Teezo Touchdown Shares A Snippet Of New Song With Fans

Fresh off an appearance on one of the biggest rap albums of the year, Teezo Touchdown is pivoting into his own new project. He teamed up with Travis Scott for the song “MODERN JAM” from his smash new album UTOPIA and fans absolutely loved it. Travis isn’t the only major cosign that Teezo has gotten recently either. Drake praised his debut album calling it “some of the best music ever.” Now his fans, Drake included, know when they can expect more material from the eccentric rapper and singer.

Teezo Touchdown confirmed both the title of his new album and its expected release date to fans last week. How Do You Sleep At Night? will be the title of Teezo’s upcoming project. Fans will be able to hear the project in its entirety when it drops on September 8th. This week Teezo saw fit to tease fans with a snippet of a new single. The clip was picked up by ourgenerationmusic on Instagram, but was met with mixed reception. “bro reminds me of disney xd music,” remarks one of the top comments on the post. Other commentors were much more positive. “bro teezo’s vibe is so unmatched, so happy he’s getting noticed more, deserves it as much as anyone.”

Teezo himself actually showed up in the comments of the post as well. “TIME FOR US TO CHAT AGAIN,” he says in the top-rated comment on the post. He also went through and responded to a number of the haters in the comments. He left a number of replies thanking fans for trying his music out and occasionally refuting those who didn’t like it.

Nicki Minaj Shares “Pink Friday 2” Snippets, Hyping Up Fans For Album Release

Nicki Minaj shared several snippets from her upcoming album, Pink Friday 2, on social media, earlier this week. The previews have fans stoked for new music from the legendary rapper. The new project will serve as a sequel to her debut studio album of the same name from 2010.

One of the snippets soundtracks a video of Minaj posing for a photo shoot, while another plays in the background as she lip-syncs along to the unreleased song. Both clips resulted in excited responses from fans. “This snippet has me in a whole nother dimension I can feel a fresh wind,” one user replied. Another wrote: “Please stop comparing anyone to her. Male or female idgafff she’s in a lane of her own. Nobody else can do this.”

Pink Friday 2 is set for release on November 17 and will serve as Minaj’s first studio album since 2018’s Queen. She first announced the release date back in June, while also revealing that she intends to embark on a tour in support of the album the following year. “I love you guys so much,” she wrote on Instagram at the time. “I am so grateful for the years of support & love you guys have given me. At times maybe I didn’t even deserve all that you have poured into me. Nonetheless, you. will. love. this. album. I will give tour deets closer to that time, but obviously the tour will start around the first quarter of 2024. The original Pink Friday dropped in November 2010. It featured her now-iconic hits “Superbass,” “Your Love,” “Check It Out,” “Right Thru Me,” “Moment 4 Life,” and “Fly.” It also included guest vocals from Eminem, Rihanna, Drake, will.i.am, Kanye West, and Natasha Bedingfield.

Lil Tjay Shares Clip Of New Song With Fans

Lil Tjay has been teasing fans with potential album titles and release dates of new music for weeks now. Finally, he’s confirmed something official and it’s coming very soon. In a tweet today he previewed a new song for his followers. They won’t have to wait long to hear the whole thing either. “PROJECT WALLS 7/7,” the caption reads, implying that the track will drop this Friday. It’ll be 2nd new song in the past few weeks as we approach the date many fans believe he will drop an album.

Lil Tjay will reportedly release a new album on July 14th. It will be his first new project since Destined 2 Win in 2021 and there’s a good reason for that. On June 22nd, 2022 Lil Tjay was shot and nearly died. Last month on the one year anniversary of his tragedy he shared a new song “222” reflecting on the incident. The album he has coming next week is also expected to be called 222. Tjay also took to Instagram to share a picture of him with Pharrell, taken last year during his recovery.

Lil Tjay is also worried about a potential listening conflict coming during his release weekend. Lil Uzi Vert has spent the last few days teasing a potential LUV vs The World 3 album. The last time Uzi released a new album they followed it up a week later with LUV vs The World 2. This left Lil Tjay worrying that he might have to share his release date with new Lil Uzi music.

There’s another major artist who might have even shown up on Tjay’s new project, SZA. The pair were reportedly working on a song together but SZA “punked out.” In an interview, the “Kill Bill” singer said she didn’t feel she brought enough to the song to justify being on it. Chance The Rapper Delivers Beautiful-Sounding Song Snippet

Chance The Rapper hasn’t released an album in quite some time. In fact, the last project we got from him was 2019’s The Big Day. Unfortunately, this album was absolutely panned by critics. Although it seemed to have grand ambitions, some of the songs and production choices just fell flat. Moreover, there were a whole lot of bars about being married, which led to some alienation among fans. That said, Chance has thought long and hard about the failures of the album, and he is now looking to redeem himself.

However, he is taking a long time to do so. Overall, it is easy to see why he would want to take his time. After all, making great art takes its time. Additionally, you don’t want to fall into the same traps that you did on your previous project. Needless to say, it seems as though Chance The Rapper is gearing up for a huge comeback. He has been teasing music on social media, and for the most part, it sounds like a true return to form is imminent. This morning, he came through with his most beautiful snippet yet.

In the Instagram caption, Chance The Rapper explains how the song is called “Dead Beats,” although that is simply a working title. At this point, the song is not yet complete. However, we do come to find out how the song begins with some gorgeous vocal melodies. Meanwhile, Chance delivers some introspective lyrics that complement the music perfectly. It seems like Chance truly is back on this song. As he explains, Star Line Gallery should be dropping “eventually.”

Yeat is an artist that we have been reporting on a lot as of late. Overall, there is a very good reason for this. He is an artist that has been impressing a lot of people with his unique sound. Although he seemingly came out of nowhere, it would be a mistake to dismiss him. His flows are some of the cr*ziest we have seen in a very long time. Moreover, he is someone who picks incredible beats, predominantly from BNYX, who we absolutely love. Needless to say, Yeat is on the right track.

Just yesterday, we wrote about a couple of snippets that he shared with his fans. For the most part, the artist has been getting experimental as of late. However, his latest snippets were more in line with what we usually hear from him. Now though, it seems like he is about to collaborate with one of the biggest artists in the world. We are talking about none other than Travis Scott. He has been hard at work on UTOPIA, although he seems to also be working with Yeat.

For now, it remains to be seen what project this song will appear on. It could either be for Yeat’s upcoming project, or it could even be for UTOPIA. Tay-K Shares Snippet Of New Music With Fans

Tay-K has treated his fans to a clip of some new music earlier today. An ad released for new Rugr@ merch is soundtracked by some new Tay-K music. The rapper has been behind bars since 2019 when he was convicted in a murder trial. But thankfully for his fans he’s found a way to keep writing and recording new material. The rapper recently promised new music to his fans when he got to send them a message through a recently created Discord server.

Back in March, Tay-K sent his fans a letter through his Instagram account. In the letter he dove into his feelings on the various things that have happened to him in the past few years. He also hoped that his story had inspired other to live better lives. The letter referenced the ongoing #FreeTayK movement which has been pushing for his release for years. In a tweet following the letter’s release Tay-K thanked fans for their continued support and attempts to get him released. He also declared that much of the misinformation surrounding him would eventually be cleared up.

Tay-K’s hit song “The Race” has been certified platinum and hit the Top 50 of the Hot 100 since it was released. But the rapper’s legal issues go back to before the song achieved so much success. The day it was released he was already on the run from U.S. Marshals. He was ultimately found guilty in a murder trial that landed him a 55-year sentence behind bars.

Even if Tay-K were to get his current sentence re-evaluated, he’s still facing ongoing legal matters. He was indicted for a second murder charge back in 2019 of 23-year old Mark Anthony Saldivar. He’s currently still awaiting a trial for that charge which could significantly complicate his legal matters. Despite this, many fans have been vocal online pushing for his status to be re-evaluated. some claim that he had inadequate legal council while others say he was set up by those in his circle. Lil Baby Appears To Take Shots At Gunna In New Song

Yesterday, a clip of Lil Baby shooting a music video for a forthcoming song hit the internet. More than the video or the song itself most fans honed in on a particular lyric. “Some n*ggas taking pleas at trial I know that slime ain’t happy.” reads one of the bars he delivers in the snippet. As if there was any question as to who he was referencing “taking please” he is sure to add in the line “slime ain’t happy.” Slime references Young Thug who is still incarcerated after being denied bond repeatedly.

Dozens of rappers have taken issue with Gunna’s reported snitching in the months since the story first broke. Most recently Lil Durk took shots at the rapper on a podcast appearance saying “that man told.” But Lil Baby taking aim at Gunna is a particularly damning condemnation. The pair rose to stardom together behind their hit song “Drip Too Hard” from their collaborative album Drip Harder. They continued appearing on each other’s songs for years. Lil Baby makes an appearance on Gunna’s 2022 album DS4EVER on the track “25k jacket.”

Earlier this month, Gunna released the lead single from his new album “bread & butter.” On the song, he reiterates his love for Young Thug but also makes sure to aim back at those who’ve turned their backs on him. While he doesn’t mention anyone by name, fans quickly realized it was likely Lil Durk and Lil Baby he was talking about. That song served as the lead single for Gunna’s a Gift & a Curse album which dropped just last week. While the album doesn’t take many direct shots it does see Gunna often defending himself.

Back in May, Lil Baby released his first new single of 2023 “Go Hard.” It followed up his massive It’s Only Me album last year. The album had features from Young Thug, Future, Nardo Wick, and more. Lil Uzi Vert Shares Yet Another Snippet Ahead Of “The Pink Tape”

They’re just going to keep teasing us until it drops, but that doesn’t make the slew of snippets any less exciting. Moreover, Lil Uzi Vert has been on an absolute social media rampage as of late, sharing more information and snippets their upcoming and highly anticipated album, The Pink Tape. While previous teases were more within the Philly star’s established lane, this newest one shared via Instagram Live on Monday (June 19) is a bit different. Furthermore, it sounds like a more rage-inspired cut, not unlike collab tracks with Yeat like “Flawless,” “3G,” and “Big tonka.” Regardless, it still contains some of what makes Uzi such a beloved artist.

For one, there’s the strained and falsetto vocal delivery that they play with about halfway throughout the snippet. Lil Uzi Vert is known for often displaying unique vocals with fast, yet melodic flows. Even though this snippet is no different, what makes it stand out is its buzzy synths and compressed snares that give it a rage feel. Some fans might want Uzi to stick to their guns, but it’s always exciting to see artists at least try to catch up with newer sounds.

Of course, we doubt that the 27-year-old will have much difficulty riding a beat like that with ease by the time The Pink Tape drops. Regardless, in addition to these new snippets, Lil Uzi Vert gave us some details on the album. One of those is that they continued to hint at a possible feature from Playboi Carti, one of the most requested team-ups (or rather reunions) right now. “Not that many features but the features that everybody thinks I should have… basically, where I started at is where I’ma finish,” they expressed on Instagram Live.

Meanwhile, they said that the album is less than two weeks away, meaning that it should come out at least on June 30. They also confirmed that a Ken Carson-produced cut will make the tracklist. Kid Cudi Shares A Snippet Of New Music

While reaction to the snippet was a bit mixed online, fans are no doubt excited for what Kid Cudi is delivering on Insano. Earlier this month, Cudi dropped “PORSCHE TOPLESS” from the forthcoming record. The track also features production from BNYX. In fact, BNYX seems to have played a major role in Insano. Last month Cudi specifically highlighted the producers influence in a tweet thanking him for his contributions. “Oh man, CUD X BNYX VIBES FOR ALL, This album would be NOTHING with out u” Cudi’s tweet says.

Kid Cudi has never been one to just stick to music. He’ll be hoping to score an Emmy nomination for some of his TV work this year. Although he has been trying to appeal the ruling, nothing has worked out in his favor. However, some fans have still stood by him throughout all of this. In fact, a snippet from a song called “Hurts Me” has been blowing minds on TikTok. While there has been some backlash to this trend, fans have been mesmerized by the sound of the track. Overall, it is a song that could have been off “Alone At Prom,” which is an album that some believe to be his best.

Yesterday, Tory Lanez issued a message from prison. He thanked his fans for their support. Moreover, he revealed that “Hurts Me” with Yoko Gold would be dropping on streaming services. Of course, fans were extremely happy with this decision. At this point, the song has gotten a life of its own, and it only made sense for him to capitalize. Unfortunately, the song has already been taken off YouTube, Spotify, and various other platforms.
