Kanye West Divulges On Falling Out With Pusha T

Kanye West’s recent interview with Justin LaBoy on his The Download podcast did a whole lot more than add another solider to the Drake coup d’état taking over hip-hop right now. Moreover, it also saw him open up about a lot of industry relationships, past claims and beefs, and what the future might hold. One particularly interesting part was when Ye reflected on his relationship with Pusha T, former G.O.O.D. Music president and frequent collaborator. The two seemed to fall out following Push’s comments on his former partner’s antisemitic and right-wing ties and behavior, but the Yeezy mogul also suggested that they aren’t completely disconnected right now.

“I just spoke with Pusha the other day,” Kanye West remarked. “It was good to talk to him. It was the first time talking to him in a couple months. We made good music together. I thought that somehow because I made beats and made music for somebody that when I couldn’t see my children, these people would use their platform. ‘Cause I used my platform on their behalf. Now I realize no one owes me anything… If you depend on somebody who is not giving you what you need, you’re the one that’s in the wrong.”

Kanye West Details What His Relationship With Pusha T Looks Like Now: Watch

Meanwhile, this is what Pusha T had to say to XXL about Kanye West’s worrisome behavior and affiliations in late 2022, which he expressed in tandem with his departure from G.O.O.D. Music. “It’s beyond that and it’s nothing to tap dance around,” he posited. “It’s wrong. Period. But to me, it’s just me and him having a difference of opinion yet again. ’Cause we done had this for years. He’s not speaking to me now. If you ain’t with it, you ain’t down. And I ain’t with it. I’m not budging on that. I’m not with it.

“I heard about this new stuff,” the Clipse MC shared, possibly alluding to Ye’s appearances on right-wing-adjacent media like InfoWars or Fox News. “I don’t know. It’s something that just sort of tells me he’s not well, at the same time. I will say that. It’s going to places where it’s no way to move around it. Remember, I’m the one that said the MAGA hat is the new Klu Klux Klan hood while he’s making my album. He beefing with Obama. I met Obama. But it’s the same thing with him and the Drake thing. I’m going through this and that, he’s doing shows [with him].” This also follows news of allegedly leaked text messages between them that surfaced online earlier this year, although those are unconfirmed. Regardless, check back in with HNHH for the latest news and more updates on Kanye West and Pusha T.

Fans Call Out Publication For Mistaking Skepta For Wiley In Antisemitism Article

Wiley has lost his Member of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire honor amid the fallout from his past antisemitic comments. After a lengthy investigation into remarks he made in 2020, the Cabinet Office confirmed on Friday that they stripped the rapper of his award. Deadline has since come under fire for mistakenly using a picture of Skepta in its article covering the story.

“Anti-Semites like Wiley must understand that we will work tirelessly to hold them to account,” said Stephen Silverman, director of investigations for the Campaign Against Anti-Semitism, in a statement to the BBC. “For four years, we have worked to ensure that Wiley faces ruinous consequences for his unhinged anti-Semitic tirade, for which he has shown no remorse. Today’s decision is a vindication of that effort.”

While Deadline quickly deleted its post featuring Skepta for the story, many fans took note on social media. “Sigh. This is Skepta not Wiley,” one user on Twitter wrote. “One of the biggest racist tropes out there is that Black people look alike.” Check out Deadline’s error below.

Deadline Mistakes Skepta For Wiley

As for Wiley’s controversial comments, he wrote on Twitter back in 2020: “Ther are 2 sets of people who nobody has really wanted to challenge #Jewish & #KKK,” he wrote. “But being in business for 20 years you start to understand why … Red Necks Are the KKK and Jewish People are the Law…Work that out. Jewish people don’t care what black went through they just use us to make money to feed their kids… for generations as well.” In further posts, he dragged Drake into the rant. Kanye West Named As Antisemitic Influence In Columbia University Discrimination Lawsuit

Debates about inclusivity, specifically fighting antisemitism have been hitting some of America’s highest-rated educational institutions. One of which is Columbia University, which is facing a new lawsuit alleging it failed to effectively fight antisemitism on campus. Students Against Antisemitism, StandWithUs Center For Legal Justice, and numerous Jewish and Israeli students are teaming up to bring the lawsuit against the university. The lawsuit collects a series of personal anecdotes meant to demonstrate that the school has perpetually failed to fight the rising tide of antisemitism on campus.

Among those anecdotes are references to Kanye West. The rapper famously spent the past two years making public appearances where he spread antisemitic conspiracy theories and even openly embraced racist ideologies. The lawsuit cites a specific moment where students on campus were discussing some of the theories he was spreading. They even allegedly shared an image of racist symbology originally shared by West. Check out some more details from the new lawsuit below.

Kanye West Named In Antisemitism Lawsuit

Following his string of antisemitic comments, West was widely condemned. The move hurt many of his business ventures as numerous large companies like Adidas cut ties with the rapper. The controversy surrounding him has continued nearly nonstop ever since. While spending time in Europe he found himself in trouble numerous times alongside girlfriend Bianca Censori. And late last year he returned to Los Angeles and announced his new album VULTURES.

VULTURES eventually came out earlier this month and was slammed by critics. Many cited the unfinished sound of the record and numerous controversial lyrics throughout as reasons to avoid the project. Despite that, enough fans ended up tuning in for the album to hit number one on the Billboard 200. West is currently back in Europe for a pair of listening parties for the newly released album. What do you think of Kanye West being included in an antisemitism lawsuit filed against Columbia University? Let us know in the comment section below.

Benzino Channels Kanye West With Conspiracy-Filled “Drink Champs” Rant

Benzino went on an antisemitic rant during his viral appearance on Drink Champs, earlier this week. While he’s been making headlines for his emotional meltdown about feuding with Eminem and his daughter, Coi Leray, he’s now facing backlash for spreading conspiracy theories.

“Let’s build each other,” he said. “Let me tell you about the Jews that Kanye [West] talked about. The Jews were the slaves and they came together and they bought within each other, and now look at them. Media, banking, entertainment — they run sh*t. We can run sh*t, but we killing each other. All you young n****s, stop killing each other.”

Later in the interview, he expanded: “If we love us and did what the Jews did — see how the Jews control banking, media, entertainment; they’re in Beverly Hills, Miami — we could do the same thing, but the problem with us is we’re killing each other.” The comments echo those of Kanye West, who ranted about Jared Kushner during his controversial appearance on the show back in 2022. At the time, Ye argued that “Kushner is an example of how the Jewish people have their hand on every single business that controls the world.” Accusing Jews of controlling “banking, media, entertainment” and more is a common antisemitic troupe, according to the Anti-Defamation League, as well as many other organizations.

Benzino Speaks With “Drink Champs”

In addition to his antisemitic comments, he also attempted to put his feud with Eminem to rest. Breaking into tears, he explained how it’s affected his relationship with his daughter and her career in the entertainment industry. Benzino also dissed Shannon Sharpe while responding to fans’ jokes about his nose. Check out his full appearance on Drink Champs above. Kanye West Makes Questionable Reference To The Jewish Community On First Track Of “Vultures 1”

Discourse seekers only needed to look as far as the first track of Vultures 1 to find some questionable content. On “Stars”, Kanye West makes an eyebrow-raising reference to the Jewish community. “I’ma come through and just black out/ Just black out/ Keep a few Jews on the staff now/ I cash out,” Kanye raps. While not as egregious as a previously heard line about not being anti-Semitic because he had sex with a Jewish woman, the line is likely to incense certain parts of the internet.

Furthermore, it comes less than two months after Kanye apologized to the Jewish community, in Hebrew, for his past antisemitism. “I sincerely apologize to the Jewish community for any unintended outburst caused by my words or actions. It was not my intention to hurt or demean, and I deeply regret any pain I may have caused. I am committed to starting with myself and learning from this experience to ensure greater sensitivity and understanding more in the future. Your forgiveness is important to me, and I am committed to making amends and promoting unity,” Kanye wrote on social media.

Quavo Was Removed From Kanye West’s “Fuk Sumn” And Fans Aren’t Happy

However, a questionable line about the Jewish community isn’t the only thing about Vultures 1 drawing ire. Reports have emerged indicating that Quavo had a verse removed from “Fuk Sumn” on Vultures 1 and fans are not happy. “Quavo verse >Travis verse aside. Ty has NO aura. The aura coming off of quavo is insane next to weak a– retwist needing a– Ty,” one fan wrote. “I haven’t seen the TL defend quavo like this lol. Seems like Kanye really messed up with removing him on ‘FUCK SUM’,” added another. “Kanye robbed quavo by taking him off fuk sumn. I don’t give a single f-ck about carti, travis or even kanye’s verse on here, quavo was carrying the song bro 😞 SHYYYYT,” a third noted.

Quavo still appears on the album, featuring on the track “Paperwork”. However, people really wanted to hear him on “Fuk Sumn”, which instead features Playboi Carti and Travis Scott. How do you feel about “Fuk Sumn”? Let us know in the comments.

Kanye West Was Spotted Wearing A T-Shirt Of An Alleged Neo-Nazi Musician, Months After His Antisemitism Apology

During a recent interview, Kid Cudi raved about the feud-ending apology he received from Kanye West. However, it seems that not all of Ye’s apologies are made equal.

In 2022, the “Through The Wire” rapper found himself in a storm of controversy following a string of insensitive remarks made toward the Jewish community. The comments continued during West’s sit-down with former Fox News anchor Tucker Carlson. The public backlash grew increasingly difficult to manage when West doubled down on his stance. However, in December 2023, West seemingly had time to reflect on his statement and decided to issue an apology. But it appears West has had a change of heart.

While hanging out with fellow musician Jpegmafia, West was photographed wearing a t-shirt of alleged neo-nazi heavy metal musician Kristian Varg Vikernes. As the pair posed for the flick, captioned: “Can’t talk right now. Doing hot girl sh*t,” users flooded Jpegmafia’s comment section to call out his rumored collaborator’s wardrobe choice.

West isn’t the only rapper to face a heap of blowback due to their clothing. Last year, fans called out Doja Cat for wearing merchandise of alleged ne0-Nazi Sam Hyde. Shortly after, Doja Cat released a public apology, though many believe the statement was insincere.

As of January 21, West has not addressed the matter.

Kanye West’s Hebrew Apology Criticized By American Jewish Committee

Recently Kanye West made a very surprising Instagram post. He’s taken the opportunity on multiple occasions across the past two years to express antisemitic beliefs. He even repeatedly doubled down on certain talking points despite being called out. That’s why it caught many off guard when he took to Instagram to share an apology to the Jewish community for his statements.

The post was in Hebrew, which meant that for most fans it had to be translated. Your forgiveness is important to me, and I am committed to making amends and promoting unity,” the statement reads. Consequently it was controversial among many different groups almost right away. That was even before TMZ found that the statement set off red flags when put in a program to recognize AI text. Check out the post itself below.

Now the American Jewish Committee is responding. They’re one of the most significant groups speaking on behalf of Jewish people in America. Subsequently, the committee shared a statement about West’s apology. “Beyond being bizarre and possibly a ploy to gain more attention, the Hebrew apology – posted without translation – is inaccessible to most American Jews who do not speak the language,” their response begins.

“While he claims that he is committed to learning and greater understanding, this apology speaks to ‘any pain I may have caused,’ rather than acknowledging the pain that he has caused,” the committee’s statement concludes. Additionally, West is yet to answer to any of the responses his statement has received. What do you think of the American Jewish Committee’s response to Kanye West’s public apology to the Jewish community? Let us know in the comment section below.

Peter Rosenberg Thinks Kanye West Apologized To Get “Vultures” Samples Cleared

Earlier this week, Kanye West dropped a long-overdue apology to the Jewish community for the various antisemitic comments he’s made in the past couple of years. The post came as a surprise to his loyal followers, as well as to the countless Jewish people the Chicago MC has managed to offend. As if the apology wasn’t shocking enough, it was also written in Hebrew; an ambiguous nod to those he’s wronged.

“I sincerely apologize to the Jewish community for any unintended outburst caused by my words or actions,” his message begins. “It was not my intention to hurt or demean, and I deeply regret any pain I may have caused. I am committed to starting with myself and learning from this experience to ensure greater sensitivity and understanding More in the future. Your forgiveness is important to me, and I am committed to making amends and promoting unity.”

Peter Rosenberg On Kanye West’s Apology

Almost immediately after he posted the apology, social media sleuths began to speculate that something was off. Many even thought the controversial hitmaker could have used artificial intelligence to put it together. TMZ put it into an AI-detecting software, which also had some pretty damning results. Now, DJ Peter Rosenberg has shared his thoughts on the debacle, claiming that it seems like nothing but a ploy to get some samples cleared ahead of his new album, Vultures. According to him, the AI theory also checks out, and he was likely pressured by record executives into “apologizing.”

“No part of me believes his apology,” Rosenberg explained. “The Hebrew part was like so either unintentionally or intentionally offensive,” he continued. “As if like, American Jews can just read Hebrew without vowels… Like bro, it’s just another offensive thing here.” What do you think of Peter Rosenberg’s take on Kanye West’s apology? Do you think it was sincere? Share your thoughts in the comments section down below, and keep an eye on HNHH for more updates.

Kanye West Accused Of AI Generating Apology Post

Earlier this week, Kanye West took to social media with a post that surprised a lot of fans. He posted a blank picture with black text over top of it, which is pretty standard for celebrities trying to say something serious. But the text was in Hebrew, meaning for most fans it needed translation. When that translation came through the post got even more surprising.

Your forgiveness is important to me, and I am committed to making amends and promoting unity,” Kanye’s Instagram post reads. His apology to the Jewish community comes after more than a year of making sporadic antisemitic comments during various public appearances. Check out the full apology post below.

Kanye West’s Apology

But now new details are emerging about the post, including a concerning allegation of using AI. When TMZ put the statement into a software designed to recognize AI-generated texts, the red flags emerged. The program gave the statement an 85% likelihood of being generated by an AI text platform. The revelation obviously isn’t a great look for the rapper. It gives the appearance that he didn’t mean the words he posted, though there’s no way of definitively proving the statement really came from AI.

In the wake of the comments Kanye got a response from the Anti-Defamation League. “After causing untold damage by using his vast influence and platform to poison countless minds with vicious antisemitism and hate, an apology in Hebrew may be the first step on a long journey towards making amends to the Jewish community and all those who he has hurt. Ultimately, actions will speak louder than words but this initial act of contrition is welcome,” their response read. What do you think of Kanye West allegedly using AI to help generate his recent apology post to the Jewish community? Let us know in the comment section below.

Kanye West & Chris Brown Dancing To “Vultures” Upsets Critics: “Two Most Problematic Rappers”

No matter how much trouble he gets in for sharing his controversial thoughts, Kanye West continues to pen NSFW lyrics about not being anti-Semitic after sleeping with a woman of Jewish descent, despite what labels haters have cast upon him. Now that his first single of the year, “Vultures” with Ty Dolla Sign, Bump J, and Lil Durk, is officially on DSPs, the father of four has been busy overseas celebrating with his wife, Bianca Censori. The couple was seen partying in Dubai along with Chris Brown and other close friends this past week. Currently, one video of Breezy and Yeezy seems to be garnering some seriously negative reactions online.

As Page Six reports, Jewish businesswoman Tanya Zuckerbrot shared a video of the musical duo dancing to “Vultures” on Instagram, questioning why they found so much humour in Ye’s troubling lyrics. “What’s more sickening? The lyrics … Or the fact that both Kanye West and @chrisbrownofficial find it [hilarious]?” she wrote in a post on Saturday (November 25), which has since been flooded with comments from her community, the majority of whom are also condemning the multi-talent’s behaviour.
