Miguel Announced His New Album ‘Viscera’ With A Neon Video For ‘Give It To Me’
It has been over six years since the release of Miguel’s last album, War & Leisure. Since then, the California singer has shared a handful of EPs, featured on a few hit singles, and seen the resurgence of a fan favorite via TikTok, but it appears it’s at last time for him to put out a new full-length LP.
Miguel announced his new album, Viscera, with a moody video for its first official single, “Give It To Me.” The sparse beat is matched with equally sparse visuals, which mainly consist of neon-lit shots of Miguel and his leading lady showing off their physiques and intimately embracing as the camera swirls around them.
In the months leading up to this release, Miguel also shared two other songs in very different ways. The first, “Number 9” with Lil Yachty (who has truly been everywhere lately), had a very traditional release with a trippy visualizer. The other, “Rope,” had a less standard release. Miguel debuted that song with a performance piece that found him suspended in the air by literal ropes stuck into his back with hooks. Given the title of his new album, perhaps we should expect to see more viscera on display before it receives its official release, which is “soon” according to a press release.
In addition to these songs, Miguel also popped up on Jesse Reyez’s new single “Jeans” and its sexy, sultry music video. Check out the video for “Give It To Me” above.
Ebro Believes Sexyy Red’s Sex Tape Leak Is “On Brand,” Sparks Fan Backlash
Ebro’s never been one to shy away from hot takes and controversial conversations, but his most recent example of that is harder to stomach than most for some fans online. Moreover, he recently reacted to the news that Sexyy Red’s sex tape leaked on her Instagram Story with a pretty heated take. “Sad Sexyy Red is hurt by the [sex] tape leak, but it is actually on brand based on the music. Still terrible tho,” the radio host wrote on Twitter. “This is like saying ‘she got r*ped because she wore a mini skirt’ you’re a weirdo Ebro!” a user replied to him on the social media platform.
“Huh?” Ebro clapped back. “Revenge p*rn is terrible. Her raps are p*rn rap. Both can be true.” While the promiscuity of the St. Louis native’s music and public persona is certainly an important aspect of her image, it also holds weight because of her agency in these matters. As such, Sexyy Red’s antics or open-book nature when it comes to sexual matters shouldn’t justify something like this happening. Of course, that’s not what the media personality meant to suggest, but it’s still a link that displeased many fans.

Meanwhile, Sexyy Red herself issued a response to this scandal shortly after it started to make rounds on the Internet. “I’m so heartbroken anybody that kno me knows I wouldn’t do no goofy s**t like that,” the 25-year-old expressed on Twitter. Many fans expressed their condolences in the apparent revenge p*rn case, but that didn’t stop others from weighing in unprompted. The most recent example of that is DJ Akademiks, who tried to give her some advice in terms of how she could overcome this.
“Sexyy red gotta stop f***ing broke bums wit nothing to lose,” he tweeted. “How every n***a she wit desperately tryna let the world know they smashin her. I love how down to earth she is but it’s bout time she leave these n***as wit ankle monitors on .. in they momma houses where they belong. At one point during the night, the New York icon was sure to give a nod to Boosie Badazz, who was also in attendance. Boosie took to social media to share his enthusiastic response to the shoutout, explaining how he’d be reciprocating the love throughout the evening. “Fat Joe just gave me a shout out! Mase Insinuates Diddy Is Tied To Keefe D, Tupac’s Murder Suspect
Mase just opened up a decades-long debate while commenting on Keefe D’s arrest in the Tupac Shakur murder case on his sports talk show with Cam’ron. Alongside a special guest, comedian Bubba Dub, they labeled the development as the most “trash moment of the week.” Moreover, the rapper sarcastically remarked that something about the name sounded familiar, which prompted hilarity from Cam and Bubba. He acted oblivious and prompted the comedian to explain the case and also imitate Diddy’s dance, as he knew that Mase just implied that his former rival Sean Combs had something to do with it.
“I pray 2Pac gets justice whoever is involved, I don’t even mean that in no joking way,” he said, which made his Dipset co-host laugh and shake his head with his arms in the air. For those unaware, these allegations come straight from Keefe D himself, who claimed in a 2008 police confession that he talked about a deal with Diddy to kill both Tupac and Suge Knight in the mid-1990s. Still, the Southside Compton Crips member said that the mogul’s payment never came through. Of course, Diddy has vehemently denied his involvement numerous times in the past.

Mase Alludes To Diddy’s Involvement With Keefe D In Tupac Shakur’s Murder
As the story stands, or at least what authorities believe, Orlando Anderson (Keefe D’s nephew) shot Tupac dead in 1996 shortly after the rap legend attacked him in a Vegas MGM hotel and casino. Allegedly, Anderson had stolen a Death Row associate’s chain months prior. Even Tupac’s brother spoke on Diddy’s potential involvement, though, during a recent conversation. “This individual [Keefe D] mentioned [Diddy’s] name,” Mopreme Shakur told The Comedy Hype News Show. “Law enforcement has a job to do. Will they do it? It does feel like ‘Pac is being vindicated because back in them days when things were going down, everybody thought he was cr*zy. He may not have expressed it properly, but that don’t mean he was wrong. So we’ll see.”
“They’re going to need very credible substantiating witnesses,” retired LAPD detective Greg Kading told Rolling Stone of Combs’ involvement in a recent interview.. “They would have to say, ‘I was there when I heard him make the solicitation,’ or ‘I was there when the money got paid, and it was very clear that that money was designated for this purpose,’ or ‘I delivered the money.’ Whether those people exist or not, I don’t know. I’ve always given a caveat to the whole ‘Puffy’ Combs connection. Puffy’s not built like Suge Knight, and I don’t think Puffy was truly intentionally trying to get either Tupac or Suge killed. Polo G Signs Ottawa Rapper TwoTiime To ODA Records
Polo G is expanding his empire internationally by signing his latest artist, TwoTiime. Hailing from Ottawa, ON, the Canadian rapper announced that he struck a deal with Polo G’s ODA (Only The Dreamers Records)/Columbia. In a video shared on his Instagram page, TwoTiime receives a bundle of cash from Polo, who advises him, “don’t spend it all at once.” “Dreams 2 reality. Where I’m from, this type of thing is really a fairy tale,” TwoTiime captioned the two. “@polo.capalot ‘preciate u for the opportunity to live up to my full potential.”
TwoTiime is undoubtedly revving up to put Ottawa on through his latest venture with Polo G. The city’s produced several incredible artists over the years, such as Belly, City Fidelia, and Night Lovell. Yet, it hasn’t necessarily seen the type of spotlight that other Canadian cities have. YNW Melly’s Co-Defendant YNW Bortlen Has Personal Items Seized In Home Raid
Earlier this week news broke that rocked the double murder trial of YNW Melly. While the rapper himself has been in prison for 5 years awaiting a conclusion to his legal battle, his co-defendant YNW Bortlen has been out on bail. That changed when police raided his home as part of an investigation into witness tampering. Eventually, both Bortlen and Melly were hit with additional witness tampering charges in their cases. Now new information about the the police raid of Bortlen’s house is emerging.
Twitter user Bryson “Boom” Paul shared information that YNW Bortlen’s girlfriend Neak Baby posted to her Instagram story. “The police took my phones, my laptop, my bill notebook, and my headscarf. Probably more I just aint realize cause I’m still picking sh*t up from them kicking my door in and ransacking my place,” she posted to her Instagram story. Many online have speculated that the witness tampering charges could be particularly harmful for Melly.
