When Will Eminem’s New Song ‘Houdini’ Be On Spotify?

Earlier this week, Eminem announced “Houdini,” the first single from Eminem’s upcoming album, The Death Of Slim Shady, with the help of illusionist David Blaine. The single will be his second of the year, following his appearance on the Lyrical Lemonade standout, “Doomsday 2.” So, when will fans be able to hear the self-declared Rap God’s latest?

With a due date of May 31, “Houdini” will available to stream on DSPs like Spotify at midnight ET, 9 PM PT. While some artists have been inconsistent with getting their streams up on time, Eminem certainly is not one of them.

Em’s been teasing The Death Of Slim Shady for a bit, trolling fans with a phony album announcement on April Fools’ Day. Then, earlier this month, he put out an obituary for his controversial alter ego in his local newspaper. “His complex and tortured existence has come to a close,” it read. “And the legacy he leaves behind is no closer to resolution than the manner in which this character departed this world.”

The album will be Eminem’s first since Music To Be Murdered By from 2020, so anticipation is certainly high for The Death Of Slim Shady, even if the character will be missed.

“Houdini” is due on 5/31 through Shady Records, Aftermath Entertainment, and Interscope Records.

When Will Shaboozey’s ‘Where I’ve Been, Isn’t Where I’m Going’ Be On Spotify?

In Shaboozey’s two-minute album trailer for Where I’ve Been, Isn’t Where I’m Going, a man is all alone in the country, except, try as he might, he can’t comically escape Shaboozey’s omnipresence. Shaboozey’s “A Bar Song (Tipsy)” is on every radio. A flyer for a Shaboozey tour is on the post. There’s Shaboozey again, photographed in the newspaper. Finally, Shaboozey shows up in the flesh and politely waves at the man, who is likely the only person not looking forward to a Shaboozey album.

Shaboozey is ten years deep in the music game, but 2024 is undeniable his breakout year. The Virginia-born country artist gained countless new fans as a featured artist on Beyoncé’s Cowboy Carter. He likely retained those fans and gained even more with “A Bar Song (Tipsy),” his now-ubiquitous April single that peaked at No. 3 on the Billboard Hot 100.

So, Shaboozey is primed to have one of the most popular albums of the year in Where I’ve Been, Isn’t Where I’m Going.

Where I’ve Been, Isn’t Where I’m Going is due out at 9 p.m. PT tonight (May 30) and midnight ET on Friday, May 31. It would stand to reason that the album will become available to stream on Apple Music, Spotify, and all DSPs at that time.

Eminem is gearing up for what could be the final release of his career — or, at least, his final album under the “Slim Shady” persona he’s been cultivating over the past two and half decades. To that end, he announced the release of “Houdini,” the first single from the upcoming album, The Death Of Slim Shady (Coup De Grâce), with the help of illusionist David Blaine earlier this week. So, when will the new single be available to stream on DSPs like Apple Music?

“Houdini” is billed for release on May 31, which means that it should be available to stream in just about 11 and a half hours, at 9 pm Pacific, midnight Eastern time. Although some artists are known for last-minute shenanigans that make timing their releases much more of a chore than it should be, Eminem is not one of them, which means you can likely expect to be streaming “Houdini” on time.

Anticipation for The Death Of Slim Shady is sky-high among Eminem fans, as he hasn’t released an album since 2020’s Music To Be Murdered By. That hasn’t stopped him from being more active than ever this year; he’s released the single “Lace It” with Juice WRLD and Benny Blanco and “Doomsday 2” with Lyrical Lemonade since the year started, giving fans plenty of new music to tide them over until the release of his new album.

“Houdini” is due on 5/31 through Shady Records, Aftermath Entertainment, and Interscope Records.

Mozzy Teaches Bobbi Althoff How To Make His Favorite Prison Dish

Bobbi Althoff has learned how to prepare one of Mozzy’s favorite jailhouse meals, so if she ever finds herself behind bars, she will be ready. In a recent episode of the popular internet podcast The Really Good Podcast, which aired on Tuesday, May 28, the rapper from Sacramento, California, instructed her on how to make what he calls a “butt naked.” Mozzy explained about his lukewarm ziplock-bag-and-ramen preparation, saying, “Butt naked is when you in the cell and ain’t too many people. You gonna just bust this down to the necklace.”

Given her humorous manner, Bobbi Althoff’s interviews tend to be a little awkward in public. Recently, however, she has sparked a lot more controversy with her viral “I’m not a musician” moment with Sukihana. Her video collab with Mozzy is back to the awkward fish-out-of-water interview style fans have enjoyed. When Saweetie and Bobbi Althoff practiced some odd dancing steps in front of a pool last month, they hinted at an interview. Overall, Bobbi and Mozzy shared a hilarious moment in the kitchen together.

Mozzy Shows Bobbi Althoff How To Make A “Butt Naked”

Mozzy hilariously shows Bobbi Althoff how to make a “butt naked.” He shows her how to prepare the prison dish, and the two bond over breaking up the noodles. Bobbi does her im really not in my element around this rapper routine, and the clash of the two worlds makes the comedy. Overall, the clip is too funny as Mozzy and Bobbi Althoff share stories while making the prison dish.

Mozzy has established an unparalleled reputation. The rapper has been riding high lately, carrying his hometown on his back. Mozzy talked candidly earlier this year about his battles with substance misuse, attributing his recovery to his children. In an interview with Home Grown Radio, the 36-year-old talked about the intensity of his previous vices, how he overcame self-destructive impulses brought on by excessive alcohol use, and other topics. “I’m just saying, though, addiction is real,” he said. “I done had my struggles with it, where I put it down, picked it up, put it down, picked it up, put it down, picked it up, and anybody whose had an addiction to something of that magnitude, completely understand [what I’m saying].”

50 Cent Sells Diddy Documentary To Netflix: What We Know

50 Cent has been mercilessly trolling Diddy for months now on social media. All the while, 50 has seemingly been joking about developing a documentary series titled Diddy Do It. Now, according to exclusive reports from outlets such as TMZ, it is clear that this was much more than a simple joke for social media. Apparently, 50 Cent really is producing a Diddy documentary, and Netflix has been tapped as the series’ streaming home. Information regarding Diddy Do It is fairly sparse, as we’re still in the early days of the project’s development. Still, it’s worth diving into the available information and dissecting exactly what 50 Cent’s Diddy documentary will entail. Let’s uncover the facts as they currently stand, and unpack everything we know so far about Diddy Do It.

The Docu-Series Will Center On Diddy’s Alleged Crimes

Diddy has long been considered something of a boogeyman in hip-hop circles. Numerous rappers are seemingly scared to expose the mogul for his alleged wrongdoings. Despite his reputation, 50 Cent has been a public detractor of Diddy for years. This has culminated in 50’s constant trolling of the Bad Boy Records founder ever since Diddy’s legal troubles first began.

In the last year or so, Diddy has been accused of violently assaulting people, including his ex-girlfriend Cassie, as well as participating in numerous drug and sex trafficking crimes. 50 Cent even has a personal stake in Diddy’s operation, as his baby mama Daphne Joy has been accused of serving as Diddy’s sex worker. She has since denied the allegations.

Diddy and the members of his inner circle have not made things easier on themselves either. Last week, a video emerged which appears to show Diddy violently beating, kicking, and dragging Cassie throughout the hallways of a hotel. The LAPD issued a statement explaining that they would not pursue assault charges due to the statute of limitations. Still, Diddy seemingly admitted to his wrongdoing in the footage with a recent apology video. “I was disgusted then when I did it. I’m disgusted now. I went and I sought out professional help… Had to ask God for his mercy and grace. I’m so sorry. But I’m committed to be a better man each and every day. I’m not asking for forgiveness. I’m truly sorry,” he said in the video.

The Doc May Need Multiple Installments To Cover All The Details

50 Cent first flooded social media with fake renderings of posters for the Diddy documentary back in December 2023. While posting about the conception of Diddy Do It, 50 joked that he may need to continue adding new episodes as more victims continue to come forward. Diddy’s mounting legal trouble has seen something of a snowball effect in recent months. Multiple lawsuits, accusations, and a federal raid on Diddy’s residences have continued to compound.

Currently, there is no public confirmation of how many episodes Diddy Do It will span. There is a possibility that the Diddy documentary could continue on for multiple seasons. As of now, at least 4 women have accused Diddy of sexual assault, and physical abuse, while others are suing him for failure to honor contractual and financial obligations.

The Documentary Was the Subject Of A Bidding War

According to an exclusive report from TMZ, Netflix got the rights to 50 Cent’s Diddy documentary after an intense bidding war with other streamers and networks. 50 Cent is producing the film through his production outfit G-Unit Film & Television. He has already vowed to donate a portion of the proceeds to victims of sexual assault. Clearly, the fact that Netflix had to bid against numerous other streamers in order to get a hold of the documentary series proves that this is a hot story that won’t be going away any time soon.

For now, Diddy is in hot water, though he has not yet been convicted of any of the alleged crimes. Only time will tell what’s in store for the Bad Boy Records founder. One thing is definitely for sure, 50 Cent will definitely not let up on his long-time rival, no matter the lengths he must go to continue pushing Diddy’s buttons. The release date and additional information regarding 50 Cent’s Diddy documentary are sure to come in the following weeks as this story continues to develop.

Boosie Badazz Jokes That Biggie’s Lazy Eye Was Him Keeping Tabs On Diddy

It’s no secret that Diddy’s been subject to tremendous scrutiny as of late. The mogul is currently facing various lawsuits accusing him of sexual assault, physical abuse, and much more. Matters were only made worse for the mogul earlier this month when footage of him beating his ex-girlfriend Cassie at a hotel in 2016 surfaced. The footage has since elicited big responses from several of his peers. Many question how Diddy could potentially move beyond this, or if that’s even possible.

Boosie Badazz shared his take on the situation during a recent interview with VladTV. According to him, it’ll be extremely tough for the Bad Boy Records founder to return to the icon status he once had. He explained that other artists will now think twice before working with him, out of fear of being labeled guilty by association.

Boosie Badazz Thinks Other Artists Will Think Twice Before Working With Diddy

He went on to explain how internet sleuths are hard at work, digging up old clips and photos of some artists Diddy has worked with in the past. He mentioned one in particular, The Notorious B.I.G., as well as a photo of the two of them working in the studio that’s made its rounds online. In it, Biggie’s eyes are looking in two different directions, with one laser-focused on Diddy. “You’ve seen the meme with Notorious B.I.G. with the crooked eye,” Boosie said with a laugh. “They say his eye was crooked watching Diddy all the time. Oh my god, bro, it’s not fair anymore. They’re not gonna let you make it.”
