Doja Cat Reacts To Plastic Surgery Haters In Her Usual Fashion

By now, those who still follow Doja Cat on Twitter have become accustomed to the singer’s unusual online antics. She’s never shied away from sending out random, and sometimes unintelligible messages. More recently, she’s been sending out major announcements in her own special way. Already this month she’s had some pretty exciting news unveiled online, including a revelation of her breast augmentation, and the name of her upcoming fourth studio album.

When sharing the former with her fans, Doja tweeted, “Got my t*tties done and my cl*t bedazzled.” In another post, the Californian confirmed that she underwent another procedure at the same time. “Four days into recovery rn, feels ok. I got lipo so my thighs hurt a lot if I move too much. But I’m healing really fast,” she wrote, prompting more questions about the difference between BBLs and liposuction, among other topics, to come pouring in from followers.

Doja Cat’s Big Announcement

Aside from the curious inquiries, Doja is also facing some backlash for publicly speaking about her procedures, which could potentially influence others to follow in her footsteps. “Stop encouraging your young and impressionable fans to change their bodies,” one person wrote to the Planet Her hitmaker on Sunday (March 26). In response to this, she clapped back, “Eat my long quiet and warm farts.” Afterward, her timeline lit up with a “Haha c:,” though it remains unclear exactly what the recording artist was giggling at.

Elsewhere on her page, Doja Cat has been boasting about the new and improved appearance of her chest, tweeting, “Wish I could suck my own t*tties. That’s how good they look rn, God damn.” A curious follower wrote back, “How much longer do you have left to heal? Like, how long does that take?” To this, the 27-year-old confirmed she’ll likely be in recovery for a few more weeks, making it three months total since she initially went under the knife to make some changes to her appearance. Doja Cat Gets Boob Job, Lipo, “And [Her] Cl*t Bedazzled”

Near the end of February, after a string of unsurprisingly odd tweets, Doja Cat suddenly stopped posting on Twitter, leaving fans without her usual antics. This time last month, the Californian was posting about having someone come over to “f*ck [her] foot,” which left some threatening to unfollow her. On Monday (March 21), she returned to the platform, offering the world a few updates on what’s been happening in her life since we last heard from her. “Got my t*tties done and my cl*t bedazzled,” Doja wrote yesterday morning.

Since she uploaded the comedic tweet, the replies have filled with people attempting to match Doja’s energy, as well as obviously thirsty users begging to see what her new body looks like. “And your bootyhole shined,” someone in the former category wrote upon seeing the “Say So” singer’s post. “Pics or it didn’t happen,” another person, certainly in the latter group, responded to her big news.

Doja Cat Gives Twitter a Few Life Updates

In her usual fashion, Doja didn’t hold back on cracking a few jokes while answering questions from curious fans. “How are you feeling?” one person asked. “Four days into recovery rn,” she wrote back. “Feels ok. I got lipo so my thighs hurt a lot if I move too much, but I’m healing really fast.” Obviously, this was her most honest answer, but less than a minute later she described her pain level as “more Illuminati than Illuminati.”

Elsewhere in the Twitter Q&A, the Grammy Award-winner confirmed that the results of her breast augmentation have left her with a cup size of 32C, which she says is smaller than the one she wore before. Doja Cat also took the time to clear up some misconceptions unfolding in her replies, explaining the difference between lipo and fat transfer to those who were uneducated. While she’s still in recovery for now, it’s likely that we’ll only continue to see more neck-breaking thirst traps from DC in the coming months, and hopefully a follow-up to her Planet Her album as well. Blac Chyna Gives Update On Breast & Butt Reduction, Warns Fans Against Silicone Butt Shots

To begin her week yesterday (March 13), Blac Chyna got particularly vulnerable with her Instagram followers in a video upload. The mother of two explained that, as a result of the healing journey she’s on, she feels called to embrace a more natural lifestyle. To begin, she’s reducing both her breast implants and butt injections, and using her platform to educate others on the potential risks that come along with plastic surgery.

“A BBL is when they use your own fat,” the former OnlyFans star explained in Monday’s upload. “Ass shots is silicone. I just want all the ladies out there to know, do not get silicone shots. You can get sick, you can die, have complications, and all this other crazy stuff.” On Tuesday (March 14), Chyna returned with a two-part update on how her procedures went, as well as information straight from her trusted surgeon of ten years.

Blac Chyna is Making Changes

“I am a little bit concerned,” she admitted on her way to the doctor’s office earlier today. “Obviously I’m really concerned, honestly, because I really wanna know what he has to say about the silicone that was in my butt. I’m so curious to see now, how much he took out and what [were] the complications,” Chyna continued to vent. She then shared stories of others who have had negative reactions to plastic surgery, including having to have their gluteus maximus removed because of unforeseen issues.

While in the waiting room, the 34-year-old asked an employee at the clinic to explain the dangers of silicone injections, which he happily did. “When you inject silicone into your body, it starts to create scar tissue to protect [you]. The liquid becomes balls, like boba balls, so when you start sitting down, sometimes you get pain,” he told the camera. “As more scar tissue builds, you create what’s called a granuloma, and that’s bad for you because it can cause cancer.” Aside from that insightful explanation, Blac Chyna also recorded a lengthy conversation with her doctor who was forthright about the dangers of silicone injections. Hear what he had to say in the video below, and check back later for more pop culture news updates.

Blac Chyna’s Breast & Butt Reduction: Model Shares Experience With Fans

For those not born into fame and riches, like the infamous “nepo babies” of our time, coming into money after living a relatively normal life can result in some drastic decisions. Many opt to immediately alter their appearance, using their newfound income to transform any insecurities that may have held them back before. Some try out facial procedures like Botox and lip fillers, while others go the BBL route, moving unwanted fat from one area of their body and relocating it to other, more desirable regions. Blac Chyna is one such star who’s undergone cosmetic work in the past, though she’s now opening up about her recent decision to reduce both her breasts and butt.

The mother of two has always been open and honest about her history of going under the knife. In 2019, she spoke with Wendy Williams on her talk show about the subject, revealing, “I’ve had lip before. I’ve had my breasts done four times.” While most of those operations were to see an increase in Chyna’s bust size, one was actually a reduction after realizing she had gone too far. “I was like, ‘This is just too much,” she explained at the time.

The work on Chyna’s behind took place after she gave birth to her second child, Dream Kardashian. “I went and got something done. I got lipo because after I had Dream, it was like, out of control. So I had some of it taken out,” the reality star told Williams. In the time since then, it seems that Angela White has begun something of a healing journey, leading her to once again reduce the size of her breasts and butt.

On Monday (March 13), her Instagram feed lit up with a vulnerable video that finds her in a doctor’s office ahead of an appointment. “As y’all know, I’ve been changing my life and changing my ways,” Chyna told her followers in the clip. “So, one of the things I think is gonna take me to the next level is, obviously, taking some of these ass shots out,” she added before reminding the world that butt injections and a BBL are two very different things.

Journey to Healing

“A BBL is when they use your own fat,” Chyna noted. “Ass shots is silicone. I just want all the ladies out there to know, do not get silicone shots. You can get sick, you can die, have complications, and all this other crazy stuff.” While she herself hasn’t had any issues with her own injections, the 34-year-old doesn’t recommend them to others. “I got [mine] when I was 19 years old, but now I’m moving [up] in life, so I want this shit out of my ass so I can grow.”

In her caption, Blac Chyna wrote, “I want you all to be a part of my life-changing journey. I reduced my breast and gluteus maximus. ‘You all have the power to heal your life, and you need to know that.’” Elsewhere in the news, the socialite recently dished about her decision to delete her OnlyFans account. Read more about that here, and check back later for more pop culture news updates.

SZA’s BBL Sparks Serious Debate On Twitter

They certainly don’t owe fans every detail of their personal lives. Still, more and more celebrities are being candid about their decision to go under the knife. There’s been a major rise in procedures like Brazilian Butt Lifts and breast augmentations as of late. A few, in particular, are causing a stir on social media. On her SOS album, SZA previously confirmed that she had her body done. In the months since, the internet hasn’t held back on sharing their opinions.

Initially, the “Normal Girl” hitmaker’s accentuated figure earned her endless compliments. Many have pointed out that her curves look different from the standard BBL that most girls get. However, there are also those who think she may have taken things too far with the cosmetic work.

“Please don’t come for me but I don’t like SZA’s BBL,” one Twitter user recently wrote. “I think she [looked] wayyyy better before.” All across the app, others are markedly joining in on the conversation regarding the TDE artist’s body. “I wanna support y’all calling SZA bad but I can’t look past BBLs and plastic surgery,” another person chimed in.

Along with the tweets, some have been sharing throwback photos of the R&B vocalist before she came up and was able to afford her dream body. “We not UGLY, just BROKE,” one troll teased while posting an older image of SZA smiling and rocking her natural hair. In response to this, others have been calling out the haters for comparing the Missouri native’s old pictures to her new ones.

“Y’all envy her so much and get jealous whenever someone compliments her looks to the point where y’all dig up old photos to try to make it seem like [there] was a drastic change in her appearance,” one Twitter account holder ranted. “All she did was get a bomb ass makeup artist and started taking care of herself.”

Madonna Checks Critics, Calls Out “Ageism” After Grammys

Grammy weekend was a movie for Madonna, who always knows how to get people talking. The music icon is getting ready to embark on a worldwide tour, but it’s just light work for the 64-year-old singer. She stopped by the Grammys last weekend to reunite with a few of her famous friends—and to introduce one of the most controversial performances of the evening.

Sam Smith and Kim Petras delivered their smash hit “Unholy,” and Madonna prefaced their performance. However, audiences were more interested in Madonna’s appearance. Soon, social media was taken over with comments about her face and conversations about cosmetic surgery.

Following the chatter, Madonna returned to Instagram to show off her Grammy celebrations. She was joined by several celebrities, including Ab-Soul. In the caption to her post, she addressed the “ageism” she’s experienced. She called it an “honor” to introduce Smith and Petras while calling out her critics.

“Instead of focusing on what I said in my speech which was about giving thanks for the fearlessness of artists like Sam and Kim,” Madonna began. “Many people chose to only talk about Close-up photos of me.” She added, “Taken with a long lens camera By a press photographer that Would distort anyone’s face!! Once again I am caught in the glare of ageism and misogyny That permeates the world we live in. A world that refuses to celebrate women past the age of 45. And feels the need to punish her If she continues to be strong willed, hard-working and adventurous.”

She continued: “I have never apologized for any of the creative choices I have made nor the way that I look or dress and I’m not going to start. I have been degraded by the media since the beginning of my career but I understand that this is all a test and I am happy to do the trailblazing so that all the women behind me can have an easier time in the years to come.

Madonna then quoted Beyoncé: “You-won’t break my soul” and “Bow down b*tches!” Check out her post in its entirety above.

Cosmetic Surgery Trends & Predictions for 2023

Cosmetic OB Article RWK

Aesthetic medicine saw over 30 million surgical and non-surgical procedures carried out in 2021, a jump of 19.3% from the previous year. A telltale sign of the trending global surge in body modification.

Between 2017 and 2021, the total number of surgical procedures rose by over 33% and non-surgical procedures grew by more than 54% simultaneously, reported the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS). Their annual survey further suggests that the cosmetic surgery industry has both recovered from a two year Covid-induced lull and stretched far beyond pre-pandemic levels.

ISAPS represents over 5,600 doctors in 117 countries. The latest survey findings are based around data collected from over 1,000 cosmetic surgeons. The report exclusively included procedures carried out by certified physicians.

Previously, breast augmentations were the most common cosmetic surgery. In fact, in the last four years, 2017 to 2021, the number of breast augmentations increased marginally, by 0.5%. However, the ISAPS’ report editor, Dr. Gianluca Campiglio, identified a relative decline when compared to other procedures. He linked this trend to concern over BIA-ALCL, a form of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma– a cancer of the immune system.

Visual Portfolio, Posts & Image Gallery for WordPress

Campiglio also works as a plastic surgeon based in Italy and further noticed a steep incline in the amount of patients seeking to remove their breast implants despite the procedures’ 50% global increase in the past four years.

“The lower increase in breast augmentation, and related increase in implant removals … reflects our experience following publication of reports on BIA-ALCL in the preceding year,” said Campiliogio in a press release.

On the flip side, liposuction has seen wider growth with more that 1.9 million global liposuction procedures being carried out–  a jump of almost 25% from the preceding year. Other popular procedures that saw an increase are rhinoplasty and abdominoplasty (informally known as  nose jobs and tummy tucks), eyelid surgery, thigh lifts (up 53% from 2020), and overall use of hyaluronic acid as facial filler.

The ISAPS reported that an estimated 396,105 people had buttock augmentation surgery in 2020.

Reflecting a 19.3% increase from 2016 that sparked stricter safety regulations for the survey. A figure incontestably related to the rising social shifts that deem curvaceous bosoms the most desired body shape. While many believe the trend is actually a fad, or at least diminishing in popularity, numbers show it has been one of the fastest growing.

While many patients travel overseas for cheaper cosmetic surgery costs– most commonly to Turkey, Colombia, Mexico and Thailand– The USA has the most cosmetic surgeons in the world. The nearly 7,000 surgeons in the field accounted for almost a quarter of the procedures carried out worldwide.

Cardi B Fired Back At Plastic Surgery Haters: ‘I Like Being Perfect’

Cardi B looks different now than she did years ago, and that’s thanks in part to plastic surgery. Cardi doesn’t shy away from discussing the work she’s had done, and the topic came up again on the recent debut episode of The Jason Lee Show. During the chat, she shared her thoughts about critics who say she and others go under the knife because they’re “insecure.”

Explaining why she’s been relatively absent from the public eye after having her latest baby, Cardi said, “I didn’t wanna pop out after I had my son, because I told you I wanted to get my body done first. And it’s like… a lot of people thought that when I gave birth, I automatically went to do surgery. No: I literally waited like seven months to do surgery, because you have to.”

Then she was asked about the recent work she’s had done and she replied:

“I always wanted to do certain things. You know, like, a lot of people… and that’s the thing, the tricky thing about a lot of people, right? People be assuming that when you do surgery or something, you’re insecure about yourself or you hate yourself, and that’s just not the truth. I just be feeling like, if I wanna correct something, I want to do a little something-something, I don’t give a f*ck: I’m gonna do it. I like being perfect, I like a certain type of body for myself, and if I want to do it, I do it.”

Lee also brought up a time he and Cardi were at Kris Jenner’s house and Kim Kardashian gave Cardi some plastic surgeon recommendations. Cardi noted that she did call a couple of those doctors.

Check out the full interview above. The plastic surgery talk begins at 2:55 into the video.

Queen Naija Regrets “Adding Fat To Her Butt,” Says She’s Scared Of A Reduction

Whether they admit it or not, when many people come into money, one of the first things they do is make cosmetic alterations to their appearance. From buccal fat removal to BBLs, the changes one can make are endless – though not all of them end up being worthwhile. In Queen Naija’s case, she went under the knife to fix a few insecurities and came out of the procedure with even more.

Recently, the R&B songstress was asked about her regrets. After a long pause, she admits, “I’m scared to say this” before hesitating again. Finally, she reveals that having fat added to her butt is one thing she wouldn’t do again.

“You wish you never did it?” a male voice in the video asks Naija. “Like not as much,” the 27-year-old explains. “I didn’t think it was gonna do that much, should’ve just gotten like the tummy tuck and some shots.”

In the comment section, several users were quick to point out the recurring narrative that BBLs are going out of style. Additionally, other mentioned that if it bothers her significantly, she can always get a removal down the road. However, according to the vocalist, the thought of another surgery is enough for her to live with her regrets.

“I hated my hip dips and c-section belly,” she wrote in the comments of @theneighborhoodtalk’s post. “Now I dislike how all my weight gain goes to my booty and hips. Either way, I disliked something.”

She went on, “Can’t be perfect y’all [shrug emoji]. I would get it reduced but the risk of getting put to sleep again is scary.”

Naija’s confession earned plenty of supportive responses, with many users telling her that regular workouts should help solve her problem.
