Drake Filmed Himself On Fan’s Phone At Lollapalooza Argentina

Drake’s Lollapalooza Argentina set wowed thousands yet also disappointed many, although one lucky fan got a great video on their phone after Drake picked it up. Moreover, Drizzy filmed himself performing “Way 2 Sexy” on stage, as if he was taking a selfie video for the Gram. Instead, he left it as a gift to the phone’s owner, who obviously shared the flex on social media. Also, he graced fans with a treat by letting them sing Argentina’s unofficial World Cup song, which became their triumph song after their victory. However, other surprises the Canadian superstar had in store were less than pleasing.

According to fan testimonies and various Latin American outlets, Drake’s performance underdelivered on a few promises. First, many recounted that he showed up late to his set, resulting in about fifteen minutes of dead air. In addition, he reportedly did not allow his performance to be live-streamed, which is uncommon for the festival. Finally, fans expressed disappointment in his 40-minute set length, given that headliners usually perform for about an hour and a half or so.

Drake Gives A Fan’s Phone A Close-Up Show At Lollapalooza Argentina

Still, many of these complaints and logistical issues currently hold no blame, although reports indicate that Drake blocked the livestream just minutes before appearing on stage. Furthermore, Lollapalooza said that they had a previous agreement to stream the show normally, and that they “lament the artist’s decision.” Said message appeared on the livestream during Drake’s performance, answering fan questions as to why no such footage appeared. However, Drake’s upcoming tour with 21 Savage will hopefully not bring about those issues.

Despite more shows on the way, Argentine fans might not even be able to afford the show if they’re in North America for the tour to make up for this performance. Moreover, many fans took to social media to show their outrage over insanely high ticket prices. Considering the 36-year-old’s massive audience and appeal, such raucous demand probably warrants a steep price. With all that in mind, the rapper and singer hasn’t addressed these issues yet, so fans don’t know who’s really responsible for those circumstances. Regardless, come back to HNHH to stay updated on the latest news and developments concerning Drake.

Travis Scott Faces Potential Lawsuit After Throwing Fan’s Phone

Travis Scott was out of control in New York City this week. We previously reported that the “SICKO MODE” rapper faces potential charges following an alleged altercation with a sound engineer earlier this week. The man, who identified as only Mark, said the rapper punched him in the face, leaving him hospitalized. Though he didn’t confirm whether or not he would press charges, Scott’s team reportedly arranged for his return to NYC next week to speak to detectives.

The rapper allegedly fled the club to take a private jet to California after things went sour during the show. Mark said that the rapper attacked him after asking to turn the volume down since a distorted sound came out of the speakers. However, the rapper allegedly lost his cool and assaulted the engineer before destroying $12K worth of equipment in the venue. However, it wasn’t just equipment that he destructed during his alleged rampage at Nebula in Manhattan.

Travis Scott Faces Potential Lawsuit

Mark wasn’t the only victim who faced Scott’s wrath in New York City. Moments before the alleged attack, Travis apparently got into it with a fan who tried to film him behind the DJ booth. A new video emerged showing the individual getting a close-up of Scott who looks up and proceeds to reach for the phone. The video gets blurry afterward but the phone owner told TMZ that the rapper tossed the phone, which hit his head and cracked the screen.

This is turning out to be another avoidable headache for Scott following the alleged assault on the sound guy. Unlike Mark, the phone owner said that he lawyered up with plans to file criminal charges and a civil lawsuit. The individual said that the owners of Nebula tried to offer his table free liquor for the incident but he ultimately refused. It seems as though Scott might end uphaving to answer for this upon his return to New York City following his headlining performance at Rolling Loud California this weekend. We’ll keep you posted on any more updates surrounding the situation. You could watch the footage of Scott’s phone toss above.

Besides the crowds and almost-robbery, Meek had a ball in Ghana. As the Internet does, fans were quick to identify a woman who Meek was filmed riding an ATV with. Still, amid fans and admirers, it seemed the streets were all for it. When his phone was stolen, even Ghana musicians like dancehall artist Shatta Wale called for action.

“Streetz, if you know you have Meek Mill’s phone, please return if that’s true,” he tweeted. “You can’t do that to a real hustler. By [tomorrow] morning, return a.m. Meek inspires all of us on the street a lot.”
