Sauce Walka Uses Car Crash Arrest To Give Safety PSA To The Youth

Sauce Walka wants to use his personal lived experience to show folks a better way forward and to learn from his mistakes. Moreover, due to a recent arrest that ended in a car crash going at 130 miles per hour, he wants the youth to not take the importance of safety for granted. The rapper recently published a since-deleted video on Thursday (December 7) showing his beat-up car after the accident. In it, he remarked on the importance of security and safety, and even said that not all police are bad, as some helped him when he was in danger.

“Kids never do this stup*d s**t!” Sauce Walka’s post’s caption began. “Learn from my experiences ALWAYS WEAR YOUR SEATBELTS! Listen to yo parents advice! Never SNITCH but don’t be disrespectful or aggressive to law enforcement you can lose your LIFE or your FREEDOM! ALL COPS Are not bad cops, have some understanding but never break the CODE of informational silence! Appreciate every moment u live life and every person that loves you genuinely! BE GRATEFUL! BE ACCOUNTABLE of mistakes! Never slip on your own DRIP! Keep saucing but have control of your flava and your actions! Last but not least GET YOU SOME MONEY AND SAVE MORE THEN U SPEND!”

“I want to tell all my fans that I appreciate y’all for your care and concern,” Sauce Walka said in a video shortly after his arrest, speaking on both his legal situation for avoiding detention and the crash itself. “I’m good, I’m straight. I made it through a catastrophic accident and the Super Saiyan that I am, I’m still here, I’m good, I’m healthy and will continue to be wealthy. Right now, I’m incarcerated but I should be getting out soon. I’ma drop a video for y’all ’cause I know y’all miss me. And I’ve been working hard so I’ve got some more work I’ma drop for y’all.”

Meanwhile, the DAT BOY DEN artist is supposed to appear in court today (Friday, December 8) to handle this issue. It’s still quite unclear whether it will be an arduous battle or a quick resolution. Either way, it seems like he’s prepared for whatever comes his way. For more news and the latest updates on Sauce Walka, check back in with HNHH.

Boosie Badazz Tells The Youth That Being Gangsters Isn’t Worth It

Unfortunately for many communities, including those involved in hip-hop, one can feel forced to engage in dangerous street life to make a living. While that’s a loaded conversation unfit for a short article, it’s always heartening to see artists try their best to tell young folks out there that there’s always another way. Moreover, Boosie Badazz recently shared via Instagram an important message to the youth about how being a “gangster” isn’t worth it. Of course, the 40-year-old rapper speaks from decades of experience, hardship, and exposure to that lifestyle. As such, his words ring true especially as he himself continues to see the repercussions of that.

“Never become no street n***a,” Boosie told his IG Live viewers. “Don’t ever become no gangster, bro. Always gotta have n***as with you, always gotta be trying to protect yourself, looking over your shoulder. S**t don’t even be worth it, bro. You get older you be like, ‘Damn, man.’ Lotta s**t come with this s**t. It’s the only thing that matter, bruh, staying alive. This ain’t the life you want, though, dog. All y’all young n***as out there, this ain’t the life you want.”

Boosie’s Advice For The Youth

In addition, Boosie is doing his part to be more of a helping hand in his community, albeit through unconventional means. For example, the Baton Rouge MC reportedly began plans to form a whole neighborhood in his backyard for people to thrive in. According to a video floating around social media, the haven will host luxury apartments and its streets will be named after his children. Also, apparently it will boast a huge pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, a movie theater, and much more. While it seems like a tall order and a big promise, hopefully everything pans out for the benefit of those who need it most.

Meanwhile, he also received some great but bittersweet news when he found out he’s officially cancer-free. “CANCER FREE!” he wrote on Instagram. “GOD [is] GREAT, BUT HE [TESTS] YOUR FAITH ALL THE TIME! I was ready to see my cancer doctor/surgeon today, but I was told he passed last year. Thank [you], Dr. Wood, for always making me laugh when I was down. [You] were the best.” For more updates and the latest news on Boosie Badazz, keep checking in with HNHH.

Jadakiss & Freeway Discuss Squashing Beef, Tell Young Artists To Do The Same

Rap beef can be a messy business, with it defining the genre for some good reasons and a couple of bad ones. However, once you overcome that obstacle and can actually reconcile with someone, it can make for a great relationship. Moreover, Freeway and Jadakiss recently appeared on Instagram with a message to the youth about ending feuds. The two rappers, from Philly and New York respectively, started their spat in the 2000s, so they have the experience to back it up. Also, it took around twenty years for them to settle things, as they first reconciled in 2021. Still, this post is a necessary message for many.

“Out Yonkers with my bro,” Freeway captioned his post. In another slide, Freeway and Jadakiss spoke to younger artists about the value of squashing beef, which has proven to be a dangerous activity. “I’m in Yonkers with my brother, Jadakiss,” he began. “And this is a lesson for all y’all younguns. Y’all got beef, and y’all think you can’t squash it. And y’all think it’s impossible to squash it. Me and this man had beef at one time. And this is my brother now.” “We here now, you know what I mean?” Jada added.

Freeway & Jadakiss Urge Young Rappers To End Their Beefs

“Here’s a little history lesson for all y’all young folks out there that think killing is the answer,” Freeway wrote on Instagram back in 2021. “At one time me in my bro @beaniesigelsp was enemies with @jadakiss and the whole #Dblock! It was definitely up! But we managed to come together talk it out and now we are brothers that work together and provide for our families! Think about the decisions you make before it’s too late!

“A lot of y’all don’t know, behind the scenes, we’re brothers for real,” said Jada with his arms around the Philly natives. “Allah is the greatest. These my real brothers and Philly’s my second home. We got a lot of things about to happen and a lot of dudes can’t do this or say that, but if I die tonight, these my brothers for real.” For the latest on Jadakiss and Freeway, stick around on HNHH

Bow Wow Says He’s “Thankful” He Couldn’t Use His Money Before He Was 18

Bow Wow says that he’s grateful he didn’t have access to his wealth until the age of 18. Speaking about his personal finances and being a star at a young age, Bow Wow told Real Lyfe Street Starz that he wouldn’t have lasted if he could have spent his own money at the time.

“You don’t really see it. You just doing all the work and you getting, you know all the gifts and treats for being famous, but as far as being able to touch the bag, you don’t touch it,” Bow Wow said. “I’ll go back to your question when you said what’s the gift and the curse, that would probably be the only thing that for the first five years of my career I couldn’t touch none of my money.”

Bow Wow explained that he would’ve spent his earnings as soon as he got them if he could. He added: “If I would have came in the game at 19 or 18, I probably would’ve tapped out the game cause I would’ve been like it’s crazy that I’m seeing this type of paper and I get to touch it as soon as I hit. So I was kind of thankful for that.”

Bow Wow has addressed the issue of young rappers being exploited for their finances in the past. Back in January, he said that the hip-hop community needs to start a union to protect its artists. “Hip hop needs a board!” Bow Wow wrote at the time. “No different than the NBA w/ the players association. A committee. That can set rules and keep things in control and protect this thing we call hip hop! And have a retirement plan for the og rappers. I hate seeing my heros liquor’d out no money just washed.” The idea is something The Hip Hop Alliance has tried to enact. The organization was founded by Chuck D, Kurtis Blow, and KRS-One.
