“Beautiful Girls” singer Sean Kingston was arrested at Fort Irwin in California’s Mojave Desert yesterday (May 23), immediately after performing a concert there, on fraud and theft charges, TMZ reports.
A company named Ver Ver Entertainment filed a civil complaint against Kingston and attorney Dennis Card, who represents the company, alleged (via Local 10), “He basically has a sales pitch that he goes through to defraud people. He induces them into giving him really expensive things. We know that our property is inside this house right here, so as soon as the raid takes place we are going to have a crew of people in there to reassemble it and take it back to its rightful owner.”
In terms of the raid Card mentioned: Kingston’s arrest followed a SWAT raid on his Florida home, where his mother, Janice Turner, was arrested. She was taken into custody on “numerous fraud and theft charges.”
The complaint from Ver Ver claims Kingston used his celebrity status to scam people out of products and services: In one alleged example, he partially paid for a television and entertainment system, but never paid for it in full following installation.
Following his mother’s arrest, Kingston wrote in an Instagram Story post yesterday, “People love negative energy! I am good and so is my mother!.. my lawyers are handling everything as we speak.”
As for Travis and Tyga, it never really felt like there was any sort of beef between them. Although according to new footage coming out of Cannes, it would appear as though the two are actually at odds. In the grainy and dark footage below, you can see Travis and Tyga allegedly fighting one another. You can’t really make out either artist, although according to sources like Hollywood Unlocked, this is, indeed, Travis and Tyga.
For now, it remains unclear how this fight started, and why it started. Furthermore, there is no information on whether or not the men were arrested. All we know is that the footage has begun circulating the internet, and fans are looking for answers. Cannes Film Festival has been going on this week, and celebrities are always making their way out to France for the festivities. On social media, neither Tyga nor Travis have indicated their locations. We will certainly keep you updated as details pour in from this alleged altercation.

50 Cent has gone to pretty much every emotional extreme in his attempts to mock Diddy amid his various abuse, sexual assault, and sex trafficking lawsuits. Moreover, he’s been as sadly mournful, overtly gleeful, conspiratorial, troll-heavy, and angry as he’s ever been in his attacks against the Bad Boy mogul. But even the biggest Puff haters might do a double take with Fif’s recent rhetorical focus when it comes to his comments on the matter. For example, he recently reacted to yet another sexual assault lawsuit against Sean Combs with a potentially insensitive and morbid thought that fans might not stomach well.
“[Eyes emoji] Damn man I have never seen anything like this before, if you cool with puffy call him,” 50 Cent captioned a recent Instagram post sharing a news story on Diddy’s newest lawsuit. “He might boom [explosion emoji] his self. Meeka check on ya man !” Furthermore, this isn’t the first time that he’s referred to this dark act in relation to this situation. “Got damn boy another one,” the G-Unit mogul wrote in a since-deleted IG post reacting to another lawsuit against Combs this week. “This my last puffy post I think he might kill himself. I don’t want no parts of that.”
While that obviously wasn’t true, as 50 Cent continues to troll Diddy online, a lot of other folks weren’t as quick to jump to these conclusions. Also, this new wave of lawsuits comes amid recently released footage of the music executive assaulting his then-partner Cassie in a hotel hallway. This represented the final straw for folks that previously doubted the potential for crimes here, but the word “potential” is key here. After all, many of the other atrocities that are being accused haven’t been scrutinized by a court of law or other evidence as of writing this article.
Meanwhile, we’ll see what these new lawsuits result in and whether there’s a big update on the Diddy case in the works. Of course, we know that 50 Cent will probably be first in line to comment on it either way, and we can never underestimate the unexpected from him. Hopefully more action comes about in the near future to push these cases along and get to the bottom of things as fast as possible, whether to condemn or to clear. But this accusatory ambiguity, resulting in self-harm jokes, has proven to be more dangerous than we thought.
Sexyy Red and Drake surprised fans last night with a brand-new collaboration. Overall, they combined their talents on the song “U MY EVERYTHING” which can be found on Sexyy’s new project In Sexyy We Trust. What makes this particular track from the two stand out is the fact that it samples “BBL Drizzy.” For those who are out of the loop, “BBL Drizzy” is a beat that Metro Boomin made as a way to poke fun of Drake and kick him while he was already down in the Kendrick Lamar beef.
So far, the reactions to Drake’s new verse have been polarizing. Some appreciate the fact that he would go out of his way to troll, while others think he is just proving Kendrick to be correct in his character assessments. Either way, it has been a pretty wild turn of events, and fans are still reeling. Now, footage is coming out of Sexyy Red previewing the track to Gillie Da Kid and Wallo. In the clip below, you can see them absorbing Drake’s verse, although Wallo seems more confused than impressed.
During this clip, Sexyy Red also explains how the song was originally made for Chief Keef. The two have great musical chemistry, and he reportedly wanted her to make an R&B track with him. However, with the “BBL Drizzy” stuff going on, it just made more sense for Drake to hop on this song. Now, it will be up to fans to determine whether or not this is truly a hit.

Just hours after his mother went into police custody during a SWAT raid on his Florida mansion, authorities arrested Sean Kingston at a California concert on fraud and theft charges. Moreover, he was performing at Fort Irwin for U.S. Army personnel, as indicated by social media coverage of these chaotic developments and some surfaced show clips. The singer and rapper now awaits extradition to Florida, where authorities filed these charges, from a San Bernadino jail. Authorities arrested his mother Janice Turner on similar charges of fraud and theft, which he reacted to via his Instagram Story. “People love negative energy! I am good and so is my mother! My lawyers are handling everything as we speak.”
Furthermore, this all relates to a lawsuit against Sean Kingston filed earlier this year from the company Ver Ver Entertainment LLC. They claim Kingston breached his contract with them and committed fraud when he reached out to buy a big TV and sound system. Rather than paying over $100,000 for the goods, he allegedly promised the company that he and “Eenie Meenie” collaborator Justin Bieber would make promotional videos for it. Following a $30,000 down payment and the promise of another $47,000 sum down the line, this promise allegedly never manifested after they installed the TV, and neither did the social media promotions.

Previously, Sean Kingston caught accusations of failing to pay for certain items, such as a November 2023 debacle with watch company Dream Watch over two unpaid pieces: a Richard Millie Model RM 65.01 Automatic and a Patek Phillipe Calibre. The company, seeking an award of over a million dollars, claimed that he contacted them in 2022 to buy the watches. Apparently, a representative flew from Malaysia to Los Angeles to give them. Allegedly, the Jamaican-American creative didn’t have the money for them, despite promising to pay via wire transfer.
“Sean Kingston represented his initial wire attempt was rejected because it was flagged by his bank due to the large amount being wired overseas,” the lawsuit read. “Thereafter, Kingston represented his account was frozen due to the initial wire attempt, amongst other excuses which persisted for over three months until Kingston stopped responding to Plaintiff entirely. Ultimately, the agreed upon funds [are still missing], and Defendants continue to refuse to render payment as agreed. Defendant Kingston continues to possess the two watches.”
Kid Cudi found himself in a scary situation just last month during a performance at Coachella. Overall, fans were excited to see Cudi in action especially since he was called in for a special second weekend performance. However, that excitement eventually became concern as Cudi injured himself. While jumping off the stage to go interact with fans, Cudi landed in an awkward manner and hurt his foot. He was subsequently taken to the hospital where it was revealed that he had a broken foot.
Cudi eventually had surgery on this foot and since that time, he has been looking to recover as quickly as possible in time for his tour. Well as it turns out, his foot needed a bit more work done on it for such a recovery to take place. While taking to Instagram this week, Cudi revealed that he went through a second surgery on his foot. In the post below, you can see Cudi laid up in his hospital bed, where he appeared to be in good spirits.
“Just finished my 2nd surgery,” Cudi wrote. “It was a success. Feelin goood man!! Send me all ur love, I could really use it.” For now, it remains to be seen when Cudi will be able to perform at 100 percent again. If anything, this is all a cautionary tale that performing is no joke. It takes a serious toll on your body, and you need to take care of yourself, otherwise things like this can happen to you. We wish Cudi a quick recovery moving forward.

Diddy received yet another sexual assault lawsuit amid his current scandal over abuse and sex trafficking claims, among other alleged crimes. Moreover, this one accuses him of forcing a woman to have sex with his then-partner Kim Porter, who has since passed. The alleged victim’s name is April Lampros, and filed suit in New York on Thursday (May 23) for battery, sexual assault, inflicting emotional distress, and gender-motivated violence. Lampros claimed that Sean Combs assaulted her four times, including the supposed Kim Porter incident during which she was allegedly forced to take ecstasy. She claims to have first met him in 1994 as a fashion student, and also claimed that he recorded their sexual acts and showed them to others without her consent.
Furthermore, Lampros alleged that the first of these incidents occurred in 1995 and that Diddy pressured her to drink alcohol, which led to “uneasy” feelings. Supposedly, she passed out in a hotel room, and that’s when he allegedly sexually assaulted her. Months later, the suit alleges, the Bad Boy mogul sent Lampros multiple gifts and successfully offered to discuss business opportunities with him. But she claims that he assaulted her again later that year in a parking garage by forcing her to her knees to perform oral sex on him.

Also, Lampros alleges that she tried to cut ties with Diddy after that alleged assault, and that he threatened to physically hurt her and blacklist her from the fashion world. The third incident, the lawsuit claims, happened in 1996, when he allegedly forced Lampros and Kim Porter to take ecstasy and have sex with each other. According to the alleged victim, the New York native told her that she “had no control over the situation as he could make her lose her job.” The suit further claims that he masturbated while they engaged in the sexual act, and that he sexually assaulted Lampros afterwards.
In addition, she claims that Diddy and Kim Porter led to Lampros’ firing from a bar after they saw her working there. While she alleges that her relationship with him ended by 1998, she also claimed that they ran into each other two years later, after which he incessantly called her phone to say that he missed her. They apparently met at her apartment with one of the music executive’s bodyguards, and Puff allegedly kissed Lampros and touched her without her permission before she made him leave. Along with several photos of them together in the suit, this is what she said about their relationship. “I’m confident that justice will prevail and the veil will be removed so no other woman will have to endure what I did.” Lampros filed the seventh sexual assault lawsuit in six months against Combs, and the second this week.
Sexyy Red and Drake have become a dynamic duo as of late. In fact, they just teamed up yet again for a new song off of the former’s new EP In Sexyy We Trust. The song is called “U MY EVERYTHING” and as it turns out, the song samples “BBL Drizzy.” Overall, this was an interesting move from Drake. After all, “BBL Drizzy” was meant to make fun of him. However, now, the beat and the song itself belong to Drizzy and Sexyy Red. It’s a nightmare for Metro Boomin, although Drake’s latest chess move is still being debated.
As we reported, fans actually aren’t all that impressed with the move. Some have been stating this was an incredibly weak move by Drake that just proves everything Kendrick said to be true. However, there are plenty of fans out there who are happy with the performance. Sexyy Red and Drake have a history of making good songs together and “U MY EVERYTHING” is proving to be yet another example of this. However, some fans are curious as to how Sexyy keeps getting Drake features. In fact, on IG, one person asked Sexyy if she slept with Drake for the feature.
Sexyy masterfully trolled the fan by simply responding “yes.” Whether or not this was sarcastic doesn’t actually matter. What matters is the fact that now the public is going to be second guessing everything about this duo. Sexyy and Drake have proven over the years to be quite shameless, which makes it all that much funnier. Whether or not the internet takes any of this serious, still remains to be seen.

The legal troubles continue for Diddy: Last night (May 24), NBC News reported that Diddy is facing yet another sexual assault lawsuit. This comes shortly after another one was revealed a few days ago.
April Lampros filed the claim in the Supreme Court of New York County. She’s suing Diddy over allegations of battery, sexual assault, infliction of emotional distress and gender-motivated violence.
Lampos alleges that while she was a fashion student at New York’s Fashion Institute Of Technology in 1994, she met Diddy. The rapper supposedly said he would mentor Lampros and offer industry connections, but he eventually became “aggressive” and “coercive.” Lampros claims Diddy sexually assaulted her on four separate occasions, including one incident where he forced her to take ecstasy and have sex with Kim Porter, Diddy’s former girlfriend.
Lampros says that years later, she learned that Diddy allegedly recorded himself and Lampros having sex and showed the video to others.
Diddy previously issued an apology after hotel security footage surfaced of him assaulting Cassie, saying, “It is really difficult to reflect on the darkest parts of your life, but sometimes you gotta do that. I was f*cked up. I mean, I hit rock bottom. But I make no excuses. My behavior in the video is inexcusable. I take full responsibility for my actions in that video.”
Travis Scott has been dealing with numerous lawsuits stemming from the Astroworld Festival tragedy that took place back in 2021. Overall, 10 people passed away during the event. This subsequently led to 10 separate wrongful death lawsuits. Nine of these lawsuits had been settled, as we previously reported. However, there was still one outstanding lawsuit pertaining to the death of nine-year-old Ezra Blount who was in attendance with his father. This lawsuit was supposed to go to trial in September.
Well, according to The Houston Chronicle, Scott, Live Nation, and Apple have settled the lawsuit with Ezra Blount’s family, out of court. Like the other lawsuits, the details of this settlement have not been made public. “The family is happy to resolve its claim against all defendants following the death of their son, Ezra,” Scott West, the lawyer for the Blount family said. “They look forward to continuing the process of healing and never forgetting.”

In October, Scott will be going to trial for a separate class action lawsuit in regards to the hundreds of injuries that were suffered at the show. Of course, this is going to be a much more difficult lawsuit to settle out of court. Regardless, this has been a lengthy saga that we’re sure has been difficult for all parties.
