Christian Combs’ Accuser Claims Alleged Sexual Assault Was Captured In Audio Recordings

Earlier this week, a woman named Grace O’Marcaigh filed a 31-page lawsuit against one of Diddy’s sons, Christian “King” Combs. O’Marcaigh accuses Combs of sexually assaulting her on a yacht where she worked as a crew member, leased by his family in December 2022. She claims that one morning, Combs pressured her to drink a shot of tequila he brought aboard. Shortly after, the alleged assault took place. Per her lawsuit, she believes the alcohol may have been laced with drugs.

Now, it’s been revealed that O’Marcaigh allegedly has audio recordings of her encounter with Combs, captured by none other than Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones. Jones is currently suing Diddy for alleged sexual misconduct. According to O’Marcaigh, the producer was working alongside Combs in a studio on the yacht.

Her suit also includes transcriptions of the recordings, seemingly showcasing her rejecting Combs’ advances. “Excuse me, you don’t touch my legs like that. I’ll move my legs where I want to,” a woman is heard saying in the recording. “If I want to do this, then I will. You don’t touch my legs like that.” O’Marcaigh then allegedly tells Combs she must leave the studio to get back to work. “Who can I talk to? I’m going to say I requested you right now,” he asked her. “Well, you can take your hand off my a** for the first thing,” she responded. O’Marcaigh says the alleged assault had a profound impact on her mental well-being and is seeking unspecified damages.

Combs’ father Diddy, who has also been in the hot seat in recent weeks, is named as a defendant in the lawsuit. In the video, Schulz brings up the city’s supposed reputation as being populated by criminals and pedophiles and suggests even they are scared to go near Diddy’s property.

“They’re saying you’re a bunch of fucking criminals, drug addicts and pedophiles. That is not the whole city — that is a very small specific section of the city that is called Diddy’s house,” Schulz begins. “This is the only reason I think he might be guilty. Every celebrity in LA has had their home robbed … except Diddy. And I thought about it … it’s like bro, robbing Diddy is terrifying because what if he’s there? You break down the door, he’s butt naked on the couch, Meek Mill is sitting on his lap — just petting him like a Maltese cat.”

Stevie J called out 50 Cent at length during a new interview with TMZ regarding the allegations made against his longtime friend, Diddy. The conversation began with him coming to Diddy’s defense and saying he hasn’t witnessed any of the behavior that’s been accused in various lawsuits in recent months.

“I’ve never seen my man doing anything foul like they talking about,” Stevie told the outlet. “I’ve never seen it, I’ve known him for 29 years.” From there, he brought up 50 Cent continuously trolling Diddy over the situation. “Uncle Tom cats like that. Now you wanna put me– I don’t know if y’all saw the post 50 posted about me. Of course you guys saw that,” he said. “You can’t brush under the rug– I don’t see anybody reporting about what Tatted Up Holly said about him beating her up and about these other baby mommas, beating her up. I just look at it as, he wants to bring the Black community down worse than anyone else.” He then brought up his previous offer to fight 50 for charity.

Christian Combs Accused Of Sexually Assaulting & Drugging Woman, New Lawsuit Alleges

Christian “King” Combs is facing accusations of sexually assaulting and drugging a woman in a new lawsuit that the alleged victim will file soon, according to attorney Tyrone Blackburn. No further details on the victim are available. Blackburn is also representing the producer, Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones, who is one of several alleged victims suing Combs’ father, Diddy, for sexual assault and more. The lawsuit comes after Christian remarked, “Stop with the [cap emoji],” on his Instagram Story, last week.

At the time, his fans assumed the message was in response to Homeland Security raiding the family’s properties in Los Angeles and Miami. Police detained both Christian and his older brother, Justin, as they made their way through the home. They later released the two with no charges. Diddy was flying from California to the Caribbean.

Diddy’s attorney, Aaron Dyer, labeled the raids a “gross overuse of military-level force.” He also clarified in a statement: “Mr. Combs was never detained but spoke to and cooperated with authorities. Despite media speculation, neither Mr. Combs nor any of his family members have been arrested nor has their ability to travel been restricted in any way.”

While Christian appears to have yet to address the lawsuit officially, Diddy’s legal team previously accused Jones of reckless “name-dropping” and claimed to have “overwhelming, indisputable proof that his claims are complete lies.” In a statement, they added: “Our attempts to share this proof with Mr. Jones’ attorney, Tyrone Blackburn, have been ignored, as Mr. Blackburn refuses to return our calls. In a video shared by The Hollywood Fix, the Bad Boy mogul dances to himself while smoking on the dock of his home with a towel over his shoulders. It comes after Homeland Security agents raided both that property and another in Los Angeles, last week.

In addition to the legal trouble, he has been facing numerous civil lawsuits related to sexual misconduct in recent months. Most recently, producer Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones’ accused him of sexual assault. In that lawsuit, Jones claimed Diddy once bragged about being responsible for the infamous 1999 nightclub shooting involving Shyne. In response, the RadarOnline reports federal agents could be looking into the matter. Michael Discioarro, a New York criminal defense attorney, told the New York Post: “They got eyes on him in Miami and the feds are talking to witness after witness. They’re corroborating everything they can. But everything past and present is on the table with Mr. Diddy right now.”

DJ Akademiks trolled Yung Miami on social media, last week, following the rumors about her being a sex worker. The story stems from Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones’ sexual assault lawsuit against Diddy. To do so, Akademiks shared a screenshot of the lawsuit filing, in which the allegations are made. He captioned the post, “What dis mean?”

“Yung Miami being called an alleged sex worker and drug mule in a lawsuit but was tight at me for calling her a side chick,” he added in a follow-up. “N***a sounds like I was giving her a promotion.. a upgrade from these other titles she’s being referred to…Women rap about gladly f*cking for a bag…. then get labeled as a ‘sex worker’ and throw hissy fits.” He also shared a clip of Miami labeling herself a “Whore” during an appearance on The Jason Lee Show, last year. “Why yall acting surprised … she been literally telling us this her whole career,” Ak wrote. “Yall gotta ask Diddy for the price list n menu if yall tryna make a move.”

Attorneys for Diddy denied the claims made by Rod in the lawsuit with a statement, last month. “His reckless name-dropping about events that are pure fiction and simply did not happen is nothing more than a transparent attempt to garner headlines,” the statement said. “We have overwhelming, indisputable proof that his claims are complete lies. Our attempts to share this proof with Mr. Jones’ attorney, Tyrone Blackburn, have been ignored, as Mr. Blackburn refuses to return our calls. We will address these outlandish allegations in court and take all appropriate action against those who make them.”
