According to several reports, two 12-year-old boys were shot by a teenager who was trying to rob the young school children of their cell phones.
As the two 12-year-old boys waited for the school bus in Miami-Dade County, Florida shortly before 8am, a 16-year-old boy with a gun approached the tw oboys and demanded their cell phones. When the boys refused to give up their phones, the teen gunman immediately opened fire, striking both of the boys with bullets before fleeing the scene.
The preteens were treated by the members of the Miami-Dade Fire Rescue and were transported to a local hospital, where they were listed in stable condition.
The shooter was eventually apprehended and found with two handguns in his possession.
A South Florida woman whose given name is Tupac Shakur, was arrested yesterday(September 7) for allegedly beating an elderly man with a baseball bat, according to a report from The New York Post.
The 34-year-old woman was charged with aggravated assault on the same date that the original Tupac Shakur was shot in Las Vegas 26 years earlier. The famous Shakur died six days later, succumbing to his injuries.
Shakur is accused of hitting a 65-year-old man with a baseball bat several times as he sat outside of the Hileah Hospital just a day prior. The man suffered injuries to his face, upper lip, right arm, right hand and right leg before he managed to escape to safety inside of the hospital. Police found Shakur, arrested her and took her to the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center to be booked..
It’s unsure whether Shakur was born Tupac Amaru Shakur or if she changed her name in commemoration of the late cultural icon.
According to a confirmed report from FOX 32 Chicago, actor Barton Fitzpatrick, who plays “Reg” on Showtime series The Chi, was robbed at gunpoint in his hometown.
The 25-year-old actor was accosted when an armed assailant jumped in the backseat of the car he was riding in as a passenger on Sunday, taking all of Fitzpatrick’s valuables, including a chain. The robber foiled in his original carjacking plan, but still made off with the actor’s personal belongings.
The actor was not injured and no suspects have been arrested for the crime.
Fitzpatrick appeared in 16 episodes of The Chi, playing a gang leader until the character was killed off in Season 2. It is highly rumored that Fitzpatrick’s character was killed off because of his unwillingness to have his character in a relationship with a transgender.
Savannah, GA native Quando Rondo is putting down his blue flag and disavowing his allegiance to the Rollin 60s Crips after his friend Lul Pab was murdered in a shooting last month in which he was the intended target.
Rondo admitted that the gang life brought too much chaos in his life and wanted to just focus on himself and his family.
“It’s time for me to spend time to myself and free myself from a lot of people,” he wrote on his IG story. “My Main Manz Gone & a lot more shit I’m cool on alot of shit if I feel like you not with me it’s no reason for me To be holding on to you no need to shake your hand or fake some with you ! I’m Living Life How I wanna live life whatever I wanna do ima do it you gone either gone get with it or get lost.”
He continued to discuss his departure from gang life, saying that he’s not getting jumped out because his set never had any real loyalty to him.
“I’m my own man I layed my flag down I’m not NH yall ain’t gone ride for a n-gga foreal it’s no sense being apart of yall shit y’all fw the opposition,” he wrote. “Idgaf who feel hit Fucc u and if you can’t feel where I’m coming from on this you a bitch ass n-gga cuz it don’t take rocket science to c what the fuck going on errbody all ready hate me.”
Rondo continued, “I ain’t tripping on the extra hate I’m bout to focus on my family the ones who gone really drop a tear if I die !!!!!”
Rondo then addressed those who didn’t agree with his controversial decision, saying that the people trying to judge his decisions aren’t even on his level.
“Before you go to talking about another n-gga sit bacc and think like I don’t even got 200 bandz cuz you need way more than that to stand with me! Y’all n-ggas still think 20k is up. I can careless what somebody think get in my way and ima knocc you down simple NO CAP.”
Quando’s decision comes after being blamed in the the shooting death of King Von almost two years ago and most recently, watching his friend 23-year-old Lul Pab die in a drive by in Los Angeles in which it is believed he was the target of the assassins.
According to several confirmed reports, NOLA rap legend Mystikal has formally been charged with first degree rape stemming from the alleged domestic assault and false imprisonment charges he caught back in July when he was arrested in his Ascension Parish, New Orleans residence.
Mystikal, whose given name is Michael Tyler, was officially indicted on first-degree rape, simple criminal damage to property, domestic abuse battery by strangulation, simple robbery, and false imprisonment. He currently awaits his trial in the Ascension Parish Jail with no bond.
The victim claims that the No Limit rapper choked her, took her car keys and cell phone then forcibly raping her after accusing her of stealing $100 from him before letting her leave.
The 51-year-old rapper could possibly face a life sentence if convicted.

According to a report from the Burbank Police Department, Oakland rapper Kamaiyah was arrested for carrying a loaded handgun in her purse while at the Hollywood Burbank Airport.
The report from the Burbank Police reads, “Ms. Johnson was detained by TSA in the passenger screening area of the airport after an agent located a loaded handgun inside of a purse she had in her possession”. It goes on to say, “Police responded, rendered the weapon safe, and placed Ms. Johnson under arrest. It was also discovered there was a warrant for Ms. Johnson’s arrest stemming from a 2019 investigation in Burbank of a negligently-discharged firearm inside a movie theater of a local condominium complex. She was booked and held on $70,000 bail, but has since bonded out of custody.”

“Trap Queen” rapper Fetty Wap is currently in prison after violating his bail conditions on conspiracy to distribute a controlled substance charges and a new photo of the Paterson, NJ native has now surfaced on the ‘net of Fetty doing his bid.

Last month, Wap, whose real name is Willie Maxwell II, plead guilty to conspiracy to distribute and possess controlled substances, which carries a mandatory five-year prison sentence. The charge stemmed from an arrest in October 2021 when Fetty, along with five other co-defendants, was accused of possessing and distributing 220 pounds of heroin, fentanyl, and crack cocaine between June 2019 and June 2020 in New York City.
A judge revoked Wap’s bail before his court date for allegedly threatening to kill someone on FaceTime back in December.
Fetty Wap’s sentencing date has yet to be announced.
Despite the fact that the Hip Hop community lost this giant in the game over two decades ago, the legacy of Eazy-E will always be seen, heard and celebrated by the culture of Hip Hop.
Eazy-E was born Eric Lynn Wright on this date in 1964 in Compton, California. As most of his gang-infested Compton neighborhood, Eazy adopted the street life and began a career in selling drugs in the early 80s. Wright earned as much as $250K selling drugs, but quickly reinvested his street profits into the music business, thus starting Ruthless Records.
Not long after, Eazy linked up with O’Shea “Ice Cube” Jackson, Andre “Dr. Dre” Young and Lorenzo “MC Ren” Paterson and founded “the world’s most dangerous group”, N.W.A. This multi-platinum, Rock N Roll Hall Of Fame group catapulted Eazy’s status to the “godfather of gangster rap”.
Even though the world said goodbye to Eazy in 1995 after his short battle with AIDS, his musical genius continues to live on and influence future generations of Hip Hoppers.
