He dropped off three tracks and loads of unreleased behind-the-scenes footage. There was about 100 GB of footage, and as you can imagine, fans were excited. However, there have been some clips and pieces of media that have made some hip-hop observers less than enthused.

Case in point, we have the image below. It is an illustrated album cover for Certified Lover Boy. This is one of the options Drake had in mind, however, he ultimately went with the pregnant emoji cover instead. In the alternate cover, Drake can be seen operating a studio that is filled with naked women. It is a bit of a crudely drawn illustration, and as it turns out, fans are not feeling any of this, one bit. In fact, most fans are bringing up some of Kendrick Lamar’s lyrics from “Meet The Grahams.”

In the tweets down below, you can see various screenshots and quotes from the now infamous diss track. Others were simply astonished that Drizzy would want to make something so distasteful his album cover. Furthermore, there were some who were baffled that Drake would even want us to know this. Regardless, it is clear that the artist has been making some polarizing decisions as of late. Sure, the new songs are good. However, the BTS footage has left a sour taste in the mouths of many.

A Twitter hack had her page dissing Iggy Azalea, and her most recent Instagram Live session was subject to quite the bizarre, albeit slightly hilarious, interruption. Moreover, the Los Angeles creative was just talking normally and smoking her cigarette when a man moved the curtain of the window behind her (is this a weird hotel of some sort?). Then, he proceeded to press his bare buttocks up against the window and shake them slightly before pulling the curtain out again and disappearing, which left her with a shocked and awe-struck expression on her face.

Furthermore, this is definitely one of the oddest and most comical things to happen on Doja Cat’s Instagram in a while, and that’s saying something. Still, she knows when to take things down a notch, such as some new snaps of a new haircut and style look. The social media feed doesn’t always have to look like a collection of notable and effective antics: sometimes, people just want to get ready with you. Hopefully future IG Live sessions see funnier moments that aren’t as blatantly NSFW, for both Doja’s sake and our own.

It’s caught on in some strange ways. The song spawned a viral dance that popped up pretty consistently at graduation last month. Videos flooded the internet of various fans of different ages doing Choppa’s now viral walk associated with the song while walking on stage accepting their degrees.

Some were surprised that such an NSFW song was influencing school graduations. But “SLUT ME OUT 2” has popped up in a lot of unexpected places. One of which was a video of Choppa performing the song alongside basically the last people you’d expect, his parents. Fans online seeing the video criticized the rapper’s decision to perform the song for such young children. They also brought up the fact that female rappers are routinely criticized when younger children are exposed to their music, claiming there’s a double standard. “I performed the clean version to this song at the bat mitzvah actually !! And the kids rapped the curse words loud and clear in front of their parents any way !!” Choppa responded, defending his actions. That was just one of multiple tweet responses he made defending his decision to perform the song.

So gimme like a week — I’m starting to eat back normal again,” Cardi said.

But that was just the beginning of the discussion. “I weigh 135 pounds right now. I was at 137, and sometimes I’ve been at 128. That’s bad for me. I do not like being that skinny. Overall, this became a viral image on social media. Furthermore, it led to a debate about whether or not the album cover was in good taste. After all, these kinds of images can certainly make fans a bit uneasy if they aren’t used to it.

The project will be dropping on April 26th, and PartyNextDoor is certainly using this as an opportunity to promote his new body of work.
