Diddy Sued Yet Again For Alleged Sexual Assault By Radio Contest Winner’s Sister

Diddy now faces yet another sexual assault lawsuit, this time from an Oklahoma woman named LaToya Grayson who sued him, Bad Boy, and other companies for an alleged drugging and sexual assault in 2006. However, it’s important to note first that the alleged victim does not have a recollection of the alleged assault in question. Still, Grayson also included pictures in her filing that lend credence to her narrative. Per the lawsuit, in 2006, the alleged victim’s sibling won a KJAMZ radio contest (a local Oklahoma station) that covered flights to New York City and hotel accommodations for them and a guest. Most importantly, they won two tickets to Sean Combs’ White Party.

Furthermore, the woman suing Diddy included pictures of the alleged White Party invite and her and her sibling’s Delta airline tickets for New York City in her lawsuit. The tickets were for an October 16 flight to NYC and an October 17 flight back to Tulsa. Also, Grayson included a picture of a Roger Smith Hotel bill, which is in Manhattan, allegedly paid for by Atlantic Records.

Grayson alleges that she and her sibling went to Diddy’s party but were separated, with Grayson going in and her sibling staying out. During the shindig, the plaintiff claims that she took pictures with many celebrities, which she allegedly included in the lawsuit as well. But when Grayson began to feel sick after two drinks, she headed to the restroom. Then, she claims that she cannot remember the rest of the night at all and woke up in Saint Vincent’s Medical Center with no underwear, a ripped shirt, and almost none of the money she had.

With this in mind, Grayson cannot say for sure who allegedly sexually assaulted her, but she seeks to hold Diddy and other companies accountable for her experience nonetheless. Also, it’s important to point out that the lawsuit never indicates that she claimed to have spoken to or seen Sean Combs at the 2006 party. After flying back to Oklahoma, the plaintiff allegedly received a phone call from an anonymous woman who told her not to “waste her time” by legally going at a “celebrity.” Ariel Mitchell, Grayson’s attorney, indicated in the suit that she chose not to report anything at the time.

Diddy Accuser Recalls Graphic Details Of Alleged “White Party” Sexual Assault

An anonymous man accusing Diddy of sexual assault has spoken about his allegations for the first time in an interview with CNN. Concealing his face and distorting his voice, the “John Doe,” detailed his account of being allegedly sodomized by Diddy during one of his infamous “white parties” in the Hamptons. He was hired to work the party through his employment at a private security firm.

During the event, Diddy allegedly personally gave him two drinks that were laced with GHB and ecstasy. “The first drink started to have some affect on me and I just thought, ‘Wow these are really strong drinks.’ It wasn’t until the second drink — and it was already too late — that I realized that there was something wrong with the drinks,” he told the outlet. “Sadly, Sean Combs was waiting in the wings. He was watching from some sort of vantage point and once I was in a helpless position and he was sure that he was in a position of power, then he took advantage of the situation.”

He then alleges that Diddy pushed him into a vehicle and began sodomizing him. “I was screaming, I was telling him to stop,” he said. “It was incredibly painful, and he was acting like it was nothing and he seemed to be disconnected from it. But it was abusive beyond belief.” The man further claims he found difficulty getting work after complaining about the incident to his supervisor.

Accuser Speaks Out On Diddy

Diddy Party Attendee Alleges That Mogul Hugged Him Inappropriately When He Was Six Years Old

A new Diddy allegation has emerged via Inside Edition, who recently spoke to 31-year-old Justin Livtosky. Livtosky’s father, David Allen, was apparently Diddy’s photographer back in 1999, and went to take celebrity snapshots and generally document the Bad Boy mogul’s annual white party in the Hamptons on the Fourth of July of that year. Not only that, but Allen took Justin with him, who was just six years old at the time. You can see a picture of Justin with Sean Combs in the video down below. Now, Livtosky alleges that Puff hugged him inappropriately, and he also shared what he allegedly remembers seeing the most at the star-studded shindig.

In the photo, you can see Diddy’s hand across Livtosky’s stomach. “He put his arm around me in an uncomfortable way, close to areas that you shouldn’t as a grown man,” Justin alleged. “So I remember marijuana and topless women. That’s the two main things that I remember,” he claimed about what he could allegedly recall from the white party. In addition, Justin’s mother alleged that the event began as a family-friendly affair, but that it eventually became inappropriate, especially for the then-six-year-old.

“People were getting high,” Justin’s mother alleged concerning the Diddy party. “There were girls swimming topless, young-looking girls that were, you know, not dressed. We moved to another part of the house so that he [presumably Justin] wouldn’t be exposed to what was going on.” Then, the Inside Edition report alleges that Combs later implemented a curfew for children in later years, and included a clip of him announcing it at the 2007 white party. “The kids have, like, an hour left,” he expressed to some folks’ laughter. “So, get extra comfortable ’cause this thing turns into something that, when y’all get older, y’all are going to want to come to.”

“I think he’s a monster,” Justin Livtosky’s mother expressed as her opinion about Diddy. Later in the report, Inside Edition asked Livtosky if the New York executive “assaulted him in any way.” “When you say ‘assault,’ I don’t know the exact definition,” he replied, which is when he added the above quote alleging that Combs put his arm around him “in an uncomfortable way.” The rap icon awaits federal trial behind bars as he and his legal team continue to deny any and all sexual abuse allegations.

Diddy’s Alleged Victim Files Police Report In Miami

Adria English, who recently accused Diddy of sex-trafficking her at his White Parties, has filed a report with police in Miami, according to a new report from TMZ. The outlet says she spoke with authorities about numerous allegations dating back to the early 2000s. She had previously made the claims in a civil lawsuit against the Bad Boy mogul, last month.

Law enforcement sources for TMZ confirmed the filing of the report, but say there’s not enough evidence to spark a full investigation. English’s attorney, Ariel Mitchell, told the outlet that she still remains cautiously optimistic about the process and plans to file another report in New York City once she can travel up in person.

English previously claimed she took a gig as a go-go dancer at Diddy’s infamous White Parties in an effort to help her boyfriend land a modeling job for Sean John. Diddy had allegedly pressured the man to perform oral sex on him to earn the spot, but the boyfriend refused. In her lawsuit, English accuses Diddy of supplying her with alcohol laced with Ecstasy and forcing her to have sex with his associates. English is also suing Tamiko Thomas, who she likened to Jeffrey Epstein’s wife, Ghislaine Maxwell. She cited several damages in the lawsuit including emotional trauma, intimacy issues, painful memories, and more.

Michael Rubin’s recent Breakfast Club interview was controversial for many reasons, but one particularly interesting part of the conversation was when he talked about Drake’s attendance at his Fourth of July White Party this year. Moreover, this led DJ Akademiks to claim that the OVO mogul took 20 of his close associates, including his bodyguard Chubbs, to the event, and was the only one allowed to do so as everyone else had a tight one-guest limit. Not only that, but Ak claims that The Boy did so because he wanted to determine the temperature of his industry peers, since this bash went down about two months after the Kendrick Lamar battle ended.

Furthermore, Michael Rubin admitted that he banned Kendrick Lamar’s “Not Like Us” at his White Party due to Drake’s attendance. “It was true,” he said of these rumors about the diss track’s blacklisted status. “I just didn’t think it was appropriate, so I said, ‘Hey, let’s not play anyone’s music that’s feuding with anyone here.’ That was a me decision. I just thought it wasn’t the appropriate thing to do.”

Elsewhere, though, a lot of fans don’t really care about this alleged intimidation tactic, and are just looking forward to whatever Drake does next. They already have their theories, as his recent Top Gun references have fans sleuthing as to how this could connect to a potential album’s possible theme. In addition, this also contributes to a lot of tiresome, albeit still captivating and interesting, discourse around the Kendrick Lamar battle that a lot of people would just rather ignore or leave behind at this point. But with so many unanswered questions, who can blame consumers for wanting to stay up to date.

Meanwhile, many rumors emerged about how people treated Drake and how he treated others during the White Party. Michael Rubin Reveals He Banned Kendrick Lamar’s “Not Like Us” From Party With Drake In Attendance

Michael Rubin says that he asked the DJs at his Fourth of July party not to play Kendrick Lamar’s hit diss track, “Not Like Us,” out of respect for his friend, Drake. Speaking about the viral beef during an interview with The Breakfast Club, the Fanatics founder explained that he didn’t want to make the Toronto rapper uncomfortable while he was in attendance.

“It was true,” Rubin admitted on the latest episode of the show. “I just didn’t think it was appropriate, so I said, ‘Hey, let’s not play anyone’s music that’s feuding with anyone here.’ That was a me decision. I just thought it wasn’t the appropriate thing to do.”

From there, he discussed the beef as a whole. “You have to be built for social media, you got to be tough, you have to take sh*t from people,” Rubin said. “Look, Drake is an iconic artist that we all have tremendous respect for. What I said to Drake and I really believe this, this is a great test for him. You can’t get to where he’s got to and not have people coming for you. I sleep with one eye open. I know right now we have three businesses. Lil Wayne Thanks GloRilla For Being The Only Person Who Greeted Him At The White Party

Lil Wayne was among the more famous guests at Michael Rubin’s Fourth of July White Party, but it seems like he didn’t hang out much. Moreover, he recently spoke during an interview about the experience, which also hosted his Young Money partner, Drake. However, Weezy shouted out GloRilla as “the only person that really came up to me and really hollered at me,” which is a bit surprising out of context. In fact, it makes Drizzy’s picture with Glo at the bash all the more curious, as fans were already commenting on how old the Toronto superstar looks after his Kendrick Lamar battle.

Furthermore, it’s interesting that Lil Wayne chose to shout the Memphis femcee out in this way when they were all there, and especially when she herself hung out with Drake. We don’t know if he’s really serious about this or if he’s referring to something else, but either way, there’s another rapper that probably wanted to see him for sure and didn’t get the chance. Birdman hosted the Cash Money reunion at the Essence Festival in New Orleans recently, but Tunechi did not appear alongside his Hot Boys brethren and others. Instead, he just had a solo set during the celebrations, which disappointed many.

Lil Wayne Shouts Out GloRilla

As for GloRilla, we know that she has a pretty close relationship with another massive star: Rihanna. Both have shown each other a lot of love recently after RiRi posted a video of her rapping Glo’s “TGIF” to her boo, A$AP Rocky. In fact, she even DM’d the Megan Thee Stallion collaborator about when her album was dropping. The irony in that is that she could ask the Barbadian creative the very same thing, as fans have wanted R9 for almost a decade now.

Meanwhile, Lil Wayne had another celebrity shoutout to make recently, but it wasn’t a very positive one. He challenged a viral tweet that claimed Justin Timberlake was the most famous Green Bay Packers fan, as he has repped the team for a long time and is arguably more relevant right now than J.T. Still, that’s just a speculative interpretation of what the clap-back meant, as it was probably just a joke anyway. Perhaps we shouldn’t take this remark too seriously, but no matter what, we’ll never complain about someone showing GloRilla some well-deserved love.

Drake Dodged A Bullet At Michael Rubin’s White Party Since DJ Didn’t Play Kendrick Lamar

Drake is in for a jump-scare whenever he’s going out now that Kendrick Lamar’s “Not Like Us” diss is a smash hit, but some crowds know how to read the room. Moreover, according to alleged sources who reportedly spoke to TMZ, every DJ at Michael Rubin’s White Party on Fourth of July (which Drizzy attended) did not play any of K.Dot’s music at the event. Apparently, one of the aux-masters was a friend of Travis Scott’s, and along with La Flame, Lil Wayne, Quavo, and other folks on OVO’s good side (for now…), they all seemed to have a blast. Even though nothing happened, we’re sure it would’ve been quite the moment if everyone looked at the Toronto superstar while they could hear “Wop, wop, wop, wop, wop!” in the background.

Of course, the same goes if Kendrick Lamar was, say, cruising around Los Angeles and he heard “Drop, drop, drop, drop” in the street. His feud with Drake has absolutely dominated hip-hop discourse this year, and he’s making sure that his rival doesn’t soon forget it. On the Fourth of July, the same day that this White Party went down, Kendrick dropped the “Not Like Us” music video. Talk about kicking someone while they’re down… or up, we guess, since we’re sure Michael Rubin and company were a welcome distraction.

Regardless of those jokes, some pictures of Drake at the White Party this year raised some fans’ eyebrows. Many commented that it looks like he aged a couple of years in just days as a result of the Kendrick Lamar battle, which is honestly a tad ridiculous. Call it confirmation bias, reaching, or just plain hating, but perhaps this clowning would be less common if the “Wick Man” MC didn’t just lose in a rap beef in many’s eyes. Maybe it was the party that drained him, instead.

Meanwhile, even though die-hards like DJ Akademiks are doubting Drake’s comeback, it’s still far too soon to tell whether this Kendrick Lamar battle will really affect him. Let’s see what happens when a new album cycle starts up, and then we’ll have that conversation. She’s seen flashing a peace sign while Drizzy just barely cracks a smile. Of course, the photo has only reignited critics’ claims that he looks to have “aged” as of late. The conversation first sparked after Rubin posted photos from the Independence Day bash last week.

While it’s up for debate whether or not Drake actually looks any different after the lyrical battle, social media users certainly think so, and can’t blame him. Just as the feud started to die down, Kendrick hosted his highly anticipated Pop Out show in LA, and later unleashed a music video for “Not Like Us.” The video, which features plenty of subtle jabs at the Toronto hitmaker, is already nearing 30 million views on YouTube just a few days after its release.

Drake’s kept a pretty low profile throughout the whole thing aside from some posts on social media. He’s yet to address the chatter about his appearance. Michael Rubin’s White Party this year on Thursday (Fourth of July) was an absolute smash with far too many A-list stars to name in attendance. Drake was there, most likely coping through a great time with the release of Kendrick Lamar’s “Not Like Us” music video dissing him into the dirt. But there were a lot of other celebrities there that weren’t encumbered by rap beefs, including a new friend duo that provoked plenty of laughs on the Internet. Travis Scott and Jake Paul appeared in a viral clip, and the Houston rapper became particularly animated in a way that seemingly took Paul by surprise.

Furthermore, this is just one of many windows into this White Party, including Yeat’s many link-ups, Megan Thee Stallion and GloRilla’s performance, and Druski chilling with Tom Brady and Leonardo DiCaprio. Before this event, Travis Scott played some beach football with Quavo, Brady, and more for some pre-party fun, and these crossovers are very cool to see. We can only wonder what else everyone got up to during the festivities. After all, there are way too many egos in the mix for some shenanigans to go unnoticed.

Of course, we can also imagine that Travis Scott was quite happy to pop out and see all his friends after some recent turbulence. In the past few weeks, some new details have emerged about his Miami arrest, including some sources who claim that the whole situation occurred due to forgotten items that he had left behind at a yacht. That was a pretty bizarre moment to witness, and fortunately it seems like La Flame avoided a big hassle and everything resolved smoothly. Just goes to show that some party animals need a downer before getting right back into the action.

Meanwhile, fans are pretty excited about a potential Don Toliver and Travis Scott collab album. While the chances for this don’t look amazing, some recent statements from Don give fans a little bit more hope. They dropped albums relatively recently, and if they come through with something big soon, they would keep up a wild work ethic.
