Adidas Is Reportedly Sitting On $530 Million Worth Of Yeezys

At this point, everyone knows that Adidas has dropped Ye from its brand. After all, Kanye was doing some wild things on social media at the time, and quite frankly, he still is. Overall, no brand wants to be associated with straight-up Nazi propaganda, at least not post-World War 2.

Now that Ye is gone from the brand, Adidas has had to make some huge decisions in regard to how the brand will operate. Yeezy made up seven percent of their business. Additionally, according to USA Today, Yeezy accounted for $1.8 billion in revenue this year. Had it not been for the controversies, that number would have been higher

Adidas Has A Problem On Its Hands

In a new report from the Financial Times, it was revealed that Adidas is currently sitting on $530 million worth of Yeezys. By this, we mean the Yeezys that already had the Yeezy branding on them. In the future, the three-stripes brand will sell the original designs without Yeezy branding. However, they produced a whole lot of sneakers prior to cutting ties with Ye.

At this point, there is no telling what Adidas could even do with the shoes. No matter what, they are in an incredibly bad spot. If they burn the shoes, then that is $530 million down the drain. Meanwhile, they can’t sell them because that would be against the morals of the brand.

Overall, this has been a hard time for the brand, and it will only get harder from here. Without Yeezy, Adidas could see some massive losses in 2023. Not to mention, there is no guarantee that the Yeezy rebranding is successful.

Let us know what you think Adidas should do, down in the comments below. Additionally, stay tuned to HNHH for the latest news from the sneaker world.

Pusha T Says He is No Longer President of G.O.O.D. Music and Decided to Distance Himself From Ye

pusha says kanye doesnt wear maga hat anymore

Pusha T‘s time as the President and a member of G.O.O.D. Music is over. Speaking with XXL, King Push revealed that he decided to distance himself from Ye following his anti-semitic rants and remarks.

“If you ain’t with it, you ain’t down. And I ain’t with it. I’m not budging on that. I’m not with it. I heard about this new stuff [on InfoWars]. I don’t know. It’s something that just sort of tells me he’s not well, at the same time. I will say that. It’s going to places where it’s no way to move around it.”

Pusha T stated he hasn’t spoken to Ye recently, citing their last conversation was when he was on tour.

“I just expressed myself. I express myself to him a lot. He expressed his thoughts to me. And he got off the phone saying, ‘Thank you. I know you don’t agree with me, but you never kill me in the public. And some people can’t wait to do that.’”

Pusha T confirmed that he is still with Def Jam, engaged in a 50/50 venture with the label for his releases and his Heir Wave Music Group label.

Ye’s Praise For Hitler Dates Back As Far As 2003: Report

Ye’s demise has been everything but graceful. As he continues to make headlines for all of the wrong reasons, he’s showing no signs of slowing down his streak of spewing hateful speech on whatever platform that’s yet to ban him.

It’s certainly hard to label the singular most shocking thing the disgraced rapper has ever said.

However, the one that most people would say takes home the prize came just a couple of weeks ago.

Appearing on InfoWars alongside white supremacist Nick Fuentes, the Chicago native outright praised Hitler. “There’s a lot of things that I love about Hitler,” he said, before insisting that he made contributions to society.

However, according to a new report from Rolling Stone, the 45-year-old’s admiration for the German dictator is nothing new. Backed by multiple former collaborators of Ye, it outlines just how far back this disturbing obsession goes.

He has allegedly been expressing these views since as far back as 2003, when he was working on his debut album, The College Dropout. The album eventually dropped the following year.

Although the aforementioned collaborators are anonymous within the report, they’re opening up about Ye’s alleged documented behavior towards Hitler. Some recalled situations in which they would get into heated discussions on the topic of Nazis and the dictator.

Other sources are claiming that the father of four was purposefully implementing Nazi techniques in his rise to fame.

“I feel like he used those techniques to get to where he is, to be honest. He was just so fascinated by [Hitler] — someone that can have complete control over people and how he did it,” they told the publication.

Another person who has been public in his criticism towards the “Bound 2” rapper is former TMZ producer Van Lathan.

In a recent interview with VladTV, he says that Ye also expressed his love for Hitler during his notorious appearance at the TMZ offices in 2018.

The pair famously butted heads in an exchange when Lathan challenged the rapper’s comments about slavery being a choice.

Kanye West Facing Eviction in Calabasas

kanye

According to new legal documents, Kanye West may be facing eviction from his home in Calabasas. This past October, Adidas, Balenciaga, Chase Bank, Gap, Vogue, and talent agency CAA terminated their business with Kanye West after he made a series of antisemitic statements.

From The Blast

According to new legal documents, obtained by The Blast, a company named ‘CT Calabasas’ claims the ‘Yeezy Apparel’ company is behind by at least two months of rent. The legal case is what’s called an “unlawful detainer” of their property, and they want him out in 72 hours unless it’s paid in full.

Kanye’s company is being accused of owing $63,254 in back rent.

In the filing, the company claims it signed a deal with Kanye’s brand way back in 2015 when it was still called ‘West Brands Fashion.’ But, in 2016 they say Yeezy Apparel merged with Kanyes’ other company “thereby succeeding West Brand’s interest in the lease. At the time, Yeezy agreed to pay $31,477.40 a month for the office space. At this point, the landlord claims it hasn’t been paid for November or December and wants him out!

“Within three days after service of this notice on you, you must pay the amount of said rent in full or quit said premises and deliver up possession of the same to the authorized agent for your landlord,” the eviction notice reads.

It adds, “If you fail to pay or quit, legal proceedings will be instituted against you for possession of the premises, forfeiture of the agreement, and for monetary damages as may be allowed by law. You are further notified that by this Notice the Landlord elects to and does hereby declare a forfeiture of said Lease if said rent is not paid in full within three (3) days.”

Do you think Ye’s comments caused his current chaos?

Boosie Reacts To Ye’s Rosa Parks Comments: “Tryin’ To Take Away All Black Glory”

Boosie Badazz has never been afraid to speak his mind. As someone who’s certainly no stranger to controversy, the rap veteran is back to sharing his candid thoughts.

This time, the Baton Rouge native is speaking out against Ye and his most recent comments, which were made about Rosa Parks. He’s obviously not happy about the remarks.

The “Wipe Me Down” rapper was previously active on Twitter yesterday (December 12). In his posts, Boosie chiefly calls for the Black community to come together in cancelling him the same way the Jewish community has.

“IT’S A SHAME THIS MAN IS REALLY TRYIN’ TO TAKE AWAY ALL BLACK GLORY,” he angrily tweeted.

“BLACKS SHOULD DO THIS MAN LIKE THE JEWS DID HIM!! NOW HES COMING FOR BLACK HISTORY,” the 40-year-old continued later in his rant.

In recent audio of Ye, the disgraced rapper can be heard detailing his conspiracy theories on how much the media controls. “Since 1948, all of these movements… I know [the] woke finna be mad at me, but all of these heroes man, there’s only one. That’s Jesus Christ,” he says.

“MLK, JFK, Malcom, Rosa Parks… We know Rosa Parks was a plant. We know all of these things, right? And they use these media outlets to outrage,” the father of four continued.

The artist formerly known as Kanye West subsequently went on to label the media as the “trauma economy.”

“Although people die every week,” the Chicago native believes they pick and choose which deaths to promote in an attempt to create trauma in Black communities.

These comments from Ye are only the most recent problematic statements he’s made. During a media tirade in which he announced his 2024 Presidential bid, the Yeezy founder caused serious harm stemming from his anti-semitic comments. At the time, he explicitly praised Hitler.

Evidently, he’s still spewing out hurtful statements despite the backlash and consequences.

Do you think Boosie has a point here? Comment down below and stay tuned to HNHH for the latest updates.

Ye Loses Honorary Degree From the School of Art Institute of Chicago

Kanye West George Floyd

Kanye West has lost his honorary degree from the School of Art Institute of Chicago. The prestigious school removed the honor after his run of inflammatory comments.

In a letter to TMZ, the Art Institute cites the decision as a result of Ye’s “anti-Black, antisemitic, and incendiary statements, particularly those directed at Black and Jewish communities, are disgusting and condemnable.”

The letter comes from the school’s president, Elissa Tenny, who states, “As a community, we know that there are varying opinions on what our School’s response should be––even as we all agree that his behavior is indefensible.”

Ye received the degree in May 2015 for his accomplishments and contributions to art and culture.

Ye’s IG Account Temporarily Blocked After Teasing New Song

It seems as though Ye has completely forgotten about being a rapper recently. The disgraced artist hasn’t dropped any new music to streaming platforms since last year’s bloated Donda album. Instead, he’s opted to go on a dangerous media run full of hate speech and antisemitism.

Somehow all of these antics are supposed to be part of his campaign to run for President again in 2024.

Ye Reveals New Snippet

Late last night, the Chicago native took to his Instagram account to preview a new song titled “Someday We’ll All Be Free.” The song samples Donny Hathaway’s 1973 song of the same name.

He chose Instagram because his Twitter account is still suspended. The platform announced his ban after the father of four tweeted a picture of a swastika.

However, Instagram was also quick to remove the post and temporarily ban his account – again

In the snippet, Ye can be heard addressing some of his recent comments and past relationships. “How thin this air is, friends just staring / And everyone’s a Karen / When they claim they care and / Wasn’t given a fair hand,” he spits.

“I know it’s ‘cause the headlines / why [you] wanna leave,” he continues, seemingly a response to his divorce with reality star Kim Kardashian.

Most of the bars are exactly what he rapped in an acapella freestyle from his notes while being interviewed by Alex Jones last week.

The song ends with a sample of the pair’s conversation on Jones’ InfoWars show. “There’s a lot of things that I love,” the 45-year old rapper says. This comment was a response to a question posed by the host, asking if it’s just the uniforms that he likes about Nazis.

The InfoWars host is a conspiracy theorist who has repeatedly spread disinformation surrounding the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting. He believes it was a “giant hoax.”

Earlier this year, a judge ordered the far-right radio show host to pay the families of the victims a combined $965 million. The conspiracy theorist has since denounced Ye’s anti-semitic remarks. I miss the old Kanye.
