Drake’s Son Adonis Breaks Down “For All The Dogs” Album Cover Drawing

Drake’s highly anticipated new album For All The Dogs is due to arrive tonight after months of teasing. A few weeks ago he delivered a major single release for fans when he collaborated with SZA on “Slime You Out.” Fans rewarded the pair by streaming the song so much that it shot directly to number one on the Hot 100 with its debut. Though it dropped outside of the top 10 in its second week there is clearly still plenty of hype for the song and the album it’s building towards.

Overnight Drake surprised fans once again. He took to social media to share a new song and an entire music video to go with it. The newest song in his timestamp series “8AM In Charlotte” and its expansive music video hit the internet last night. As a part of the video, the rapper talked to his song Adonis about the drawing he did for the For All The Dogs album cover. The first reveal he made that surprised fans was that the album cover doesn’t actually feature a dog. “So, the goat was running away from the other monsters and the other animals,” Adonis begins. Check out his entire explanation below.

Adonis Calls Drake The Goat

Adonis continued his explanation. “A flower blocking the way. So, the flower is on fire. The racing car was maybe helping the goat. And there was some stairs, like some jail stairs. And there was one person who was, like, on top. And he got killed by the stick, by the track.” After that, Drake brings up the the imagery of his name next to a goat and his son agrees. “”So it’s daddy Goat,” Adonis claims.

Another thing fans picked up on in the new song is lyrics that could be a Kanye diss. While Drake tiptoes around the issue and doesn’t deal in many specifics, listeners online have been connecting the dots. What do you think of Adonis’ explanation of the For All The Dogs album cover? Doja Cat Previews Bloody “Agora Hills” Music Video, Defends Album Cover

Doja Cat recently hopped on Instagram, teasing a new music video that she has on the way. In the clip, Doja walks into a spooky shower in some red heels, and looks to be washing blood off of herself. As blood begins to pool in the shower drain, the words “‘Agora Hills’ coming soon” flash across the screen. By the looks of things, the new music video should be something straight out of a horror movie, which makes sense considering her other recent releases.

The “Agora Hills” music video preview also comes just ahead of the release of Doja’s new album, Scarlet. The LP is slated for release tomorrow (September 22), and it’s safe to say that fans can’t wait. Her comments section is flooded with supporters dying to see the full video.

Doja Cat Unveils Spooky “Agora Hills” Trailer

Fans have been hyped for the release since Doja dropped off the album’s first single, “Attention,” earlier this summer. The LA-born performer finally unveiled the album’s cover art at the end of last month, but quickly switched it for something different. After sharing the artwork, social media users pointed out that a German metal band was using a strikingly similar cover for their album, which is scheduled to drop on the same day. Doja later shared another image of some spiders from the original artist, revealing that it would take its place.

Since revealing the cover, Doja’s gotten some pushback from fans, who have called for her to change it to something they feel fits the album better. The artist is sticking to her guns, however, recently coming to the artwork’s defense on Twitter. She clapped back at a user calling the image “ugly,” revealing the meaning behind it. “The art I chose for my album is beautiful and I like it a lot,” she wrote. “The two spiders signify conquering your fear. None of my album covers had meaning until this album. You not accepting me was a fear I used to have. I don’t care anymore about satisfying you.” What do you think of Doja Cat’s new music video teaser? Are you looking forward to Scarlet? Drake’s Son Adonis Shown Drawing “For All The Dogs” Album Cover In New Picture

One of the most anticipated albums of 2023 also has one of the most talked-about album covers, as is usually the case with Drake projects. Moreover, For All The Dogs‘ stark drawing of what might be a dog but looks more like a wolf with menacing red eyes split fans online. Some wondered how this will fit with the promised “old Drizzy” approach. On the other hand, many fans believe this minimalist artwork points to a darker sound that anticipated, which is exciting in its own right. Most interestingly, another point of slight contention is the artist behind the cover, which the 6 God said is none other than his five-year-old son, Adonis.

Furthermore, a new picture shows him working on the cover in what seems like a studio. Armed with a sculpting tool, we can see that Drake’s newest album’s cover is much larger than fans might have initially thought. This is no simple drawing on an 8.5 by 11 inch sheet of paper, but rather a full piece that could fit four Adonis’. Many thought that there was no way that he actually drew this artwork, but now we have solid proof… or do we?

Adonis Working On Drake’s For All The Dogs Cover… Right?

Unfortunately for people who want to quell the haters with this pic, there’s apparently a very real chance that it’s all just an edit. The comments on the post above covering the snapshot pointed to another artist (@Cole on IG) who put this together as a mock alternate cover. As such, it seems like this might not really be Adonis drawing his father Drake’s album art, at least in this specific pic. Whether he actually designed it is still up in the air, but are people really that cynical to doubt a dad trying to share his pride and joy’s art with the world?

Regardless, the OVO mogul doesn’t even have to fabricate things to go viral; he just has to put the idea out there with vague context. For example, his most recent Instagram Story post had fans thinking that he confirmed an appearance from Yeat on his upcoming album. What he did state, though, is that Adonis made the cover, and whether this pic is real or not, who are we to doubt him? All jokes and speculation aside, stay up to date on HNHH for the latest news and updates on Drake.

Doja Cat Posts New Album Cover After Allegations Of Copying Another Artist

Doja Cat’s highly anticipated new album is arriving soon. After dropping a pair of singles and teasing the project all year fans are more than ready to hear an entire new project from the versatile rapper and singer. That excitement rose even more when she posted the album artwork to social media for fans to pour over. The simple pink spider on a white background didn’t leave much to dig through, but perceptive fans still noticed something.

The album cover Doja Cat shared bore a striking resemblance to another used by German metal band Chaver. Not only do both covers sport the same pink spider but both albums are set to be released on the same day, September 22. As it turns out both pieces were made by the same artist, named Dusty Ray. As a result of the confusion, it seems that Doja has decided to change her album cover to something new. She deleted the original Instagram post and replaced it with a new album cover of a different spider. Check out the new artwork below.

Doja Cat Updates Her Album Cover

This isn’t the only time artwork has led to controversy for Doja Cat recently. The art for her upcoming new single “Demons” came under fire by many fans claiming that it was demonic or satanic. When Doja hit back she didn’t mince words. She compared fans who had issues with her artwork to those who couldn’t even handle Goosebumps.

Doja Cat also doesn’t have the level of fan support she used to. That’s because she picked a fight against her own fanbase over their “kittenz” label. She refused to back down repeatedly calling out fans online and ultimately resulting in her losing over 250k followers. Despite the large exodus of some of her most diehard fans, she didn’t seem very bothered. In an interview following the affair, she described the whole experience as freeing. Which of the two album covers Doja Cat shared do you like more? Let us know in the comment section below.

Kid Cudi Unveils “INSANO” Album Cover

Kid Cudi shared a new, critical detail of his next release with followers on social media today. The Cleveland-born performer finally unveiled the album cover for his LP INSANO, getting fans geared up for his latest project. Brooklyn-based artist and designer KAWS is the mind behind INSANO‘s cover art. It’s colorful and vibrant, boasting vivid shades of pink, blue, green, and more. It also features some black, sketch-like details, cementing its modern flair.

The lively artwork appears to match the bright and dreamy sound of the artist’s June arrival, “Porsche Topless,” suggesting that there could be more of that to come. Kid Cudi has worked alongside KAWS in the past, and supporters seem thrilled that they’ve joined forces once again. INSANO is expected to drop on September 15 of this year. It’ll be his ninth full-length offering, following 2022’s Entergalactic.

Quavo Drops Potential “Rocket Power” Album Covers

It’s been a pretty busy year Quavo outside of music and it’s about to get even busier with the release of a new album. Quavo has been teasing the release of his new album “Rocket Power” for a while now but it’s finally right around the corner. The album is slated to drop next week on the 18th and the former Migos rapper may have just shown fans the album cover. He posted four new pictures to Instagram two of which feature pictures of a young child dressed up as an astronaut with the other two being childish illustrations of space. While he didn’t confirm if they’ve album covers or which one specifically will serve as the project’s primary cover, the implication is clear.

In the caption, Quavo continues to tease the project. “The Power Is In You Don’t Stop Dreaming 💭#RocketPower 8.18 🚀” the text attached to the post reads. In the comments, fans began to express their hopes for the project. “manifesting offset on the album,” one of the top comments reads. The possibility seems a lot more likely following the pair teaming up at the BET Awards for a performance paying tribute to Takeoff, who was tragically killed last year. Elsewhere in the comments, there were more tributes to the late rapper. “What Huncho is doing right now is incredible. LL TAKE,” reads one.

Quavo Shares “Rocket Power” Art

Last week Quavo was forced to push back the release of “Rocket Power. It was originally supposed to release on August 4th but for unspecified reasons was pushed back 2 weeks. “We gotta run some more tests before the rocket is ready to launch,” he said in a Tweet.

Both Quavo and Trippie Redd ended up delaying projects slated to release on August 4th. Subsequently that caused some fans to speculate that Drake could be dropping his new album. The rapper has been teasing a new album called For All The Dogs all summer. Ultimately that wasn’t the case and the delays seem unrelated. What do you think of the potential album covers for “Rocket Power”? Let us know in the comment section below.

Lil Uzi Vert Says They Dress Better Than ASAP Rocky, Updates Album Art, Tracklist

A$AP Rocky is undoubtedly one of the most stylish hip-hop artists out there, but plenty of people are coming fro his throne. One of the rappers closest to that title is Lil Uzi Vert, who recently declared that they dress better than Rocky during an interview at this year’s BET Awards. However, the 27-year-old still gave the New York MC his flowers for influencing their drip and helping them out in that regard. During their conversation with Billboard on the red carpet, Uzi answered some questions on which other artists have inspired them the most throughout their career. Furthermore, their answer gave credit in the realms of both fashion and music to three names in particular.

“Mike Jones really helped me be not repetitive in a bad way…” Lil Uzi Vert started off his remarks. “Kendrick [Lamar] helped me with my flow, [and] ASAP Rocky helped me with my clothes. I’m flyer than ASAP Rocky nowadays. He can’t touch me nowadays… he know I got them pieces in the corner, but shoutout to Flacko, though.” We’ll see if we get a response from the 34-year-old anytime soon.

Lil Uzi Vert Shouts Out (And Steps Over) A$AP Rocky

Regardless of that debate, the Philly star has a huge week to look forward to, as they confirmed that their highly anticipated album Pink Tape (sometimes referred to as The Pink Tape rather than how it appears on streaming) will release this week on Friday (June 30). Not only that, but Lil Uzi Vert’s new project appears to contain 26 tracks. It will be their longest project to date based on the pure size of the tracklist, which obviously suggests a long runtimes well. In addition, Uzi also seemingly changed the album on Apple Music from the original.

Uzi’s Pink Tape Updates

With all this in mind, Pink Tape is becoming the most hyped hip-hop album release so far this year. Of course, there’s heavy competition in Travis Scott’s UTOPIA and Young Thug’s surprise drop BUSINESS IS BUSINESS. Nevertheless, we’re beyond excited to see how all these albums age when we look back at 2023. The same could be said for Rocky and Uzi’s respective styles. Janelle Monáe Goes Topless For New Album Cover

It’s Janelle Monáe’s world, we’re simply living in it. The multi-talented musician and actress releases her fourth studio album, The Age of Pleasure, on June 9. Ahead of its release, Monáe has been readily embracing the hedonistic nature and theme of the album. They dropped a wild and sensual music video alongside their new single, “Lipstick Lover“. Then she flashed the crowd at a bar where she was performing.

With social media going absolutely wild for their antics, Monáe reveled in the Dionysian Bacchanalia she had reduced Twitter too. “The TheyTriarchy has landed. 👑” the non-binary star wrote in one tweet. “Titties out for the next 15 years. 😝” they proclaimed in another. The Age Of Pleasure is set to be Monáe’s first album since 2018’s Dirty Computer, which peaked at #6 on the US charts.

Monáe Embodies “The Age Of Pleasure” Title

Monáe also revealed the album art for The Art Of Pleasure. Photographed by Mason Rose, the cover sees a topless Monáe swimming through the legs of several individuals standing in a pool. The photo appears to have been shot on film and has a warm 70s glow that accentuates the era-appropriate title font. While only tangentially, the cover invokes a similar to Nirvana’s cover for Nevermind.

However, Monáe bares all on the cover of the album. A censored version that pixelated their nipples was also released on social media to help with promotion. According to Monáe herself, the new album is meant to help usher in a new age in her life. “Listen, I’ve had my Age of Depression. I’ve had my Age of Anxiety. I’ve had my Age of Struggle. And again, it’s not like life is pleasurable every single day, but I think I have actively just sought out…How do I realize that right now, in this present moment, moments that we’ll never get back, this is where you need to find your pleasure?.” In its own way, the newly-released album cover goes a long way to helping embody that ideal. Are you excited about The Age Of Pleasure? Let us know in the comments.
