Kanye West Links Up With A Fan In Tokyo To Take Some Pictures

These days, Kanye West is much more of an elusive and stand-offish figure. Of course, that can be attributed to his many public controversies, brands cutting ties with him, and a new chapter in his life. However, during an seemingly recent outing in Tokyo, it looks like he had fun chopping it up with a fan who saw him. Moreover, an artist by the name of KIZUKIOTANI posted a couple of pictures with the Chicago MC on Instagram, posing together and putting on some smiles. What’s more is that the fan was apparently ready for the occasion, as he had a JESUS IS KING shirt on.

Furthermore, other posts on his IG page also show him rocking Ye’s merch or wearing similar styles. Overall, whether it was planned or random, it seemed like quite the lucky and surreal moment. Given that he is also an artist, perhaps they were able to link up beyond just a quick conversation. However, a lot of fans were just happy to see Kanye West smile with someone despite all the drama.

Another big Yeezy fan recently mentioned him in his favorite albums list. However that’s only notable because he’s a fellow famous rapper. Jack Harlow named Late Registration as his favorite from the 46-year-old. In fact, it’s the first album he named when asked for his top five albums on the Rap Radar podcast. Drake’s Nothing Was The Same, Outkast’s Aquemini, Jay-Z’s The Blueprint, and The Cool KidsWhen Fish Ride Bicycles or The Bake Sale also made the cut.

Meanwhile, another famous fan of Ye’s is Drake, though their history is complicated. Still, reportedly the Canadian artist was very interested in narrating the “Off The Grid” MC’s Netflix documentary. It didn’t end up panning out, but considering their feuds, it would have been quite surreal. For more news and the latest updates on Kanye West, stay up to date on HNHH.

Emily Ratajkowski & Harry Styles Spotted Making Out In Tokyo

Fans lost their minds on social media after a video surfaced of Emily Ratajkowski allegedly making out with Harry Styles in Tokyo. Moreover, the term “allegedly” comes from the fact that you can’t tell if it’s really her in the video, but it’s the widespread consensus on sites like Twitter. Furthermore, you can definitely tell that it’s the former One Direction singer during the sloppy kiss clip, which fans are somewhat clowning online. However, the overwhelming sentiment is shock, especially given that the model recently appeared with Ozario Rispo after her split from Eric André.

Interestingly enough, this comes after recent confessions from Ratajkowski that she “attracts the worst men,” in her opinion. “Sometimes I’m like, ‘F**k,’ because I want a confident man,” she told Olivia Ponton on her podcast. “I feel like I attract the worst men. I don’t want an overly confident man who has something to prove and is trying to prove it through me. What I hate with dating, with men in particular, is I feel like they’re like, ‘OK, yes, you’re special. You’ve done it.’

“And they love it and love it,” EmRata continued. “And then slowly, they get emasculated and they don’t know what to do with those feelings, and then they resent you. Then they start to tear you down, and then you’re back to square one. It’s so f***ed up and unfair because I feel like a lot of men who truly think they want a strong woman actually don’t know how to handle it and they don’t know what it means for their own identity.”

Meanwhile, the Harry’s House Grammy winner recently made headlines for his Album of the Year acceptance speech. While it’s hard to deliver a perfect acknowledgement of victory when you just beat out landmark albums from Kendrick Lamar, Beyoncé, and many others, a lot of people felt he could’ve done a better job at expressing his gratitude realistically and honestly. Regardless, what’s done is done. Given that you ca barely tell it’s the Gone Girl actress in the Tokyo clip, maybe this will be a funny misunderstanding to look back upon. One thing’s for sure: it’s absolutely spicy if true. With that in mind, check back in with HNHH for the latest on Emily Ratajkowski and Harry Styles.

‘Wom/n Worldwide’ Breaks Down The Fem Superheroes That Ruled The Summer

Who ran the world this summer? Women, that’s who.

In Uproxx’s latest video series, Wom/n Worldwide, we’re giving a much-deserved shout-out to the fem superheroes that are filling up our timelines with some much-needed good news. And women? They’ve been BUSY this year. Host Drew Dorsey breaks it all down in this, shining a light on the athletes, activists, actors, and all-around badasses affecting positive change in their respective fields. From decorated Olympians like Simone Biles putting a spotlight on mental health — and inspiring us all to take self-care more seriously — to the hip-hop queens ruling the charts, and the women revolutionizing the film industry from behind the camera — we’re hyped for it all.

The Olympics are still on everyone’s mind so now’s a good time to remind fans of how superstars like Biles, Katie Ledecky, and Naomi Osaka changed the game when it comes to how we view excellence in sport, and a couple of 13-year-old skateboarding phenoms blew our minds in Tokyo too. Speaking of empowerment, plenty of female artists have been delivering body-positive bangers this summer — we see you Cardi B — as icons like Billie Eilish, Lorde, and Halsey get ready to drop new music this Fall. (Our playlists needed updating anyway.)

We’re also ready for the world to update its beauty standards so naturally, we had to applaud Nikkie Tutorials for leading the way, and if you didn’t have enough to watch already, we’ve got a couple more female-helmed films to add to your binge-watching queue. All that and an update on the historic Generation Equality Forum that took place in Paris this summer pops up in our inaugural episode.

Check it out above!
