Joe Budden is someone who is largely known as a hater on the internet. However, he is also a huge fan of certain artists. Overall, one artist he has always supported is none other than Nicki Minaj. While the two have certainly butted heads over the years, Joe always finds himself supporting her when he can. Ultimately, one of the best ways to support an artist is by going to their shows. Luckily for Budden, Nicki has been on tour as a way to support her latest project, Pink Friday 2. In fact, last night she was in Brooklyn at the Barclays Center.

In the video clip down below, you can see that Joe Budden was at the show, sitting fairly close to the front. Someone was able to capture a video of the podcast host, who seemed to be pretty early to the show. Clearly, he wanted to make sure he got in his seat before things got too hectic. Of course, it should come as no surprise that Nicki was able to sell out this show. She even has two more outings at the Barclays Center, and fans are expected to come out in droves.

Nicki Minaj is currently supporting her first new album in 5 years on the massive Pink Friday 2 tour. The American leg has featured a ton of surprise guest stars making nightly news. That was also the vase when she stopped in D.C. over the weekend. While there she was joined on stage by none other than 50 Cent. The pair received praise from fans in person for the moments they delivered, but afterward some fans at home took another look and had different things to say.

As videos made the round online of the two on stage and 50 himself even shared his outfit to Instagram, some haters emerged. 50 Cent Catching Some Heat From Fans Over His Fit

50 Cent will get another shot to show off his on stage drip when he performs at Dreamville Festival later this week. The two day festival recently made some last minute adjustments to the previously announced lineup. That included dropping Chris Brown, who had to pull out of the festival for currently unknown reasons and replacing him with 50.

50 is also dealing with added pressure from a lawsuit filed in 2021 surrounding his Starz tv show Power. The lawsuit recently received a new motion that’s attempting to prevent both 50 and Starz from promoting the new upcoming Origins spinoff series of the show. Joe Budden Turns Down Nicki Minaj’s Offer To Perform On “Pink Friday 2” Tour: “I Ain’t Hype No More!”

Joe Budden says that he’s not going to accept Nicki Minaj’s invite to perform with her on the Pink Friday 2 World Tour and that he’s no longer in shape to do so. He discussed Nicki reaching out to him on a recent episode of his self-titled podcast. She apparently wanted him to perform “Pump It Up” as a special guest at her concert in his home state of New Jersey.

“I thought about it,” Budden admitted. When asked why he ended up saying no, he explained: “It ain’t the words; it’s my body. I gotta go out there and act hype, I ain’t hype no more! I didn’t let Jersey down.” When the clip made its way to Instagram, fans called on Budden to accept the offer. “Joe you be hype AF on that couch. Put the couch on the stage and go do it,” one user wrote. Another added: “I wish he had done it.”

Budden wouldn’t have been the first special guest Nicki has welcomed to the stage during her tour. She recently brought out hometown legend 50 Cent when she traveled to New York City’s Madison Square Garden. They performed their Pink Friday 2 collaboration “Beep Beep,” as well as 50’s classic hit, “Candy Shop.” 50 also seemingly trolled Diddy during the performance, telling the audience he loves them even if they are sex workers. Sharing that moment on Instagram afterward, he added in the caption: “I love you, you and you even if your a little sex workers, love ya it’s all love. The Barbz are out holding it down!”

They made the tour her highest selling series of shows ever before it even got underway and the shows have made nightly news ever since. Nicki Minaj has been on her tour for Pink Friday 2 since the beginning of March and it has been going well for her. Sure, there have been some backstage issues too. But when it comes down to it, there a lot of moving parts and things are bound to not go as planned. The queen of rap is currently about 1/3 of the way through of her set of dates, taking a little Northeast trip over these last few days. Just yesterday (March 30), the hitmaker was back in her hometown of New York City and she had a little friend with her to tag along. According to HipHopDX, Nicki Minaj brought her three-year-old son, “Papa Bear,” to watch her rock the stage.

It is easily one of the cutest moments in hip-hop this year. Presumably, one of Nicki’s family members took a video of “Papa Bear” dancing along to his mama bear performing. He shakes his arms vigorously, but in an adorable way while watching Nicki from a suite. While the rapper does talk about “Papa” quite often, not too much is known still.

Nicki Minaj continues to impress fans with her tour in support of her latest album, Pink Friday 2. Of course, when the “FTCU” performer graced the stage at Madison Square Garden in her hometown of NYC this weekend, she didn’t do it alone. She invited 50 Cent to perform some of his own hits, and even joined him for their collab, “Beep Beep.”

Fif took to social media to share some clips from the evening and was sure to shade a couple of his latest trolling targets in his caption. “Gag city vibes, no P Diddy,” he wrote. “Yo I’m not gonna front Nicki got all the b*tches! I looked in the crowd and was like damn baby what you doing? Then threw my jacket at these little sex workers. LOL.”

50 Cent Performs With Nicki Minaj In NYC

His “sex worker” remark is a jab at the mother of his son Sire, Daphne Joy. Recently, it was discovered that Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones named her in his lawsuit against Diddy, accusing her of accepting monthly payments from the mogul in exchange for sex work. 50 Cent has since sounded off about the allegations and is now seeking sole custody of their 12-year-old. Joy later took to social media to slam both Lil Rod and 50 Cent, denying ever being a sex worker and accusing her ex of sexual assault and abuse. He’s since called her accusations “false and baseless.”

During the show, Fif continued to diss Joy onstage with another “sex worker” comment, leaving fans split. While some were into his performance, others felt as though they could have done without the shade. Either way, it doesn’t look like he plans on stopping anytime soon.

Any jitters Nicki Minaj might’ve been experiencing before her Pink Friday 2 Tour are long gone by now as she continues to impress us with her powerhouse stage presence. On Thursday (March 28), the mother of one made a stop in Newark, New Jersey, where she had a few surprises in store for patrons of the show. As HipHopDX reports, East Coast drill icon Fivio Foreign markedly came out to spit his bars on their 2022 collab, “We Go Up,” which had the crowd going crazy.

Elsewhere, Minaj shared the stage with Jadakiss, someone who the Trinidadian credits with being an inspiration to her. Footage from the 48-year-old’s stint shows a relatively calm crowd watching him. As some social media users are pointing out, this could be because the “Anaconda” artist draws in a younger crowd of listeners than the oldheads who typically bump Jada and others of his time. Nevertheless, Minaj was grateful to the former Bad Boy artist for coming out to support her.

The live shows have been a tribute to absolutely all things Nicki. She’s unpacked one classic song after another at various stops on the tour and been joined by numerous guests along the way. But at a stop over the weekend, she had an unplanned slip-up during one of her shows.

While in Orlando, Nicki was using some downtime in the show to talk to members of the audience. But during that process, she realized that her outfit wasn’t entirely covering one of her breasts. Her reaction to first finding out and the reply she delivered to her fans were both captured on video. “Meanwhile my boob is out and no one f*cking told me. Thanks, Barbz. My whole boob was out. Nicki Minaj sent her fans wild as she briefly borrowed a fan’s pink cowboy hat during her recent concert in Orlando. Minaj could be seen asking for the hat before wearing it for a number of songs. Of course, the Pink Friday 2 tour has been full of wild moments. Last week, Minaj’s Rolling Loud set was derailed slightly as several brawls broke out amongst the audience. However, this was then quickly conflated with an unsubstantiated report that the fight was a result of Barbz jumping Cardi B fans, known colloquially as the Bardigang. Despite this, there are no reports to confirm that this actually the case.

K-Pop Star Performs Nicki Minaj Perfectly During Interview

Elsewhere, K-Pop star Giselle surprised fans during a recent interview when she broke out a perfect rendition of Nicki Minaj’s “Barbie World”. The only things that Giselle misses are the vocal tags of Ice Spice, who featured on the song. Safe to say that Giselle’s fans were absolutely gagging over the performance. Other videos from the same interview set showed K-Pop star Marc performing SZA.

However, it’s not the first K-Pop link for Nicki and Spice. A fan mashup of Spice and K-Pop group XG recently went viral on social media. The video was originally posted to YouTube in February 2023 and presents a fairly flawless mashup of “In Ha Mood” and “Shooting Star”. However, the video is gaining new traction thanks to Daniel Takedea, whose project direction work with Rolling Stone, GQ, Vogue, and more landed him on the Forbes 30 Under 30 list. “Wait, this XG x Ice Spice remix is ​​amazing!!” Takedea wrote in Japanese on X, formerly Twitter. The video also incorporates Spice’s “Bikini Bottom” as part of its visuals.

Nicki Minaj Joined By 2 Chainz & Waka Flocka Flame During Pink Friday 2 Atlanta Show

Earlier this year Nicki Minaj took off on what’s already her highest selling tour to date. The Pink Friday 2 tour comes on the back of the album of the same name which dropped late last year. She’s already played a number of sold-out tour stops in cities like Phoenix, Seattle, and Denver. She also brought the tour’s elaborate theatrics to her headlining slot at Rolling Loud Los Angeles last weekend. But during her second show of the tour in Atlanta overnight, she brought some very special guests along with her.

After her first show in Atlanta sold out quickly, Nicki added a second show in one of rap’s predominant cities. According to the venue, State Farm Arena, the second show was also a sold out affair. For the second show, Nicki was joined by some guests who also mean quite a bit to the city. First came 2 Chainz, who joined Nicki on stage for a performance of their beloved collaboration “Beez In The Trap.” Later in the show Waka Flocka Flame took the stage. Nicki Minaj And 2 Chainz Perform In Atlanta

Earlier this week, Nicki Minaj had to cancel the New Orleans stop on her tour at the last minute. She was reportedly advised by a doctor not to perform due to illness, advice that she was probably right to take. But it rubbed fans the wrong way when the announcement of the shows cancelation came at 5pm on the same day it was scheduled to take place. She promised that there would be a replacement show, though an official date hasn’t been confirmed yet.
