Cardi B Proudly Makes Her Cheeks Clap In The Bathtub To “Point Me 2” Verse

Cardi B has come a long way from her humble beginnings, and since she’s carved a spot out for herself at the top of the rap game, it’s easy to forget exactly where she came from. Prior to becoming the performer we know and love today, the 30-year-old was working at strip clubs around New York City. She spent years perfecting her craft as a dancer and learning how to use her bodacious body to bring in the money she needed to make her vision come true.

While she’s now a married mother of two, that hasn’t stopped Cardi from reminding us that she’s still an expert at twerking. Whether during a performance or streaming on Instagram, the Hustlers actress is always ready to make fans (and her man) drool over her behind. She put on a show during Paris Fashion Week earlier this month, and now that her “Point Me 2” collab with FendiDa Rappa is out, Bardi’s booty-shaking bouts have only become more frequent.

Cardi B is Throwin’ Cat

On Saturday (July 8) afternoon, her feed lit up with a video that finds the Grammy Award winner throwing it back everywhere from in front of the Eiffel Tower to in her glamorous bathtub. “SHE PLAYIN WAP, SHE THROWIN’ CAT IN THE UBER BLACK !!!…… By the way that’s my bedroom 🖤,” Cardi wrote in the caption, quoting her own catchy bars. As expected, a portion of the comment section is shaming her for expressing herself sexually after having children. Thankfully, the Bardi Gang is showing plenty of support for their favourite female lyricist (and her cake).

Cardi B has obviously been twerking up a storm thanks to her latest remix’s success, but she’s not the only rap diva we’ve seen clapping their cheeks this weekend. The New Yorker’s “Put It On Da Floor Again” collaborator, Latto, went wild during a night out in support of her friend on IG. See for yourself at the link below, and check back later for more hip-hop/pop culture news updates.

It’s been over a year since Latto made a bang with her 777 record, and her fans are excited to hear what she has in store next. The Atlanta-based baddie began 2023 with a bang, working with producer Dr. Luke and singer LU KALA on the super catchy “Lottery,” and she later joined Mellow Buckzz on “Boom Pt. 2.” For her first solo effort in a minute, Latto gave us “Put It On Da Floor,” which resulted in some tension with Coi Leray but ultimately has brought her massive success.

In the weeks after sharing her contender for Song of the Summer, the blonde beauty tapped Cardi B to join her on the remix. They called it “Put It On Da Floor Again,” and it finds the mother of two providing arguably some of her best work in a minute. Hip-hop heads were unsure how Bardi would manage to top that verse. However, she’s impressed them this New Music Friday (July 7) with “Point Me 2,” a remix of FendiDa Rapper’s “Point Me To The Sl**s.”

As the new remix continues to gain traction online, Cardi can hardly keep up with all the support she’s getting. Latto is among those helping to promote the song, sharing a video of her shaking her booty for the camera while the 30-year-old’s latest arrival plays. Aside from that celebration, there’s also the $10K Chanel bag that Cardi got as a gift from her friend.

While the love between the “Put It On Da Floor Again” collaborators is at an all-time high, it seems another New York rap diva is far less pleased with the 777 artist’s latest looks. The latter has been sporting some looks that appear to take inspiration from Ice Spice’s wardrobe recently, causing subliminal messages to fly on YouTube. Both Cardi B and Nicki Minaj have been in their features bag so far this year. The latter previously helped Ice Spice soar to new heights on the “Princess Diana (Remix),” also lending a hand to Lil Uzi Vert and Young Thug on Pink Tape and BUSINESS IS BUSINESS respectively. As for the former, she and Latto gave us a top contender for Song of the Summer with “Put It On Da Floor Again.” To follow that, Bardi returned this New Music Friday (July 7) with “Point Me 2,” a remix of FendiDa Rapper’s “Point Me To The Sl**s.”

“Too many opps that I don’t know, bitch, who the f**k is this? Scared to face me by theyself, they start recruitin’ s**t,” the mother of two rhymes near the end of her lengthy verse. “I call them p**sy to their face, they don’t be doin’ s**t /And I’m ready with receipts, I be provin’ s**t.” Elsewhere, she comes through with more salacious bars like “Ain’t gon’ lie, her s**t is fat, hit it from the back / She playin’ ‘WAP,’ she throwin’ cat in that Uber Black.”

Cardi B Reminds Us She’s More Than Just a Pretty Face

As reactions to “Point Me 2” pour in across social media, Cardi has taken some time to react to her fans and critics. “I don’t care who writes it. Cardi B is hard AF,” one Twitter user declared earlier today. In response, the 30-year-old took a screenshot of her new single’s credits on Genius. “I WRITE IT… Come to a studio session!”

Aside from praising her bars, many “Point Me 2” listeners have also been complimenting Cardi B’s twerking in the accompanying visual. Seeing as she has a history of dominating in the strip club, it only makes sense she’s still an expert at booty bouncing, as her husband Offset can attest to. Check out the former Migos member’s reaction at the link below, and check back later for more hip-hop/pop culture news updates.

Just when hip-hop heads thought that Cardi B and Offset were heading for more marital trouble, the couple pops out acting more in love than ever. It’s been a wild few weeks for both rappers, with the former Migo reuniting with Quavo to put together a Takeoff tribute performance in less than 24 hours. Elsewhere, the mother of two has been fighting off cheating rumours and filming a music video for her latest collaborative effort – a remix of FendiDa Rapper’s “Point Me To The Sl**s.”

On New Music Friday (July 7), the joint effort finally dropped, marking yet another success for Cardi in 2023. She previously made waves with Latto on “Put It On Da Floor Again,” and “Point Me 2” is sure to be great competition for that. Now that the single and its accompanying visual are out, thousands of reactions are pouring in. Many of them are praising the New York native, not only for her lyrics but also for her twerking skills, which got plenty of attention from the camera.

Offset and Cardi B are Stronger Than Ever

“Mood,” Cardi wrote on Twitter while showing off a preview of the NSFW footage. It finds her wearing a pink, thong-cut bodysuit that’s obviously made its way all the way up her booty as she expertly shakes it along to the infectious beat. When Offset saw the clip, he couldn’t help but drool. “Digg in that 🐱,” the father of five wrote, potentially considering making himself a father of six. The salacious nature of the exchange isn’t exactly news in itself seeing as the rappers are known for over-sharing. Still, some remain suspicious about the allegations of the former stripper being unfaithful.

If you haven’t already (or you just want to thirst over Cardi B’s cheeks more, like Offset) you can find the “Point Me 2” music video at the link below. What’s your favourite collaboration that the rap diva has done so far this year? Let us know in the comments, and check back later for more hip-hop/pop culture news updates.

FendiDa Rappa And Cardi B Are Laying Down The Law On Their New ‘Point Me 2’ Remix

Cardi B is once again adding her magic touch to the hottest rap tracks. Over the course of the past few months, Cardi has given her magic touch to songs by Latto and GloRilla. Her latest magic in the form of “Point Me 2,” a remix of FendiDa Rappa’s viral hit, “Point Me To The Sluts.”

On the song, Fendi’s verse remains the same as the one on the original version, as she raps over a Jersey Club beat delivering raunchy rhymes.

“I can’t wait, I’m tryna fack, take me to the back / We hit a rat, where you at, we got Uchi sat / And all the guys in here ready, where the hoochies at?,” raps Fendi.

Cardi then pops in giving the track an additional spark, delivering bars that are nothing less than legendary.

“I’m ready with receipts, I be proving sh*t / I blow 50 racks at Target on some stupid sh*t / B*tches out here, so they must be losin’ it / I’m like a whole b*tch, I’ma go, I don’t care who it is” she raps on her verse.

You can listen to “Point Me 2” above.
