Cardi B and Offset appear in a Valentine’s Day-themed commercial for McDonald’s for this year’s Superbowl. Hit-Boy is ready to show you why he is the most prolific producer in the game. Returning to Instagram on Tuesday (Jan. 10), Hit-Boy announced that he has a new collaboration loading with Offset.
“1/13/23 @offsetyrn,” Hit-Boy wrote under a picture of the two.
At the tail end of 2022, Hit-Boy dropped his new single “2 Certified,” featuring British rapper Avelino. According to Billboard, the single is the latest introduction to Hit-Boy’s upcoming sixth studio album.
The single featured bars from Hit-Boy, answering Avelino’s call to rap more. In a paired video directed by THIRDEYERAZ, Hit-Boy and Avelino take on a beat pad while also dealing with a moment of paparazzi.
“My engineer David Kim, who was mixing the Nas album, was also mixing Avelino’s album down the hall,” Hit-Boy says of the collaboration. “So Avelino came through, and by the end of the night, we had this record done.”
Cardi B is making her second appearance in a Super Bowl commercial and this time, she’s bringing her husband Offset along with her. The pair has always been very publicly romantic, sharing a wealth of videos and photos about their daily life and giving each other extravagant gifts, so it’s only right that the commercial in question is Valentine’s Day-themed, according to TMZ. They shot the ad over the holidays with a small crew, but according to TMZ’s infamous and eerily accurate sources, the scale will go much bigger by the time the spot airs on Super Bowl Sunday.
They also didn’t bring their kids along, so the ad is expected to be more romantic in nature than family-oriented (although it is for McDonald’s and will air during the biggest sporting event of the yea, so it probably won’t be as risque as some of their couples content). The timing of the ad’s air date is also quite opportune, given that the Super Bowl will take place just two days before Valentine’s Day on February 12.
As noted by TMZ, it was at the Super Bowl in 2017 that Cardi and Offset first went public as a couple, making this something of a full-circle moment for them. Cardi also starred in her first Super Bowl ad in 2019, after her song “I Like It” was used to promote Pepsi alongside Lil Jon, Steve Carrell, and more.
Hip-Hop love will be on display at the Super Bowl. Cardi B and Offset will appear in a new Super Bowl ad for McDonald’s and will showcase their love.
According to TMZ, the Hip-Hop couple teamed up for a McDonald’s commercial around Christmas, and it will air on game day. The upcoming ad is stated to just be them two and Valentine’s Day themed. The Super Bowl will air two days ahead of the day of love.
Cardi B previously appeared in a Super Bowl ad for Pepsi. This will be Offset’s first.
The ad will be the first brand partnership since Cardi wrapped up a partnership with Reebok last year. After a four-year partnership, Cardi and Reebok are wrapping up their partnership.
Reebok CEO Todd Krinsky stated that the partnership with Cardi has proudly pushed boundaries and have put an emphasis on inclusivity and self- expression. He went on to say, “we’re so grateful for our partnership with Cardi over the years. Having the opportunity to collaborate with someone as passionate, iconic and talented as her is an unmatched experience and will certainly leave a lasting impact on the brand”. Today on her Instagram, Cardi posted her final collection which is the second part of her “Let Me Be…Next Level Energy.” “For my final collection with Reebok, I had to make sure we brought it to the next level. I needed every piece from the slides to the jumpsuit to be as big, bold, and fun as we could make them,” explained the Bronx bred rapper.
“It started with advertisement, and I just loved what they brought to the table,” Cardi B told FN about the partnership. “ I love that they saw my ideas. When I went to their headquarters in Boston, they welcomed me. It was freezing that day and I just had such a good experience and I thought, ‘Why not?’ I didn’t want to team up with someone who doesn’t care about my vision and just the product, but Reebok did.”
The Cardi B x Reebok partnership, which launched September 29,2022, features two styles: the Club C Cardi ($100) and the Cardi Coated Club C Double ($80). The two styles come in three different colors and are available in both women’s and children’s sizing. The Club C Cardi style sold out in the United States in 30 minutes.

Offset recently shared photos from a family vacation with his wife, Cardi B, and their children. In the pictures, the family can be seen “hitting the slopes” at Big SNOW American Dream, an indoor ski and snowboard center located inside New Jersey’s American Dream mall.
“The reason I gotta go hard,” the “Clout” rapper posted to Instagram on Wednesday, pictured with his 13-year-old son, Jordan, and his 15-month-old, Wave Set, his second, whom he shares with Cardi B.
Cardi B shared her own experience of the trip in an Instagram story, saying, “It’s bigger than I thought it was gonna be, oh my God. ”
The family has been vacationing all over recently. Last week, Offset posted photos from a trip to Jamaica for his 31st birthday, writing, “Happy birthday to me” in the caption. The rapper’s recent travels are presumably a nice escape from the grief he has been dealing with since the death of his Migos group mate and cousin, Takeoff.
“Dear Take, [it] doesn’t feel real posting you like this….This still doesn’t feel like reality,” he captioned an Instagram post this past November. “I’ve been searching for the right words to say, but there aren’t any that will suffice. Until we meet again, Rest In Power. I love you.”

Just before Cardi B exploded onto the rap scene with her summer hit “Bodak Yellow,” the Bronx-born rapper released her popular mixtape Gangsta Bitch Music, Vol. 2in early 2017. One notable song from the project featured Offset, who would later become Cardi B’s husband.
The pair also collaborated on an official music video for “Lick,” with Cardi B and Offset showing clear chemistry. Years later, the “WAP” star admitted on social media that she “couldn’t even breathe” while shooting the visual due to her “crushing hard” on the Migos rapper.
One fan brought the video back into conversation on Monday by sharing a clip on Twitter, writing, “She ate this so bad.”
Cardi B, who appeared in the music video rocking a long red ponytail and short curly black hair, responded to the user by revealing the new info.
“I couldn’t even breath doing this video …I was crushing hard on Set.” she shared with her 27 million followers.
Cardi B and Offset began dating in early 2017, according to Billboard, and got married later that year. The two have stood firm throughout their sometimes tumultuous relationship, which has come with cheating rumors and a divorce filing over the past few years.
Since 2017’s “Lick,” the hip-hop couple have joined together for a number of songs, including Offset’s “Clout” and Migos’ “MotorSport.”

2017 was a big year for Cardi B. She released her hit single, “Bodak Yellow,” which later went on to be the first solo female rap song to hit No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 in 19 years — the first was Lauryn Hill’s “Doo Wop (That Thing).” But before then, she had dropped her second mixtape, Gangsta B*tch Music, Vol. 2.
On the mixtape was the standout cut, “Lick,” which featured her then-boyfriend, later-husband Offset. Yesterday (December 26), Cardi responded to a fan who had shared the video on Twitter, remembering how Cardi “ate this so bad.”
Cardi remembered having butterflies for the man who would later become her husband.
“I couldn’t even breath doing this video …I was crushing hard on Set,” Cardi said.
The two got married later that year, and have been more or less going strong since. Though, Offset admitted in an interview with E! News that took place shortly before Cardi’s 30th birthday this year that it’s getting more challenging for him to buy gifts for his wife.
“These are the hard times,” he joked. “First off, she has everything. Second off, she doesn’t want anything. Third off, I’m gonna get her something because she deserves it. It’s getting harder and harder.”

For years, rapper Offset (real name Kiari Kendrell Cephus) screamed his north Atlanta pride to anyone who’d listen. On each song he recorded as part of the hip-hop trio the Migos, the group would yell, ‘Nawf,’ a short-handed slang term for Atlanta’s north side. Finally, after nearly a decade and a half, his hometown is returning the love.
During his inaugural Offset Toy Giveaway Day (on December 23), the “54321” rapper was surprised by his hometown of Lawrenceville’s mayor David Still and other Gwinnett County officials while giving gifts to the children residents for Christmas. In between present exchanges, Mayor Still and other officials joined the rapper onstage to present him with a key to the county.
The rapper opened his speech by thanking all in attendance for the role they’ve played in his career, saying, “I just wanted to give back to my community. Thanks to all the kids for always supporting me and always listening to me and always just being there for me, you know,” but adding, “Y’all hold me up. You know we’ve been going through a tough time, but God is good.”
Offset also took to Instagram to thank those who couldn’t attend the ceremony, “I’m going to make sure that I do more for my community, not just holidays or a one-time thing I want to be able to change it. Thank God for blessing me to be able to bless others. It’s not just a gift. It’s help to my side the NAWF be a better place.”
Lawrenceville, a suburb of Atlanta, is located just about 30 miles north of the city’s downtown district, shaping Offset’s entertainment interest from his short career as a professional dancer and his eventual pursuit of music.
When those haunting piano keys and rattling bass hits, you know it’s going down. SleazyWorld Go catapulted into our collective consciousness earlier this year with the release of “Sleazy Flow” – a song that cemented his fate as a frontrunner of the new generation of artists. At the time, SleazyWorld Go lost his YouTube page and had to rebuild the momentum from scratch. However, he created a new YouTube channel where he dropped “Sleazy Flow” and soon after, it formed a life of its own.
In a matter of months, SleazyWorld Go became one of the hottest names in hip-hop. He earned co-signs from heavyweights like Lil Baby and Offset, both of which appeared on his debut project, Where The Shooters Be.
“Sometimes, it feels surreal,” SleazyWorld Go told HNHH of his meteoric rise from YouTube sensation to earning the respect of artists like Baby and Offset. “Back when I was younger listening to them, I never would have thought or known that I would be doing music with them in the future but, it happened… Listening to their music back then, now I’m doing music with them.”
For the penultimate installment of HotNewHipHop’s 12 Days Of Christmas, we caught up with the SleazyWorld Go to discuss his meteoric success, relationship with Tech N9ne, and leaving a legacy behind like Juice WRLD.
