Chrisean Rock Takes Baby To Studio To Tease New Music, Dismisses Fans’ Advice

Chrisean Rock’s new life as a mom proved to be quite chaotic but also exciting over the past few weeks. Between her everyday social media activity around Chrisean Jr. and her dramatic rekindling with the kid’s father Blueface, there’s a lot to take in, as expected with such a volatile and viral story as this. Still, that’s not the only thing that the Baddies star is focused on when it comes to making a name for herself. She’s also working hard on new music, as she showed off in a clip with her baby in the studio.

As far as the track itself, it’s pretty much a trap-R&B blend with booming bass and auto-tuned vocals. What really got people riled up on social media was that Chrisean Rock took the baby to the studio in the first place, which many saw as a red flag. As such, the Baltimore native took to social media once again to explain that Chrisean Jr. has earmuffs so that he isn’t that affected by the loud speakers. In addition, she told people to stop criticizing her parenting, which might happen less if she tones down all the revealing posts about it.

In another clip Chrisean Rock uploaded to social media, she addressed people giving her advice that she ultimately can’t take seriously. “What advice are you giving me, the f**k? Nine times out of ten, I got way more money than advice any of y’all giving me,” the Zeus Network star remarked.

Cardi B Advises Chrisean Rock On Motherhood, Speaks On This Important Aspect

It’s always heartening to see mothers support each other on their journey, especially in the often toxic world of pop culture. Moreover, Cardi B recently offered some words of advice to new mom Chrisean Rock when TMZ caught up with her in New York City. During her remarks, the Bronx MC spoke on the importance of keeping yourself calm through alone time, even if those windows of solitude are small. Also, she spoke on postpartum depression, and advised the Baddies star to watch out for early signs of it. As an experienced mom of young kids herself, Bardi’s words as a celebrity mom ring with resonance.

Specifically, Cardi B told Chrisean Rock that these two aspects of alone time and sadness often go hand in hand. Even if the full-time mom schedule overwhelms you, she remarked, it’s crucial to take some time for yourself when you’re feeling down or particularly emotional. This can be hard enough when you’re famous; never mind being responsible for Chrisean Jr. (yes, that’s his name) around the clock. After the “Bongos” rapper looked out for Chrisean, she also spoke briefly on people hating on her and Megan Thee Stallion’s latest single.

Unfortunately for Chrisean Rock, it’s hard to separate these worlds of fame and family, as she became so viral because of the combination of the two. Her public and volatile relationship with Blueface, the child’s father, may be no more, but they’ve fought a lot over their son’s care, their bond, and everything else under the sun. However, that seemed to get much better recently when the California rapper actually stood by Chrisean’s parenting in a series of recent tweets. Sure, things could still flip around- and probably will- but at least we know that the respect is there.

Moreover, his takes range from innocuous and comical to outrageous and scandalous, and it always makes for entertaining social media content. Fans can’t get enough of his obsession with Britney Spears, for example, a saga that became all the more interesting with news of her divorce. However, even for small statements and proclamations, the Florida native knows how to find the gold in the most unassuming of mines. For example, he recently responded to GloRilla’s tweet about relationship issues- and how she doesn’t want to hear about them and is just here for the fun.

“I prolly ain’t da bitch to call & vent to about you problems,” the Memphis MC wrote on Twitter. “But if you ever need some coochie baby I’m 1 call away STAMP DAT.” Plies was quick and chivalrous in his response. “We Need To Protect Big Glo!!!! I Swea!!!!,” he quote-tweeted, and GloRilla even responded with some crying-laughing emojis.

You only get one life. Live your toxic 20s! You never get to be 20 years old, 21, 22, 23, 24, none of that ever again in your life. Be toxic!

Kendrick Lamar Speaks On 50 Cent Wisdom That Blew Him Away

In an piece for Interview Magazine, Kendrick Lamar revealed the piece of advice from 50 Cent that has defined his outlook on life for years. “Now, I’ve always studied 50 Cent’s music and watched his interviews, and someone asked if he was a conscious artist,” Kendrick recalled. “He said, ‘Yeah, I’m a conscious artist because I have a conscience.”

He continued. “That shit blew me away. It gave me a different perspective — 50 drops a lot of jewels that give me perspective, but that one right there gave me a sense of, okay, a lot of artists live and know how to project duality. That’s the true gift, because that’s what life is about in its wholeness. When I seen that I said, ‘I can relate to that,’ and what you’re saying is confirmation that that’s still alive. It’s really dope to hear another artist say it. Lets us know we not crazy.”

There has only ever been one collab between 50 Cent and Kendrick. In 2013, the pair dropped “We Up”. However, despite their careers diverging, Fif has a lot of respect for Kendrick. “I love Kendrick,” he said. “Obviously there is a huge difference in the two of us, in our characters, and the way we present ourselves ’cause to me he possesses the ability to appear like he didn’t know this was going to happen,” he told XXL back in 2013.

He continued. “There’s a level of confidence required for you to withstand the level of doubt, and I had so much doubt prior to it actually working for me, that I would appear at points a little arrogant. Like, ‘I knew it was going to work, because it took you so long to figure it out. I told you it was hot.’ And Kendrick will give you that energy that’s like, ‘This is great. Nas Shares Sage Advice For Young Artists Dealing With Conflict

Nas discussed how young rappers handle conflict with other artists in hip-hop during a recent interview with Billboard. While discussing the dilemma, he shared some sage advice for up-and-comers in the industry.

“The streets are the streets. We listen to music from people directly from those circumstances,” he said. “Young people making the hit records are telling you what’s happening: education, disease, miseducation. Life is a tough test.”

He continued: “As they get successful, they have to come into their senses on their own. When you look at hip-hop’s history, you see all the companies and empires that fell because of stupidity. If they see that, they have to realize they are the next one if they don’t change. […] It’s their decision and their maturity level, and when they are going to figure it out because time is ticking — the next thing you know, you’re in the wrong place at the wrong time. I just pray for them and hope for the best because talking to them is one thing, but they have to be ready for it. Sometimes they have to learn on their own.”

Nas also discussed how he’s continued to put out new music well into his 40s. In doing so, he shared advice for rappers of his generation as well. “I want more people to join me from my era; release your records and work hard on them shits,” he said. “I want to hear how people feel, and I want to hear their art, I don’t want to hear the trends, I want to hear the art. Express it, do it and be free. That’s what I’m trying to give to the game now.”

The comments come after the release of Nas’ latest album, Magic 2, on which he collaborated for a fifth consecutive time with producer Hit-Boy. The album additionally contains guest appearances from 50 Cent, who is also well into his 40s.

The awkward interaction has social media users praising him for his straightforward tip.

Drake, on the other hand, was recently spotted shooting hoops with one of the owners of the luxury brand Chrome Hearts. He and Laurie Lynn Stark go head to head in a friendly competition as shown in a new clip. Drake has previously collaborated with the brand to promote his 2021 album, Certified Lover Boy.

He’s been teasing his new For All The Dogs LP for some time now, but fans have heard little of 21 Savage’s latest venture. Drake told his crowd at a recent show that “Both albums [are] on the way.” The artist’s claim has fans eagerly-awaiting the two projects, and anticipating more information.

At one of Drake’s other recent tour stops, a fan threw a bra at him during the performance, prompting him to inspect the garment. The well-endowed fan, later confirmed to be Veronica Correia, was then discovered by internet sleuths. The 21-year-old recently told TMZ that she was confident her gesture would get the artist’s attention. “I just knew he was gonna pick it up if I threw it right at his feet. Missy Elliott came to the defense of the duo, Flyana Boss, on Twitter, earlier this week. When fans called into question the repeated use of a similar format for their music videos, Missy explained that consistency is part of the marketing strategy for many young artists.

“This old school tactic if you do a bunch of things you confuse the audience,” Missy replied to a viral tweet questioning the repetition. “They don’t know who you are. That’s why most successful artist have eras and for that era they consistently do the same style and sound so you build a particular fan base.”

From there, the original account that posted the criticism thanked Missy for her constructive responses. Instead, he says he now knows better than to take the bait and can choose to just move on with his life.

Fans in the comments were quick to praise Bobby Shmurda for his maturity. “This is growth. Maturity comes with time, errors, pain, reflection, and detachment. The lessons become wisdom,” one comment reads. “The mentality of a grown man that knows his worth, I hope he teaches the youth that looks up to him,” another says. Recently, Bobby Shmurda received a cosign from Boosie Badazz. Boosie called Bobby “one of the realest” young rappers out right now. He’s also been very vocal recently about Gunna, Young Thug, and the YSL RICO case. He recently dropped a freestyle where he took aim at those that choose to snitch. While he doesn’t mention Gunna by name many fans were able to connect the dots. Later in the freestyle he also expresses his desire for Young Thug to be freed. It’s far from the only time he’s made his thoughts on the matter clear.

Bobby Shmurda also reacted to Gunna’s first public appearance since his plea deal. He showed up at an NBA playoff game between the Celtics and Heat last month. Dwayne Wade is one of the greatest players to ever set foot on an NBA court. After a standout career at Marquette, including a Final Four run in 2003, Wade was drafted fifth overall by the Heat. That’s where he spent most of his career, winning three NBA titles. His jersey was retired following his 2019 retirement and he will absolutely be a first-ballot Hall of Famer when eligible.

Wade made nearly $200 million from his NBA contracts alone, including $2.6 million in his rookie year. As players get better and better, and the NBA gets more and more lucrative, young players are having million of dollars thrust upon them. This can be overwhelming and lead to regrettable choices. However, Wade was on had in a recent interview to provide some advice about how rookies should handle their money.

Approached by TMZ ahead of the draft, Wade dished out his top advice for anyone hoping to get drafted. “Take in the moment, it goes fast. You only get one draft,” Wade began. When the TMZ interviewer asked what financial advice he had, Wade merely replied that he wasn’t a financial advisor. However, he did also provide a little more advice when pressed. “Try to get you somebody in your life that really knows finances,” Wade said. “Somebody who, hopefully, you can build a relationship with. Hopefully, you can build a trust with eventually.”

The 2023 NBA Draft begins at 8pm ET on June 22. The San Antonio Spurs are expected to take generational talent Victor Wembanyama first overall.
