John Cena Set For Suprise “Barbie” Movie Appearance

John Cena is an incredibly versatile individual. He’s been a professional wrestler since 1999 and made his most recent ring appearance at WrestleMania 39 earlier this month. However, he has had a varied acting career, appearing in everything from Fred: The Movie to Trainwreck to Fast X. He also has a hip hop album, 2005’s You Can’t See Me. Amongst all of this, he even found time to set the world record for most Make-A-Wish visits conducted.

When it comes to acting, it’s very clear that Cena is more than happy to make fun of himself. Whether that’s as Amy Schumer’s gay-innuendo-spewing boyfriend in Trainwreck or as a caveman version of himself as in The Flintstones & WWE: Stone Age SmackDown! Of course, he has had a plethora of action roles too, but he is most memorable when playing comedically. However, his next film role is set to be one of his more bizarre to date.

John Cena Is Mermaid Ken

We’re still trying to figure out just how the universe of Barbies and Kens works in Greta Gerwig’s upcoming Barbie movie. There is a multiple of Barbies and a multitude of Kens. Some Barbies have a Ken, but some Kens appear unattached. This is how we end up with the apparent situation that Gosling!Ken and Liu!Ken are both vying for the affection of Robbie!Barbie. Even then, Robbie’s Barbie and Gosling’s Ken do appear to be in a pre-existing relationship.

But now we appear to know the extent of one Barbie-Ken pairing in the film. Dua Lipa had been previously announced as “Mermaid Barbie” during the first set of promotional releases for the film. Every Barbie is themed and other Barbies we were made aware of include the likes of Issa Rae’s “President Barbie”. But attendees at CinemaCon, who are getting a first look at Barbie before its July release, have learned that Mermaid Barbie has a Mermaid Ken. Mermaid Ken is set to be played by John Cena. It’s absolutely masterful casting and no matter how small the role is, Cena will almost certainly slay it. Barbie will premiere on July 21.

WWE & Vince McMahon Being Sued Over Racist Scripts

Vince McMahon and the WWE made massive waves recently. McMahon sold the WWE to Endeavor for billions of dollars. Endeavor will now be the home of the biggest professional wrestling show. As well as the biggest MMA show on the planet with the UFC. The sale of the WWE was somewhat of a shock to those who follow professional wrestling. Many around the industry felt that McMahon would never sell the company. However, recent accusations of McMahon’s misconduct allegations had forced the wrestling titan to retire. But now, McMahon is being accused of bringing racist storylines into the company.

According to a report from Bloomberg Law, former WWE writer Britnet Abrahams is suing the company for racist content in past scripts. An excerpt from the report states, “World Wrestling Entertainment Inc., McMahon, and other executives allegedly discriminated and retaliated against a Black female writer for objecting to offensively racist and stereotypical jargon used in the scripts of Black wrestlers including Bianca Belair and Apollo Crews, according to a new lawsuit. She was allegedly subject to a number of racist pitches after complaining. On a Slack thread that McMahon and his daughter Stephanie McMahon were included in, other writers suggested a Black male wrestler should dress in drag. Only when a White writer noted that doing so could perpetuate harmful stereotypes that would offend viewers.”

The WWE has long been known to push the boundaries of what is appropriate for television. The company’s most successful years, known as the Attitude Era, was a time when anything went for the show. Meanwhile, in a backstage segment in the early 00s, the McMahon character could be heard saying a racial slur to John Cena during a live broadcast. Included in the report is also the story of the WWE pitching a story that a Muslin superstar’s on-screen character would reveal he was being the 9/11 attacks.

The latest news can’t be exactly what the new owners of the WWE wanted to see. However, McMahon has returned to the WWE since the sale to Endeavor. In an interview discussing the sale, McMahon mentioned his return. However, the former owner claims that he will not be involved in the creative of the company as he previously was. However, the WWE has yet to comment on the report involving the company and Vince McMahon. For the latest updates on this story and other breaking news in sports, keep it right here with HNHH.

Bad Bunny Set For WWE Return Match

Bad Bunny is one of the few celebrities to make the difficult adjustment of performing in a WWE ring. Recently, the WWE has had a string of good luck with their celebrity additions to the team. Logan Paul has been a phenomenal talent for the company. The YouTube star put on an excellent show for fans at this year’s Royal Rumble and his match at Wrestlemania. Now it is official that Bunny will be making his return to the squared circle. The Latin hip-hop star even has his next opponent lined up.

The WWE will be running its special event, Backlash, next month in Puerto Rico. When the announcement was made that WWE was returning to Puerto Rico, fans were already assuming Bunny would be involved. A few weeks ago, it was announced that Bunny would be the guest host for the special event. However, his match had yet to be announced by the company. But this past Monday, fans finally got the news they were waiting for. Bunny has been involved in an on-screen storyline with WWE superstar Damian Priest. Although now it seems that the two will have a match at next month’s special event.

Bad Bunny Set For WWE Street Fight

The match is being billed as a ‘San Juan Street Fight.’ A street fight in the WWE is basically a no-rules-style match. A match where weapons are legal and all but guarantee a lot of the action will happen outside of the ring. However, this past Monday on WWE’s Monday Night Raw, Bunny teased his match with Priest. Fans were welcomed to see Bunny bring his own weapon to the ring to give them a little taste of his match at Backlash. During the segment, Bunny challenged Priest to a street fight.

Professional wrestling fans have always been leary of celebrities coming into their space. Consequently, on many occasions, fans can spot out if a celebrity really wants to be a part of the professional wrestling world. However, everyone notices just how invested Bunny is when he hits the screen. Will you be tuning in to see Bad Bunny back in action with the WWE? Dwayne Johnson Continues To Electrify WWE Fans

Dwayne Johnson is still electrifying wrestling fans after all these years. His pro wrestling personality ‘The Rock’ is one of the most famous characters in all of professional wrestling. Johnson can look back at his wrestling days as great practice for his current gig in action. However, Johnson has never forgotten his wrestling roots. Meanwhile, the fans of the sport haven’t either. A trading card featuring The Rock recently went for a big price. Proving that Johnson is still the most electrifying man in all of sports & entertainment.

According to TMZ, a trading card featuring The Rock sold for $126,000. The card features ‘The Great One’ giving Stone Cold Steven Austin his patent Rock Bottom. Steve Austin and Johnson are arguably the great on-screen rivalry in professional wrestling history. As well as being two of the biggest stars to ever step foot in the squared circle. The 2022 Panini WWE Black Prizms card is now in the hands of a passionate collector.

Dwayne Johnson’s Memorable Run In WWE

Johnson was a massive part of the most famous era in WWE history. The era is known as the Attitude Era. A time when nothing was off limits as the WWE competed with the WCW for supremacy in the Monday night television ratings. The Attitude Era was full of larger-than-life personalities. Including The Rock as being one of the characters leading the way. Memorabilia from that era in professional wrestling is the dream of any fan that got to witness that time period.

It is no surprise that Dwayne Johnson is once again breaking records. However, it makes perfect sense that this card also involves Johnson’s greatest dancing partner in Stone Cold. Austin and Rock are wrestling royalty. The news of this trading card going for such a high price continues the legend of the two athletes. If you were alive to witness the Attitude Era, you were a part of a golden era in professional wrestling. So, now it is time for the most important question. Were you team Rock or team Stone Cold? Logan Paul Renews WWE Contract

Logan Paul has been turning a lot of heads since his WWE debut. The YouTube star has been a welcomed surprise for the company in just a short time. While most celebrity appearances end up being a groan from the audience. However, Paul has proved to have the athletic ability to hold his own inside the squared circle. On Monday, the WWE announced the re-signing of Paul. Now fans are beginning to speculate when will be the next time they see Paul in the ring.

Paul’s last appearance with the company was at Wrestlemania 39. Wrestlemania is the biggest spectacle the WWE puts on every year. Although Paul didn’t come up victorious in his match with Seth Rollins. The social media star stole the night with an accidental ariel attack on his business partner KSI. The move was posted all over social media. Hence, KSI may have dressed as a PRIME energy drink during the contest. A moment that WWE and Paul fans will always remember for the pure insanity of it all.

Logan Paul Staying With WWE

The WWE has long been known for seeking entertainment stars to perform for the company. But not many have put on a better performance than Paul. Of course, you can put Mr. T and Mike Tyson on the list of incredible performers coming from outside the professional realm. However, nobody has proven their professional wrestling talents quicker than Paul. The WWE will not wait long to have him involved in another storyline. Although Paul may not feel the same.

Logan Paul’s stardom continues to grow from his WWE stint. While his brother Jake has become a star in the boxing ring. It seems as if Paul has found his footing in another athletic space. However, it could only be just a matter of time before both brothers share the WWE banner. Do you believe that we will see both Paul’s in the WWE soon? What are your thoughts on Logan’s recent performance with the WWE? Let us know your thoughts in the comment section. For more news on professional wrestling, keep it right here at HNHH.

Bad Bunny Hit With Vicious Chokeslam During Monday Night Raw

Bad Bunny has become one of the biggest superstars in the entire world. Overall, he has some of the best-selling records in the world right now. He has a global appeal to his music, and there is no doubt that he continues to be a leader in the Latin music scene. Moreover, he appears to be in the midst of a new relationship with Kendall Jenner, which must be nice for him. It should also be mentioned that Bad Bunny is now a prominent name across the WWE. He has even shown his prowess at WrestleMania and other big events.

Wrestling fans can be fickle when it comes to celebrities getting involved in the company. However, Bad Bunny is so good that he always gets a pass. On Saturday, he took part in WrestleMania 39 at SoFi Stadium. He was part of the match between Rey Mysterio and Dominik Mysterio. In the end, Bunny helped the elder Mysterio defeat his son. Although, during Monday Night Raw, the artist came back for more as he came face-to-face with Dominik and his partner Damian Pries. As you will see in the clips below, it did not go well for Bad Bunny.

Bad Bunny Gets Eviscerated

It starts out with the artist dropping Dominik Mysterio on two separate occasions. Subsequently, Priest goes up to the artist and launches him over the barricade that separates the ring from his seat. While Bad Bunny tries to fight back, he gets taken out before being launched through an announcer’s table. The chokeslam was incredibly vicious, although it was great entertainment. In the end, the artist was a good sport about it as he walked away without any serious injuries. Luckily, he won’t have to take any time away from performing concerts.

If this story tells us anything, it is that Bad Bunny can do it all. He sells millions of records, and he can even make WWE fans happy, which is almost impossible. Hopefully, he continues to be part of the company for a long time. Let us know what you think of his recent Monday Night Raw appearance, in the comments down below.

WWE & UFC Set To Become One Massive Company

Vince McMahon and the WWE had themselves an incredible weekend. Overall, WrestleMania proved to be a massive success. There were some great matches and the entertainment was off the charts throughout the entire weekend. Moreover, with Roman Reigns retaining his world title, a lot of fans got what they wanted. While it has been a turbulent year for the company, they are still making some massive moves.

A few months ago, it was rumored that the WWE would be sold to a group of investors from Saudi Arabia. However, that is no longer the case. Instead, it is being reported by TMZ that the WWE and the UFC are going to merge and form one massive sports entertainment company. This deal will feature the UFC owning 51 percent of the company, while the WWE will have the other 49 percent. It is a massive new venture that has unlimited potential. As you can imagine, McMahon is very excited.

“Together, we will be a $21+ billion live sports and entertainment powerhouse with a collective fanbase of more than a billion people and an exciting growth opportunity,” McMahon said. “The new company will be well positioned to maximize the value of our combined media rights, enhance sponsorship monetization, develop new forms of content and pursue other strategic mergers and acquisitions to further bolster our strong stable of brands.” For now, it remains to be seen how this partnership will work. The UFC and WWE are very different, although there are some crossover stars.

One has to imagine that we will find out the ramifications of all this, very soon. No matter what, this could go a long way in solidifying the WWE as the biggest wrestling promotion in the world. As for Dana White and the UFC, they continue to dominate the combat sports space. Let us know what you think of this deal, in the comments below. Snoop Dogg At WrestleMania 39: Rapper Pins The Miz With A People’s Elbow

Snoop Dogg has surpassed half a century of life, but his rising age isn’t stopping him from continuing to make epic moves in the music industry and beyond. After throwing his hat in the ring to perform at Prince Charles’ upcoming coronation last week, the rapper is now showing off his strength in the ring at WrestleMania 39. On Sunday (April 2), the Doggfather made headlines by pinning WWE Superstar The Miz using a People’s Elbow that’s earning him plenty of praise online.

As TMZ reports, the 51-year-old was at SoFi Stadium when he brought out Shane McMahon as a surprise competitor for the Ohio-born fighter. The Miz and his contemporary entertained the crowd for a bit, but before long, Snoop intervened and set his sights on taking down Michael Mizanin. Ever the entertainer, the “Gin N Juice” hitmaker stood above his opponent to showboat for some time before dropping on him elbow first and ending the battle with a three count. “This is humiliating!!!” announcers watching on declared.

Snoop Dogg Shows off His Strength

The Miz was caught off guard by Snoop’s attack on him, sources say. He was “fully expecting a casual interaction” with the west coast legend. Instead, he fell victim – and not for the first time this weekend. The sold-out crowd was obviously overcome with surprise by what they witnessed. Still, the winner managed to keep a cool head and maintain his composure. While he certainly left with his head held high, the same isn’t true for the 42-year-old. He took on a beatdown at the hands of Geroge Kittle and Pat McAfee just hours before.

Plenty of wild antics have already been unfolding in Los Angeles, and there are still two more nights of WrestleMania 39 to go. Elsewhere at the event, Lil Uzi Vert dropped by to perform their “Just Wanna Rock” single, which they’ve also taken to The Tonight Show stage and Dreamville Festival over the past few days. Have you been tuning into the ongoing events? Let us know what you’re most looking forward to ahead of the grand finale in the comments, and check back later for more pop culture news updates.

Lil Uzi Vert Performs “Just Wanna Rock” At WrestleMania 39

Lil Uzi Vert performed their single, “Just Wanna Rock,” at WrestleMania 39 on Saturday night in Inglewood, California while introducing Joshua Samuel Fatu and Jonathan Solofa Fatu. Additionally, Uzi hinted at competing in WrestleMania 40, which is scheduled to be held in their hometown of Philadelphia in 2024.

“I can’t believe I’m here, I can’t believe I saw so many people that I always wanted to see my whole life,” said Uzi in an interview backstage. “I wanted to get in the ring, I was ready to get in the ring. But you’ll see me in April, Philadelphia 2024, so I don’t wanna give up all the surprises. But you’ll see me there.” As for who Uzi hopes to take on, they replied, “Dominik [Mysterio].”

The performance of “Just Wanna Rock” comes as the song continues to grow in popularity. Just last week, Uzi performed the song on The Tonight Show. Earlier this year, DJ Drama argued that the song replaced Meek Mill’s “Dreams & Nightmares” as the anthem for Philadelphia. Uzi disagreed with Drama’s take when asked about it by Revolt TV at the Grammys. “I don’t think so,” the “Myron” rapper responded at the time. “That song like been around for a very long time, and that song is still hitting exactly the same way. I’m just gonna have to see, you know, in a couple of years or a decade or whatever.”

The appearances for Uzi come ahead of the anticipated release of their next project, The Pink Tape. Uzi last gave an update on the project while speaking with TMZ, last month. “I probably got, like, two more months,” he said at the time. It will be their first project since releasing the Red & White EP in July 2022.

Uzi wasn’t the only artist involved in WrestleMania 39. Bad Bunny also provided commentary from the Spanish announcement table while Snoop Dogg hosted the event alongside the Miz. Becky G also kicked off the event with a performance of “America the Beautiful”

Logan Paul Draws Rare Praise After Knocking Out Seth Rollins

If you have been paying attention to the WWE as of late, you know that Logan Paul has been playing an increased role in the company. Although Logan is a controversial figure, you have to admit he is great at what he does. His athleticism is off the charts, and it has led to some incredible moments in the ring. Overall, he is a valued member of the WWE, and fans are going to have to deal with him for years to come. Even though the wrestling purists hate him, there is no doubt that he is bringing more attention to wrestling, especially from the younger generation.

Last night, Paul found himself on the latest episode of Monday Night Raw. It was here where he got to cut a promo for his fight with Seth Rollins which is coming up at WrestleMania. As you can see in the clip below, the entire promo is backed by an episode of ImPaulsive. However, Seth Rollins attempts to interrupt the podcast in order to make everything more entertaining. This subsequently leads to an epic fight sequence where Rollins gets knocked out pretty hard.

Logan Paul Destroys Rollins

Rollins is one of the biggest stars in the WWE, so it was cool to see Logan get a leg up on him. If you remember, Paul actually knocked out Rollins earlier this week, which just makes this funnier. However, they are very clearly trying to set up Paul as the heel here. This means that going into WrestleMania, he will be the hated individual in the ring. Furthermore, it is likely that Rollins will come back and win. At the end of the day, it would be a stretch to think that the WWE would allow Paul to defeat Rollins on such a big stage as WrestleMania.

Either way, the fans seem to be extremely hyped by what Logan Paul is doing. More and more wrestling fans are beginning to understand his appeal. They know that he can do big things for the sport, and overall, this is just a good look for everyone involved. Hopefully, the match at WrestleMania lives up to the hype.
