Nicki Minaj’s Sister Ming Li Claims She Was Bullied Over Minaj’s Success

Nicki Minaj is the most successful female rapper of all time. She continues to break records more than a decade and a half into her career, and she doesn’t seem to be slowing down. She will go down as one of the defining rappers of her generation, regardless of gender. In other words, Nicki Minaj casts a massive shadow. It would be extremely difficult to break through in the same field as Minaj, especially as a family member. This is what makes Ming Li Minaj’s recent comments so revelatory.

Ming Li recently went on the We In Miami podcast. She discussed her burgeoning music career, and her complicated relationship with Nicki Minaj, her older half-sister. Nepotism has become a talking point in recent years, but Ming Li claims her family ties actually made things harder for her growing up. “It was kinda hard,” she admitted. “I used to be bullied a lot because people used to say like ‘Oh if this person was your sister, why didn’t she do this for you?’” Ming Li went on to explain that the bullying she dealt with led to resentment. “At a young age, you don’t know how to answer,” she stated.

Nicki Minaj’s Sister Admits They Were Never Close

The relationship grew more complicated when Ming Li decided to become a rapper. “I never needed her to help me get to my goal,” she asserted. “I just needed her to see that I can do it, and she can be proud of me without having to think that I needed to have a easy way.” Nicki Minaj’s success was daunting for Ming Li on multiple levels. It also led to instances in which Ming Li tried to impress the rapper. “I used to have this urge,” she revealed. “Of wanting to impress my sister.” Part of the desire to impress Minaj was due to the fact that the rapper was always busy. Ming Li claimed that the two were never very close, and they had a propensity to fight whenever they were together.

At the end of the day, though, Ming Li claimed it was all love. The burgeoning rapper attributed her arguments with Minaj as being something that siblings just do. “She was good sister,” Ming Li added. “She would check up on me and my dad from time to time… Always made sure that were good. I don’t have no hate towards her.” As Ming Li’s profile, fans may even get to see her and Nicki Minaj trade bars on the same record.

Benzino Says R Kelly Deserves A Second Chance, He Shouldn’t “Rot In Jail”

Benzino discussed R Kelly during a recent appearance on the We In Miami Podcast and argued that the disgraced singer deserves a second chance at freedom. Kelly is currently serving 31 years in prison after being convicted of multiple charges of federal racketeering and sex trafficking involving sexual abuse of minors.

“Everyone deserves a second chance. I know that [Elvis Presley], a lot of motherf—-s was f—g with young girls,” Benzino said, as caught by Hollywood Unlocked. From there, he clarified: “I’m not into that. Again. The legal age is 16. So does that make it right if a n—a does it?” When the room responded “no,” he added: “But it’s legal in America. So why is R. Kelly doing all this time? Because you know why? They’re 13, 14, two years younger.” Once again, he reiterated: “I’m not condoning n—s f——g little girls. It’s sick. But I don’t think R Kelly should rot in jail for 30 years either.”

Benzino Thinks He’d Beat 50 Cent In A Boxing Match

It looks like Benzino could be looking for another boxing opponent after Joe Budden allegedly backed out of their match, and he just might have his sights set on 50 Cent. During a recent appearance on the We In Miami podcast, The Source icon was weighing in on Fif’s ongoing feud with Diddy, claiming that he’s unsurprised by it. He says that since Diddy’s allegedly been messing with the mother of 50 Cent’s child, there’s bound to be some strong feelings involved. Benzino was then asked whether or not he’d ever consider taking on 50 Cent in the ring. With no hesitation, he said yes, arguing that size doesn’t really matter when it comes to boxing.

Being big don’t mean nothing in boxing, history has shown us that,” he described. “50’s been shot in the face before so that counts. He had to get reconstructive surgery; he’s not gonna be able to take any old punch in his face.” Benzino continued, claiming that with a few months of training under his belt, he’d have it in the bag.

Benzino Is Confident

“If we were to box in a boxing match and I were to train for a couple months, hell yeah I could box 50,” he said. As for whether or not the same would also apply to a street fight, he claims it would. “I’m gonna pick me every time,” Benzino explained. 50 Cent has yet to respond to the apparent challenge.

What do you think of Benzino claiming that he’d be willing to box 50 Cent? What about him saying that he’d have a good chance at winning after a bit of training? Do you agree with him, or do you think 50 Cent would win? Share your thoughts in the comments section down below, and keep an eye on HNHH for more updates.

Former Bad Boy Group B5 Demand Publishing Rights From Diddy

B5, an R&B group that released two albums as artists under Diddy at Bad Boy Records, is demanding their publishing rights back. They revealed that they haven’t heard from Diddy despite his offer to give other artists like Mase, The Notorious B.I.G., and The LOX, among others their rights back. They discussed the situation during an appearance on the We In Miami podcast.

The group explained that they “didn’t hear anything, we didn’t get no calls [or] nothing like that, from that.” They added: “Puff — Diddy, yeah, we all want our publishing too.” The crew continued: “We were so young at the time; we didn’t understand the business of it. But, you know, now looking back, it’s like, ‘Damn, why our names wasn’t on the credits?… Where the percentages at? Where the [publishing] at?” They also remarked that they left the label due to “not seeing eye to eye.”

Even artists who have gotten their rights back from Diddy have complained about the Bad Boy boss. Mark Curry, who featured on the 2001 hit, “Bad Boy For Life,” remarked that his rights are worthless this late.  “What’s it worth now? He gave me mine back a long time ago … That’s disrespectful — I said why don’t you just keep it and pay me? I don’t want the publishing; I want the money,” he said on Instagram.

He continued: “Diddy gave the publishing back. So what? It has no value… I want him to give me a million cash and then I can plan the rest of my life out well. Ever had somebody owe you $50… when you needed it back… they didn’t pay you… then by the time they do pay you… the $50 doesn’t mean the same as it did when you needed it?” Be on the lookout for further updates on further updates on B5 and Diddy on HotNewHipHop.

Lil Baby Accused Of Paying Woman $40K For Surprising NSFW Act

Lil Baby is someone who mostly just minds his business. Although he is one of the biggest artists in hip-hop, you don’t hear much from him between releases. You won’t see him beef with people on social media and you won’t see him engaging in antics either. However, fans remained tapped into everything he does. Ultimately, there is a good reason for this. He is a fantastic artist and his dedicated fans want to stay connected to everything he does. That said, he always remains humble and grounded, which is impressive.

With all of this being said, it always feels surprising when someone decides to call out Lil Baby. After all, he hasn’t hurt anyone, and he certainly hasn’t said anything publically that would make someone lash out. Despite this, a woman went on the We In Miami Podcast where she decided to expose her alleged encounter with the artist. As you can see below, there is a lot of detail in her story. As you can imagine, this only makes the story that much more salacious, and the host was loving every second.

Lil Baby Called Out

Throughout the clip, the woman alleges that Lil Baby was touching her the whole time. She believes there were two reasons for this. Firstly, she thought maybe he was worried about being set up. Secondly, she was wondering if maybe he wanted to make sure she wasn’t trans. This then led to her describing how large his private parts were. Finally, she claims that the artist paid her $40K and that he asked her to play with his butt. It was a wild accusation, and we’re sure Baby would have something to say about that.

As for the comments section on The Neighborhood Talk, well, most people aren’t feeling this woman’s comments. They feel like this should have been kept quiet, especially since no misconduct went down. Furthermore, she was paid a large sum, which indicates some sort of privacy should be kept. Let us know what you think of this woman making such accusations, in the comments section below. Additionally, stay tuned to HNHH for more news from the music world.
