For decades, Caitlyn Jenner was in close proximity to the Kardashian empire. However, she eventually got divorced from Kris Jenner amid her transition. Now, she is mostly just a media personality that gets on people’s nerves. She has made some bigoted comments, and for the most part, she is not well-liked, especially given her vehicular manslaughter case. That said, Jenner still delivers her opinion on things, for better or for worse. Consequently, it shouldn’t be surprising that she had an opinion on the death of OJ Simpson.

Overall, the death of OJ was easily the biggest story of the morning. However, as you can imagine, most of the reactions have been people celebrating his passing. He was an individual that was not well-liked, for obvious reasons. That said, Jenner took to Twitter and simply wrote “good riddance.” It was a tweet that one could describe as distasteful. Many agreed with such an evaluation, and let their thoughts be known. In fact, many are seeing Jenner as a hypocrite in this situation.

OJ Simpson Passes Away At 76

OJ Simpson was an incredibly controversial figure. Of course, this was due to the double-murder case he found himself involved in back in the 90s. Overall, he beat the case. However, many presumed that he was guilty, regardless. He eventually served prison time for another incident throughout the late 2000s and early 2010s but was eventually released. Since that time, he had been spending his time on Twitter, talking about things like fantasy football and politics. On Wednesday, he died at the age of 76.

Simpson had been diagnosed with prostate cancer a few months ago and was undergoing chemotherapy. However, he succumbed to the illness. In a statement on his Twitter account, it was revealed by the family that they were all around him when he passed. This statement was shared just moments ago. At the time of writing this, there are few details about how his disease progressed, or when things took a turn for the worse. For months, Simpson had mostly been keeping his battle private.

Cam’ron Does Hilarious OJ Simpson Impression While Dressed As Him For Halloween

Cam’ron and Mase have been experiencing a whirlwind of success thanks to their new show, It Is What It Is. The show has been active for months at this point, and it has proven to be a massive success. Although some people have criticized them for their lack of statistical analysis, others prefer it that way. Overall, they approach it from a fan perspective. Furthermore, they are completely independent which means they do not have to censor themselves. Instead, they can do as they please.

For instance, they have been able to get away with having OJ Simpson on the show, every single Monday. OJ is a very controversial figure and for good reason. However, Cam and Mase have welcomed him onto the show with open arms. He is a mainstay whenever they discuss football, and that won’t change anytime soon. The guys are grateful for OG, and it seems like Cam decided to pay it forward by going as the former NFL star for Halloween.

Cam’ron Reveals His Costume

In the clip above, you can see that Cam does a very good impersonation of Simpson. Furthermore, he had on a vintage Buffalo Bills jersey and even had a vintage helmet. As Cam’ron explains in the clip, the jersey was gifted to him by OJ himself. Even the helmet was a gift and it is all authentic retro gear. So much so that the Bills logo was peeling off of the side of the helmet. It made for a pretty cool costume, and the It Is What It Is fans thought it was pretty cool, as well.

OJ Simpson Trolls Cam’ron For USC’s Win Over Colorado

OJ Simpson poked fun at Cam’ron in a video posted to social media on Saturday, bringing up his fandom for the Colorado Buffaloes as his USC Trojans beat the team. The Dipset rapper replied on Instagram later in the day.

“Uh, Cam’ron buddy, you okay?” the former Heisman Trophy winner asked. “Are you alright, man? I’m a little worried about you right now. Man, don’t take it too hard, okay? Come on, it’ll be alright. It’s gonna be alright buddy. Take care.” Cam shared the clip on Instagram and added: “OJ trolling me on tx? [face palm emoji & crying laughing emojis] it ain’t over yet juice!! Lol.”

Cam’ron previously traveled to Colorado to meet new head coach Deion Sanders and the rest of the team. During an episode of his sports talk show, It Is What It Is, on September 11. Cam’ron reflected on the trip. “Shoutout to Coach Prime, he laid the pink carpet out for me. Went down to Boulder, it was cr*zy. First of all, we on the field, we in the suite, chicken and waffles, steak, champagne — whatever we wanted… Really appreciate that,” he said at the time. “Then the pre-game speech the n***a went cr*zy. OJ Simpson Makes 9/11 Joke While Discussing Aaron Rodgers Injury On “It Is What It Is”

OJ Simpson has found himself a bit of hot water following comments he made on It Is What It Is. While discussing Aaron Rodgers’ season-ending injury and its impact on the Jets, Simpson made a reference to 9/11. “9/11 is just a bad date for New York,” Simpson said amid laughs from the show hosts. However, the joke did not go over well on social media. Many people called it insensitive and in bad taste.

However, it’s just the latest in a series of 9/11 mishaps this week. On 9/11 itself, the NYPD put out a memorial tweet. However, the wording made it sound like there was an active terror attack occurring in New York. Meanwhile, sportsbook Draft Kings was forced to apologize after advertising a “Never Forget” promotional parlay. The parlay was based on the three New York teams playing on 9/11 winning their respective games. Additionally, allegations that Rodgers himself is a 9/11 truther added a layer of irony to his injury.

Jets Not Asking Brady To Play QB

Despite Rodgers’ injury, there is one man the Jets will not be reaching out to. Tom Brady’s name had been floated as an outside-the-box addition after Aaron Rodgers was ruled for the season after just four snaps. However, per The Athletic, Brady is not one of the people that the Jets will be reaching out to this week. However, it’s likely that Brady was never more than a name that writers were using to pad their articles. The GOAT has made it very clear over the past few months that his second retirement was going to be permanent. Furthermore, Brady now partially owns the Raiders. It’s hard to see him being allowed to suit up for another team in the league.

O.J. Simpson Slams Judge For Henry Ruggs’ Light Sentence

Former NFL wideout Henry Ruggs III was sentenced to 10 years in prison with parole eligibility after three years on August 9. The sentence came in relation to a 2020 car crash in which Ruggs III struck the vehicle of Tina Tintor at 156mph. Ruggs III and his girlfriend suffered minor injuries. However, Tintor and her dog were killed after her vehicle caught fire as a result of the crash. The 3-10 sentence came despite the sentencing judge calling it “one of the more tragic cases” they had presided over. It is believed the sentence was part of a plea arrangement.

However, one particularly famous voice has spoken up in protest of the sentence – O.J. Simpson. In 2008, in the same courthouse as Ruggs III, Simpson received a 33-year prison sentence for armed robbery. The former NFL star was granted parole eligibility after nine years served. Simpson had been arrested after executing an armed heist to steal pieces of his own memorabilia from a casino in Las Vegas. Simpson was arrested three days after the robbery. While Simpson was indeed paroled after nine years, he has taken issue with Ruggs III’s sentence.

Addressing his followers on X, Simpson lamented that the “math doesn’t add up” in Ruggs’ sentence. “I know I went to college on a football scholarship but somehow this math is not adding up to me. You’re driving a car at roughly 160 miles per hour on a public street and end up killing a girl and her dog and you get three to ten years?” Simpson began. “You go to a hotel room that you’re invited to retrieve your own personal stolen property, property I now have because it was ruled to be mine by the state of California, and you get nine to 33 years?”

Of course, there are differences between the Simpson and Ruggs cases. Ruggs pled guilty to his charges while Simpson was found guilty after a jury trial. Furthermore, justified or not, Simpson had the specter of his 1995 murder trial hanging over him. Many believe that Simpson’s sentence was so massive as it carried an unspoken punishment for the murders that Simpson was acquitted for 13 years prior.
