Camila Cabello is riding the high from her new album C,XOXO, and making sure to pay homage to some previous female legends in the process. Moreover, she recently posted a video of herself walking to her private plane at night. “This is how a bad b***h travels from Denmark to Glastonbury. You b***hes can’t even spell Glastonbury,” the singer remarked in the clip while spinning around as she made her way closer to the aircraft. This, of course, is a reference to and a full-blown recreation of an iconic Nicki Minaj video in which she basically does the exact same thing and makes the exact same statement, but from London to Prague.

Furthermore, we know that Camila Cabello is a big rap fan, so this tribute to Nicki Minaj isn’t really a surprising or confusing gesture. After all, Drake haters everywhere conceded that his new collabs with Cabello on C,XOXO are certified summer smashes, even if not everyone’s on board with that. Regardless, there are also appearances on this new album from the City Girls (JT and Yung Miami), Playboi Carti, and Lil Nas X, so there’s plenty of hip-hop representation on here. Some fans might raise an eyebrow at this given the Cuban native’s history with alleged racism and the inevitable discourse of a pop-rap crossover’s potential exploitation, but it’s clear that this is an act of appreciation more than anything else.

Regardless of where you fall on that debate, there’s another debacle that you might disagree with Camila Cabello on as well depending on your view. She recently commented on the battle between her collaborator Drake and Kendrick Lamar, lamenting the constant beef and proposing that they bury the hatchet. “Drake is such a delight,” the 27-year-old shared. “It’s so frustrating to see people talk about someone you know in a negative way. You’re like, ‘Dang, if only you guys could just have dinner or something.’”

Meanwhile, Nicki Minaj has bigger fish to fry than Camila Cabello, what with Ice Spice speaking on alleged negative messages that leaked concerning the young star’s thoughts on her. “Sometimes I’m tempted to engage with certain things,” Spice remarked. “But I also realized you’re just going to give it legs to grow and run with and sometimes I think you can overexplain yourself a little bit. Of course, this is incredibly dangerous and difficult to defend against. You have to keep your distance in these situations. Well, luckily, Sauce Walka was able to grab a broom nearby and fend the man off with a broomstick. In the end, the man got spooked and ran away leading Walka to celebrate while walking back towards the camera.

Kendrick Lamar’s “Not Like Us” Electrifies A Kids’ Party In Viral Clip Of Sing & Dance-Along

The kids set a lot of the trends these days, so when a whole room of them catches up to what the adults are bumping, these pop culture moments reach another level of recognition. Ironically enough, this just happened to the Kendrick Lamar and Drake beef, as a clip recently went viral of a children’s party singing and dancing along to “Not Like Us’ quite fervently. A lot of folks will obviously point out how this isn’t a very appropriate song for grade schoolers to bump, whether in terms of the lyrical content or the absolutely vicious intent behind it. Regardless, you can’t do much to slow down what’s viral.

Of course, this has zero bearing on the battle’s public perception as a whole, and is more indicative of the massive success that “Not Like Us” has experienced individually. As for Kendrick Lamar and Drake’s current situation, we’re definitely in a more retrospective and speculative place right now where all folks can do is recap, analyze, theorize, and try to paint the picture in a more detailed fashion now that we have some distance from the onslaught. For example, one alleged detail we received via Compton artist JasonMartin was K.Dot’s reaction to Drizzy’s “Family Matters” diss, or at least the reaction he allegedly shared with Martin. As you might expect, it’s quite a dismissive one.

Elsewhere, though, Drake’s recent social media moves shading Kendrick Lamar and other new releases music-wise have fans chronicling the post-beef fallout with a lot of fervor, too. Whether it’s using the “BBL Drizzy” beat with Sexyy Red, insinuating the former TDE MC is a “one-trick pony,” or going full Toronto with “Wah Gwan Delilah,” people have a lot to say about his current movement, and of Kendrick Lamar’s role in it. For both good and bad reasons, it seems like The Boy is feeling the aftermath of what he wrote down.

Meanwhile, Kendrick Lamar will pop out next week for his concert with friends in Los Angeles, following his commencement speech at Compton College. No one really knows what’s coming, although alum rumors are obviously rampant. But this show alone has folks incredibly excited, as we could be closing one era with a bang or entering a new one. There are some people who claim that DDG isn’t good enough for Bailey. Meanwhile, there are others who felt it was outrageous for Bailey to cover up the fact that she was pregnant for so long. Due to the nature of the internet, everyone can have an opinion, and the couple understands this all too well.

However, the couple found themselves going viral on Sunday evening thanks to a video that was making the rounds on Twitter. This clip appears to be a bit older as it had previously been posted on Twitter, albeit with less reach. In the video, DDG can be seen startling Halle Bailey to the point where she accidentally reveals that she was topless. The camera cuts off quickly and it’s unclear how the video ended up on Snapchat, in the first place. Well, while taking to Twitter, DDG blamed AI for the video, saying that artificial intelligence is “scary and weird.” This ended up getting a retweet from Halle herself.

However, over on The Neighborhood Talk, fans were not buying DDG’s explanation. In their minds, the video looked too real. Moreover, some feel like AI is being used as an excuse by everyone. “So all these celebrities gone blame AI? Some of this looking way too real fr,” one person wrote. “It was an accident you got scared. And boob jumped out. Who cares but we not gonna keep whipping AI for everything that come out inappropriate,” claimed another. Various other comments share the exact same sentiment, which goes to show how divisive the issue is.

It’s pretty curious to see these antics and moves considering that her previous creative promo moves didn’t really see her pop out herself.

Furthermore, we hope that Ice Spice felt inspired (whether or not it’s through dancing) to connect with fans more on an in-person level and stick around for the public. In the post, he posed with several fish while holding up a notebook with “7” written on it. The original picture was seemingly reference to Wilt Chamberlain’s iconic 100-point game photo. Boosie had claimed to have caught 126 fish.

DaBaby’s picture comes after he shared a video of himself fishing earlier in the week. In the comments section of that post, fans made tons of jokes about the situation. “The one thing DaBaby gonna do is enjoy his life outside of the music industry,” one user wrote. Another suggested he and Boosie go on a fishing trip with one another. “Dababy and Boosie need to go on a fishing trip together lol,” they wrote.

However, things seem to slowly be improving around the rapper as he hopped on a jet to London. He headed across the pond for another music video; this one being for fellow MC Central Cee. The two stars brought their talents together for the first time on a new single “BAND4BAND.” It is rumored to land on the drill artist’s forthcoming LP CAN’T RUSH GREATNESS. Teenage Rapper Rylo Huncho Dies After Accidental Self-Inflicted Gunshot To The Head: Details

According to multiple reports, including Billboard, 17-year-old Suffolk, Virginia rapper by the name of Rylo Huncho died on May 15. The tragedy took place around 10 p.m. that night, according to a spokesperson for the Suffolk PD. Authorities are calling his cause of death a “self-inflicted gunshot wound.” He did make it to a local hospital before succumbing to his injuries. While this part of the story is confirmed, a lot is still yet to be fully determined by the police. Due to Rylo being classified as a juvenile, his legal name is still unknown at this moment. Furthermore, perhaps the most important piece to this unfortunate puzzle is the rapper’s manner of death. In the preliminary investigation, it was being viewed as an accident.

However, the aforementioned spokesperson for the Suffolk PD is saying that all the details are not being revealed yet. The main reason seems to be that this could have been an act of suicide. This self-inflicted gunshot reportedly occurred while Rylo was filming a music video on TikTok. We did not include the disturbing video, as viewer discretion is advised. He appears to be holding a pistol with a green laser attachment before supposedly pulling the trigger and crashing to the ground out of frame. Before the bullet was fired, he said, “F*** y’all n****s.”

His family has already launched a GoFundMe page to help support funeral costs. At the time of writing, they have raised just over $3000, $12,000 short of their goal. “Hello, my aunt recently lost her 17-year-old son from a self-inflicted gun wound to the head. He was her only son! She was a single parent but took care of her son the best she could. Suicide/accidental was the cause of his death we are still trying to figure out why. But anything I mean anything can help her at this time of need,” the description reads. “He was her only child she was also an only child it was always her and her son. Anything can help! Please keep my family in your prayers thank you so much.”

Tyrese Dips From Concert To Avoid A $10 Million Lawsuit: Watch

It is safe to say that Tyrese cannot breathe for more than five seconds without getting hit with legal documents. The 45-year-old was performing for Mother’s Day at the Stockbridge Amphitheater in Georgia and was close to wrapping things up. According to TMZ, he was only three songs away from being done but then a security guard appears to whisper something in his ear. After being informed, he hopped off the stage, sang to the crowd for a bit while walking, and then dipped. The reason for Tyrese cutting out of his concert early is because he was going to handed down a hefty lawsuit.

The person looking for $10 million is a music video and movie producer named Bryan Barber. According to The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, this lawsuit was put in motion back in October of last year. Barber is suing for defamation and libel for some comments that Tyrese made on The Breakfast Club. In that interview the actor and singer claims that Barber shot footage of him speaking to Charlamagne Da God at Gibson’s Atlanta home, and then refused to hand over the evidence. Tyrese also says that he paid $35,000 for the footage and he snatched it from him.

Cardi B Comments On Controversial Viral Teacher Video

A few celebrities and thousands of fans online have given their takes on a recent viral video of a teacher. In the clip the male teacher lets some of his female students unbraid his hair. While it seems innocent enough on the surface, a huge debate sparked over the video and whether or not what he was doing was appropriate. Part of that was sparked by India Royale who said “no & hell no” after seeing the video. Now Cardi B has taken the opportunity to weigh in.

That came after the teacher in question defended himself and added context to the situation. ““My admin is well aware of my social media presence, my vids, as well as the relationships I have with my students. Of course if we have visitors I prob wouldn’t do that. But this was on a Friday…at the end of the day…before dismissal…after work was completed. I hate that y’all are dragging me down because of what other mfs have done,” the teacher said in a social media post. He may have found an unsurprising ally in Cardi B who seems to agree with him.
