Nicki Minaj has been on her tour for Pink Friday 2 since the beginning of March and it has been going well for her. Sure, there have been some backstage issues too. But when it comes down to it, there a lot of moving parts and things are bound to not go as planned. The queen of rap is currently about 1/3 of the way through of her set of dates, taking a little Northeast trip over these last few days. Just yesterday (March 30), the hitmaker was back in her hometown of New York City and she had a little friend with her to tag along. According to HipHopDX, Nicki Minaj brought her three-year-old son, “Papa Bear,” to watch her rock the stage.

It is easily one of the cutest moments in hip-hop this year. Presumably, one of Nicki’s family members took a video of “Papa Bear” dancing along to his mama bear performing. He shakes his arms vigorously, but in an adorable way while watching Nicki from a suite. While the rapper does talk about “Papa” quite often, not too much is known still.

Nicki Minaj continues to impress fans with her tour in support of her latest album, Pink Friday 2. Of course, when the “FTCU” performer graced the stage at Madison Square Garden in her hometown of NYC this weekend, she didn’t do it alone. She invited 50 Cent to perform some of his own hits, and even joined him for their collab, “Beep Beep.”

Fif took to social media to share some clips from the evening and was sure to shade a couple of his latest trolling targets in his caption. “Gag city vibes, no P Diddy,” he wrote. “Yo I’m not gonna front Nicki got all the b*tches! I looked in the crowd and was like damn baby what you doing? Then threw my jacket at these little sex workers. LOL.”

50 Cent Performs With Nicki Minaj In NYC

His “sex worker” remark is a jab at the mother of his son Sire, Daphne Joy. Recently, it was discovered that Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones named her in his lawsuit against Diddy, accusing her of accepting monthly payments from the mogul in exchange for sex work. 50 Cent has since sounded off about the allegations and is now seeking sole custody of their 12-year-old. Joy later took to social media to slam both Lil Rod and 50 Cent, denying ever being a sex worker and accusing her ex of sexual assault and abuse. He’s since called her accusations “false and baseless.”

During the show, Fif continued to diss Joy onstage with another “sex worker” comment, leaving fans split. While some were into his performance, others felt as though they could have done without the shade. Either way, it doesn’t look like he plans on stopping anytime soon.

Any jitters Nicki Minaj might’ve been experiencing before her Pink Friday 2 Tour are long gone by now as she continues to impress us with her powerhouse stage presence. On Thursday (March 28), the mother of one made a stop in Newark, New Jersey, where she had a few surprises in store for patrons of the show. As HipHopDX reports, East Coast drill icon Fivio Foreign markedly came out to spit his bars on their 2022 collab, “We Go Up,” which had the crowd going crazy.

Elsewhere, Minaj shared the stage with Jadakiss, someone who the Trinidadian credits with being an inspiration to her. Footage from the 48-year-old’s stint shows a relatively calm crowd watching him. As some social media users are pointing out, this could be because the “Anaconda” artist draws in a younger crowd of listeners than the oldheads who typically bump Jada and others of his time. Nevertheless, Minaj was grateful to the former Bad Boy artist for coming out to support her.

One of the biggest tours of the year is still chugging along. Nicki Minaj is in the process of a massive undertaking of performances in support of her new album Pink Friday 2. The live shows have been a tribute to absolutely all things Nicki. She’s unpacked one classic song after another at various stops on the tour and been joined by numerous guests along the way. But at a stop over the weekend, she had an unplanned slip-up during one of her shows.

While in Orlando, Nicki was using some downtime in the show to talk to members of the audience. But during that process, she realized that her outfit wasn’t entirely covering one of her breasts. Her reaction to first finding out and the reply she delivered to her fans were both captured on video. “Meanwhile my boob is out and no one f*cking told me. Thanks, Barbz. My whole boob was out. K-Pop Star Performs Nicki Minaj Perfectly During Interview

Elsewhere, K-Pop star Giselle surprised fans during a recent interview when she broke out a perfect rendition of Nicki Minaj’s “Barbie World”. The only things that Giselle misses are the vocal tags of Ice Spice, who featured on the song. Safe to say that Giselle’s fans were absolutely gagging over the performance. Other videos from the same interview set showed K-Pop star Marc performing SZA.

However, it’s not the first K-Pop link for Nicki and Spice. A fan mashup of Spice and K-Pop group XG recently went viral on social media. The video was originally posted to YouTube in February 2023 and presents a fairly flawless mashup of “In Ha Mood” and “Shooting Star”. However, the video is gaining new traction thanks to Daniel Takedea, whose project direction work with Rolling Stone, GQ, Vogue, and more landed him on the Forbes 30 Under 30 list. “Wait, this XG x Ice Spice remix is ​​amazing!!” Takedea wrote in Japanese on X, formerly Twitter. The video also incorporates Spice’s “Bikini Bottom” as part of its visuals.

Earlier this year Nicki Minaj took off on what’s already her highest selling tour to date. The Pink Friday 2 tour comes on the back of the album of the same name which dropped late last year. She’s already played a number of sold-out tour stops in cities like Phoenix, Seattle, and Denver. She also brought the tour’s elaborate theatrics to her headlining slot at Rolling Loud Los Angeles last weekend. But during her second show of the tour in Atlanta overnight, she brought some very special guests along with her.

After her first show in Atlanta sold out quickly, Nicki added a second show in one of rap’s predominant cities. According to the venue, State Farm Arena, the second show was also a sold out affair. For the second show, Nicki was joined by some guests who also mean quite a bit to the city. First came 2 Chainz, who joined Nicki on stage for a performance of their beloved collaboration “Beez In The Trap.” Later in the show Waka Flocka Flame took the stage. Nicki Minaj fans are furious after the rapper canceled her concert in New Orleans on Monday night due to illness. While the excuse is fair, many attendees were displeased they only received a few hours notice. The Smoothie King Center’s official Instagram page made the announcement around 5:00 PM on the night of the concert.

“Due to doctor’s orders, Nicki Minaj must reschedule her NOLA show tonight,” the statement reads. “As Nicki is still sick, our team does not want to run the risk of getting others sick, and Nicki would not be able to give NOLA the show they deserve. We are working diligently to find a new date, so please hold onto your tickets, and we will inform you all soon.”

If you were all dolled up and ready for Gag City to breeze through the Big Easy, you’re out of luck.

Tonight (March 18), Nicki Minaj fans based in the greater New Orleans area had their hearts set on seeing her live. However, a post shared on the Smoothie King Center’s official Instagram page revealed that her Pink Friday 2 World Tour stop for this evening had been postponed allegedly due to an undisclosed medical issue.

“Due to doctor’s orders, Nicki Minaj must reschedule her NOLA show tonight,” read the note. “As Nicki is still sick, our team does not want to run the risk of getting others sick, and Nicki would not be able to give NOLA the show they deserve. We are working diligently to find a new date, so please hold onto your tickets, and we will inform you all soon.”

With just hours to spare before the performance was scheduled to kick off, ticketholders were not thrilled. In fact, they’ve begun airing their grievances in the post’s comment section.
