, draped in a yellow, federal prisoner’s uniform while giving a half-smile to the camera.

Senior is slated to be sentenced in December, where he could receive anywhere from five to sixty years in federal prison.

As previously reported, Casanova was arrested along with 17 other co-conspirators in 2020 on federal racketeering and drug charge after the Untouchable Gorilla Stone Nation fell to a RICO indictment, which involved firearms charges, narcotics, fraud and the murder of a 15-year-old male.
