DaBaby Curved by Fan After Trying to Kiss Her

DaBaby was shut down by a fan after he tried to show her some unsolicited PDA.

A video circulating across social media shows the “Rockstar” rapper greeting a group of female fans in Las Vegas. In the clip, DaBaby grabs one woman by the face and attempts to lean in for a kiss on the lips. However, she wasn’t having it and resisted his advances. He tried a second time, but was once again denied.

“DaBaby tried to kiss his fan and she curved him LMAO,” said the video narrator.

Fans weighed in with their reactions to the viral video. Some questioned whether DaBaby was intoxicated, while others said it was just another incident in a string of PR disasters for the embattled rapper.

“He was too comfortable,” tweeted one person, while another commented, “I know being a DaBaby fan is tiring.”

DaBaby has not addressed the video, but he has been teasing new music. On Wednesday, he shared a TikTok clip soundtracked by a new song. “HOT SUMMER,” he captioned it.

The Weeknd Threatened to Pull Out of Coachella Unless He Received Same Money as Kanye West

The Weeknd scored a major payday after Kanye West backed out of Coachella.

A new report from TMZ claims that the DONDA rapper was being paid $8 million for his headlining gig at the festival before he pulled out at the last minute.

On Wednesday, Coachella officially announced The Weeknd as his replacement. The “Out of Time” singer will join Swedish House Mafia as a headliner on both Sundays of the two-weekend festival.

But the booking almost didn’t happen. According to Page Six, Coachella organizers did not want to pay The Weeknd the same $8 million as Ye, plus $500,000 in production costs. As a result, he allegedly threatened to pull out unless he was given the same amount.

“The Weeknd came in at short notice to take Kanye’s top spot. But Phil Anschutz [who owns the Coachella Festival through AEG Live] wanted to hold on to Kanye’s money and pay The Weeknd far less, just a few million. The festival would pocket the rest,” said a source.

“Even after Coachella announced the new lineup on Wednesday, a deal wasn’t in place for The Weeknd, who threatened to pull out at an hour’s notice if he didn’t get the same deal as Kanye.”

After “fraught negotiations,” the festival gave in to his demands and agreed to match the money. “Finally, on Wednesday — faced with the prospect of a second headline act pulling out of Coachella at the last minute — Anschutz’s company caved and agreed to pay The Weeknd the same money.”

Ye bailed on Coachella less than two weeks before showtime following rumors that he’s “going away to get help.” He had reportedly not been rehearsing for the performance, which usually takes months of preparation.

Other acts were also being considered for Ye’s slot including Silk Sonic, Travis Scott, Justin Bieber, and Doja Cat.

Nicki Minaj Plays Clarinet, Covers Adele on ‘Carpool Karaoke’

Oh. My. Gosh.

Nicki Minaj made her long-awaited debut on “Carpool Karaoke” last night and it was worth the wait. Riding shotgun with James Corden, the Queen cruised through Los Angeles while rapping along to her biggest hits, from “Starships” to “Do We Have a Problem?”

The drive kicked off with a performance of Nicki’s “inspirational” 2014 hit “Anaconda” before she wowed with an Adele impression.

“I just loved it, she made me so, so happy,” Nicki said while recalling Adele’s famed “Monster” rap from “Carpool Karaoke” in 2016. “She embodied Nicki Minaj.”

During the 17-minute ride, Barbie performed the iconic “Monster” verse herself mashed up with Adele’s rendition before flexing her vocals on a cover of Adele’s “Someone Like You.”

Next up, she busted out her latest hit, “Blick Blick,” and hilariously explained the “opps” lyrics to James. That was followed by “Super Bass” and a freestyle with beatboxing from James. “You did good though. On the white scale, it wasn’t that white,” she told “The Late Late Show” host.

After performing “Do We Have a Problem?,” Nicki took it all the way back to the start of her musical career. Corden pulled out a clarinet and asked Nicki to play a few notes before leading into “Chun-Li.”

Things got serious for a moment as a vulnerable Nicki opened up about her anxiety and how she copes with it. “When you’re a woman and you’re in the public eye all the time, if you’re not careful, you can become less confident because you’re being constantly scrutinized,” she explained.

She also revealed that she deletes social media from her phone, which gives her “an enormous sense of peace.” “And then you realize what really matters,” said Papa Bear’s mother, who makes up melodies and sings them for her son.

“When I look at my son, I’m just magically in love. He just makes me laugh, makes me smile, makes me happy. He’s just co cute and cuddly,” she gushed.

Before pulling into the CBS parking lot, they performed the Pink Friday smash “Starships,” which turned into an all-out dance party in the car. “White boy wasted!” Nicki yelled out as James fist pumped along to the song.
