STARZ has unleashed the high-octane trailer for the upcoming second season of Power Book IV: Force, along with captivating gallery images and key art, intensifying excitement for the highly anticipated drama. The series returns on Friday, September 1, at midnight ET on the STARZ app, all STARZ streaming and on-demand platforms, and internationally on LIONSGATE+’s premium streaming platform in the UK and Ireland. Linear viewers in the U.S. and Canada can catch the debut at 8 PM ET/PT on STARZ.

The season’s synopsis reads:

Nothing stands in Tommy Egan’s way this season as he makes his play at becoming the sole drug distributor in Chicago. Alliances form and competitors become targets as a turf war heats up and Tommy must race to stay one step ahead of everyone. Meanwhile, a federal task force is zeroed in on him and he has an eye on a special someone, forcing him to decide what he is willing to sacrifice to claim Chicago as his.    

Starring Joseph Sikora as “Tommy Egan,” the show’s cast features a powerhouse ensemble, including Lili Simmons, Shane Harper, Kris D. Lofton, Carmela Zumbado, and Tommy Flanagan.

“Power Book IV: Force” is the latest addition to the expansive “Power” Universe franchise, with Gary Lennon as showrunner and executive producer for the thrilling second season. STARZ gives fans an exciting Christmas in July gift, unveiling first-look photos from the much-anticipated second season of Power Book IV: Force. The action-packed series returns on Friday, Sept. 1, with midnight ET premieres on the STARZ app and all STARZ streaming and on-demand platforms. For viewers in the UK and Ireland, it will be available on the LIONSGATE+ premium streaming platform.

Season two promises more power and more problems as Tommy Egan, portrayed by Joseph Sikora, navigates a dangerous turf war and vies to become the sole drug distributor in Chicago. The sneak peek images also showcase other key characters, played by Isaac Keys, Kris D. Lofton, Manuel Eduardo Ramirez, Adrienne Walker, and Tommy Flanagan.

STARZ Sets Season Two Premiere Date for 'Power Book IV: Force'

The second season of Power Book IV: Force, which stars Joseph Sikora as fan favorite Tommy Egan, will debut on Friday, Sept. 1 at midnight ET on all STARZ streaming and on-demand platforms as well as internationally on the LIONSGATE+ premium streaming platform in Brazil, Spanish-speaking Latin America, the UK, and Ireland.

It will have its linear television debut in the US and Canada on STARZ at 8 PM ET/PT. In addition, the network unveiled a first-look image and a new teaser of Tommy, who is more motivated than ever to take on Chicago’s heroin trade or suffer the repercussions.

The forthcoming season’s summary reads:

After cutting ties in New York, Tommy Egan’s newfound family and ruthless drug game enticed him to stay in Chicago.  The explosive second season begins with Tommy on a mission to avenge the death of Lilliana, his former nemesis turned business partner.  With Diamond (Isaac Keys) and Jenard (Kris D. Lofton) at odds, the Flynn organization weakened, and a new connect on the scene, Tommy is more determined than ever to take over the Chicago drug world.
