With Sexyy Red still at the peak of her powers, what better time than to reveal the 4 President tour. The St. Louis, Missouri rapper needs little to no introduction at this point. That is especially true if you are enveloped in the hip-hop sphere. From her never-ending list of hit songs to her instantly recognizable sound and style, there are not many bigger than her right now. On top of the fan acclaim, critics are also recognizing how she is delivering her music. Both of her LPs, Hood Hottest Princess and In Sexyy We Trust, are receiving high marks across the board.
To capitalize on her last release, Sexyy Red will be looking to win over some more votes 4 President before the polls close. This is now her second headlining tour, and it will kick off on August 22 in Seattle and running through October 5 at a current unknown location. Fans have been quick to take notice of this, as there are three blurred out dates and cities. Atlanta is one major market that is not on the slate, in addition to Chicago and D.C. Moving on from the locales, Sexyy Red will not be hitting the stage alone. Florida rising star Loe Shimmy, Atlanta’s own Hunxho, and fellow St. Louis femcee BlakeIANA will all be coming along.
Additionally, there will be a surprise special guest, perhaps to be or not be announced later on. Drake could always be a possibility, but that remains to be seen. In terms of ticket sales, they will go on sale this Friday, June 28 at 10 a.m. local time. A lot of music fans are still not rocking with how quickly 4batz burst onto the scene. The Dallas, Texas native with the high-pitched, nasally singing voice is now one of the hottest names in the industry due to one song. One of the promotional singles for his debut EP, “act ii: date @ 8”, churned stomachs and turned a lot of heads as well. His sticky melody and the dreamy production caught the ears of big fish in hip-hop, namely Drake. He would — in Drizzy fashion — hop on another rising star’s track, tacking on some vocals for the song’s remix. Now, because of this rapid growth, 4batz in now going to head off solo on his first tour.
According to Uproxx, the 20-year-old phenom will kick off the Thank U, Jada extravaganza on July 29 in Chicago, Illinois. He will also hit major cities such as Brooklyn, Washington D.C., Atlanta, Los Angeles, as well his hometown of Dallas, and Austin as well. Touring will wrap up on August 10 in Oakland. Tickets will go on sale June 7 (this Friday), along with a presale beginning the day before at 10 a.m. local time. If you were not aware, u made me a st4r was partially created due to 4batz’ breakup with Jada, his now ex-girlfriend.
Hilariously, he is giving her even more publicity by naming the headlining tour after her. One fan acknowledged this, even saying that he was going too far by giving her clout. “Umm u giving Jada too much recognition”. Speaking of reactions, some were scratching their heads as to why 4batz is even doing this to begin with. Of course, most of the arguments against doing it this early deal with his low number of songs, alluding to his “industry plant” label. “Tour for 5 songs?,” one user comments. “I fw batz but bro only got like 8 songs out ”, another adds. Regardless, this is another huge accomplishment, and we congratulate him and urge him to continue growing his brand.
What are your thoughts on 4batz going on a headlining tour? Do you think it is a little too early for him to be doing this, why or why not? What songs are you going back to from his debut project u made me a st4r? Do you still think he is an industry plant? What aspect of the song did you enjoy the most? Is he the best new rapper out of Milwaukee? Additionally, always keep it locked in with HNHH for all of the latest news surrounding 4batz. Childish Gambino is one of the many major artists looking to make 2024 a special year for the hip-hop world. He has been absolutely killing it in the film industry, but now he is back in full swing music wise. The “3005” multi-talent came by earlier today with his polished version of 3.15.20, Atavista, which is supposedly his second to last album as Gambino. One more, Bando Stone & the New World, is rumored to be dropping later this summer, according to a post on X from the Californian. Now, Childish Gambino is going to be embarking on a world tour, possibly for both of these projects.
According to Pitchfork, this will be his first trek since 2019, so that is just one more reason why this is a big deal. Gambino first hinted at a world tour in late April via Instagram. However, there was no other information outside of a promo poster for what is being called The New World Tour. Childish Gambino is certainly going to be a busy man, as there are 58 shows!
He will be traveling to cities such as Los Angeles, Perth, Milan, Dublin, and Atlanta just to name a few. Joining him will be WILLOW and Amaarae for select dates. Will Smith’s daughter will take on the first half of the shows, and Amaarae will handle the back end. According to Gambino’s post, general pre-sale will kick off this Friday, May 17. Additionally, artist pre-sale begins Wednesday, May 15 [and Amex card members], with UK starting on Tuesday, and AUS beginning on Thursday.
What are your thoughts on Childish Gambino going on a world tour for Atavista? Do you think that he missed any locations that he should he add, why or why not? How have you been enjoying the new album? Do you think it is an improvement over 3.15.20, why or why not? We would like to hear what you have to say, so be sure to leave your takes in the comments section. Additionally, always keep it locked in with HNHH for all of the latest news surrounding Childish Gambino. Finally, stay with us for everything else going on in the music world.
Overnight Chief Keef dropped his first new solo album in 3 years. Almighty So 2 is the long-awaited follow-up to his 2013 fan-favorite record Almighty So. It comes after Keef dropped 4NEM back in 2021 and delivers more than an hour of music split across 16 tracks. The album features Quavo, Sexyy Red, Tierra Whack, G Herbo, and more. It also features the single “Tony Montana Flow” which has already racked up more than 32 million streams. Fans who are loving the record will have the chance to see it performed live at numerous shows this summer.
Those are coming on the “A Lil Tour 2024” which will see Keef hitting up a number of American cities. Most notably is his return to Chicago where he’ll be playing for the first time in a decade. It’s also his first proper tour since he last hit the road in 2017. He’ll make 17 stops in July and August headlining a number of shows and stopping by a few festivals along the way. Earlier this year fans got a taste of the upcoming tour when he performed at Rolling Loud Los Angeles. Fans looking to get tickets for the shows in advance will be able to starting May 15 on the rapper’s website. Check out the full tour dates below.
Chief Keef and Sexyy Red are already developing an interesting relationship both artistically and personally. They’ve now collaborated four different times on record in the span of less than a year. They’ve also had nothing but glowing things to say about each other’s artistry when asked. Keef was just recently left stunned by one particularly sexy thirst trap from the breakout rapper.
What do you think of Chief Keef announcing a tour in the wake of his new album Almighty So 2 dropping? Do you plan on seeing him perform at any of the dates he’ll play this summer? Let us know in the comment section below.
Beyonce has buzzed up the Beyhive once more with a curious website post, and her fans think that she might be going on tour again soon. Moreover, she uploaded a picture of a ticket stub with a “Sold Out” stamp on it from her Mrs. Carter show in 2013. Many probably upgraded their WiFi, started saving up, and opened multiple devices at a time to wait for an official ticket announcement. Of course, this is all mostly speculative, but surely the French-defined superstar knows exactly what kind of ruckus she’s making with this move. As such, we’d bet on something concrete coming up very soon.
Furthermore, it seems like Beyoncé isn’t waiting out the tour game as much as she did for 2022’s RENAISSANCE, and that makes some sense. After all, last year’s tour was an absolute smash hit, and so many people couldn’t even get tickets that we’re sure demand will still be magnanimous this time around. But we’ll have to wait and see whether this is a tease for the next few days or for the next few months. Maybe we even see that Lion King prequel before we get a chance to hear “SPAGHETTII” live.
Regardless, it’s a great time to be a Beyoncé fan. New music, new moves, and a big risk to bask in to boot, much like NLE Choppa acknowledged in his recent praise of her. “Beyonce I just want to say appreciate the country album, she literally shifting music,” he tweeted last Friday (April 27). “All the labels looking for country records because of the shift she started just by this album. And even inspiring me, people who look like me, to step outside the box as an urban artist.”
Meanwhile, Beyoncé’s recent efforts haven’t turned everyone to a fan, but we’re sure there will still be a lot of excitement about this tour. Are you thinking of copping tickets (if they drop) or were you satisfied with your RENAISSANCE run, if applicable? Whatever the case, let us know in the comments section down below. As always, come back to HNHH for the latest news and more updates on the music world’s developments.
Earlier this year, ScHoolboy Q released his first new album in 5 years. He led off what’s expected to be a massive 2024 for his label Top Dawg Entertainment with the critically acclaimed Blue Lips. The album featured guest spots from Freddie Gibbs, Rico Nasty, Ab-Soul, and more. It almost had an even more stacked cast but a planned collaboration with A$AP Rocky fell through. Now fans of the record will get a chance to see him perform the songs live for the first time this summer.
ScHoolboy Q announced a new tour, but it isn’t quite like the kind of tours most artists go on. Instead of playing a tightly packed series of shows in quick succession, he’s going on a “weekends” tour. He’s playing either two or three shows across a weekend for five straight weekends in July and August. The 11-show tour will hit numerous American cities as well as Toronto. Check out the full list of dates and locations below. Also check out the announcement Q shared to Twitter revealing the tour to fans.
Earlier this month, ScHoolboy Q was drumming up hype for another new album that’s hopefully dropping in 2024. He tweeted about getting a sneak preview of Vince Staples new record and had high praise for the record. Specifically, he said he couldn’t wait to hear the album again though it’s unclear at the moment when fans may get the chance to hear it themselves.
ScHoolboy Q also stopped by for a special new episode of Kenny Beats’ “The Cave” series. He delivered a verse that had fans stunned as the most recent in a line of major MCs to step into the studio. What do you think of ScHoolboy Q’s tour approach to only playing shows on the weekend? Do you think you’ll be attending any of the stops on his upcoming Blue Lips weekends tour? Let us know in the comment section below.
R&B darling Jhene Aiko is officially taking off on tour. The singer has recruited an impressive cast of guests and opening acts for a tour that will get underway later this year. Coi Leray, Tink, UMI, and Kiana Lede are all listed as “co-stars” on her upcoming dates. The tour will begin in mid June and run for months until late August making 27 stops across the US. While she hasn’t released an official new album since 2021, she’s got a robust back catalog to unpack across the entire tour.
Earlier this month, Jhene Aiko found herself in some hot water with Ariana Grande fans. That came when she seemed to take shots at the pop singer’s new album eternal sunshine on Instagram. Many think it has something to do with the fact that Ariana is exes with Jhene’s current partner Big Sean.

It’s been an undoubtedly exciting few months for Megan Thee Stallion, and fortunately for fans, the fun is just getting started. Amid the fallout of her infamous feud with Nicki Minaj, which was sparked by the release of Meg’s track “Hiss,” she appeared on Good Morning America where she announced her tour. Last week, she finally unveiled a list of cities she plans to hit, including Chicago, Atlanta, Tampa, LA, Vegas, and more.
While actual dates aren’t yet set in stone, Meg says the tour is scheduled to begin in “mid-May” of this year. She shared the exciting news with a magazine-themed Instagram post, in which she’s pictured swimming in a silver bikini. Unfortunately, while fans were obviously thrilled with the announcement, Instagram wasn’t.
“HOTTIESSS GET READY TO COME HAVE SOME FUN WITH ME AT THEE HOT GIRL SUMMER TOUR,” Meg captioned the image. Shortly after her post, Instagram restricted its visibility due to nudity concerns. She received a warning from the platform, which cited a potential violation of Instagram’s Recommendation Guidelines. Meg later shared the warning with her fans, writing, “Nooo its just a lil cheek lol.” Hopefully, the restrictions won’t prevent too many people from learning of the “Cobra” performer’s tour.
Embarking on her tour isn’t the only thing Megan Thee Stallion has to look forward to these days, however. During her aforementioned Good Morning America appearance, she also announced that she has a new album on the way. While an official release date has yet to be revealed, the Houston-born rapper teased new music she has on the way last week with another cryptic, snake-themed visual. “Loading…,” she captioned the post, “You ready HOTTIES?” What do you think of Instagram restricting Megan Thee Stallion’s tour announcement? Are you looking forward to seeing the “Cobra” performer live? Share your thoughts in the comments section down below, and keep an eye on HNHH for more updates.
Busta Rhymescanceled his Blockbusta Tour just a week before he was supposed to perform its first show. The rap legend has not yet released a statement or has commented on the tour’s cancellation, leaving fans confused. Ticket buyers are still unsure of the tour’s status and whether or not Busta will reschedule the dates. Unfortunately, rappers canceling tours is nothing unusual in the hip-hop world. Many artists have canceled concerts for a multitude of reasons, including low ticket sales, health concerns, and other personal matters. Even after the COVID-19 Pandemic halted the live music industry, we are still seeing many rappers canceling their tours. In light of Busta Rhymes’s recent tour cancellation, we are looking into other rappers who have abruptly canceled tour dates. Take a look at the list below.
Toward the end of 2016, Kanye West embarked on his Saint Pablo Tour of the United States where he debuted a flying stage. He later extended the tour, adding an entirely new leg of U.S. show dates. West eventually started to behave unpredictably onstage. He ranted about voting for Donald Trump and his relationship with JAY-Z. Kanye then began a pattern of abruptly ending his shows after performing just a few songs. He cut a New York date short following news of Kim Kardashian’s Paris robbery.
Additionally, he suddenly ended a California show after losing his voice. Kanye West ended up canceling the second leg of his Saint Pablo Tour, citing stress and exhaustion as the official reason. He has not toured since.
Nicki Minaj and Future were set to co-headline The NickiHndrxx Tour in 2018 in support of Queen. However, both rappers canceled the North American leg of the tour just a month before the two were scheduled to hit the road. According to Live Nation, “Minaj decided to re-evaluate elements of production,” calling for more time to rehearse. Future and Nicki Minaj never rescheduled The NickiHndrxx Tour. Minaj later relaunched its European leg as The Nicki Wrld Tour, with Juice Wrld opening. Minaj ended up canceling some of the Europe dates due to technical difficulties and extreme weather conditions.
Before canceling, Chance The Rapper initially postponed his Big Tour to spend more time with his family following the birth of his second daughter. He pushed back his supporting tour for his 2019 debut album, The Big Day, from its scheduled start in 2019 to 2020. Shortly after, he announced the arena tour’s official cancellation on December 15, 2019. He acknowledged his fans’ disappointment but promised to reschedule the dates for 2020, which did not materialize. Lil Yachty and Chance’s younger brother, Taylor Bennett, were scheduled to open.
BROCKHAMPTON
The first instance of BROCKHAMPTON canceling a tour was in 2018. The rap group canceled their Stereo Spirit Tour following the departure of Ameer Vann after allegations of sexual misconduct. Fast forward to January 2022, BROCKHAMPTON abruptly announced their “indefinite hiatus” as a group. They also said they would be canceling their Here Right Now Tour, on which they were set to embark over a month later. That same year, BROCKHAMPTON released their supposed final album and played their “final shows” in London and California.
Less than a month before its first concert, Little Simz canceled her 2022 North American tour. The British rapper was supposed to play a series of shows in the United States in support of Sometimes I Might Be Introvert. She addressed the unfortunate cancellation in a statement, saying that “touring the U.S. for a month would leave me in a huge deficit” and that “being an independent artist, I pay for everything encompassing my live performances out of my own pocket.” Following the release of NO THANK YOU later that year, Little Simz toured North America in 2023, though she did not rebook shows in many cities.
Conway The Machine
Out of his Griselda contemporaries, Conway the Machine is one rapper who is notorious for canceling and postponing tours. Back in 2022, he canceled his I’ll Tell You Later Tour, delivering the news via Instagram. Just 11 days before the Griselda rapper was supposed to begin, he acknowledged the bad news but did not cite a particular reason. Some fans speculated low ticket sales despite the recent release of Conway’s acclaimed album, God Don’t Make Mistakes. Last year, he toured in support of his latest album, Won’t He Do It, despite postponing the dates after injuring his leg.
J Hus
In addition to Little Simz, there are many other instances of UK rappers canceling tours. Last year, J Hus announced his biggest run of concerts to date, including two shows at London’s O2 Arena. Hus was promoting his latest album, Beautiful and Brutal Yard, with tour dates around the UK. However, the rapper canceled the entire tour less than a month before its start date. Ticket buyers received an email citing “unforeseen circumstances,” as well as a message from J Hus. He thanked fans for their support, expressing that he was “gutted to not bring the B.A.B.Y. Tour to you this year but excited to share big news of shows next summer.” So far, he has yet to announce any future UK shows.
Kid Cudi has already had a VERY busy 2024. He kicked the year off back in January with the release of his new album INSANO. The album was originally due out last year but was eventually delayed to 2024. The album features an impressive array of collaborators including Travis Scott, A$AP Rocky, Lil Yachty, Pharrell Williams, XXXTENTACION, Lil Wayne, and Young Thug. But Cudi wasn’t done with just the one album as he’s already shared a follow-up to the record.
Last month, Cudi dropped the INSANO (NITRO MEGA) edition. Many fans assumed that it would just be a deluxe edition of INSANO but it turned out to be an entirely new project of its own. It added nearly an hour of entirely original material and added artists like Pusha T, Wiz Khalifa, and more to Cudi’s impressive roster of features so far this year. Last month, Cudi soft-announced an upcoming tour in support of both records and recently he shared the official dates. Check out his official announcement below.
Fans were expecting a big tour from Cudi, but what they got was even more substantial. Cudi announced 31 North American dates taking place this year in dozens of major American cities. He also revealed 12 European dates he’ll planning on playing next year. Even more impressive might be the roster of talent coming with him on tour. Pusha T, Jaden, Earthgang, and more will be among the opening acts for various shows across the tour.
The tour kicks off later this year in June and pre-sale for tickets begins later this week. Fans who register for the pre-sale now will be able to get first dibs on tickets for the shows next week on March 12. General sale for the shows begins a few days later on March 15. What do you think of Kid Cudi’s massive new INSANO tour? Do you plan on seeing him in concert this year? Let us know in the comment section below.
