Bill Cosby Hit With Another Alleged Sexual Assault Lawsuit

Bill Cosby has been hit with yet another lawsuit. This time, Donna Motsinger alleges that the comedian drugged her in 1972. Motsinger had been working as a waitress at a restaurant when she claims she first met Cosby. According to her, she was invited by Cosby to his show at the Circle Star Theater, and she agreed.

The suit continues, detailing how Motsinger was picked up in a limo by Cosby, and given a glass of wine. She was then taken into Cosby’s dressing room, where she started feeling unwell. Motsinger claims that Cosby gave her aspirin, or so she thought at the time. She says that shortly after taking the pill she began losing consciousness, and only remembers flashes of light. Allegedly, she woke up at her home in panties, and “knew she had been drugged and raped by Bill Cosby.” She’s suing Cosby for the distress the incident caused her. His rep Andrew Wyatt responded to TMZ‘s request for comment, telling the outlet, “No comment at this present time because this is utterly ridiculous and pointless.”

This is far from the first set of allegations Cosby’s been hit with in recent months. In August, singer Morganne Picard sued the 86-year-old for allegedly preying on her after they met on the set of The Cosby Show. She says she developed a bond with Cosby and his wife Camille, which led her to trust him.

Similarly, Picard accused Cosby of giving her drinks that would make her dizzy, which she believed had been a result of the alcohol. She now alleges that she was drugged on multiple occasions. The suit says that he “undressed and raped her, without her consent and when she did not have the capacity to consent.” What do you think of Cosby’s latest set of allegations? Bill Cosby Sued Again, Singer Alleges He Drugged And Assaulted Her

Bill Cosby’s ongoing legal battle continues, recently being hit with another lawsuit. Singer Morganne Picard is suing the 86-year-old for allegedly drugging and sexually assaulting her. She claims the crimes happened on multiple occasions between 1987 and 1990. According to Picard, Cosby gave her drinks that would make her black out various times. The suit says she didn’t question this due to the positive way he had been portrayed in the media. While at the time she believed the effects were a result of alcohol, she now alleges that he had drugged them. The lawsuit also alleges that Cosby would sexually assault her after giving her the drinks, making her unable to consent. He “undressed and raped her, without her consent and when she did not have the capacity to consent,” the suit says.

According to Picard, she met Cosby on the set of The Cosby Show, when he allegedly showed interest in boosting her career through an appearance on the show. She then claims to have developed a bond with Cosby and his wife, Camille Cosby. The lawsuit says that Picard had seen Cosby as a father figure. “Based on the relationship that Cosby fostered with Ms. Picard and his wholesome image as ‘America’s Dad,’ Ms. Picard assumed that the extreme effects of the beverages were attributable to the effects of alcohol, rather than to drugs placed in the beverages from Cosby,” the lawsuit states.

Bill Cosby Facing Another Sexual Assault Lawsuit

In addition to Cosby, Picard is also suing NBCUniversal Media, Kaufman Astoria Studios, Astoria Studios Limited Partnership II, and The Carsey-Werner Company. She claims they “condoned and encouraged” the actor’s predatory behavior and assault of women by failing to prevent the abuse. “They knew and/or should have known Cosby was sexually abusing, preying on, grooming, assaulting, and/or battering women using the power, authority, resources, and facilities they provided to Cosby, but did nothing to stop it,’ the lawsuit states.

She is suing the companies for negligent hiring, retention, and supervision. Picard is now also seeking compensatory and punitive damages from the disgraced former comedian.

Bill Cosby Sued by Nine Women for Sexual Assault and Battery

bill cosby

Bill Cosby is facing another lawsuit, led by Janice Dickinson and Lili Bernard, who stated they were sexually assaulted by the comedian.

According to TMZ, Dickinson and Bernard are two of nine women who state Cosby committed sexual assault and battery to them between the years of 1979 and 1992 in Nevada.

Bernard once acted on The Cosby Show and stated she was supposed to meet with Hollywood producers in Las Vegas. Cosby orchestrated her travel from New York to Nevada, and she state Cosby set up a mentoring session at his hotel. She was then encouraged to take a drink that made her dizzy and disoriented. She states she would later wake up to a naked Cosby and was raped while she cried for help.

Dickinson stated she went to Lake Tahoe with Cosby in 1982. The two went to dinner, and she complained about menstrual cramps. Cosby provided a pill to assist with the pain but ultimately became dizzy and disoriented. Dickinson stated she also was raped after she tried to fight Cosby off.

The women are suffering from emotional distress, embarrassment, and more. They seek damages from Cosby.

In response, Cosby’s rep, Andrew Wyatt, stated to TMZ: “It’s interesting that these ‘Look Back Windows’ are formulating only in those states (New Jersey, New York, Los Angeles and Nevada) where many of Mr. Cosby’s alleged accusers reside. It makes ALL Americans ask the question, ‘Who’s funding these alleged accusers and who’s funding these lawmakers?’ Mr. Cosby is a Citizen of these United States but these judges and lawmakers are consistently allowing these civil suits to flood their dockets—knowing that these women are not fighting for victims—but for their addiction to massive amounts of media attention and greed.

“From this day forward, we will not continue to allow these women to parade various accounts of an alleged allegation against Mr. Cosby anymore without vetting them in the court of public opinion and inside of the courtroom.”

Bill Cosby Sued For Sexual Assault By Janice Dickinson And Lili Bernard

Bill Cosby is facing a lawsuit involving multiple alleged sexual assaults that occurred in the past. Both Janice Dickinson and Lili Bernard are among the accusers. According to the lawsuit obtained by TMZ, Janice and Lili are two of nine women who have accused Cosby of sexual assaults and batteries between 1979 and 1992 in Nevada. The women claim that some of the alleged incidents took place in Cosby’s suite at the same hotel in Las Vegas.

Lili, who had a role in The Cosby Show, alleges that Cosby arranged for her to travel from New York to Nevada in 1990. He did so under the guise of setting up a meeting with Hollywood producers. However, upon arrival in Las Vegas, Cosby informed her that the producers couldn’t attend. Instead, he invited her to his hotel suite for a mentoring session. She states that Cosby encouraged her to consume a drink that made her feel dizzy, disoriented, and giddy. Lili claims that the effects of the drink caused her to fall unconscious in Cosby’s suite. When she regained consciousness, she alleges that she found herself lying naked next to a nude Cosby.

Janice Dickinson also had some disturbing claims to make about Bill Cosby. In the lawsuit, she claims that Cosby invited her to Lake Tahoe in 1982. He allegedly did so under the pretense of discussing a potential role on his TV show. During dinner, she complained of menstrual cramps. Cosby offered her a pill to alleviate the pain. Janice alleges that after taking the pill, she felt disoriented and dizzy. Cosby then took her to his suite where she claims he sexually assaulted her, despite her protests and attempts to fight him off.

Both Lili and Janice assert that Cosby engaged in sexual acts with them without their consent and against their will. They claim that they were not mentally or physically capable of giving consent or resisting the sexual acts. The women state that they have suffered emotional distress, embarrassment, mental anguish, and humiliation, and are seeking damages from Cosby. The disgraced former actor and comedian’s lawyer has, of course, denied the allegations. Stay tuned to HNHH for all the latest updates on the case. 50 Cent Thinks Bill Cosby Is Being Done ‘Dirty’ After He Was Accused Of Sexual Assault (Again)

Earlier this week, comedian Bill Cosby was once again accused of sexual assault, this time by a former Playboy model who says she was drugged and raped by Cosby in 1969. Victoria Valentino is suing Cosby and said she was emboldened by the recent decision in the case of E. Jean Carroll against Donald Trump and a California law that temporarily removes the statute of limitations to hold Cosby accountable. “It’s not about money, it’s about accountability,” she told The Washington Post. “Rape steals something from you that cannot be repaired or restored.”

Not everyone agrees, though; the outspoken 50 Cent shared an Instagram post with a headline announcing the news along with his viewpoint. “They are just doing Bill dirty,” he wrote. smh ain’t no way 54 years ago. Lmao this is just fvcked up Brody!”

Cosby, who was previously accused of sexual assault by several women, convicted in criminal court, and sentenced to 10 years in prison, was released after a judge overturned his sentence in 2021 due to a technicality.

However, his accusers have since won a series of civil lawsuits against him. One received a $500,000 reward, while another group of seven settled a defamation lawsuit for an undisclosed sum.

This isn’t the first time 50 Cent cheerled for Cosby. When his case was overturned, he wrote on social media, “My son Bill beat that case. These hoes be tripping.”

50 Cent is speaking against a new lawsuit claiming Bill Cosby assaulted a woman in 1969. Sharing the new on Instagram, 50 wrote, “They are just doing Bill dirty.”

50 also wrote in the caption, “smh ain’t no way 54 years ago. Lmao this is just fvcked up Brody !”

Bill Cosby is the subject of a new sexual assault lawsuit. In this case, Cosby is excused from giving a woman two pills, making them feel helpless. Cosby then allegedly forced himself on her.

According to TMZ, the woman is former Playboy model Victoria Valentino, citing the incident that took place in 1969 as she was working to make a name for herself in Hollywood. Valentino states she met Cosby in his studio after an audition and detailed the recent death of her son. Later that same year, she encountered the comedian at a restaurant, and he offered a spa day for her and her friend after noticing her crying at dinner.

Cosby also showed up at the spa to host the pair for dinner and presented the pills. After pretending to take one himself, the woman ingested the pills, eventually passing out in the office where Cosby drove to.

Valentino said as she opened her eyes, Cosby was staring at her friend with an erect penis. Cosby then approached Valentino, sat down, and forced her into oral sex, eventually standing her up and forcing his penis into her vagina. Valentino notes she was unable to provide consent due to her impaired state.

Valentino is now targeting Cosby for cash, citing severe humiliation, mental anguish, embarrassment, anger, emotional distress, and loss of earnings.

In response, Cosby’s representative, Andrew Wyatt, stated:

Media needs to vet Victoria Valentino cautiously and carefully — because she has changed her alleged accounts of sexual abuse at the hands of Mr. Cosby over 10 to 15 times. It’s unfortunate that the statute of limitations were put in The Constitution to protect victims and those who are accused — and it seems that our political figures are caving to being click baiters and accumulating likes as opposed to vetting these allegations made by alleged accusers and moving swiftly to create these look back windows — which are only being created because they incorporate Bill Cosby’s name. This is bigger than Bill Cosby. This is a target against every black successful man in America like LeBron James, Will Smith and President Obama.

Bill Cosby Faces Allegations From 5 Women In New Sexual Assault Lawsuit

Bill Cosby is facing another sexual assault lawsuit after five different women have come forward. All of them are accusing the now-embattled comedian of sexual assault while on the set of The Cosby Show.

The plaintiffs – Lili Bernard, Eden Tirl, Jewel Gittens, Jennifer Thompson and Cindra Ladd – were previously a part of the show’s production throughout the ‘80s and ‘90s.

Bill Cosby arrives at the Montgomery County Courthouse on the first day of sentencing in his sexual assault trial on September 24, 2018 in Norristown, Pennsylvania. In April, Cosby was found guilty on three counts of aggravated indecent assault for drugging and sexually assaulting Andrea Constand at his suburban Philadelphia home in 2004. 60 women have accused the 80 year old entertainer of sexual assault. (Photo by Mark Makela/Getty Images)

TMZ broke the story earlier today (December 6). In the suit, the women claim that Cosby was going to be their mentor. He instead turned into a predator.

Bernard was a guest star in a 1992 episode, in which she played Mrs. Minifield. She claims the 85-year-old drugged and assaulted her several times throughout her time spent on set.

When she threatened to bring his crimes to the police, the alleged victim says he threw her down a flight of stairs. Bernard ended up not reporting anything for fear of her life.

Tirl played the role of a cop on the show. She alleges that she was taken advantage of in a dressing room, with Cosby locking the door behind them.

Gittens claims that she took drugs and went through an assault at the hands of the actor in her own home. At that time, they were planning on discussing a possible role for her on his series.

Thompson alleges that there were pressures forcing her into sexual acts with him. Ladd says she became a victim after passing out from a pill he gave her for a headache.

Cosby was previously serving a 10-year prison sentence for indecent assault. He was surprisingly released last year when prosecutors violated an immunity deal previously given to him by a different attorney.

The father of five and his team markedly continue to deny these allegations and any wrongdoing. However, he has seen accusations of sexual assault from dozens of women over the years.

Cosby’s PR representative, Andrew Wyatt, has told TMZ that these accusers and their claims are not new.

Be sure to check back here for any updates regarding this ongoing lawsuit.

Bill Cosby was found guilty of the sexual abuse of Judy Huth in 1975. Huth was 16 years old at the time. A civil jury has ordered Cosby to pay Huth $500,000.

According to Variety, Huth’s attorney, Gloria Allred, stated that compensation and winning in court are steps toward real change.

According to Huth, 64 years old, Cosby brought her and a friend to a mansion. He would then lead Huth alone to a bedroom, where he pulled down his pants and forced her hand on him for masturbation.

After the verdict, Huth stated, “It’s been so many years, so many tears, it’s just a long time coming.”

Reports from inside the courtroom state Cosby’s representation smiled and appeared cheerful at the conclusion and the verdict. Most notably, because there were no punitive damages. They would release a statement after court.

“We have always maintained that Judy Huth, Gloria Allred and their cohorts fabricated these false accusations, in order to force Mr. Cosby to finance their racist mission against successful and accomplished Black Men in America. Mr. Cosby continues to maintain his innocence and will vigorously fight these false accusations, so that he can get back to bringing the pursuit of happiness, joy and laughter to the world.”

The verdict was delivered after three days of deliberation. The case was the first to trial under the Child Victims Act. Cosby did not testify, pleading the Fifth Amendment, and did not attend the trial.
