Jamie Foxx walked his daughter, Corinne, down the aisle during her wedding to Joe Hooten over the weekend. In since-deleted pictures posted to actress Garcelle Beauvais’ Instagram page, the iconic singer/actor could be seen rocking a black tuxedo as he held Corrine by her arm at the ceremony. Corrine rocked a beautiful white wedding dress.

“Last night we got to witness & celebrate the love of @corinnefoxx and @joe.hooten. Your love & respect for each other is palpable. Corinne you looked stunning,” Beauvais, 57, wrote in the caption, as caught by PEOPLE. Corinne and Hooten first announced their engagement back in December 2023. “From the first time I saw you, I knew you were my forever,” Corinne wrote on Instagram at the time.

Foxx didn’t post about the wedding, but he did pay tribute to the couple after they announced their engagement. “@corinnefoxx @joe.hooten you are a perfect example of what being in love is,” he wrote last year. “You care about each others life mental and physical… and you have each other’s back… congratulations on your engagement… @joe.hooten when you whispered to me a while back that you were gonna ask my baby girl to marry you I had tears of joy in my soul… and @corinnefoxx you have… and have always had a special place in my heart… you deserve love abundantly… so again congratulations you too… can’t wait to walk you down that isle.. @corinnefoxx you have a great soul in @joe.hooten I LOVE YOU BOTH DEARLY… I have my tissues ready #tearsofjoy.”

It goes without saying that weddings can be incredibly moving for those in attendance, and according to 50 Cent, he’s no exception. During a recent interview with Haute Living, the mogul recalled attending Eminem’s daughter Hailie Jade’s wedding earlier this year. He revealed that the ceremony made him emotional, and even says he wishes he had a daughter of his own.

“I wish I had a daughter. I do, I wish I had a daughter,” Fif told the outlet, “I wish I had that [father-daughter] relationship. For female children, their dad is the first man they fall in love with. Male children go to their mom; I’m a mama’s boy myself.” He continued, revealing that he was blown away by how fast Hailie grew up.

“It was unbelievable, the wildest thing for me, period. I was like, ‘Yo, bro, this is cr*zy. We’re getting old. Your baby is grown. What the f*ck is going on?’” he explained. “I was having a moment myself over there. I told Em, ‘You said it was OK to cry, because I’m crying,’ I couldn’t believe it went that fast.” The celebrated Hailie’s special day in Battle Creek, Michigan in May, and Em was seen dancing with her in a tuxedo and some shades.

“We couldn’t have asked for a better, more beautiful weekend celebration. The Game is going viral on social media for taking an embarrassing tumble during his friend’s wedding over the weekend. In a video of the incident, he can be seen walking down the aisle in a black suit before taking an abrupt fall right in the middle of the ceremony.

Fans online have been making plenty of jokes at his expense. “Thought he was the main character till he stepped on that banana peel,” one user wrote. Another joked: “How long until Game puts out a diss track on his friend for slipping at his wedding?” Despite the fall, Game seemed to enjoy himself at the ceremony. He shared a series of pictures from the event on Instagram with the caption: “I need to go to more weddings til it’s my own lol… that’s where the energy at.” In another post, he added: “Beautiful to witness. It’s been a busy week for Game, who also met up with YG to help him lead a peace walk in his hometown of Compton on Monday. The two were hoping to inspire unity among the Treetop Pirus and Fruit Town Pirus, who have been feuding for years. “We came together. My hood and the Fruit Town Pirus across the street, we’ve been at war for, like, the last 10 years. We just enemies. So I felt like we all needed to come together and walk down our main street,” YG told TMZ. Game also shared a picture of himself with YG from the event on Instagram with the caption: “Bompton’s Most Wanted.”

Eminem Enjoys A Dance With His Daughter Hailie At Her Wedding

Eminem appears to be close to re-entering the public light in a major way. The rapper hasn’t released a new studio album since 2020 when he dropped Music To Be Murdered By. He followed the album up later that year with a deluxe edition adding numerous B-sides. Since then he’s continued to drop supplementary material like a second greatest hits album and deluxe editions of projects like The Eminem Show and The Marshall Mathers LP 2. But that all changed last month when he announced the release of a new project later this year.

The record is called The Death Of Slim Shady and fans are expecting to hear it at some point this year. Since the announcement news about the album has come from a variety of places. 50 Cent confirmed that the album would be handled by Dr. Dre on production, something that delighted long-time fans of Em and Dre’s collabs. There was also an obituary for the character of Slim Shady published in a Detroit newspaper further teasing the album’s concept. But in the midst of a swirl of music-related news, Em also had some personal matters to attend to, most notably his daughters wedding.

Over the weekend, Em was in his proud father mode while his daughter Hailie got married. As TMZ reports, some of the very same collaborators on Em’s new record were in attendance. Both Dr. Dre and 50 Cent were reportedly present at the relatively small affair. The publication also caught some shots of Em and his daughter sharing the all important dance. After recalling the beginnings of his career, Stoute shared some stories about his personal life – including the time Kanye West took over the microphone at his wedding to freestyle.

When Sharpe asked his guest about the rumoured moment, the 53-year-old was shocked that others knew about it. “Man, how do you know this? Man, shut up. Who told you that? Nah man, who told you this?” he responded in disbelief. The ex-athlete teased, “The night has a thousand eyes. Steve, I’m just asking the question. I just wanna know. My audience wanna know. Maxwell was performing, Kanye got in there and started freestyling. Yes or no that happened?”

Earlier this week, Rihanna touched down in India for her eagerly anticipated private pre-wedding performance. The celebration took place earlier today, for Anant Ambani, the son of one of the richest men in India, and his bride-to-be Radhika Merchant. Reportedly, she delivered a medley of her biggest hits, but it cost the newlyweds a pretty penny.

According to Daily Mail, Rihanna is charging a whopping $5 million for her performance. While it’s certainly no small price to pay, it’s only a drop in the bucket of what the entire event is said to have cost, $120 million. Apparently, the catering contract alone came in at a staggering $20 million. Sources close to the family suspect that that number will rise drastically once the actual wedding, which is scheduled for July, approaches.

Amid news of RiRi’s arrival in Jamnagar, clips started to circulate online of the hitmaker’s luggage. Clearly, she came prepared. The series of massive platforms holding her gear being dragged by a vehicle immediately prompted jokes on social media. “What she bring with her? A folding house?” one commenter wondered.

Other commenters suggested that the platforms were carrying equipment necessary for the performance instead of Rihanna’s personal belongings, which she later confirmed. “The stage couldn’t fit in my carryon,” she later replied to the speculation, adding a shrugging emoji. Boosie Badazz Reveals Marriage Plans During Court Appearance

It’s no secret that Boosie Badazz has had his fair share of legal drama, but it looks like the rapper won’t be letting it get in the way of love. Last week, the Louisiana native appeared in court via phone for his ongoing felony gun possession case. During the appearance, he asked the judge to modify the conditions of his bond to allow him to see his fiancée, who he’s been apart from since June of 2023.

“We vehemently oppose that,” Attorney Michael Wheat said of Boosie’s request. According to Wheat, authorities don’t want Boosie making contact with his wife-to-be due to security concerns. His fiancée wasn’t a witness in the case, or even in the same state as Boosie during his arrest. Wheat failed to share more information about the specific concerns initially, leading Judge Cathy Ann Bencivengo to call the no-contact order a “serious curtailment of [Boosie’s] rights.” After a lengthy sidebar conversation with Wheat, however, the judge decided to impose another 60 days of the order.

It appears as though Boosie will have to wait a bit longer to be reunited with his fiancée. Luckily, he’ll be free to see her as much as he wants after the 60 days are up, as long as the government doesn’t raise any more objections. During the hearing, Boosie asked the judge whether or not the no-contact order should impact his plans to get married in April of 2024. “Me and my fiancée was having a wedding,” he announced. “Do I need to set it back?”
