Lil Durk Update: Alleged Co-Conspirators To Be Brought To L.A. For Detention Hearings

The last two alleged co-conspirators of Lil Durk in the case regarding his arrest for allegedly orchestrating an attempted murder of Quando Rondo have waived detention hearings in Chicago’s federal courthouse and will be brought to Los Angeles, where the alleged crime took place. There, they will face the charges stemming from a federal criminal complaint unsealed in California, last Friday. The charges include conspiracy to commit murder-for-hire, committing murder-for-hire involving a death, and use of a machine gun in a violent crime resulting in death.

In total, five associates of Durk’s Only The Family collective have been named in the case. Federal prosecutors allege that the group is a “hybrid organization” that also functions as a criminal gang in addition to a music collective. The complaint against Durk alleges that OTF, “acts as an association-in-fact of individuals who engage in violence, including murder and assault, at the direction of BANKS [Lil Durk] and to maintain their status in OTF,” as caught by Meghann Cuniff.

Authorities arrested Durk on his way to Miami airport, where he allegedly had three international flights scheduled. The complaint reads: “Banks [Lil Durk] put a monetary bounty out for an individual with whom Banks was feuding named T.B. Banks ordered T.B.’s murder and that the hitmen used Banks and OTF-related finances to carry out the murder.” It further alleges that the move was in retaliation for the 2020 killing of King Von. It’s unclear when Durk will travel to Los Angeles for his detention hearing.

Chris Brown Accuser Clarifies Diddy Wasn’t Involved In Her Assault Allegation

A woman identified as Jane Doe, who has previously accused Chris Brown of allegedly drugging and raping her in a $20 million lawsuit, has made a key clarification about Diddy after alleging that the incident took place at a yacht party outside of his mansion in Miami in December 2020. Page Six reports that they’ve seen a preview of Investigation Discovery’s upcoming documentary, Chris Brown: A History of Violence, and that the woman describes Diddy as a “really nice” person.

Ariel Mitchell, a lawyer for Jane Doe, alleged to Page Six that Diddy was on the yacht at the time. “The yacht was docked behind his house on Star Island. We now believe he may have owned the yacht or chartered it,” she told the outlet. “We have not been able to confirm that’s why we did not specify the type of ownership.”

As for Jane Doe’s allegation, she says in the documentary: “I don’t remember if I saw him pour it, but I just drank it and he just hands me another drink. As I’m standing there, I did start to feel kind tired and my body was feeling a little heavy.” She further claims Brown then took her to a bedroom on the boat where the alleged assault took place. “I couldn’t move and I said ‘No’ and then I felt him… next thing I knew he was inside me,” she alleged, “I didn’t want it and he’s kissing me from stopping me from talking … I was so disgusted.”

The Notorious B.I.G.’s Estate Member Accused Of Alleged Sexual Harassment By Ex-Publicist

Publicist Jonathan Hays has alleged that a male member of The Notorious B.I.G.’s estate team made unwanted sexual advances toward him. He discussed the alleged incident during a recent interview with AllHipHop published on Sunday afternoon. In doing so, he compared his alleged experience to the allegations against Biggie’s frequent collaborator, Diddy.

“My experiences with the Biggie Smalls team turned abominable to say the least,” Hays told the outlet. “Similar to Diddy’s alleged practices, The Notorious B.I.G. estate refused to acknowledge my sexual harassment complaints when I awkwardly came forward. I wouldn’t participate in phone sex, nor would I watch one of the representatives of The Notorious B.I.G estate pleasure himself on a video chat during the pandemic.”

He added: “For two years after the disgusting incidents, I lived with regret that I didn’t ‘go along’ with all that freaky ass weirdness, as I was instantly shunned and they terminated the project. I lost a significant amount of money and almost two years of exclusive Biggie work.” As for why he didn’t speak up, he alleged: “I have strong resources, but in no way could I go up against the estate of The Notorious B.I.G., Diddy, and JAY-Z. It’s only now that I can speak out about this because so many strong women have come forward with lawsuits and alleged criminal complaints against the former Bad Boy mogul.”

Elsewhere in the interview, Hays alleged that Diddy was on Zoom with him following the release of his and Frank White’s “Big Poppa (House Mix).” During the call, he allegedly sniffed something Hays believed to be ketamine or cocaine. The allegations come as Diddy remains behind bars in Brooklyn while awaiting trial for his charges of alleged sex trafficking and racketeering. Diddy’s Attempted Gag Order Over Alleged Government Leaks Falls Through

Diddy and his legal team’s attempt to get a gag order on government agencies involved in investigating his alleged racketeering and sex trafficking case has proven unsuccessful. His attorneys had accused them of leaking information to the press as stories about his allegations continue to make headlines. Judge Arun Subramanian made the decision on Friday, as caught by USA Today, but still implemented a similar order forbidding federal agents, investigators, and the rapper’s own team from leaking grand jury proceedings.

“To be clear, this order isn’t based on a finding that there has been any wrongdoing thus far, as the Court has made no findings at this juncture relating to defendant’s allegations that information related to the case has been leaked,” Subramanian wrote. “The point of this order is to help ensure that nothing happens from now on that would interfere with a fair trial.”

The update comes after Diddy’s lawyers previously accused the government of allegedly leaking the video of him hitting Cassie at a hotel in 2016 to “mortally wound the reputation and the prospect of Sean Combs successfully defending himself against these allegations,” according to filing obtained by Page Six. CNN published the footage, earlier this year. Diddy’s team further alleged: “Rather than using the videotape as trial evidence, alongside other evidence that gives it context and meaning, the agents misused it in the most prejudicial and damaging way possible.”

DJ Akademiks Theorizes Lil Durk Will Face A “Big” Indictment Over Other Alleged Crimes

DJ Akademiks has spoken at length about the recent arrest of Lil Durk for allegedly orchestrating an attempted murder of rival rapper Quando Rondo in 2022. In doing so, he theorized that the feds are planning a bigger indictment against the rapper during a recent livestream. Federal prosecutors unveiled their complaint against Durk on Friday, alleging that Only the Family is a “hybrid organization” that also functions as a criminal gang in addition to a music collective.

As for Akademiks’ response, he theorized that more alleged attempted murders may be brought up in an alleged full indictment. “There’s a thought of mine that says, ‘When the feds unseal this indictment, they’re gonna have every attempt on Quando Rondo’s life. There was supposedly like three or four before. They might have FBG Cash, they might have other situations. They might bring back that Atlanta joint back that he was co-defendants with Von.’”

From there, he brought up the allegations that Durk was allegedly planning to flee the country before his arrest. “The reason why the feds did it is because they thought Durk was gonna run. So, the mere fact they locked him up, is because they know they’re cooking up a grand jury indictment. And that indictment, I think, is not only gonna have this murder for hire, it’s gonna be a superseding indictment. It might be racketeering. Quando Rondo Appears To Respond To Lil Durk’s Arrest With Heartfelt Message About Forgiveness

Last week, Lil Durk was arrested in Broward County, FL for alleged murder-for-hire. Reportedly, the Chicago rapper was booked into a Miami prison yesterday to await transport to Los Angeles. His arrest took place just hours after five alleged OTF affiliates were taken into custody on similar charges. Authorities believe they were allegedly hired to carry out the murder of Quando Rondo in retaliation for King Von’s 2020 death. In 2022, Quando Rondo and his cousin Lul Pab were at an LA gas station when their vehicle was shot up. Rondo was unscathed, but Lul Pab passed away as a result of his injuries.

Following Lil Durk’s arrest, many fans have been eager to hear from Quando Rondo. The day after he was taken into custody, Rondo dropped a new song called “Life Goes On,” which arrived alongside a cinematic music video. The emotional track pays tribute to Lul Pab and other late loved ones.

It’s time to leave all that behind. We’ve already lost so much, and it’s heavy on my heart to forgive anyone I had issues with in the past. It’s all love from me. Mr Beast, Logan Paul, & KSI’s Lunchly Subjected To FDA Investigation Following Allegations Of Moldy Meals

MrBeast, Logan Paul, and KSI created a holy trifecta of superstar content creators to launch their packaged meal brand, Lunchly. But their combined Internet clout isn’t getting past the United States’ Food and Drug Administration easily. Moreover, allegations emerged on social media that the Lunchables competitor’s products were moldy, such as the cheese on their pizza alternative. According to TMZ Sports, the FDA announced on Friday (October 25) that it received over ten complaints from consumers, including one that claims that the meal caused an illness. The federal agency also indicated that it will review these complaints and update the public if a public health advisory is necessary.

Furthermore, the FDA also made note of Lunchly’s responsibility to adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices regulations to ensure the safety of their products. In addition, they warned of strict applicable action if they find that the brand does not – or did not – comply with these rules. Many individuals online complained about this alleged mold issue, such as a viral video from influencer Rosanna Pansino. If you don’t know what Lunchly is, it’s a pre-packaged meal similar to Lunchables that includes (and promotes) Logan Paul and KSI’s PRIME energy drink and MrBeast’s Feastables food products.

“All Lunchly products go through a stringent review process to ensure the quality and safety of its products,” a representative for the company reportedly stated to TMZ Sports to address the issue. “That process consists of multiple inspections and approvals, including that of the USDA, before any product can even leave the manufacturing facility.” KSI and Logan Paul even addressed the controversy on the latter’s podcast earlier this week. Like the backlash to the former’s “Thick Of It” collab with Trippie Redd, they chalked it up to haters just farming engagement with clickbait fodder.

We’ll see whether this FDA investigation results in any significant action or findings. Elsewhere, MrBeast is still dealing with the fallout of the massive controversy involving colleague Ava Kris Tyson. As for Logan Paul and KSI, we’ll see if this new federal statement has them change their previously dismissive tune. Surely everyone on both sides of these complaints will come through with more public statements addressing these allegations.

Lil Yachty Breaks His Silence On Ghostwriting Allegations After Shade From KARRAHBOOO

Lil Yachty and KARRAHBOOO have been at each other’s throats in 2024, launching claims from one Concrete Boys affiliate to another. The latter isn’t with the group anymore, and she’s spoken a lot about the situation and about her allegations against Yachty in particular for a variety of reasons. The latest of these emerged during the Atlanta femcee’s appearance on DDG’s No Ordinary podcast, as she claimed that the “Strike” MC used a team of writers for his 2023 psych-rock album, Let’s Start Here. Yachty hopped in DJ Akademiks’ comments section for a post covering this claim, and addressed the allegations outright.

“No one has ever wrote for me ever just for the record,” Lil Yachty claimed. Of course, it’s very different to have writers for a psych-rock album than it is for a hip-hop album, but the weight behind them still stands given Yachty’s place in the culture. Also, he launched ghostwriting allegations of his own against KARRAHBOOO, who claims they clashed over her not wanting writers during her time with Concrete Boys. They both claim to have receipts and have even shared some of them, but it’s all still a very “he said, she said” beef for the most part.

As for their individual endeavors, Lil Yachty has a pretty busy 2025 to look forward to. He will join Tyler, The Creator on his CHROMAKOPIA world tour, with additional support from Paris Texas. Fans can’t wait for the album, and with this news, excitement escalated even further as listeners hope to catch this live experience. Maybe Lil Boat ends up featuring on the new LP, but we won’t know for sure until it comes out on Monday morning (October 28).

As for KARRAHBOOO, she recently released the single “SBM” and continues to distance herself from Lil Yachty and company. What’s more is that some of her statements are relatively vague, so they could refer to other people in the industry. At the end of the day, we just hope that these two former collaborators settle their differences privately, even if they don’t make up publicly. Until then, these attacks will likely continue.

Lil Durk’s Former Artist SlimeLife Shawty Admits He Previously Treated YSL Like An Alleged Gang

The YSL RICO trial continues, and today, Lil Durk’s former artist SlimeLife Shawty took the stand. The rapper was asked whether or not YSL is a gang, which prompted him to allege that some people treat it like one. He then alleged that he himself had previously treated it that way.

“Some people treat it like [a gang],” he alleged. From there, SlimeLife Shawty was asked how he in particular treats YSL. “I treated it [as a gang] before,” the artist alleged. As for when he stopped treating it like an alleged gang, he said he couldn’t remember. He was also unable to explain what exactly he meant by treating YSL like an alleged gang. “I don’t know, I never thought about that,” he said.

SlimeLife Shawty Takes The Stand

Later on, SlimeLife Shawty was asked how old he was when he joined YSL the alleged “gang.” At that point, he described how his music began to grow in popularity. This is far from the only notable thing to happen in the YSL trial today, however. At one point, SlimeLife Shawty read a “Free Qua” hashtag aloud in the courtroom, which had been redacted on the screen but not on the paper he was reading from. As a result, Judge Paige Reese Whitaker is reportedly considering a mistrial, according to Meghann Cuniff.

“I am sorry y’all have this gigantic, ginormous, universe of evidence that, maybe if you narrowed down, you wouldn’t be making these kinds of mistakes. But, I believe that to be a mistake. So, I’m gonna deny a motion for a mistrial with prejudice… would you like a mistrial without evidence?” she asked in court.
