DJ Akademiks Alleges Jay-Z Sent His Lawyer To Link Diddy To Tupac’s Murder

Tupac Shakur’s family and estate recently made a curious move by hiring attorney Alex Spiro to investigate the alleged link between Diddy and ‘Pac’s murder. This came amid the federal case and various misconduct allegations against Sean Combs, which have many raising their eyebrows and calling other celebrities into question. On DJ Akademiks’ latest stream, he turned his eye towards Jay-Z, since Spiro is reportedly also his lawyer. Moreover, the media personality alleged that Hov sent Spiro to Tupac’s family in order to further taint the Bad Boy mogul’s reputation, an allegation with no sort of confirmation or charge at press time.

“Maybe the way you send a message to the n***a who might have the secrets on you to f**k you up is to let that n***a know, ‘I got some s**t on you outside that I could bury you with,’” DJ Akademiks’ allegations began. “This might be a way to preemptively get ahead of Diddy getting up in there and squealing like a bird. That’s what I was thinking. Diddy’s in there, and he’s like Frank Lucas in motherf***ing American Gangster, helping the goddamn cops. Saying, ‘Well, Clive Davis is here, Jay-Z is here, come over here, Fab!’ He’s naming names! And Jay-Z’s smart enough to say, ‘This f***er think he about to bring down me and my 5 billion dollar empire. Man, I’m over here chilling with the Queen Bey. Put a couple more cases on this b***h-a** n***a.’

DJ Akademiks’ Allegations About Jay-Z & Diddy

“Chat, did I go too deep on the conspiracy theory with that one?” DJ Akademiks asked. “Tell me if this makes any type of sense. The best way to keep the n***a in line who’s basically stuck between a rock and a hard place is you letting him know, ‘No, no, no. You’re still f***ed. You can’t get out of that, but even if you did, or even if you thought you could give us up tog et out of it, you’re still f***ed, n***a!’ These are two working theories. So when I seen this… Either Jay-Z is saying, ‘That n***a cooked. Let him take all the blame’ Either that or, ‘Let’s send a message to this b***h-a** n***a,’ ’cause right now, he’s probably trying to tell on us.’

“But let me say, or let me just pretend, that I was friends with Sean ‘P. Diddy’ Combs,” DJ Akademiks concluded. “The same way I instructed my lawyer to go do A, B, C, or D for other people, you know what I would say to my lawyer? ‘Yo, bro, stay out of this Diddy s**t. I don’t care what he did.’ But if that was my guy… I would probably tell my lawyer, ‘Bro, go get another case. You already got the Eric Adams s**t. Leave that alone. I don’t know if he did it and I don’t know if he did. But I’m in too many pictures with that n***a. We used to be friends.’ […] Jay, you a cold n***a, man. I’ll leave that at that.”

Suge Knight Could Have Prevented 2Pac’s Death, Wack 100 Theorizes

2Pac’s death continues to be one of the most tragic and talked about moments in hip-hop history. The icon passed away in 1996, a few days after falling victim to a drive-by shooting in Vegas. Duane “Keefe D” Davis, the man accused of orchestrating the attack, was taken into police custody last year. He’s been behind bars ever since, awaiting a murder trial.

Amid all of this, one person who’s been particularly vocal about the case is Wack 100. The personality tried to bail Keefe D out last month and was not successful, and has even teased the idea of making a documentary about the alleged perpetrator. Now, Wack has shared his theory on 2Pac’s death, speculating that Suge Knight might have been partially responsible.

Wack 100 Thinks Suge Knight Was “Worried About The Wrong Thing”

During a recent interview with VladTV, Wack 100 claimed that Knight failed to protect 2Pac, despite knowing that he was at risk. He says that the artist’s passing could have been prevented had Knight taken proper security measures. Wack also added that if one of his own artists like Blueface were in a similar situation, he would have made their safety his top priority. “As the one that was supposed to have been leading that, he should have made the right decision,” he explained. “Instead, everybody’s partying and bullsh*tting, and it happened the way it happened […] Suge was too worried about the wrong thing.”

Wack went on, detailing some questionable situations he’s found himself in previously. He also recalled having to make quick choices to ensure the safety of the people he was around. What do you think of Wack 100’s theory about 2Pac’s tragic death? Do you agree that if Suge Knight had made different decisions, it could have been avoided? Keefe D Allegedly Went Undercover In Attempt To Prove Diddy Was Part of 2Pac Murder

Keefe D allegedly served as a police informant for years after being caught “trafficking a large amount of drugs,” according to new court documents cited by The Jasmine Brand. In doing so, he allegedly attempted to claim Diddy offered him $1 million in exchange for Tupac’s murder. He says the money was paid out to Eric “Zip” Martin.

In the documents, the prosecution claims Keefe flew out the New York City to discuss the conspiracy to kill the legendary rapper. At the time, he met with Zip while acting in an “undercover capacity.” “Mr. Martin [Zip] greeted Defendant excitedly and they had a social conversation,” the court papers claim. “Mr. Martin indicated he was out of the business but directed him to conduct his drug activities with the nephew. Thereafter, Defendant and Mr. Martin socialized in Mr. Martin’s restaurant for several hours.”

The update comes as Keefe continues his attempts to get out of jail on bail ahead of his upcoming trial. After Judge Carli Kierny initially blocked his attempts at paying bail, Keefe’s attorney, Carl Arnold filed for a reconsideration. “Judge Kierny does not at this time have the legal authority to prevent Mr. Davis from being paid any proceeds deriving from his story related to his life or any connection he allegedly has with the murder of Mr. Shakur,” Arnold wrote in that motion, according to Las Vegas Review-Journal. Kierny had shot down the move out of concerns regarding where the money came from.

Keefe’s next court appearance is scheduled for Tuesday, July 23. Be on the lookout for further updates on Keefe D and his trial regarding the death of 2Pac on HotNewHipHop.

2Pac Murder Trial: Keefe D Isn’t Giving Up On Getting Bond Despite Wack 100’s Attempt Falling Through

Duane “Keefe D” Davis will still pursue the chance to get out of jail on bond as he awaits trial in the killing of 2Pac. His lawyer, Carl Arnold, confirmed the decision to Newsweek after a Nevada judge denied his latest attempt at posting bond. He needs $750,000 to do so and had a deal lined up with Wack 100 to get it done, but the judge found the source of the money suspicious.

“We are disappointed with the court’s decision to deny bail to Mr. Davis, especially considering the thorough vetting by Konvict Bail Bonds of the funding source conducted before the source hearing,” Arnold said. “We firmly believe there is a lack of substantive proof that Mr. Davis intended to profit from his alleged connections to the case.”

Calling into the courtroom via Zoom, Wack claimed the funds came from his business, 100 Entertainment. “I know him from passing. I know his son. We sat down and talked a few times in general about personal things when he was having his bout with cancer. Personal things, industry stuff. Just regular conversation,” Wack said. “He’s always been a monumental guy in our community. And I’ve helped several people in our community, whether it was funerals, whether it was for bail.” He also promised only to interview him once the trial was over.

Keefe D Reveals His Cancer Has Returned Amid 2Pac’s Murder Trial

Duane “Keefe D” Davis, who is facing murder charges for the killing of 2Pac, says he’s suffering from cancer and the conditions in jail are exacerbating his health problems. Appearing in court for a hearing on Tuesday, he attempted to get out on bond with the help of Wack 100. In pleading his case, he argued that his cancer had returned.

“I got cancer,” he said candidly, “I been in jail eating processed food. I had colon cancer… they serve all this processed food, they don’t serve no fruit, it’s terrible. Fake potatoes, fake milk. Fake everything. It ain’t good for an ex-cancer patient. I got it again.”

Keefe further argued: “They took me to the hospital on May 5. He came into my cell and said, ‘Hurry up and get dressed, you need emergency surgery.’ They referred me to my cancer doctor so I went and seen him on May 8 and he said, ‘I’ll get you to do a colonoscopy in a week, CT scan in two weeks, CT scan in three weeks.’ They haven’t came here to do nothing. I’m in a life situation and I will do anything to save my life.”

Keefe D Details His Struggles With Cancer

Diddy Ordered $1M Hit On 2Pac & Suge Knight, Ex-Detective Alleges

Shocking allegations against Diddy only continue to surface, as the Bad Boy Records founder fights various lawsuits accusing him of sexual assault, abuse, and more. Recently, for example, a former LAPD detective who was involved in investigations of 2Pac and Biggie’s deaths spoke with The New York Times. The ex-detective, Greg Kading, recalled a disturbing alleged admission from Duane “Keefe D” Davis. Keefe D was arrested last year for his alleged involvement in 2Pac’s 1996 murder.

Kading claims that Keefe D accused Diddy of ordering a hit on 2Pac, as well as Suge Knight, back in 1995. He says that Keefe D recalled the mogul holding a meeting about it in a hotel room during a Summer Jam tour. Allegedly, Diddy told a room full of alleged “crips” that he wanted the duo’s “heads.”

Greg Kading Recalls Keefe D’s Shocking Alleged Admission

Moreover, Kading says Keefe D also admitted to allegedly being offered $1 million by Diddy for the murders. “Man, we’ll wipe their a— out quick,” he allegedly replied. The following year, 2Pac was shot in a drive-by in Vegas, shortly after an alleged physical altercation with Keefe D’s nephew Orlando Anderson at a Mike Tyson fight. The icon succumbed to his injuries at a hospital just a few days later.

Ahead of his 2023 arrest, Keefe D wrote about his beef with 2Pac in his 2019 memoir, “Compton Street Legend.” He claimed that he had obtained a gun before searching the city for 2Pac and Knight. Eventually, he admitted to handing off the weapon to his nephew. He alleged that Anderson went on to shoot 2Pac four times, ultimately taking his life. What do you think of ex-LAPD detective Greg Kading’s account of Keefe D’s shocking alleged admission? Are you surprised by it, or not? Foxy Brown Could Play Major Role In Keefe D’s Murder Trial For The Alleged Killing Of 2Pac

Foxy Brown could play a major role in the upcoming trial against Keefe D in the 1996 killing of legendary rapper 2Pac, according to an insider for The U.S. Sun. Keefe D previously claimed in his memoir, Compton Street Legend, that Brown was present during a meeting with the late New York City socialite Eric “Zip” Martin, who he claims provided Orlando Anderson with a gun. Anderson has long been suspected of pulling the trigger in the killing. Keefe D has since changed his tune about the story, claiming it all the be a lie.

“There are secret and delicate conversations going on about Foxy being a witness at the trial,” an insider said. “She could prove vital in taking the stand or even making a statement about her recollection of being around the men, who claim they were in her company for a short while before they set off to murder 2Pac. Obviously, central to her involvement to the trial will be whether she has any recollection of Keefe. The prosecutors know that having independent and credible verification of Keefe being in Vegas would be a major benefit to their case. And it would destroy Keefe’s defense of ‘there’s no evidence I was even there,’ which has been presented by his lawyer in recent weeks.”

Keefe D Appears In Court For Arraignment

From there, the insider explained that Brown still has many “delicate factors” to consider before agreeing to take the stand. “Being in this trial would bring a lot of eyes to her and not necessarily present her in the right light,” they said. “Secondly, the characters she was socializing with back then had varied backgrounds and lifestyles. Another factor would be taking the stand means facing cross-examination, which could put her on record being asked about matters in her life which may be fresh or potentially shocking. Some people may forget that Foxy has a criminal past too, being convicted for assaulting two nail stylists in 2006. These interactions with Foxy are being kept secret between just a couple of the district attorneys and team members. Nothing is confirmed about what, if any, evidence she will provide.”

Keefe D’s trial is set to commence on November 4. He has maintained his innocence throughout the proceedings. Be on the lookout for further updates on Foxy Brown on HotNewHipHop.

Diddy’s Former Bodyguard Foresees His Arrest For 2Pac’s Murder Coming Soon

Diddy’s former bodyguard, Gene Deal, claims an arrest for the Bad Boy mogul regarding the killing of 2Pac is imminent. During an appearance on The Art of Dialogue, Deal speculated how a federal investigation into Diddy, which included the Homeland Security raids on his properties, last month, could be coming to a close.

“The feds are so deep and involved in this that Diddy just might be called up on that 2Pac sh*t,” Deal alleged. “Once they go through the money trail and find out why certain people were given certain positions, it’s going to be a problem because they’re going to look at all that. Anything they can bring up, they’re going to bring it up.”

From there, he mentioned an alleged million-dollar check handed to Eric Von Zip. He claims it was payment for a hit on the legendary rapper. “When Zip came up with the check for a million dollars, he said it was from Blackground Records and he said that’s who he got that money from. So now, if that’s true, then the feds would have to go in and do a money trace on where did that check come from,” Deal further claimed.

Gene Deal Speaks On Diddy

Deal also mentioned the recent release of footage showing Diddy appearing to assault Cassie at a hotel in 2016. “That’s why that tape of Cassie was released,” he argued. “So, anybody who was willing to try to help him, anybody who was trying to say that he ain’t capable of doing this, he ain’t capable of doing that, they got it right there on videotape.” If Diddy does face criminal charges for any of the allegations, Deal has previously admitted he’d be willing to testify. Keefe D “Could’ve Spilled His Guts” About Diddy, Ex-FBI Agent Claims

Retired FBI agent Phil Carson, who worked on the murder of 2Pac, says it’s possible the murder suspect in the case, Keefe D, could’ve “spilled his guts” about Diddy. Noting the life sentence Keefe D is facing, Carson explained that he could’ve provided information to help himself out. Keefe D previously claimed Diddy placed a $1 million hit on 2Pac. The comments come as Homeland Security agents raided Diddy’s properties in Los Angeles and Miami. He is also facing numerous civil lawsuits related to misconduct allegations.

“It’s not like the olden days of the Italian mafia where everybody kept their mouth shut,” Carson began, speaking with The Daily Mail. “As soon as somebody has handcuffs on them, they’ll sell out their own mom now. Keefe’s arrested, and that’s a game-changer, because they have something over him. And that’s when he may start spilling his guts. He’s an OG from out here.”

Carson continued: “He’s rubbed shoulders with a lot of the big shots. Every one of those guys has a story to tell about how the streets were run back then. So who’s to say Keefe didn’t start throwing stuff out there that he hasn’t talked about before, to potentially save his a**? That’s not to say it’s the reason federal law enforcement executed these warrants on Diddy’s house. But it would be interesting to know what the evidence is, and where that evidence came from, that they put in these affidavits to get both these search warrants. It’s got to be something of substance.”

Diddy’s attorney, Aaron Dyer, labeled the raids a “gross overuse of military-level force” in a statement the following day. “Mr. Combs was never detained but spoke to and cooperated with authorities,” he said. “Despite media speculation, neither Mr. Combs nor any of his family members have been arrested nor has their ability to travel been restricted in any way.” Be on the lookout for further updates on the case against Diddy on HotNewHipHop.

Keefe D’s Nephew Confessed To 2Pac Killing, Former Cop Alleges

Keefe D’s nephew, Orlando Anderson, allegedly bragged about the killing of 2Pac just days afterward, according to retired Compton Gang Unit Officer Robert Ladd. Ladd explained to VladTV that multiple informants claimed Anderson boasted about the murder.

“Within the next few days [of the shooting], we started getting calls from informants,” he said. “And our first ones were saying, ‘Hey it’s Keefe [and] Orlando was the shooter.’ They’re telling us that Bubble Up and Big Dre were in the car. This is days after. This is informants telling us. And it’s just not us; other people had informants too. [Former Compton Police chief] Reggie Sr., this guy in charge of the narcotics unit, Bobby Baker — they were also getting calls with the same information.”
