Diddy Could Allegedly Face New Charges After Sex Worker’s Testimony

Diddy was hit was a slew of charges when he was arrested this month. According to TMZ, he may allegedly be in for more. The outlet reported today that a sex worker took the stand before a grand jury to discuss his alleged experiences with the mogul. Supposedly, this testimony could result in new charges for Diddy, though this is unconfirmed at the time of writing.

The outlet reports that the testimony revolved around Diddy allegedly reaching out to the sex worker to participate in a “freak off,” and more. Allegedly, the sex worker also shared information pertaining to travel. This allegedly included whether or not he was ever transported across state lines or into another country.

Other elements of their alleged interactions, such as payment, were also reportedly discussed. The news comes after a different male sex worker gave a sex tape allegedly featuring Diddy to federal prosecutors earlier this week. Allegedly, he and Diddy previously participated in a “freak off” with a woman in Miami. He reportedly accuses Diddy of filming while he had sex with the woman

Despite the current circumstances, Diddy and his team appear confident in their ability to come out victorious. “He’s focused on the facts and preparing his defense. He maintains his innocence of these charges,” a source close to him tells TMZ. Tuesday marked Woody’s 16th day on the stand as one of the state’s star witnesses in the case. He previously made headlines by admitting to having lied about Young Thug back in 2015 to help himself out of legal trouble. “The police kept locking me up for whatever they could,” he said. “Every time I counted the door, the police was on me, and they keep bringing up Thug’s name. So what I did was to get ’em out off me, I said, ‘Thug did this. Thug did that. Thug,’ because I knew they were—I knew he didn’t do it.”

Lil Woody Almost Breaks Character Due To Shocking Question At Young Thug Trial

Lil Woody’s testimony during the Young Thug trial has been an absolute firestorm, and that’s not counting the six-month suspension that his lawyer received. However, there have also been some cracks through the system, and a recent court interaction has many fans thinking that he almost broke character and spilled some more tea about an incident that he forgot about and might still feel a type of way over. The court asked Woody about a situation that happened when a group of men jumped him, and while he initially said that he didn’t recall what he specifically told detectives, he eventually said that “They time gon’ come,” suggesting that something did happen and that he’s still hurt by it.

Of course, this is all incredibly understandable, and to say that this is Lil Woody “breaking character” misrepresents what he agreed to do for this trial. But there are many conflicting aspects to his state’s witness role, as he recently claimed to have lied to police about Young Thug’s alleged crimes in order to stay out of trouble and get the cops off his back.

In addition, prosecutors treated Lil Woody as a “hostile witness” after an explosive rant against the state for pressuring him during this Young Thug and YSL case. “Like I told you before y’all called me to trial, I have lied,” he initially expressed, with his subsequent disparaging comments against a detective being what made him “hostile” in the eyes of the prosecution. “I made things up, I told you this before y’all brought me in this courtroom, and I’m telling you now. You asked me about 2015. I had got my life together.

“Y’all are trying to put this on my conscience, y’all are trying to put people’s lives in my hands,” Lil Woody continued in the Young Thug trial. “I don’t want to lie on people, I don’t want to be here, y’all have pressured me. I’m tired of y’all ’cause y’all know y’all wrong, and y’all Black people doing this to us. Leave me alone, let me leave. Man, y’all pissing me off. Listen, I don’t recall nothing I said to no police, stop asking me these questions. I’m telling you I don’t recall. That’s what you want me to say?”

PnB Rock’s Fiancee Recalls Rapper’s “Heroic” Final Moments During Trial Testimony

PnB Rock’s fiancée, Stephanie Sibounheuang, detailed the final moments leading up to his death while on the witness stand in the murder trial for Freddie Trone and Tremont Jones on Tuesday. In doing so, she accused Trone’s 17-year-old son of being the shooter and described Rock’s actions as “heroic.” Authorities claim Jones provided Trone with Rock’s whereabouts, which led to Trone instructing his son to go into the restaurant and commit the robbery.

“He came to our table right away. I thought it was a fan asking for a picture until I saw the gun,” Sibounheuang recalled, as caught by Rolling Stone. “He said, ‘If you don’t give me the jewelry, I’m going to blow her head off. He had the gun on my man’s face, on it, touching it.” From there, she detailed how Rock tried to shield her from the gunfire. She added: “He got shot, and he like pushed me to the wall and threw me under the table. The (gunman) just kept shooting. I was telling him, ‘Stop shooting him, are you trying to kill him?’” Speaking about the trial outside of the courtroom, she reiterated: “He’s heroic. He’s a hero. [Other men] would never.”

Jay-Z Called “Cap” On Alleged Beanie Sigel Betrayal, Joe Budden Reveals

As of late, fans have been looking back on Beanie Sigel’s 2004 attempted murder trial, and calling Jay-Z’s allegedly shady testimony into question. According to former Roc-A-Fella rapper Oschino, while he took the stand, it didn’t do much to help Sigel out. Earlier this month, he told Say Cheese that when asked whether or not he was willing to be held legally responsible for Sigel’s actions, Jay-Z told the judge no.

Of course, this prompted a debate about whether or not Jay-Z was in the wrong for this. It even prompted a discussion on The Joe Budden Podcast. For the most part, Budden and his co-hosts agreed that they would have done the same thing if they were in his position, and didn’t blame him for opting out of liability. They did wonder why Jay-Z decided to come to court in the first place if he wasn’t willing to vouch for Sigel fully, however.

Joe Budden Recalls Jay-Z’s Text

Now, during another recent podcast episode, Budden revealed that he got a text from Jay-Z about the segment after it went live. According to him, upon reading it, he suspected that the mogul was under the influence. “He says cap, the story’s cap,” the personality explained. “He said, ‘Some sh*t so st*pid, you think it won’t grow legs but then you n***as…’” Budden went on to apologize for discussing it, jokingly dubbing himself a “rat” and noting how it’s none of his business.

While Jay-Z seemingly denies refusing to vouch for Sigel on the stand, Oschino insisted that he saw it first-hand, and said he was taken aback by it. “I was just thinking, ‘What did he come to court for then?’ If I got a homie and all I gotta say is, ‘I’m responsible for him for him to get out,’ I’m saying it every time,” he argued. Young Thug Trial: Lil Woody Takes Jail Time Over Testifying

Earlier today, the Young Thug trial erupted in a series of chaotic allegations. As reported by Twitter account Thugger Daily who is closely following the case, it began with the testimony of Lil Woody. Woody took the stand as a witness, but chose to plead the fifth and not answer any questions. That decision is extra surprising considering he will now face jail time for his refusal. But that was only the beginning of the drama that his lack of testimony caused in court today.

Thug’s lawyer Brian Steele used the opportunity to again ask for a mistrial, something he’s done several times. In this instance he claims that the prosecution knew that Lil Woody would plead the fifth and shouldn’t have let him do so in front of the jury. That was followed by a bizarre sequence where Woody posted multiple messages to his Instagram story only to quickly delete them. Following the trial lunch break the prosecution accused the defense of witness tampering alleging that their lawyers were in communication with Woody’s. Despite the defense summoning multiple witnesses testifying that Woody had made obvious statements clarifying that he wouldn’t be testifying, the judge threw out the mistrial motion. Check out the chaotic series of events that’s gone down so far today below.

Last month, Gunna made yet another call for Young Thug’s release. He hasn’t commented frequently on the trial. But it does seem clear that he’s still in support of his fellow YSL members. It’s been over a year since he exited the trial, a move that proved controversial with rap fans. Many claimed his decision to testify and identify YSL as a gang was a mistake. They think it could cost many of the others still on trial.

What do you think of today’s events in the Young Thug trial following Lil Woody’s refusal to testify and instead take jail time? Do you think the judge was acting fairly when he refused to listen to witnesses claiming Woody made it clear he wouldn’t testify? Let us know in the comment section below.

Bun B Sheds Tears While Testifying About His Wife Getting Robbed At Gunpoint

Bun B recently appeared in court to testify against the guilty-pleading aggravated robber who held his wife Angela “Queenie” Walls at gunpoint inside their home back in April 0f 2019. Moreover, his testimony went on for about 20 minutes during Demonte Jackson’s sentencing hearing on Thursday (June 6), and it included a claim about this incident still affecting the couple’s everyday lives. “This was an entirely new traumatizing incident,” the “SINCE I WAS A LIL” MC recalled. “This is something we still deal with to this day. There are times when she [closes] off. She can’t communicate, and I just get so angry all over again because she didn’t deserve this. She didn’t ask for this.”

Furthermore, Bun B held back and shed tears while remarking on how his wife never entered their home again due to how much the robbery affected her. That night, Walls thought that she was answering a delivery driver’s knock on the door, but it was the robber instead. The Texas rapper heard the incident from a different floor of the house and he revealed that the intruder held a gun to her head. “Don’t come downstairs. He’s going to kill me,” Walls allegedly told the RodeoHouston fan when he heard the ruckus and went to get his gun.

“She was very panicked, she was borderline hysterical,” Bun B said of his wife’s reaction. “She just did not want me to go out that door and face the person with the gun.” At around this time of the story, the robber was in the garage and sitting in one of its cars when Bun shot at him and struck him in the shoulder. After a brief shootout, they fought on the garage floor, Jackson escaped, and then Bun chased him and knocked him down. “I wanted to know who that was behind the mask,” the YOKOZUNA TRILL artist recalled.

“I wanted to know if this was someone I knew personally or someone that knew someone I knew personally,” Bun B recalled. “Just the idea of seeing my wife in this state, I wanted to know who had done this to her.” Demonte Jackson’s sentencing hearings will resume today (Friday, June 7). Amid other small legal issues, this is clearly a wound that not even a sentence will be able to heal, but we wish the couple the best on their journey.

Young Thug Trial: Prosecutors Reveal Whether Or Not YFN Lucci Will Testify

Yesterday was the 84th day of Young Thug’s ongoing YSL RICO trial and saw the judge question whether or not another famous rapper would be taking the stand. In a clip from the courtroom, he asks the prosecution if YFN Lucci will testify. This prompted her to confirm that he won’t. “At this juncture, we do not believe he will be testifying,” she explained. Lucci is still on the state’s witness list, however, though he previously refused to testify.

“Any party can announce, for example, that Abraham Lincoln is on their witness list, but those words alone are meaningless,” his attorney Drew Findling told TMZ in late 2022. “So, to be 100 percent clear, Rayshawn Bennett (YFN Lucci) will not be a witness in the YSL case.” He also took to Instagram from prison to double down last year. “Even in a earthquake we wouldnt break n***a know we solid #Free650, he wrote at the time.

Prosecutors “Do Not Believe” YFN Lucci Will Take The Stand

YFN Lucci was first looked at as a potential witness after Young Thug was accused of ordering a hit on him. In 2022, Lucci was stabbed while behind bars, and two YSL affiliates were allegedly behind it. He’s not the only fellow artist whose testimony has been up in the air either. Back in April, Lil Wayne was removed from prosecutors’ long list of potential witnesses. The following month, they tried to introduce clips of Weezy talking about Young Thug as evidence, but the judge refused to accept them unless Lil Wayne testified.

Fans were also curious whether or not Gunna would be taking the stand, particularly amid “snitching” allegations. The state confirmed in April that he will not be testifying. What do you think of prosecutors confirming that YFN Lucci will not be testifying in Young Thug’s ongoing YSL RICO trial? Share your thoughts in the comments section down below, and keep an eye on HNHH for more updates.

Young Thug Trial: YSL Affiliate Questioned About Wearing A Wire After Plea Deal

The latest development in the Young Thug trial, also involving the rest of YSL on RICO charges, concerns one of the collective’s alleged co-founders, Walter “DK” Murphy. Moreover, he sat on the witness stand recently as a part of his plea deal, similar to the one that Gunna also accepted as a former defendant. During this testimony, an attorney asked him about his alleged compliance with wearing a wire back in July of 2015, and that he agreed to be an informant. Murphy retorted that he “can’t recall” ever agreeing to this or wearing a wire at all, staunchly denying that he was, or ever agreed to be, an informant.

Furthermore, this specific issue deals with what Young Thug’s lawyer Brian Steel once called one of the most damaging things in this trial: plea deals. While it’s impossible to blame someone for how they handled these strenuous circumstances many of us have no experience with, it’s also difficult to reckon with this testimony when it’s a part of an agreement like this. Still, since the trial’s inception almost two years ago, there are more relevant issues today that are plaguing its efficacy, objectivity, and clarity. For example, a state witness became very uncooperative with the prosecution’s questions, derailing their intention to strengthen their case.

Alleged YSL Co-Founder Addresses Wire Claims In Young Thug Trial: Watch

In addition, some very concerning reports and testimonies emerged about members of the prosecution harassing a female witness. These incidents ranged across two specific instances from the District Attorney’s office: platitudes to pressure the woman into testifying and an investigator inappropriately flirting with her. Even though this is a pretty disturbing look, it’s not like the defense has fully been able to reverse the narrative, whether due to circumstance or by choice. Many of the problems in proving the veracity of this case come from the prosecution, but little in the way of countering evidence has swayed the court’s path.

Meanwhile, these reports also come amid updated witness lists, on which Lil Wayne no longer appears. In addition, the court also clarified whether Gunna will be a witness in this case or not, both for eligibility as a witness and for actually making it to trial. Maybe these witnesses will also prove either crucial or backfiring for the prosecution or defense. Either way, stay up to date on HNHH for the latest news and more updates on Young Thug and the YSL RICO case.
