Tyson Fury Puts Oleksandr Usyk On Blast: Watch

Tyson Fury is currently the WBC heavyweight champ. Although he has the most important belt, he isn’t the undisputed champ. This is because the rest of the heavyweight belts belong to Oleksandr Usyk. Overall, Usyk won these titles after winning against Anthony Joshua. Now, however, fans want to see a unification fight so that one of these fighters can grab all of the hardware for themselves. Of course, this is a fight that would do massive numbers, but there seems to be a ton of holdups.

According to TMZ, it seemed like Tyson Fury and Usyk were inching towards a fight on April 29th. However, it seems as though their fight talks have completely fallen apart. This is due to the fact that Usyk wanted special conditions for a rematch. While Fury was prepared to initiate a rematch clause, the specifics were where everything went south. Now, Fury is taking to social media, and it is clear that he is angry. In the video down below, you can see Fury unleash a bevy of insults on Usyk.

Tyson Fury Speaks

“You little slimy f***er,” Fury said. “Tried all week to get out of it, begging for a rematch [clause] like a little girl. You got your rematch [clause] and didn’t even want to fight at that. You little shithouse p***y. Always know, p***y, that you were never man enough to tangle with the Gypsy King ever in your life, you little s***house. You little 14-stone coward. You little s***bag, you rat little bastard.” If anything, this is going to create an amazing rivalry between the two for when they do eventually get in the ring. Although for now, fans will definitely remain disappointed about this latest news.

In recent years, boxing has been plagued by an unwillingness between the best fighters to battle each other. We are seeing that in some of the lower-weight classes as well. It’s an unfortunate situation for the fans, and at the end of the day, it hurts the sport as a whole. Hopefully, these two are able to figure it out and give us the show we have been hoping for.

Mike Tyson Comments On Potential Francis Ngannou-Tyson Fury Fight

Mike Tyson is one of the greatest heavyweight fighters in the history of the world. Although his career didn’t end how he wanted it to, Tyson is still an active member of the boxing community. He has come out of retirement in the past, and there is no doubt that he has had an interest in returning to the ring again. Mostly, however, when it comes to boxing, Tyson serves as a commentator and an elder voice who can help give people advice. It is a great position to be in when you are all of these years into the game.

Over the past couple of years, there has been a renewed interest in boxing. People like Jake Paul have certainly helped increase the popularity of the sport. Consequently, more and more people are trying their hand at boxing. Even UFC fighters are looking to transition over from the Octagon to the ring. One such fighter is none other than Francis Ngannou. In fact, there are subsequently some reports suggesting that he is in talks to fight none other than Tyson Fury.

Mike Tyson Reacts

Fury is the heavyweight champ right now, and some believe he has his sights set on Oleksandr Usyk. However, for now, Ngannou seems like his most likely upcoming challenger. TMZ recently caught up to Mike Tyson, where they asked the legend whether or not Ngannou could seriously win the match. Overall, Tyson did not seem all that convinced, however, he did acknowledge that “anything is possible.” As they say in boxing, everyone has a “boxer’s” chance of winning a fight. One good punch is all it takes to come out on top. However, as it pertains to Ngannou and Fury, one would have to consider Ngannou as an immense underdog.

At this point, there isn’t even a guarantee that these two will face off against one another. There is no contract set in stone, and it could very well be a waste of time for Fury. The only person who would truly benefit here is Ngannou, who is no longer with the UFC. Let us know your thoughts on this potential matchup, in the comments down below.

Tyson Fury Silenced Dillian Whyte With a Devastating Hook

Fresh off his fantastic trilogy fights with Deontay Wilder, Tyson Fury returned to the ring to a hero’s welcome at Wembley Stadium. The 94 thousand in attendance witnessed what might have been the Gypsy King’s last dance.

Fury knocked out  Dillian Whyte with a devastating right hook in the 6th round. Whyte managed to get up but staggered into the corner, and referee Mark Lyson waved it off at the 2:59 mark of the round.

After the fight, Fury reflected on his legendary undefeated career, and it appears he is content with walking away from the sport at this time.

“Now it’s all done I have to be a man of my word. I think this is it, it might be the final curtain for The Gypsy King and what a way to go out!” Fury said to the fans at Wembley Stadium.

It isn’t clear where Fury will rank among all-time great heavyweights in boxing history. For right now, he is without question the sport’s best heavyweight in the sport today.

SOURCE SPORTS: Tyson Fury Hints Retirement After Next Title Defense

Tyson Fury

It appears it will be a grand closing for Tyson Fury after his next boxing match in April. On Tuesday, the WBC heavyweight champion told reporters that he intends to retire following his April 23 match against mandatory challenger Dillian Whyte.

During the press event, Fury said: “This is the final fight of my career, I’m retiring after this, $150m in the bank, healthy, young, I’m gonna buy a massive yacht abroad. I’m retiring, I’m out, this is my final fight, I’m done.”

If Furry successfully defended his championship against Whyte and retired afterward, he would leave on top of the heavyweight mountain. Fury shocked the world back in 2015 when he beat Wladimir Klitschko.

After taking time off for mental health issues, Fury began a fantastic trilogy with former WBC champ Deontay Wilder. After the first match ended in a draw, Fury would dominate the second and third matchups.

As one right now, Fury isn’t thinking past April 23. If he changes his mind, a unification title fight would be the next logical goal for Furry.
