Jay-Z’s Roc Nation Sports Comes To Brazil Through Agency Acquisition

Jay-Z’s multi-hyphenate and incredibly successful entertainment company Roc Nation is adding yet another specialty to their roster. Moreover, according to AllHipHop and Khel Now reports, its Sports management division recently acquired TFM, a Brazilian soccer agency, and thus planted its flag in South America. Furthermore, TFM represents some of the most exciting talent in the country including Gabriel Teodoro Martinelli, Endrick Felipe Moreira de Sousa, and José Paixão de Oliveira Júnior. In addition, reports suggest that the new deal won’t temporarily hinder the São Paulo office’s operations or setup. However, they will apparently change its name to Roc Nation Sports Brazil.

Still, while this may be seen as a controversial move by some, the soccer agency will maintain a lot of independence. For example, TFM’s founder Frederico Pena will remain director of the company. Also, Roc Nation has a long history of managing artists, athletes, and other influential figures alike that kept a sense of freedom in their partnership. In terms of sports, even though they only managed artists from its inception in 2008, in 2018 they sought to represent athletes, as well.

Another star they picked up was Victor Cruz of the New York Giants, and since then, Roc Nation represents around 200 athletes from all over the states- and now America. They dabble in a lot of different sports, too: cricket, rugby, soccer, basketball, baseball, and football are among their specialties. Not only that, but Roc Nation Sports also serves as consultant for many major organizations like the NFL, AC Milan, and the United Rugby League.

Meanwhile, the Roc’s mogul, Hov, shows off a lot of the company’s success through his material wealth and luxurious lifestyle. Of course, he’s not the only moving piece in the management company, but everyone certainly got their pockets fatter as a result. The New York rapper and business, man, pulled up to Michael Rubin’s 4th of July party with a $7 million watch in all-white. Marta Confirms International Retirement After 2023 World Cup

Marta Vieira da Silva is one of the greatest soccer players of all time. Beginning in her home nation of Brazil, she has played all over the world. After a brief stint in the US in 2010 and 2011, Marta returned to the US in 2017 after spending six years in Sweden. Despite being known as “Pelé with skirts”, Marta’s play almost defies comparison. She’s tenacious, fast, and views the field of play like no one else. It’s not an exaggeration to say that no one plays soccer quite like Marta.

On the international stage, Marta has represented Brazil since 2002. She has 115 goals in 174 games and at the time of writing, serves as Brazil’s all-time leading goalscorer for the women’s national team. She has played at every World Cup since 2003, also serving as the all-time goalscorer for the competition. However, she has never won the tournament. The closest Brazil has come was a second-place finish in 2007. Now, it appears that Marta is giving herself one last chance to win it.

Marta Confirms International Retirement

Speaking with local media in Brazil on July 3, Marta confirmed that the 2023 World Cup in Australia and New Zealand would be her last. “Yes, it will be my last World Cup. We have to understand that a time comes for us to prioritize other things. I just have to be thankful to have lived all those years in the national team. To have the opportunity to go to another World Cup, a sixth one, for me is something surreal.”

Brazil enter as the #8 nation in the world and will be looking to bounce back from back-to-back Round of 16 exits in 2015 and 2019. They should have a fairly easy time in the group stage. The biggest threat will be France (ranked #5 in the world). Elsewhere in the group, they will face a Jamaican team that is currently fighting its national federation. Furthermore, they will take on Panama. However, winning the group will be vital if they want to avoid a likely Round of 16 matchup against Germany. Regardless, the team is likely to do what they can make Marta’s final tournament the best of her career.

Lori Harvey Posts Throwback Photos From Luxe Brazil Trip

As celebrities from all over flocked to carnival events along South America and neighboring islands, Lori Harvey apparently dealt with a case of FOMO. The socialite took to Instagram a few days ago and made note about the past week’s festivities. “Seeing all the footage from carnival made me miss Brazil,” she wrote. The 26-year-old KITH model says she can’t wait to return to the country, where she had one of her “favorite trips ever!”

According to her newly-released photos, Lori Harvey lounged at the Copacabana Palace in Rio de Janeiro during her stay. While there, she also dined at their Michelin-starred Ristorante Hotel Cipriani and enjoyed drinks on a yacht as she perused the city. Harvey even took a trip to see Brazil’s gargantuan Christ the Redeemer statue. Jordanian-Romanian shoe designer and friend Amina Muaddi joined Lori during her trip to the South American country-when is currently unknown. In addition, the two ladies saw screensaver-worthy sunsets along the beach and partied with locals during their luxurious vacay.

Lori Harvey Reflects On Rio de Janeiro Vacation

Lori Harvey is a mainstay in the media circuit for her trips as much as she is for her relationships. The Memphis beauty’s latest fling with Snowfall’s Damson Idris initially had many wondering if there was any chemistry between them. Though a woman of few words, Harvey snapped back at spectators who commented on their distance during the premiere of Snowfall’s final season. When an Instagram user chuckled at how far apart they were standing, Lori replied directly to them, stating she had asked him to. Apparently, she had on body makeup and simply didn’t want it to get on Damson’s suit. “Y’all try to find a problem with everything,” Lori added, ultimately laughing it off.

This is Harvey’s latest relationship since her year-and-a-half relationship with actor and director Michael B. Jordan. The Creed star has publicly spoken on their union since their reported split in June 2022. He even went on to joke about the breakup during his hosting stint on Saturday Night Live, calling it “her loss.” The two are rumored to have broken up due to Jordan’s alleged cheating ways, to which Lori Harvey has yet to comment on. Jason Lee says she “just stared” at him when he brought up the allegations at Essence Festival last year.

Chloe Bailey’s Booty Was Out Non-Stop During Dubai & Brazil Vacations: Photos

Between her stunning Instagram photos and her new single, “Pray It Away,” Chloe Bailey’s name has markedly been on the tip of countless tongues lately. She previously started 2023 with a photoshoot wearing a salacious golden bikini. Now, her efforts are primarily focused on the promotion of her upcoming debut album.

The Atlanta-born entertainer dropped her song and its accompanying music video on Friday. Throughout the visual, she sports various different looks. Among them are an elegant white dress and long, bright red locs that stand out in contrast to her neutral-coloured outfits.

It seems Bailey filmed at least parts of “Pray It Away” recently, as she rocks the same bold hairdo in her latest IG upload. On Monday (January 30), the R&B starlet shared a “Dubai/Brazil dump” with her 5.7 million followers.

She travelled to the United Arab Emirates earlier this month in support of her mentor Beyoncé. The mother of three allegedly earned $45M for her one-hour performance in the luxurious eastern country. Other famous faces at the show were Nia Long, Terrence J, Kendall Jenner, and Jay-Z.

Of course, Queen B was the main event. However, Bailey still found other fun activities to try out during her travels. She obviously spent plenty of time out on the water, kicking her dump off with a bootylicious snapshot of her posing for the camera on a water floaty.

Next up, the 24-year-old looks to have tried her hand at parasailing. In a video, she and a men float over the astounding green and blue landscape below them. They’re clearly enjoying the birds-eye-view experience.

Other uploads see Bailey smiling big while spending time with little ones, jet skiing, practicing her jumps, and showing off the sun-kissed freckles quickly spreading across her face from so much fun in the Sun.

Are you excited to hear Chloe Bailey’s debut solo album, In Pieces, this March? Let us know in the comments, and check back later for more pop culture news updates.

World Cup Star Richarlison Gets Massive Neymar Tattoo

This year’s World Cup has featured numerous heroes from various different countries. One such hero was none other than Brazil’s Richarlison. While Neymar is the superstar of the team, it was Richarlison who had an amazing tournament. However, it wasn’t enough to help the team get past the quarter-final.

Regardless, Richarlison ended the tournament with three goals, and fans were impressed with his showing. Subsequently, Richarlison will be someone to watch out for in 2026, as the World Cup goes to United States, Canada, and even Mexico.

Richarlison’s World Cup Tat

Following the team’s loss to Croatia, Richarlison decided to get a tattoo inspired by some of Brazil’s best players. In the Instagram post below from Inked Central, you can see that this tattoo includes himself, Neymar, and the Brazilian legend, Ronaldo.

There is even a message from Pele here, which makes it that much better. Overall, the tattoo is incredibly impressive as it features a realistic style. PK and Dom Tattoo were the artists behind this piece, and it is remarkable what they were able to do on Richarlison’s back.

For many, this display of pride might be a bit too much. After all, who gets a tattoo of their own face on their body? However, tattoos are personal to the people who get them, and it’s clear that this meant a lot to the Brazilian star. Neymar is a beloved teammate of his, while Ronaldo and Pele are both World Cup winners.

While they may have been sent home early, there is no doubt that Brazil will be in the running to win next time around. They are perpetual contenders, and they are currently building a squad that can contend with anyone. Only time will tell whether Richarlison and Neymar can become champions of the world.
