Taylor Swift’s Parents Spotted With Travis Kelce’s Dad

Scott and Andrea Swift, the parents of Taylor Swift, were spotted mingling with Ed Kelce, the father of Travis Kelce, at the Chiefs’ game against Las Vegas over Christmas. The meeting was captured by a Chiefs fan who had their camera turned towards the Kelce family box at Arrowhead Stadium. However, Kelce’s mother Donna was not present as she was in Philadelphia to watch Jason Kelce.

It is believed that the Swift and Kelce families originally met when the Chiefs and Eagles played against one another earlier in the season. A big sticking point at the time was that Swift’s father is reportedly a massive Eagles fan. “What are we doing, Scott? You’re gonna let this man’s devilish good looks and relationship with your daughter sway you from a lifetime of fandom, Scott? Ridiculous,” Jason teased on New Heights at the time.

Meanwhile, Patrick Mahomes had a lot to say about Swift in a recent interview. The Chiefs QB called Swift “top tier” and said that Swift had quickly become part of the team after she began dating Travis Kelce. Furthermore, Mahomes said he’s enjoying seeing Swift bond with his wife Brittany. Swift and Kelce recently engaged in some pre-birthday shenanigans with the Mahomes. She and Kelce recently partied until 2am with the Mahomeses to celebrate Swift’s birthday early.

Last weekend, Swift was spotted getting a little foul-mouthed with the refs during the Chiefs’ game against the Patriots. The Chiefs ended a two-game skid with a 27-17 win over the hapless Patriots. However, there were so close calls and tight moments, leading to Swift’s animated reactions. Kansas City are next in action on Christmas Day when they host the Raiders. The Chiefs are 9-5 and have a two-game lead over the surging Denver Broncos, who are 7-7. The Chiefs have three games left on their schedule before the playoffs roll around.

However, it’s not the only thing that Brown was speaking on during Christmas. “Manipulation is when they blame you for your reaction to their disrespect! However they want to weaponize your reaction when you pushing back,” Brown also wrote. Despite this, fans were confused about what Brown was actually talking about.

Antonio Brown’s X account has been a big part of his persona in 2023. Back in November, Brown was forced to explain what appeared to be thirst tweets about Keke Palmer amid her breakup drama. Brown has asked people not to “spin his words” after namedropping Keke Palmer in a series of raunchy tweets. “These all are rap lyrics. Please do not spin my words. Spin your money . Ima Rappa,” Brown wrote a few hours after a collection of tweets went viral. The posts in question referred to running a woman “like the Olympics”, referring to the colloquial group sex of “running a train”. The one that got people in arms concerning Palmer read “I don’t drink Arnold PALMERS I sip Keke Palmer Ya dig”.

However, the former wide receiver did double down on his lust for Palmer. “I love @KekePalmer. This is me creatively thinking of rap bars by the way is she Keke Single$.” Prior to this, Brown had ben seemingly trying to bait his former QB Tom Brady. “I just f-ck Tom bihhhhh,” Antonio Brown wrote the day after Thanksgiving. It was part of a bizarre string of tweets in which Brown quoted Kanye and also claimed to have Alzheimer’s. Brady was reportedly instrumental in bringing Brown to the Buccaneers in 2020. However, Brown’s tenure only lasted a season and a half before his explosive exit from the team.

Pistons Lose 27th Game In A Row, Set Single-Season Losing Streak Record

With a 118-112 loss to the Brooklyn Nets, the Detroit Pistons lost their 27th game in a row, setting a new single-season losing streak in the NBA. Now 2-28, the Pistons haven’t won a game since their October 28 home opener. Furthermore, the Pistons are now one game shy of tying the all-time NBA record of 28, set by the Sixers over the 2014/15 and 2015/16 seasons.

Entering the game, head coach Monty Williams couldn’t help but reflect on the infamy of the streak. “Again, when you look at records, you think of coaches, but I’m sure the players don’t want that attached to the name on the jersey. Was it heavy? It’s been heavy for a while. That’s just the nature of this kind of losing streak and it’s not gonna change because we’re grading the level of it, we’ve got to do what we’ve got to do to change it,” Williams said.

After the game, rising star Cade Cunningham reportedly gave a “passionate speech” to his teammates. Cunningham, Detroit’s No. 1 pick in 2021, is the team’s leading scorer with 23 points a game. “I don’t think what I said was positivity, I think it’s just being real … there’s nothing positive about this situation right now that we put ourselves in, so that’s why we have to dig deep and get ourselves out of it. You can’t get away from it. It weighs on us every day, I mean everywhere. It weighs on us,” Cunningham told reporters.

The Pistons have two more games before the end of 2023. First, they face the Eastern Conference-leading Boston Celtics. After that, the Pistons close out the year against the 11-18 Raptors on December 30. Furthermore, members of the team bristled at fans chanting “Sell the team” during the game. “Chanting ‘sell the team,’ I thought it was a bit much because we’re growing and obviously the record and a lot of people expected us to be better in this upcoming point of the season, but we’re gonna continue to row the boat and we’re gonna forget what everybody else says, stay together and play for each other,” said Jaden Ivey.

In the fall, sources were suggesting that West was planning to remain in the Middle East for Christmas. It was said that ex-wife Kim Kardashian might fly their four children to Italy to be with the DONDA rapper and his new partner, Bianca Censori. We now know they came to a different agreement. The evening of Santa’s visit the kids were at the annual Kar-Jenner festive gathering. Blue Ivy Carter also spent her night at the star-studded function. On Christmas Day, North and her two little brothers hit up the Lakers game with Kanye.

As Page Six reports, Chicago West didn’t appear to be with them, though she did join Kim, North, Saint, and Psalm for their family photos which appeared on Kardashian’s IG today (December 26). Everyone is dressed to the nines, as expected. However, his firstborn was sure Ye’s presence was at least felt by wearing his Balmain jacket from the 2016 Met Gala, even if Kimye isn’t on strong enough terms to post for portraits together at this time.

Master P’s NBA Career: How The No Limit CEO Broke Into The League

Believe it or not, rap icon Master P has history with the NBA. In the late ‘90s, the music industry witnessed an unprecedented crossover as the rap mogul set his sights on an unexpected arena: the basketball court. Breaking away from the confines of his booming music career, he embarked on a daring journey into the NBA. While it looked impossible, Master P has already proven with his previous endeavors that he’s no ordinary talent.

Decades have passed, and it seems one of his sons has picked up the athletic torch from Master P. Mercy Miller, 18, recently set an all-time school record for Notre Dame High after scoring 68 points in a game. Obviously, the young baller is a gifted athlete and may likely have a basketball career that surpasses his father’s. Master P’s history with professional basketball is relatively short. Nonetheless, his stint in that field remains iconic and surprises most who hear about it for the first time. Here’s how the No Limit CEO broke into the league.

A luminary of the entertainment world, Master P emerged from the gritty streets of New Orleans to become a juggernaut in the music industry. In 1991, he founded No Limit Records, an independent label that soon became a powerhouse. With chart-topping artists like Snoop Dogg, Mystikal, and himself, Master P is a dominant force in the Hip Hop industry. However, his ambitions extended beyond music.

Master P had a lifelong passion for basketball, having played at a high level during his youth. Although he dropped out mere months in, he got into the University of Houston on an athletic scholarship. Following his departure from the University of Houston, he moved to Merritt College, Oakland, where he majored in Business. However, despite his decision to focus on business, he never lost his passion for basketball.

In 1998, the rapper joined the Fort Wayne Fury in the CBA (Continental Basketball Association). The person who helped make that happen was an employee of No Limits Records called Tim Redo. Being that Redo was friends with Keith Smart, the head coach of the CBA’s Fort Wayne Fury, he could put in a good word for his boss. That was the beginning of Master P’s journey into professional basketball.

He exhibited proficiency on the field, though he didn’t quite reach superstar status in the minor league. Regardless, Master P was undeterred by skeptics who doubted his ability to transition into the NBA and decided to pursue his dream head-on.

Training & Tryouts

In early 1999, the rapper got his chance when he joined the Charlotte Hornets’ training camp roster. To prepare for the NBA, Master P dedicated himself to the intense training regimen provided. Although his time with the Hornets was short, he participated in scrimmages and even appeared in two exhibition games against the Atlanta Hawks. The rapper did not play college basketball and was significantly older than most rookies. However, Master P showcased his skills and demonstrated that he could hold his own on the court against NBA prospects.

In the summer of 1999, he finally earned a spot on the preseason roster of the Toronto Raptors. He participated in the preseason game for the Raptors against the Vancouver Grizzlies and even scored eight points off the bench but was ultimately let go before the season started. After being dropped by the Raptors, for a short while, he went on to play with the San Diego Stingrays of the International Basketball League later that year.

Legacy Beyond The Court

Unfortunately, Master P did not fulfill his dream of joining the NBA despite coming very close. His basketball career was short-lived, and the teams waived him before the season even began. Also, he never managed to formally sign an NBA contract or secure a spot on a regular-season roster. However, his journey remains a testament to the power of determination and its ability to break barriers. Additionally, Master P has since coached three NBA pros: DeMar DeRozan, Lance Stephenson, and Brandon Jennings. While he may not have been able to see his NBA career come to fruition, Master P significantly contributed to the careers of these three players.

Conclusion

Master P’s NBA career may have been unconventional and short-lived, but it remains an intriguing chapter in the larger story of the rapper. The No Limit CEO’s brief stint in professional basketball is a part of the impressive legacy he has built for himself over the years. Richard Sherman and Keyshawn Johnson are two of the newest faces on Undisputed. Overall, they were brought in to replace Shannon Sharpe. Unfortunately, Sharpe is a personality who is impossible to replace. Furthermore, as many fans have pointed out, Skip Bayless just doesn’t have the same chemistry with these two. Regardless, the show persists and typically, the biggest arguments are between Sherman and Johnson. Sometimes, these conversations can get pretty heated and it leads to some good TV.

For instance, on Tuesday morning, these two had it out over the NFL MVP conversation. In the eyes of Johnson, it is very obvious right now that Lamar Jackson of the Baltimore Ravens, deserves the MVP award. He has been phenomenal so far this season and has led his team to a league best 12-3 record. However, Sherman believes the MVP award could actually go to a QB who may not even make the playoffs. The quarterback in question is none other than Josh Allen for the Buffalo Bills.

Based on the statistics, Allen is responsible for more touchdowns than any quarterback in the league. Therefore, Sherman believes this makes him the MVP compared to Jackson. Johnson was flabbergasted by this take and immediately let his displeasure be known. He ultimately walked off of the set, and left Skip right there by himself. It was pretty hilarious, and we can imagine a lot of fans were left in agreement with what Johnson did in that situation. After all, making Allen the MVP would be laughable knowing what we know right now.

Stephen A. Smith was not on the program this morning, so you know the takes had to be hot to keep fans engaged. Well, they spoke about none other than Steve Kerr, who was upset with the officiating while playing the Denver Nuggets. Kerr felt as though Nikola Jokic was trying to fish for fouls and that the officials were letting him do so. These complaints led to a take from Perkins in which he was actually quite annoyed with Kerr. Effectively, he thinks the Warriors head coach is a massive hypocrite.

Perkins said that the Warriors love to complain about the things that they have done for years at this point. He even invoked the lyrics of Finesse2Tymes, who once said “it’s cool when they do it, it’s a problem when I do it.” It was an interesting analogy to use although it certainly makes sense. At this point, the Warriors are a team in decline and they don’t seem to know how to handle that. As a result, they are complaining about everything, and players like Draymond Green are lashing out more frequently.

Overall, the men seemed upset that she snubbed them. Moreover, Arenas alleges that the men said they had sexual relations with Berry in exchange for movie roles. These are shocking allegations to make, and you can imagine the uproar that ensued.
