Tyga & Floyd Mayweather Accused Of Violating RICO Act In Massive Lawsuit

Tyga, Floyd Mayweather Jr., and The Money Team are facing accusations of RICO violations, fraud, breach of contract, unjust enrichment, and more, in a new lawsuit brought by jeweler Leonard Sulaymanov. According to documents caught by AllHipHop, Sulaymanov is accusing them of refusing to pay for luxury watches and other jewelry.

“Mayweather, TMT, and possibly others have systematically created, participated and engaged in what can be described as a quasi-criminal, money laundering scheme involving high-end, rare and exclusive luxury watches and jewelry,” Sulaymanov’s lawyers claimed. “The Defendants, acting in concert and with other financially incentivized third parties, will purchase/acquire luxury watches by soliciting watch brokers, like Plaintiffs herein, and offering them upfront cash with payment terms in exchange for the purchase of watches and jewelry, with no intention of paying off the total balances.”

Sulaymanov further cited a number of meetings in 2021 with Mayweather’s associate, Jona Rechnitz. He claims the legendary boxer agreed to make several purchases amounting to a bill of $4,151,157. Rechnitz allegedly made an initial downpayment of $90,000, followed by another $177,000 payment, before he introduced him to Tyga in Las Vegas. The rapper agreed to buy a Rolex for $79,000 but allegedly didn’t make any initial payments on it. As time went on with no further payments being made by either party, Sulaymanov decided to take legal action.

“Defendants … take possession of watches and jewelry, demanding formal paperwork, boxes and warranties, request repayment terms with upfront cash deposits, only to refuse to pay the full price for said items and in some instances, claim they never ‘purchased’ the item but rather it was ‘gifted’ to them because of their fame and status,” Sulaymanov’s lawyers noted. “Lawsuits around the country have been filed in recent years against said Defendants.” Be on the lookout for further updates on Tyga on HotNewHipHop.

Martin Shkreli Ordered To Hand Over All His Copies Of Wu-Tang Clan’s Rare Album

Wu-Tang Clan’s one-of-one album Once Upon A Time In Shaolin went through some big changes this year. It was formerly in the hands of sole owner Martin Shkreli, but now belongs to the digital art company PleasrDAO. It will technically be released as partial NFT buys. Now, according to Billboard, the court has sided with Pleasr and ordered Shkreli to hand over any existing copies he has of the project. In 2021, authorities seized the LP to account for the former pharmacy executive’s $7.4 million judgement in a securities fraud case. But he kept livestreaming it and boasting about the extra copies that he made.

This move from the court is to preserve the rare Wu-Tang Clan album’s one-of-one status and to punish Martin Shkreli for violating the original purchase terms and forfeiture order. Authorities barred him from “possessing, using, disseminating, or selling any interest in the album.” Per court documents, this is the same for “its data and files or the contents of the Album, or in any way causing further damage to Plaintiff respecting the album.” Shkreli must “sequester and turn over all of his copies, in any form” by August 30. He has until September 30 to file an affidavit detailing the “information regarding alleged copies of ‘Once Upon a Time In Shaolin,’ people he might’ve given them to, and any money he might’ve made from distributing or playing the album.”

In other Wu-Tang Clan news, here’s what Method Man had to say about OUATIS. “I thought it was some circus spectacle,” he told Vanity Fair. “I never really spoke to RZA about it. It’s an uncomfortable subject to most of the guys, so we don’t really discuss it too much. The process of the thing being made was never told to us. We were never told what it was. We were recording and being paid to do a certain amount of records.”

“[Cilvaringz] put them altogether into a compilation of Wu-Tang songs and marketed it as a Wu-Tang album,” Method Man continued. “A single copy of a Wu-Tang album. We all had a problem with it because that’s not how it was described to us.”

They spoke with rising talent VV$ Diamond who’s making these claims and she says it happened unconventionally. “We started talking after his show in Greensboro, and a couple of months later, we linked up in Charlotte”. I pulled up to his room, and we ended up having a threesome. That’s how it all started”. AllHipHop says that their relationship had been kept under wraps and began after a series of lucky encounters in North Carolina.

We say, “had been”, because now the public knows and its thanks to a blackmailer. While out partying with friends at the XO Lounge in Greensboro, her phone was snatched pretty early on into the evening. Diamond says that within 24 hours the thief was commanding $20,000 from her. Obviously, she didn’t pay up because tons of “sensitive information, including messages and private photos, was leaked to a blog”. This led to BossMan Dlow to get quite upset with VV$ because he thought she was the one who spread all that private information.

But Diamond is swearing up and down that she would never do such a thing. “It was weird for him to say that. I didn’t leak the messages, and I didn’t have to. I could have exposed him months ago, but I didn’t. Out of respect for how much I messed with him, I kept it quiet”. They were originally planning to go through with an abortion, as she is already taking care of a three-year-old and doesn’t want any other baby daddy issues among other things. However, due to her family’s beliefs, she is going to carry the child until its born. AllHipHop says that things are still tense between them but she’s willing to hash things out as long as he is. Diamond is also staying resilient throughout all of this and is ready to face it all head on.

In a press release the company put out, they confirmed plans to put $5 million in renovations into the home “to restore the property to its original state.”

The release added that: “Restoration will honor the unique materials and innovative design elements specified by Ando, many of which were imported from around the world… The renovation process is anticipated to take 12-16 months.” It also noted that: “Richard Sachs, the original owner, aptly described it: ‘This is not just a house; this is like a Picasso, a cubist painting, very important and very rare.’” The company never made mention of Kanye West’s ownership.

West caused controversy regarding the property by stripping it, despite the rarity of Ando residences. The New York Post previously reported that he described it to a worker as his “bomb shelter” and “Batcave.” He removed tubs, light fixtures, windows, heating, air conditioning, and more. Nicki Minaj Unveils The Release Date & Artwork For Upcoming “Gag City Reloaded” Deluxe

About seven days ago, Nicki Minaj decided to drop a bombshell on X. “PF2 #GagCityReloaded – the album”. That simple announcement was enough to rile up the entire legion of Barbz, as this sort of came out of nowhere. Apparently, her revealing the Gag City Reloaded tour was step one of the plans because now we are getting new music to accompany this new leg of her massive Pink Friday 2 trek. Then, phase three would occur in the evening of the aforementioned tweet. Nicki Minaj hopped on a 45-minute Instagram Live to talk about this new deluxe edition, and tease some collaborations in the process.

However, at the time, she was not able to give any sort of concrete details about this third bonus version. “I will be doing a deluxe version of Pink Friday 2. It will be called Pink Friday 2 Gag City Reloaded. It’s going to be out soon. Do I have the exact dates for you? No. Is it coming out this week? No. But it’s coming”. Then, yesterday, part four of the rollout would see Nicki Minaj hype up a track that she claims will be the Barbz “favorite song on the deluxe”.

J Prince called out Fulton County Deputy District Attorney Simone Hylton as well as Lil Woody while sharing a clip from the YSL RICO trial on Instagram on Monday night. In the video, Hylton asked Woody whether he recalled comparing Young Thug to J Prince. The witness claimed he didn’t know who that actually was and brought up his previous admission about lying to police about the rapper back in 2015. “I told you for the 10th time,” he stated, as caught by AllHipHop. “I’m gonna tell the police anything, and that’s what I did.”

“Nothing surprises me anymore when it comes to fake-ass people putting my name in their mouth,” Prince captioned his post. “But I still find it very interesting how some prosecutors will go above and beyond the call of duty to try and destroy a man’s life for being inspired by a successful Black entrepreneur like myself. Btw, Black-on-Black racism feels the worst.” He concluded with the hashtag, “#FreeYoungThug.”

As for Woody’s remarks about lying, he made the admission previously during another day on the stand. “The police kept locking me up for whatever they could,” he said. “Every time I counted the door, the police was on me, and they keep bringing up Thug’s name. So what I did was to get ’em out off me, I said, ‘Thug did this. Thug did that. Thug,’ because I knew they were—I knew he didn’t do it.”
