Lil Uzi Vert Delivers Massive “LUV Is Rage 3” Update

Lil Uzi Vert is one of the most popular artists in hip-hop. Overall, they were part of the 2016 XXL Freshman List that has stood the test of time. However, their last project Pink Tape turned out to be a big disappointment for a lot of fans out there. From the bloated tracklist to the horrendous System of a Down cover, there were some poor choices made. Since that time, Uzi has teased other projects like Barter 16, which never actually came to fruition.

Now, Uzi has moved on to promoting another project that fans have been waiting for, LUV Is Rage 3. The LUV Is Rage series has been a staple of Uzi’s discography ever since they burst onto the scene. Consequently, it should come as absolutely no surprise that fans would be excited about such a release. Well, on Sunday night, they called into Kai Cenat’s stream with iShowSpeed, and unveiled some critical information about the project.

Lil Uzi Vert Is Working Hard

As Uzi told Kai in the video clip up above, they are in the midst of finishing up the new album. Of course, no release date was given, so fans are just going to have to Uzi’s word for it. Understandably, this is hard to do given Uzi’s history of promising albums and then refusing to deliver. Regardless, perhaps Uzi fans can rest easy knowing that there is at least some hope for a new album. Uzi has been on a three-year release schedule over the past couple of albums, so you may have to wait until 2026. Hopefully, it is worth it.

Let us know if you are excited for this upcoming project, in the comments section down below. Do you believe that Lil Uzi Vert is going to come through for the fans on this one? Or do you believe this will be yet another scrapped project? Additionally, stay tuned to HNHH for the latest news and updates from around the music world. Tinashe Unveils “Quantum Baby” On Our New “R&B Season” Playlist Update: Stream

Summer’s almost over, but that doesn’t mean our latest R&B Season playlist update is any less fiery. Moreover, we’re here once again to round up the best of the best releases in the genre that dropped this week. Up first is the new album from Tinashe, Quantum Baby, which marks the second part of the trilogy she started with BB/ANG3L. It’s a shorter project with only eight cuts, so you know that the all killer, no filler policy is very much in effect. If you’re looking for a taster to get a vibe of the LP, we’d recommend you check out the catchy and bouncy “No Broke Boys” for you to start your quantum journey.

Elsewhere on this R&B Season playlist update, we also have a new single from Fousheé to talk about, “war.” Ahead of her next project release, she’s been dropping a lot of material as of late, and her various directions have fans very excited for what’s to come. This time around, this song takes on more of a reggae inspiration with sharply strummed guitar chords and light vocal melodies. Overall, it’s a very chilled-out and easy-going record that balances out some of the bombastic energy of previous singles.

HNHH R&B Season Playlist: Stream

In addition, we also wanted to shout out this new track from Coco Jones, “Sweep It Up.” This is among the most classically R&B-sounding inclusions you’ll hear on this playlist update thanks to cavernous brass, a snap beat, and glittering percussive embellishments. Of course, Jones’ smooth and harmonious vocal performance also sets us right in the genre’s golden age. For all the hardcore fans out there, this is one of the sweetest and most lush singles you’ll find this week.

Finally, we’d be remiss not to mention Mary J. Blige and Fabolous’ latest collaboration, “Breathing.” The drums here are crisp, perfectly adding energy to the boisterous brass and Blige’s soaring vocals. Let us know what your favorite R&B Season inclusion was this week, as well as what else we missed, down in the comments section below. Also, check the playlist out above and, as always, come back to HNHH for more great music drops around the clock.

Tina Knowles Hilariously Realizes What Beyonce’s Song “Ego” Is Actually About

Tina Knowles has spent so much time with Beyonce’s catalog that one would probably expect her to know it as well as the back of her hand. But it turns out that there are still surprises in Queen Bey’s catalog that her mother is catching onto all these years later. Moreover, the recently divorced Knowles left an Instagram comment under a video of a podcast group listening to her daughter’s track “Ego,” which has lyrics such as “It’s too big, it’s too wide, it won’t fit.” As such, it seems like she never caught on to the song’s sexual innuendo, and expressed genuine shock and surprise at realizing the hidden meaning years after its release.

“Wow, !!!!!!!!” Tina Knowles’ message about Beyoncé’s cut “Ego” began. “I just realized that she wasn’t talking about that ego!!!!!!!! Ohhhhhh Myyyyyy!!!!!!! [three crying-laughing emojis]. I’m serious I really didn’t Know til now!!!!!! That’s crazy! Nooo! Really? Maybe not ! I don’t know! What y’all think?” At least Knowles has other Bey songs to latch onto, such as when the Kamala Harris campaign used “Freedom” after Tina endorsed her for president of the United States.

Tina Knowles Admits That She Just Found Out What Beyoncé’s “Ego” Is Really About

As far as other retrospective perspectives from Tina Knowles about Beyoncé’s life and career, she recently expanded on how her daughter handled bullying in her childhood. She told Vogue that the Houston superstar actually didn’t defend herself at first, but started doing so after she stuck up for another person whom childhood bullies attacked. Of course, this idea sounds bizarre today: why in the world would Sasha Fierce have bullies? But we all have to start somewhere, and these old tales remind us of where and what we came from on our path to where we are now.

Also, Tina Knowles divulged on what advice Beyoncé gave her daughter Blue Ivy when it comes to dealing with haters, not bullies. “One of her friends came back and showed her some negative comments and it was a great life lesson,” she told Vogue‘s The Run Through podcast. “Because her mom basically said, ‘Listen, if you let this get you down, then they won. So you should go and work harder. And, you know, just work harder and get your skills together and go out there and blast it.’ So it actually worked in Blue’s favor because she was only supposed to do it one time. But now her mom was, that mama bear was on to it. It was like, she was like, ‘You go out there and kill it,’ and she did. She just grew so much from that experience.”
