Dame Dash says that he’s worried about Irv Gotti’s “mental health” after his former business partner claimed that JAY-Z was solely responsible for the success of Roc-A-Fella Records. Speaking on The CEO Show on Saturday, Dame fired back at the remarks.

“Irv is my brother, so sometimes I worry about his mental health,” he said during the interview. “What I see him doing is celebrating, taking his artists’ masters and selling them and saying, ‘Y’know, this is how I make my money,’ and that’s the furthest thing that I would ever do with any one of my artists. My thing is to keep a creative as economically empowered as possible ’cause you know what you get when you get a rich creative? You get a Kanye [West], you get a JAY-Z. So my artists generally end up being billionaires.”

Chandler Jones Released By Raiders After Vegas Arrest

Chandler Jones has officially been released by the Raiders following his arrest earlier this week. “[We are] hopeful that Chandler Jones receives the care that he needs. He, his family, and all those involved are in our thoughts,” Raiders said in a statement. Jones, a first-round pick in 2012, was in the second year of a three-year contract with the Raiders. However, he had been away from the team since Labor Day Weekend and had alleged malpractice on the part of senior team officials. In a series of tweets, Jones accused owner Mark Davis of covering for an unnamed individual who had allegedly molested Jones’ goddaughter.

Jones’ arrest around midnight on Friday came after a turbulent series of posts on social media. After a livestream in which he burst into tears after saying Aaron Hernandez didn’t kill himself, Jones shared a positive interaction with Antonio Brown before leaving social media to go to a strip club. He was reportedly arrested for violating a domestic violence protective order and posted bond later on Friday. He is reportedly due back in court on December 4.

Furthermore, “Tailor Swift” hints towards this upcoming project being a little more off-kilter than usual for the 35-year-old- which is saying something. With just this cut to go by, it feels like the dwindling and odd rhythmic piano keys will be a big part of this, which might extend to other melodic elements. Sharp snares, hissy hi-hats, and atmospheric effects also contribute to this song’s hypnotizing nature, and hopefully MVW continued down this path a few more times along his beat-making travels.
